WaterGuard Protects Jacksonville, OR Home

Mike K, local Jacksonville, OR resident, has used TerraFirma Foundation Systems in the past for moisture in his crawlspace. When he noticed that his basement started to have water leaking into it he knew exactly who to call.

They sent Patrick Dunn back out to his home to see what could be done. He recommended the TripleSafe Sump Pump that is equipped with three sump pumps to give the basement the ultimate protection. Also he suggested the WaterGuard interior drainage system, which is installed along the perimeter of the basement and would collect any water that enters the foundation and drain it straight to the sump pump.

Mike can now use his basement without worry that water will enter it thanks to the work that TerraFirma Foundation Systems did on it.

CleanSpace Protects Jacksonville, OR Home

Myrna D of Jacksonville, OR noticed that there was a moist smell coming from her crawlspace. She started looking around for a company that could come give her an estimate. While looking through the newspaper she saw an ad for TerraFirma Foundation Systems.

She decided to give them a call. They sent out their sales representative Ryan Thomas to look at her situations. He suggested the CleanSpace system to be installed which is a vapor barrier that is attached to the walls and floor and would prevent any moisture from seeping through it. Next, the piers are then driven into the ground hydraulically until a suitable loading bearing stratum is encountered. Over time the foundation slowly starts to lift and eventually will come back to normal.

Now that his foundation is protected from any further settling problems, Loyd can live without worry of any more damage happening.
