Dorian was great, very communicative and informative as I was really curious about the technology used and the process. Our pool deck is on a hill and had cracked due to water flowing under it for years. Little by little it was lifted into place and high spots were ground down.

Mike ,Steve and Preston showed up on time, happy to be here, and polite. These guys dealt with the crap weather on the beach got soaked and muddy but still got it done in record time. The east side of my house is level again thank you guys so much!

Robert and Elijah did an excellent job of jacking up my slab where very professional and it was spotless when they finished highly recommended

Pat was so good not only at his job, but is an extremely personable type of communicator, is polite and most of all knowledgeable. I’d say he is going places with this company! It is hard to find adequate people these days, let alone someone who is capable of carrying on an educated and informed conversation while listening to my questions and concerns , then actually (past 5 pm on over-time) taking the time to explain them. He was patient and kind to both me and my young daughter. I appreciated his honesty about working with connected buildings, even if it risked new business for his company. If he isn’t already a manager, he soon will be! If you call Terra Firma i’d suggest asking for Par and if Pat works for you, I’d suggest a raise next review!! lol

We contracted with TerraFirma to ecapsulate
And add sump pumps and a dehumidifier to our recently severely flooded crawl space in Eugene, Or.
We got a couple of bids and TerraFirma seemed most representative of what we required.
Andrew lead a team that competed the job one day earlier than required, was super professional and managed the effort very efficiently. He was supported by professional program coordination staff as well.
He always kept us informed of status and also worked with the electricians to ensure we had proper outlet support for the pumps assemblies and dehumidifier.
He also ensured that the Ship Shape application used for monitoring the associated hardware was installed and operating before finishing the job.

I highly recommend TerraFirma for this kind of support and have already written an assessment of the evaluation and bidding process led by Tyler Landon.

While I did not choose TerraFirma for my project, it was still a very positive experience. I would definitely call them again if something came up in the future.
