Terra Firma recently completed a foundation lift involving 18 push piers and 3 helical. My home is situated on the Columbia River with a sloping hillside down to the river. I couldn’t be more pleased with the end result, all completed as proposed in the original estimate and time frame! We had our house leveled, Jonah was the project manager, Roberto the foreman, James R. and Antonio J. They were very professional and had all the work done in four days, we even had a barbecue with them, with my homemade potato salad... Also they found a leak in our sewer pipes, so that's our next project. I highly recommend TerraFirma, fantastic service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I can't praise Terra Firma enough for their superb service throughout the process of having an earthquake retrofit done on my house!! Design specialist James Kershaw did a thorough assessment and explanation of the recommended work. Scheduler Jonah promptly contacted me with the work dates and coordinated with the plumber for related work. My OUTSTANDING team of workers with Jonathan (foreman), Nathan, Rom, Matt and Daniel worked tirelessly and efficiently and with cheerful and respectful attitudes. They exercised great care in protecting my home and in cleaning up at the end of the job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for their superb, specialized services!!

In a word, Terra Firma was AWESOME! From the beginning to the end. Everyone involved, from the first visit by Tyler to the project coordinator, Jonah, to the crew that did the hard work of stabilizing my foundation, James the foreman, along with Oscar and Jayden. The engineering and permitting with the city were handled and I was informed all along the way. The crew showed up on the dot every day, was friendly, professional and respectful of the property. My property was restored to the condition they found it in with pressure washing and putting the deck back together. They also alerted me to problems with my plumbing that needed to be addressed that I would not have otherwise been aware of. It was work that needed to be done to avoid any further damage, inability to sell at a later time or saving my family the burden of dealing with it.

Timothy, Jonathan and James did a phenomenal job today installing a sump pump and drain in our crawl space. Super prompt, friendly and professional. Highly recommend TerraFirma!

On November 13, 14 and 20th, 2017, it was our pleasure to have Terrafirma work crew at our home in Medford, Oregon. We were appre-hensive after one bad general contractor experience which left us with one end of our home requiring foundation stabilization and a concrete 15 step curved front entry needing both stabilization and filling work to be done. It took but a short time to come to the realization that we had made the right decision. They were on time, fully equipped and exceedingly professional. They functioned as a finely oiled machine. Each member was part of the team and each seemed to know his job almost without verbal communication It was a sight to behold, not only
the quiet efficiency but the willingness to answer all questions without hesitation and to do whatever was needed or required to make us feel that in their minds we were the most important people there. That impression was exhibited by every workman on site. Their work was finished on time and as far as we can see with excellent results. We cannot recommend Terrafirma STRONGLY ENOUGH. Thank you Terrafirma and The two gentleman that came to our house. My whole experience with your company was great. Everyone that I worked with were very helpful and polite and knowledgeable. The gentleman that came to the house to lift our porch knew exactly what to do and how to achieve it ( our porch is huge by the way ) I didn't think that they could get it back to its original level but that's exactly what the accomplished. Once again great company and people to work with, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs any kind of work like this done.
