So when we were having bad odors and mice infestation in our crawl space we didn't hesitate to call Terra Firma. They sent the best design specialist Derek Ryan and the best crew ever to encapsulate it! Such hard-working, professional, respectful young men. Foreman Luis kept us informed and answered all questions. Actually all of them could knowledgeably answer our questions. It took them all week and Brad, Jorge and Jose. They worked their tails off!

I recently requested an evaluation from Terra Firma for a vacation property, far from many resources, and where many companies will not work. Bailey came out, on time, prepared to do a full examination of the issue and give me a quote with options before even leaving the property. I was greatly surprised by the response. Bailey was extremely professional but also personal, and also educational. I wasn't even sure if we had an issue that needed attention in the near future. He helped me to understand the nature of the issues and the best steps forward to having a safer and better protected home. Andrew and his crew completed our work project installing a sump pump, installed drain tile inside the crawl space under the house and finished with a vapor barrier. In addition they also removed all junk under the house. The crew was very efficient, the work space was kept very clean, when they were through you would hardly know they were there. They were very helpful and answered any questions we had and explained what was going on. We highly recommend this crew.

TerraFirma made a major error when fixing the foundation for the overhang of our Enumclaw Plateau Historical Society museum. The posts were not properly spaced, giving the front of the building an uneven appearance. When the error was pointed out to them, they admitted it, and apologized. They paid the repair costs without argument. According to a businessman on our board, this is an unusual occurrence. I want to give them kudos for their management acting with integrity.

Very happy with the results. The actual workers were tops. Only negative was the planning with the utilities. NW naturals said gas should have been turned off during lift.

Everything was done well and efficiently, The team communicated well with me, and cleaned up after themselves. It was expensive, but I feel confident that the job was done well.

I was pleased with the work of the technician, Schylar. He arrived on time, explained the process, answered my questions, completed the work and conducted a final review with me. He was able to level out a slab floor on an outbuilding with excellent results. Schylar also did a thorough job cleaning up at the end.
