We were VERY impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by your company and your employees. I would rate the pre-sales process a definite 10. The sales experience a 10, and the production process a 10 as well. It seems like you all run a tight ship. Everyone was on the same page and there was consistency through every phase of the project. Josh was our main contact throughout the project. He was there obviously during the sales process but we were impressed to hear from him even after the project was finished to make sure we didn't have any extra questions or issues. I'm sure I am one of many happy customers. 

There were a few other companies you competed with to earn my business. What I found was TerraFirma not only had superior products but a far superior track record as well. I take the time to learn about which companies I work with and these guys were nothing short of great. Deryl was a great guy to work with. He clearly explained all the details and we were happy to proceed with the project because of it. Other companies gave our house a quick look over, here is the price now sign. That is not how it should work. We felt more comfortable with TerraFirma and overall you guys won our business.

Call center handled my phone call properly and they were able to get someone out quickly. I was presented with a proposal at the time of inspection. Our project is very big so I want to make sure that every last detail is accounted for. It appeared that Bryan did so. Bryan did a great job with the inspection and I feel that the products and design will fix my problem.

Not only did I feel comfortable with the services that TerraFirma was able to provide for my specific project, but I was very confident that Ryan knew what he was talking about and gave me confidence they were the best option for my project. I have nothing poor to say about my service rep Josh or the company as a whole. The floors on the first story of our home are sinking and have been for years. We finally had someone come out a look at it. Now a marble doesn't even slightly roll. The floor boards don't creek when you walk on them, and it doesn't feel like you are on a trampoline when walking through the home. TerraFirma installed push piers underneath my home and leveled out the entire floor. Chris's original plan called for 3 piers and we trusted his design because of his confidence and professionalism. I am very glad I did. I'm so much more comfortable living in my own home and it is thanks to the exceptional plan by Chris, the production crew and the whole team at TerraFirma.

We are very impressed with the work. The call center was able to schedule me an appointment convenient to my calendar. Chris was on time and made sure that all my questions were being answered thoroughly. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a very low stress atmosphere. i didn't feel at any time I was being "sold" something. It was a, "here is your problem, these are the best solutions solutions" kind of thing. He made me feel very comfortable. After having a few other people come out to look at my job, it was a very easy decision to go with TerraFirma. Chris was always very available again accommodating to my schedule for installation. Chris is a great asset to your team.

I am willing to pay for quality work. This is exactly what I received working with TerraFirma. Kevin was our representative who was very knowledgeable and prepared for our appointment. He suggested using helical piers to support our foundation. The design of Chris's project was very impressive. They blew the competition our of the water. Prior to TerraFirma, I had other companies come out for estimates, TerraFirma was the only company, I thought, that had a comprehensive understanding of the problem, and had a complete and thorough proposal for a solution. Overall I am satisfied with the work that was done and would recommend your services to any future customers. 

Jason really impressed me with the his knowledge of foundations and settlement issues. After meeting with him, I felt like I had a much better understanding of what was actually causing my house to settle and how we were going to be able to fix it. His presentation was very informative. I chose TerraFirma because of their sincerity, honesty and they listened. I wasn't battling a contractor, I was working with one. Chris was very thorough with his inspection. He had pointed out things that I didn't notice when I first discovered that we might have a foundation problem. Chris pointed out that some windows and doors were off alignment because of the foundation settlement. There were cracks in the wall and the ceiling that were an indication of foundation settlement. Needless to say I'm glad I called TerraFirma out to inspect my home. We hired TerraFirma. They got right to work, and did an outstanding job. Chris was spot on with his proposal. Production cleaned up well after completing the job. Everything went very smooth.
