Finally a basement area that we can use and enjoy rather than just for storage reasons. Ryan and TerraFirma had everything we were looking for in a total basement finish. Deryl was excellent! did a comprehensive job, explained the issues through descriptions, photos and videos. Overall a very complete and professional analysis of the problem and comprehensive recommendation for the solution at a reasonable cost. The service that we got from the call center was excellent, Deryl was nothing short of that and nor was the installation crew. We never felt like we were left in the dark about the next steps in the process. TerraFirma was very on top of things and we really appreciated being in the loop. Many times in the past the project would start and finish before we had any chance to ask questions. Availability and courtesy means everything to me when it comes to a contractor, and Deryl did exactly that.

On a scale of 1-10, my experience with TerraFirma has been a 10. For larger expenses or home projects, I always take my time to shop around to make sure I am getting the best deal and the highest quality of work for my dollar. Waterproofing my basement was no different. TerraFirma was the first of 4 bids. What I found after discussing the different options was that TerraFirma's proposal was middle of the pack price wise, but by far at the top as far as completeness and total basement waterproofing. I'm very glad with my decision to use TerraFirma's expertise. The entire company from front to back was professional and took great care of me, my time/money and the project. You have a great team at TerraFirma and needless to say I was very impressed with the projects outcome.

TerraFirma came to our home and helped waterproof and finish our basement. The customer service in the call center and by the System Design Specialist were excellent. Everyone showed up on time and was prepared for the task. After receiving multiple bids we believed that TerraFirma's was going to give us the most efficient solution so we went with them and we are glad we did. They did an excellent job from start to finish.

I was thrilled with the job that was done! Very satisfied and the systems specialist did a great job presenting the scope of work. TerraFirma was accommodating and worked with me to overcome obstacles such as where the sump water would drain.

Every fall, like clockwork, we are going to get a large amount of standing water in our basement. It has gotten to the point that we don't go down there or keep anything in there because we know it will get ruined. What we had TerraFirma do was a total basement finish. They put in drains, a sump pump system, finished looking walls. The whole nine yards. The area is livable and we ended up making the space a bonus room. Jason was prompt to our appointment and made sure that all our questions were answered. He went over an objective checklist to make sure that all of our needs were being addressed in his solution. Jason was friendly and professional. He was the reason we went with TerraFirma.

At the time of inspection I was in the process of purchasing the home and I wanted to include this the proposal and quote in the repair addendum. I appreciate that Deryl had more than one idea so he could work with what I can afford. I was impressed with the fact that Deryl arrived early to the appointment, was completely prepared and even stayed late. Thank you. Overall I felt comfortable with one of the proposals Deryl drew up and went along with the project. The installation held up to the high bar Deryl set. They were early, prepared and stayed late. TerraFirma really impressed me throughout the entire process. 

Currently we are in the process of financing the project. Ryan was the most knowledgeable rep I've ever spoken with. Being in the construction industry, I had a lot of very technical type questions that Ryan was able to answer and give me confidence he knew what he was talking about. Everything went fine. Ryan set great expectations and I understood the entire process and project by the end of our brief meeting. We look forward to working with TerraFirma in the near future.

We are on a massive slope and proper drainage/waterproofing has always been a topic of conversation at HOA meetings. Last year we had a house swept away in a land slide. Since then there has been a lot of construction to prevent this in the future. At the bottom of the hill we were more concerned with drainage and excess water then foundation stability. TerraFirma was brought up at the HOA meeting so we decided to give them a call. They were very responsive and courteous to our project plans. The price was fair. Many of our neighbors had work done by them already so we went with them too. Jason was our service rep. He was knowledgeable and didn't beat around the bush witch we appreciated. He was direct but listened to our needs as a customer. The results were excellent and we are glad to put this preventative disaster system in place before we had a real problem on our hands. 

We were skeptical of the process until Chris fully explained the reasons behind the drainage system. We were worried about the concrete integrity but the system seems to be a very good solution to the leaky basement. The work to install the drain is only a portion of this project. Tearing out a finished basement and redoing it will be a much more expensive proposition. Or so we thought. We were able to get all of our basement needs completed with one company and for a reasonable price. We now have more living space, increased the value of our home and have a place to relax in.
