We have been shopping around for a long time for the best possible option on waterproofing our basement. Every summer we talk about getting it waterproofed before the fall starts and we start to see flooding again as I'm sure most Portland basements do. We were referred TerraFirma through a friend, then heard them on the radio and shortly after saw their commercial on TV. It must have been a sign because we finally called them and they were a great company to work with. Jason Klein went above and beyond my expectation. He took his time to thoroughly examine the entire flood area and to explain things through a presentation on his computer as for the best possible solutions for the project. After all was said and done, I am happy with the price, I am happy with the product and I'm definitely happy with the new piece of mind.

We enjoyed our visit with Bryan and we were very impressed. He was able to confirm what we felt was the case, that we are not in bad shape foundation wise and have no major basement or crawl space issues. Humidity is also not a big issue for us. He spend quality time with us and we were especially impressed he did not try to sell us something we did not really need. We will consider the vapor proofing of our crawl space as a possibility down the road and may look at that for our crawl space at our rental property. We have already shared your name with neighbors and if there is ever a time where we need any of the services you provide we will definitely give you a call.
