The underlying theme from start to finish was TRUST. I felt that everyone was honest about the work, what their intentions were, how it would benefit me if at all, and the price. Josh was our service representative. Josh was perfectly perfect!! The plan that he drew up we felt very comfortable with and the production foreman was able to follow his plan perfectly and get it in to the ground without a hiccup. I'm my opinion there was nothing more they could have done to make me feel better about the process or the job. Exceptional work all around. 

The call center and the System Design Specialist was excellent. Everything was done to my convenience. After the presentation, I felt comfortable with the project and the plan to support my foundation and I believed that the products were the best option out there. Adam was very professional. Finally a basement area that we can use and enjoy rather than just for storage reasons. Ryan and TerraFirma had everything we were looking for in a total basement finish. Ryan had a very complete and comprehensive description of what I needed to get done to transform my basement into what I had envisioned. There were many different options we could choose from regarding walls and floors. Also, they went the extra mile to order windows, which is a service you guys typically don't do. Thank you for going the extra mile and making sure I was completely satisfied!

Initially we had two things that were our major hold up for not getting the project done in previous years. The first was we are constantly out of town and finding a time where we could have someone come out with both of us present and then be there for the actual installation, forget about it. And second making sure our insurance covered it. Insurance was a quick call the we just put off making, finding the time was a sinch with TerraFirma because they are so accommodating to our schedule. Josh was courteous enough to stay in touch even with our hectic schedule and find time to come out even on a Saturday. We were very impressed with Josh's knowledge and courtesy throughout the time we were in contact. For anyone looking for foundation repair, call TerraFirma and ask for Josh Anderson. I'm so happy with the project and the company that did it.

Our house was appraised because we were putting it on the market. We were told that getting our crawl space repaired would significantly raise the value of the home. Also, Nobody wants to buy a house that has a big home project waiting for them. We heard about TerraFirma on the radio and called them out for an inspection. In our mind it was simple choice. The price of the crawl space encapsulation was less than the increase in value of our home so we decided it was a good investment. Bryan went through our crawlspace, took pictures, and made sure that we were solving every piece of our crawl space. We added a dehumidifier and sump pump to create a total waterproofing system. Bryan had an excellent presentation and was clearly very knowledgeable. We felt confident with Bryan and the company to proceed with their services. 

I have only positive things to say about TerraFirma. I've spent many years under homes with my career in telecommunication and wiring repair, but until calling TerraFirma and speaking with Ryan, I had no idea that the space under your home was so significant to the overall health of the home. What impressed me most was Ryan's knowledge and ability to explain things through his computer presentation. He did a stand up job and is a great asset to your company. Wes and his team worked diligently and came around to inform me of what was going on and also to answer my questions. The marketing Director Kevin sent me a case study including write up and pictures of my project which showed me these guys go above and beyond the normal contractor. Everyone did a great job and I will be referring them to friends and family.

I enjoyed one of the most rewarding business experiences I have had in a long time. Representatives Danny, Alex and Cam were very professional and cordial throughout the entire repair process. They were meticulous in their preparation and placement of protective barriers to preserve the cleanliness and integrity of our property and did everything they could to maintain that environment throughout the repair process. They were thorough in their cleanup of the entire area when they were finished and personable and friendly the entire time they were here. Most of all they did a meticulous job of repairing the crack in our foundation and left us feeling well rewarded for having chosen TerraFirma to do the work.   Thank you for sending these three men, Danny, Alex and Cam to do the job. They are outstanding representatives of a great company and I hope that you will give them recognition for the great job they did for us. We are gratified for the decision we made to choose TerraFirma.

Deryl was excellent! did a comprehensive job, explained the issues through descriptions, photos and videos. Overall a very complete and professional analysis of the problem and comprehensive recommendation for the solution at a reasonable cost. The service that we got from the call center was excellent, Deryl was nothing short of that and nor was the installation crew. We never felt like we were left in the dark about the next steps in the process. TerraFirma was very on top of things and we really appreciated being in the loop. Many times in the past the project would start and finish before we had any chance to ask questions. Availability and courtesy means everything to me when it comes to a contractor, and Deryl did exactly that.

On a scale of 1-10, my experience with TerraFirma has been a 10. For larger expenses or home projects, I always take my time to shop around to make sure I am getting the best deal and the highest quality of work for my dollar. Waterproofing my basement was no different. TerraFirma was the first of 4 bids. What I found after discussing the different options was that TerraFirma's proposal was middle of the pack price wise, but by far at the top as far as completeness and total basement waterproofing. I'm very glad with my decision to use TerraFirma's expertise. The entire company from front to back was professional and took great care of me, my time/money and the project. You have a great team at TerraFirma and needless to say I was very impressed with the projects outcome.

TerraFirma came to our home and helped waterproof and finish our basement. The customer service in the call center and by the System Design Specialist were excellent. Everyone showed up on time and was prepared for the task.
