Wall cracks
With the added inward pressure on the foundation walls, cracks form. Those soils are also highly saturated pushing water through these newly formed cracks. All of which contribute to a big mess.
Exterior wall cracks
Due to the excess water under the home, significant soil settlement has occurred under the home causing cracks like these to form. Now even more water can sneak into the house where it doesn't belong.
Siding damage
A settling foundation will cause other parts of the house to shift. Right above the exterior crack from the previous picture, the siding has been disrupted due to settlement.
Waterproofed and beautiful
After waterproofing, Everlast wall panels were installed to insulate the basement from the cold and wet cement foundation walls, and to give the basement a more finished look.
Sump pump placement
Sump pumps are essential pieces to dry basements and crawlspaces. This is a must have in all sub-grade home waterproofing projects.
Exterior foundation stabilization
To prevent further settlement issues, 2 push piers were placed on this corner of the home. One on the outside (shown), and one on the inside (next).
Interior foundation stabilization
Supporting the corner of the basement from inside the home. Based on accessibility, we can install push piers and helical piles from the interior or exterior, whichever will achieve the best results.
