    In this Roseburg, OR home, home owner Scott B. already has a crawl space waterproofing system and a sump pump installed; However, there are still water issues. To prevent future mold development and clean the air in his crawl space and home, we isolated the earth from the crawl space with Cleanspace liner, closed off all vents and installed a dehumidifier. 

    With all of Scott's moisture issues under control and a new air cleaning and dehumidifying system, Scott can be confident his house is in the best shape of it's life.

Also, by isolating the earth from the house, closing off the vents and installing a dehumidifier, we were able to ensure improved air quality and eliminate all chance of mold growth

    Marie M. of Roseburg, OR, while outside in the garden, noticed a gap between her exterior wall and chimney. This is obviously not normal.     After inspection, Ryan Thomas confirmed a settlement issue and scheduled a two push pier system to be installed as soon as possible. By connecting brackets to the chimney foundation and driving steel piers to proper load bearing soil below, we were able to give Marie proper support to her chimney to prevent it from leaning any more. Actually we were able to lean the chimney back upright and flush with the exterior siding of the house.
