I don't think many people understand the importance of below the home health to a house. We sure didn't. I had always focused on making things look better and more visually appealing but never got the root of the problems. Patrick Dunn gave us great information through and wonderful computer presentation about the science of encapsulating your crawl space and the benefits of doing so. We were so impressed. Patrick is a pro in the industry. I have nothing negative to say about everyone I came into contact with at TerraFirma. We are so happy to have worked with your company and are more than happy with the outcome of our crawl space.

We expect that the team that will come out to physically work on our home will be as knowledgeable as Ryan. We are retired and budget conscious and we certainly would not proceed if we felt it would not permanently solve our crawl space problems. There is no date set yet to have our project completed, but we are 100% sure we are going with TerraFirma and going to complete the project all together. Ryan was very thorough and provided many option on not only the solution needed, but on financing to get the work done. Ryan has crawl space repair and knowledge down to a science. He was a real expert in the field, so I felt very comfortable working with him and the company. He is a great representative for TerraFirma. During construction, we hardly noticed them working. It was a pretty non-invasive project. They were there early in the morning and were done with the project before the end of the day. We appreciated their speediness and punctuality. I am happy with the work that was done. Dehumidifier is in place and working correctly.

I have had a good experience overall working with TerraFirma. I believe they were very professional and knowledgeable in the field. Patrick was able to explain the benefits of encapsulating our crawl space. We went over his computer presentation and agreed that this was the best option for our crawlspace. The reason I proceeded to work with Patrick is because he remained in constant contact with me. He was always available to answer questions and make sure we were 100% comfortable with how the project was coming along. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Initially there was some mess but they cleaned up very well and were out of the home in less than two full days work.

Mr Ryan Lahley took care of my needs in a speedy manor. Very well done sir. So far everything has been great. Our experience with the call center Nina, our estimator Ryan and the installation crew Drew, we have nothing but high marks for them. They were all a treat to work with and very considerate to my needs and questions. The crawl space of our home is now encapsulated and we feel very comfortable with the health condition of the home, and the fact that I will hopefully never have to go down there again for any reason. They sealed off the vents, installed and dehumidifier and isolated the crawl space from any outside contact with the cleanspace liner. Everyone did great work.

Stephen and 'the guys' were very professional, courteous, and tidy. Job was done well and to spec, and within the time frame estimated. I did not even have to vacuum the house when they were done; the yard was perfect, and the house smells a LOT better. It's a big relief to know the water is being controlled in the crawl space. These gentlemen answered all my questions. They were helpful and went above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend this company, and the installation crew was outstanding.

The fellas were wonderful and they did a good job! I would highly recommend them and have them back at any time. I was very impressed by their hard work and that they never stopped until the end. They were all nice, clean-cut and wonderful gentlemen. 

GREAT JOB TEAM! Ryan did an amazing job with the inspection. He was able to give us our estimate on the spot and we were more than happy to sign. Especially after the other estimates we received, there was no question who we felt most comfortable with not only personally but technically as well. The thoroughness of our project design was the next step up from the others we had received and was the same price. That is the definition of more bang for your buck. In my book, there is no such thing as a 10/10 but Casey came pretty close to it. I had received other bids for my project and some were 4x the amount that Casey has proposed and I still felt Casey and TerraFirma was the best option. His presentation was very thorough, explained to me exactly why I should not only go with their company but their PRODUCTS. Casey really believed in the products, that they were on the cutting edge of the industry's technology and that along with a nice warranty, this was THE BEST option for my crawl space to date. I couldn't help to agree. The only thing that would have made things better is if they made hot chocolate while we were discussing the project details.-kidding. Thanks guys.

Casey came out for the free estimate and was very professional. I chose the company because of the work that has been done locally on a theatre down town and other large projects. 

The problem we had with our crawl space was a combination of things. Standing water, high humidity which probably caused mold to grow and dry rot. Cleanspace was presented to us by Casey. I've never heard of it before, but from how Casey spoke of it and presented the benefits, it seemed like the leading solution for crawl space repair. We feel that Casey seems to be well qualified and knowledgeable in the field and an asset to your company.  He earned our trust and business. Since having the Cleanspace installed we have had piece of mind our house isn't rotting away under our feet and that we have a cleaner, healthier home. 

Thanks for not giving up on the project. The system obviously worked so far. Also, thanks for the copy of all the paperwork! The office staff was courteous and helpful. I rate them a 10!
