Here is a smaller and older home that has seen better days. In multiple places throughout the house, the foundation has settled anywhere from 3"-4". These homeowners wanted to do some remodeling and really give their home and new and finished look. The new a finished look wouldn't last long if the foundation continued to settle and more cracks continued to appear. Attacking to root of home issues is always to first objective, and stabilizing the foundation is at the top of that list.
Hydraulic push pier
Hydraulic push piers are the best option on the market today for foundation stabilization. Brackets are placed at the footing of the foundation and steel piers are hydraulically driven downward to bed rock or load bearing strata until adequate resistance has been reached.
West side of home installation site
This entire side of the home had began to settle causing cracks and other unsightly feature to appear throughout the home. We were able to stabilize and lift this home, closing up cracks in the walls and drywall also restoring doors and windows allowing to open and shut freely.
