again i cant completly grade you on all subjects until the rainy season comes again. only then will i know if the work done solved my problem. as far as the work that has been done to this point and the people involved we are preaty happy. what we had done is what your people said would solve my problem in my crawl space and if it does then we will be more then happy, as i said before the rainy season will tell.

Home Settling in Netarts, OR

It is important to recognize the signs and symptoms of foundation settlement to protect the integrity of your home. Ben N. noticed that several areas in his single-story home in Netarts, Oregon, were settling, and he sought advice from TerraFirma by scheduling a free consultation.

During the consultation, System Design Specialist Morgan Kullowatz assessed Ben's home and found that it had settled by -5.7” in the southwest corner and -3.4” in the southeast corner. Additionally, there were four cracks over 2mm in width, and the retaining wall on the south side of the house was failing. Morgan used this information to work with Samuel Golsan and his team to develop a plan to stabilize Ben's home.

The team installed helical piers to prevent further settling, and they were able to jack the foundation back to its original position.
