After owning the house for years, the homeowner decided to no longer leave nearly 4,000 square feet of his home susceptible to outside elements, so she called TerraFirma! 

After she met with our System Design Specialist Erik Keyes, they both came to the conclusion that her crawl space needed VaporLoc Elite, one SmartJack, A TripleSafe Sump Pump, and two MoistureLoc dehumidifiers to prevent future mold. After the plan was in place, Nick Maszy and his production team came to the home to start the project.
