Scott Pierce Heads Mid-West

The great are getting greater. I understand that is a bit cliche, but in this case it is very true. Although we will miss the brightening demeanor and positive attitude of our Sales Manager Scott Pierce while he is in Omaha, Nebraska training until Friday, we are all extremely excited for the new knowledge and insight that Pierce will bring back and share with our team of eager learners. From Wednesday the 5th of June to Friday the 7th, Scott will be learning and participating in various sales, personal development and mindset strengthening exercises which, knowing Scott, he will be anxious to turn around to teach and share with our young and rapidly growing team back in Portland. 

We credit Pierce with a lot of our success the past 8 months he has been with us. A former college football player and coach, Pierce is no stranger to demanding the best out of his team and his team expecting the best out of him. So, here we are today. One of the biggest impacts we have seen since Pierce started, and a direct credit to Scott has been our ADL (average dollar per lead). This number, year to date, has increased 35% since last year. a massive increase in overall production. So my hat goes off to everything Scott does and the execution of the entire team.

The success of any team is, well, a team contribution. We have a group of all stars through and through at TerraFirma and as you can see, the sky is the limit and we are approaching is quickly. Soon the sky will be a mere point of view and we will have to tackle the next challenge to reach the next accolade of success.
