Had TerraFirma come to our home for estimate to level our drive way, which had been "leveled" 2x prior and failed, Turns out, in less than 1.5 yrs, our home fell forward 1.78 inches and cracked our foundation in 3 places... YIKES! The work got underway once permits came in, the 2 crews did an install of 4 piers indide our garage and leveled a driveway, walkway and entry steps.

During my search on-line for a source of repair for cracks in our cement driveway, I found the TerraFirma Foundations Systems website most appealing. I invited Seth, Systems Design Specialist, to provide an estimate. He provided a thorough explanation of TerraFirma's method for repairing cracks. He examined the driveway, made the necessary measurements, and provided a reasonable estimate--considering the extent of the current damage. The project was scheduled to be accomplished in two phases. Phase 1 scheduled Nov 2024: foam injection to stabilize the cement pads thereby preventing further damage. Phase 2 scheduled May 2025 or sooner depending on the weather. This delay was a consequence of my procrastination to tackle the project earlier and TerraFirma's determination to ensure the repair would suffice to fulfill their 5-year warranty.
Employees Robert and Elijah arrived on the scene as scheduled. While I observed their work, they impressed me with their professionalism and efficiency as an experienced team. They put forth an obvious desire to do an exceptional job thereby giving me confidence in the performance of the task and TerraFirma overall.

We had Terra Firma lift an RV barn that had settled over 3” in one corner causing a large crack in the concrete floor. The first crew consisting of Mike, Steve, Jeremy, and Preston installed helical piers and righted the building back to level. Schylar then came and installed the poly foam to stabilize the floor system and insert Nexus to fill the cracks. All workers have been very competent and professional and are hard workers. They are responsive to questions and concerns and have treated us very well. Co-ordination of the work was done by Mechele from her office in Roseburg. She has also been a joy to work with in ironing out any problems or concerns we’ve had with the job. Salesman Morgan is a good ambassador for the company and all the work was completed as promised by him! All in all, we are very pleased with the outcome!

So pleased with the total experience. We were provided with expert analysis of how to achieve stabilization of a concrete slab. Coordination between sales, planning and production was excellent. Technician was very proficient and friendly.

Robert & Elijah showed up on time and did a phenomenal job lifting three large concrete slabs on my back patio. They were quick, clean, and professional. I would recommend TerraFirma and both Robert & Elijah.
