Will came out, today, to give us an estimate. He did a thorough inspection and explained everything in laymen's terms, as he went. I also appreciated that he didn't try to sell me on services that I didn't need but was honest about what our options were. I highly recommend Terrafirma!

This review is based on the customer service. We had a water intrusion problem in our finished basement after excessive rain just before Christmas. We called around and TerraFirma was one of the few places that could send someone within a week. Travis came by and gave us his honest opinion and suggestions without cost. Options included digging up the basement and adding a sump, or doing some simple exterior projects to keep water from draining toward the foundation. I appreciate Travis providing us options that did not require TerraFirma. While we ended doing the exterior work to keep water away from the foundation, we would recommend them for their great customer service. If we ever have need for foundation repair, we would not hesitate to call them in the future.

Seth with TerraFirma came out to look at my problem. He wasn't able to help with my issue but was very friendly and helpful to guide me to who to call. Was on time for our meeting and gave me a call to let me know he was on the way. All in all I'm very happy with TerraFirma and Seth. Thank you!

Travis and the crew did an excellent job with our crawlspace project. They were always on time even though they were coming from Roseburg to Bend, and great with giving updates as they went. Terrafirma just completed a crawl space drainage project with installation of sump pump. They did a fabulous job. Jorge was the excellent foreman. He is professional and a great communicator. His team included Juan and Manuel. They all worked incredibly hard to get the job done on time under difficult conditions. They also did a great job of cleanup. I cannot recommend them enough!

I've had multiple interactions and services (including sump pump installation) done by TerraFirma, all good experiences. However our last service which was an inspection of our foundation was exceptional and warranted me to write a review. Our systems design specialist Tanner Heinz who came out was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful to our home. We felt like he wasn't trying to oversell, just telling us straight facts and honest opinion. We trust our home is in good hands and came up with a game plan. If I owned a business we'd be lucky to have Tanner as an employee. Highly recommend this company.

We had a water mitigation system installed and a complete encapsulation done. It was done in 4 days. The team was so professional and hardworking and the results speak for themselves. We had a plumber and electrician do some work alongside the TerraFirma team and they both commented on the amazing work being done.
