3 service options were provided and the range of services was nice: however even the cheapest option/fix we felt was a good enough solution. A write up with three option quotes were provided at the time of inspection. Everything was done in a timely manner for our inspection. We thought that Ryan did a great job with his presentation and we really enjoyed that he provided many options for our fix based on our budget. 

I had a great experience working with TerraFirma. They were some of the hardest working individuals I have seen work in any trade. They were here early and stayed late as needed. What I was most impressed with was their complete knowledge of healthy basement systems and ways to achieve this goal. Chris gave me multiple options on how to achieve this goal with my budget in mind. Chris was very helpful and informative. I would recommend TerraFirma. I am very satisfied with the work preformed by Terra Firma and the area was all tidy when they were done.

Our basement is actually pretty large. We have a lot of space potential, but as of right now all it has is laundry, bikes and other toys/garbage. It is a pretty well insulated area, it just looks really bad. What we had TerraFirma install were finishing products. They made sure that the humidity levels and drainage systems were up to code, put up walls and finished the flooring. We are very pleased with how the project turned out. Josh helped us design the basement plan. Josh had great ideas and worked WITH us to make sure we were happy with the plan. He was available to ask questions and just seemed like a cool guy. Thanks team!

We had our sump pump fail and ended up with almost a foot of water in our crawl space. Worked with Terra Firma and crew to get it cleaned up and a new sump pump installed. We liked the thoroughness of the process. I thought Tim did a very good job explaining what needed to be done and how that would be accomplished. We felt comfortable with making a decision based on Tim's presentation. It was very informative. Tim was very professional and made sure all of our questions were answered thoroughly.

Ryan Lahley did an excellent job. It was a very smooth and simple project and he took care of business quickly and efficiently. His design was thorough and I felt confident that it was going to keep my basement dry all the time at the best price. Ryan was very detailed in his work and I can't think of anything else he could have done to make me feel more comfortable. 10/10.

I will be having the work completed by TerraFirma as soon as possible. Nina in the call center and representative Jason were excellent, and it was an easy decision for me to go with your company. The suggested solution I felt very comfortable with that it would permanently solve my problem and I truly was WOWed throughout the process. I was very impressed with the presentation and the representative. Everything was very worth while and I give it a ten out of ten.

Jason was very professional and we really appreciated how complete the proposal was that he supplied us with within days of our inspection. He answered all our questions. 

Initially we were going to get a few different bids for our project. We talked with other companies on the phone, but only had TerraFirma come out. Their website and call center was the most personable and informative. So if someone was going to work on our house it was going to be TerraFirma. This was the only thorough, long lasting solution we found after doing our own personal research. The decision was easy.

Chris Kelly showed me a couple different options with solutions to my basement needs. We decided on one that I felt comfortable would be a long term solution that also fit the budget. We were very pleased with the plan and the result. Chris is an expert and deserves a raise. my drain system and basement insulation was quick. Everyone was punctual in the morning and before you know it they were gone. We had a few post project questions for Chris in which he was more than happy to take time and answer.
