I am so satisfied with the work done by Terra Firma. This is the second time they have done repairs in my crawl space and Jonah, the project manager kept me up to date about what would be done and when. Jorge, the foreman was very professional and friendly and told me what was completed every day. He, Juan and Nick worked hard to complete the project on time and they did a fantastic job.

Prompt professional team, Sammy Ruiz and the install team - Tyler & Augie - were great to work with. The foundation repair was professionally done. Follow-up 09/13/2024, discovered the dehumidifier had been installed so that the drain line wasn’t working properly. Called TerraFirma and Marcus came out, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and cleaned up the water overflow. He was prompt, professional and did a great job. Highly recommend TerraFirma for their work!

My annual service was completed by Marcus this year. He called prior to the appointment, showed up when he said he would, and greated me with a positive attitude and a handshake. I typically leave the service techs to do their work while I go do other things, but this man was knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to a few concerns I had, took the time to take everything apart and inspect everything I brought up. Super easy to talk to but stayed busy working while he was doing it. Hopefully he's in the area next time I need to schedule an appointment.

The company did good work. This is the second time we have used these services. Price has almost doubled in five years. Getting expensive!
