CRAWL SPACE REPAIR BEFORE & AFTER GALLERY

Even before the crew was onsite, I very much appreciated Geovany's site visits and communication (along with that of our Project Managers!). The install crew that completed our foundation repairs were just excellent as was the final product. We were very pleased and satisfied with Bryan and his crew members (Oscar, Oscar, and Cam). On the final day Bryan teamed with Nate and his crew of two (Oscar and a person's name I didn't get). All crew members were respectful, tidy, and were able to accommodate our requests as we sought to coordinate extra loud construction periods for our noise sensitive young child.  Bryan, as crew lead, communicated well, sought to always provide a clear explanation of the work, received any and all questions and feedback, sought to install a professional product, and thoughtfully shared what the next day would look like.  The finished product was completed, in my opinion, with integrity both to the contract signed and also to professional construction methods. We have been genuinely satisfied with this particular phase of the work (foundation repair) and I would very much recommend TFFS, and specifically the crew we had onsite, to others facing similar crawlspace/foundation nightmares. Update following waterproofing crew: Now that the final waterproofing phase is complete we are very satisfied with the completed work, as well as the professional manner, of the waterproofing crew. Our crawlspace is completely transformed and probably hasn't ever looked this good in the 43 years since this house was first constructed. We sleep better at night now knowing our foundation is structurally sound and encapsulated. The final week of work by the waterproofing crew saw a thorough and detailed approach as they installed the perimeter drainage, applied the 120-mil vapor barrier along with its heavy duty underlayment, and the foam board - among all the other details they accomplished. The crew went above and beyond, doing even a bit more than I ever expected. Most importantly, for our family, foreman Tim C., with team members Chris R., Tarin S., and Jairo T., were very thoughtful and respectful as we had a child sensitive to loud noise - the crew kept us informed and really worked well to accommodate our needs. Our crew, led by Tim C., not only earned a shout out but please recognize those guys. Perhaps this has been the most surprising part of our journey with TerraFirma - how excellent it has been to work with the onsite foremans and their crews.

The whole process was seamless - from our initial proposal where Hannah answered all of our questions and did a thorough assessment of what was needed to Antonio, Kameron and Jesse who did a great job on our encapsulation project. They showed up on time, were professional, very informative, cleaned up when completed, and were a pleasure to work with. Would recommend their services!

The Terra Firma team of Luis Juarez, Jose V., and Jorge D. were very dedicated and thorough in the crawl space encapsulation project at our home. They worked long hours to get the project done well and on time- as promised.

I don’t usually do reviews but in this case people should know this is a first class company. Great communications and no selling you on something you don’t need. John was very professional, he spent time with us expanding what issues he did find, measured the level of the floors, inspected under the house and checked wall and foundation cracks. He also placed a blanket down to collect any dirt from entering and exiting the crawl space inside the house. I highly recommend John from the Eugene office and TerraFirma.

Great job! I’m pretty sure they sent their A-team and got my crawl space encapsulated in 3 days. The dehumidifier doesn’t have to work too hard anymore. Humidity is holding steady below 50%. I can probably take some credit for their efficiency though, because I didn’t bother them too much 😂.

I had a positive experience with vapor barrier application to my basement walls, a draining system install that wraps around the basement walls, installation of a sump pump, foundation crack repair, sealing/ vapor barrier install in a crawlspace.

Shout out to Shane A!! Shane came out to inspect and bid our office crawl space/foundation/sub floor. (A repurposed residential home). Shane was awesome. He gave me straightforward honest info. He came during business hours and clearly did all he could to avoid interrupting our work flow. Shane was kind, pleasant and above all, honest. Shane sent our bid the same day. He just for the problem we call about, but checked the entire space. I called the next day to schedule an appointment for the work Terra Firma's crew came out within few days. The work crew was on time!! They even assisted one of our older employees across our icy parking lot. The whole crew was polite, pleasant, quiet, and fast. The crew was also here during business hours and we barely noticed they were here. I was very impressed with the ENTIRE process and highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business. I have worked directly with clients and customers for over 30 years, in both small and medium sized businesses. I am extremely customer service oriented personally and professionally. One day looking under that house, I noticed that my under house drainage was not working. So I placed a call with TerraFirma for an inspection and price quote. Less than a week they were outside my house, listening to me and offering information. We concluded that a French drain on the inside of the crawl space all away around, centering it to one location for a new sump pump. The sump pump is a triple tier with battery backup (3 pump in one unit). Two days later they finished the job, with a callback return to fix a couple little issues, which were fixed within 1 hr of my call. After I inspected their work, I was impressed! Very clean work, no standing water. Their price was cheaper compared to the other company that said “we fixed it” when we were buying this house.
