Gary Levy Customer Letter

My name is Gary Levy. I recently contracted with your company to install a Cleanspace system. I am very happy with it. I live at the bottom of a hill and I see how much water the sump pump is carrying out, that until now, was trapped under my house. You could definitely smell a dankness in certain areas and that is now gone.

I was very impressed by the quality of craftsmanship and professionalism evident in the crew. In particular I would like to commend Drew, because he kept me informed about the progress of the work continually. I believe the rest of the crew was just as good, but I didn't have as much interaction with them because they were working like mad under a very demanding situation. Drew is a master communicator as well as very able contractor. Excellent combination.

When Ryan gave me my estimate he promised me that if there were overages this would not be a problem. He was right, there were obstacles and some work had to be redone, but the price quoted was upheld. I would not have known if something was done properly or not, but the crew informed us, and then made it right.

I had three estimates from three companies for this job. The other two asked me how much money I had to spend. I did not like that. Ryan did not do that. I went with you for lots of reasons, but a big one was I felt that your employees were treating me like I was their boss on this job and not the other way around.

I am glad I went with your company and I would feel very comfortable recommending you to others. Everyone who I talked to who used your services said the same thing.
