I have only positive things to say about TerraFirma. I've spent many years under homes with my career in telecommunication and wiring repair, but until calling TerraFirma and speaking with Ryan, I had no idea that the space under your home was so significant to the overall health of the home. What impressed me most was Ryan's knowledge and ability to explain things through his computer presentation. He did a stand up job and is a great asset to your company. Wes and his team worked diligently and came around to inform me of what was going on and also to answer my questions. The marketing Director Kevin sent me a case study including write up and pictures of my project which showed me these guys go above and beyond the normal contractor. Everyone did a great job and I will be referring them to friends and family.

I enjoyed one of the most rewarding business experiences I have had in a long time. Representatives Danny, Alex and Cam were very professional and cordial throughout the entire repair process. They were meticulous in their preparation and placement of protective barriers to preserve the cleanliness and integrity of our property and did everything they could to maintain that environment throughout the repair process. They were thorough in their cleanup of the entire area when they were finished and personable and friendly the entire time they were here. Most of all they did a meticulous job of repairing the crack in our foundation and left us feeling well rewarded for having chosen TerraFirma to do the work.   Thank you for sending these three men, Danny, Alex and Cam to do the job. They are outstanding representatives of a great company and I hope that you will give them recognition for the great job they did for us. We contacted TerraFirma's call center for a free estimate. They were very courteous and helped me schedule a convenient appointment time. Josh showed up right on time. He even called the morning before to make sure everything was still scheduled. I'm glad he did, I might have forgotten. Josh did some tests outside and in the garage and showed me that my house had settled nearly 3 inches. I didn't know it was that serious. Never-the-less I was prepared to get this fixed immediately. Josh had the a very comprehensive plan that was going to fix the settling problem at all weak points. The price was fair and under my budget. By signing on the day of inspection I was able to take advantage of their preferred customer discount witch saved me some extra money on the project. I wouldn't have gone through with the project though if josh wasn't so knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for all your help. -Gail

We were so pleased with Deryl. He was informative and did not treat us (without a clue) like we didn't have a clue! He was very easy to talk to and to answer questions. Thank you! I had a few initial objections to the price. Kevin was very good at working with me to make sure I was completely happy with every aspect of the project. Kevin explained very well the benefits and necessity of getting this project completed now. The long term benefits to the quality of my home and the value of my home are well worth the repair costs. I was most comfortable with TerraFirma's plan vs cost than the competition.  Foundation problem are not going to fix themselves, in fact, they only get worse and more expensive. Kevin was very helpful in making sure we were well informed and making the best decision. Kevin is an outstanding representative of your company and am very satisfied working with him and TerraFirma.

When a post split, Terra Firma was quick to come back and fix it. Work was professional and I am very pleased with the work that they have preformed. Very pleased with Terra Firma's customer service.
