Jorge and his team did a great job in my crawlspace replacing 40-year-old cracked wood support posts with TerraFirma's SmarkJack posts. Jorge was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and thorough, always keeping me informed as to exactly what he and his team were doing and how long it would take, plus having me check on their work. Jaden Torson advised me on the best solution for my crawlspace. He was willing to work on picking up and correcting the poor work a previous company had left. He understood the need for a correct, clean space in order for a kitchen rehab to happen. The company made great efforts to arrange schedules so my work could happen in an efficient, timely manner. All staff were very pleasant and professional. They did exactly what was promised and I highly recommend them. It is so relieving to have someone like Jaden who is trustworthy, practical and honest. The crew at the Vancouver, TerraFirma did a great job!! Jacob Iltis did a great job presenting several options to resolve the crawl space issues, the main focus was on a bouncy floor and we opted to install a new beam with screw jacks. Jorge Valencia and his crew, Juan and Manuel did a great job installing the beam and screw jacks. They communicated exactly what was going to happen and when. They put flooring protection down and did a nice job at cleaning up at the end. I highly recommend TerraFirma and the crew of Jorge, Juan and Manuel to get the job done. TerraFirma will be my first call if I have anymore issues.

Great experience. We had them encapsulate our crawl space. The crew was very professional and courteous. They put down floor protector and were careful when moving materials through the house. They kept us informed of progress and even found a water line leak due to a staple punched in the house water line from construction of the house. Definately recommend them.

From free estimate to job completion, Terra Firma was a great, reliable company to work with. The no pressure estimate allowed us time to decide if / when we wanted our job done . After we decided to hire them the crew was fast, efficient and clean!
