Chad & Gage performed in a very efficient and professional manner. Answered all my questions, explained the process to my understanding and got right to the job. After initially talking to Chris about the dimpled barrier that directs water to the sump pump that was installed, I thought that it would fit more closely to the ground. It sticks up in spots and does not hug the ground as I thought. I talked to Drew about this and he said it would be OK. They removed the existing vapor barrier from where the dimpled material was installed saying that it takes the place of the old visqueen.

Overall performance of TerraFirma was 5 star. My interaction with the call center, the sales rep and the installation foreman was very positive. Everyone was able to answer all my questions no matter how obscure. The fact we were able to finance the project same as cash was very helpful and we took full advantage of it. I cannot think of a more disgusting home repair than having to address a wet, smelly, nasty crawlspace. A place I never gave any thought to whatsoever. While all of our friends are traveling all over Europe this summer my husband and I have had an absolute ball watching the remake of our crawlspace. It has been extremely educational and fascinating to learn about the new technology. It motivated us to take care of all of the nagging little things we always put off like cleaning the vents, changing filters, getting carpets cleaned etc. It is so refreshing to have a spotlessly clean brilliant white, dry crawlspace. My entire house smells so fresh and clean. The energy is amazing. My favorite story was the day after TerraFirma completed the job we had an electrician come to install plugs in the crawlspace. He jumped out of the crawlspace and said "I love your crawlspace, I could hang out down there in my shorts". We love it. A million thanks. So much better than a fancy trip. Thank you to everyone at TerraFirm and most particularly to Bryan Cantrell and Chad LNU, foreman and crew that did the job. We commend all of you on your professionalism and hard hard work. Thanks again.

My only complaint re: cleanup is that the crew broke a compact fluorescent light bulb in the basement and didn't clean it up or let me know before leaving (I could have walked down into the basement barefoot, and CF bulbs contain mercury).

I also felt like communication about electrical outlets attached to the posts in my basement that were replaced with smart jacks could have been better. This was more of a sales issue than an issue with the crew, but I was left with electrical outlets not attached to anything (just hanging from the ceiling) after the posts were replaced. This outcome would probably have been obvious to someone familiar with the process, but I feel like it was not explained to me.

Knowledgeable to explain techniques, options we may have a close approximate costs of needed professional repair required to improve our devastation and prevent further/repeat problems.
