Pier installation site
The corner of the home had began to settle causing windows to be stuck shut and a separation of a porch post from the ground suspending it in mid air.
Final job site clean up
Another home successfully stabilized and back to normal. All in a day's work.
Post pier installation
Clean up is always something we pay very close attention to. We cemented over the hole where the pier was installed so you can enjoy your back porch just like you did before.
Home side pier installation
Side of home that experienced the most amount of settlement. By installing multiple piers along the side of the home, we can distribute the weight on the piers and evenly support the structure.
Porch post separation.
The soil underneath the patio had settled pulling the post away from the ground where it should be anchored and help support the weight of the roof over the back porch. You wouldn't want to be sitting out back while you roof caved in.
Supported back post
We were able to achieve permanent support to the corner of the home. By adding a small block underneath the post, the post can now serve its function and help support the roof above.
