BasementS WATERPROOFED, HOMEOWNERS HAPPY

We take pride in our years of experience making homes dry, safe, and stable. From Ashland to Corvallis, Beaverton to Olympia, our Basement Waterproofing clients have given us great feedback.

Our basement waterproofing job was completed on schedule the crew was professional and easy to work with. When we have other foundation or concrete work to be done TerraFirma will be our first choice. Jonah was a good coordinator and everything went smoothly,
Christian and his team were on time, personable as well as professional. The team did a great job repairing the leaks in our basement and keeping us informed of any changes and progress.
Repairing issues in our foundation was a huge project for us. Their staff were prompt, professional, respectful and friendly. We are very happy with their work and working within a narrow crawlspace is not easy! I would recommend this company for your foundation weatherproofing needs.
Seth has been really awesome. He is professional and very patient. We had many questions. He took time to answer them all and come over twice to make sure the detail were accurate. I'm happy to have met him and look forward to our basement being fixed!
Initial inspection was thorough with specifics to solve my basement project. James Taylor and his crew, Tarin and Carlos were fantastic. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly for 2 days to waterproof my basement. James went the extra mile to solve an additional concern I had in my garage. James, Tarin and Carlos were fun to work with. I am looking forward to working with TerraFirma on my stabilization project in March. Thanks also to Brent for addressing all my financing questions. Thank you Sammy for scheduling all the details and making sure I understand it all.
Thank you so much! You guys did a great job on the basement. It was not an easy task to remove the foam off the wall but they did it! Everything was left cleaned! Amazing workers! Special thanks to the crew men:Tim C., Johnathan H., and Jairo T.
We hiredTerraFirma to waterproof and redo our crawlspace. We live on a hill which means the crawlspace is on a hill, I am sure it wasn't the easiest place to navigate to get the work done. Heather was the projects coordinator and kept us informed of every step of the project, which we really appreciated. Fernando, was the foreman, and his work crew Felipe, Jorge D., and Jose H. were exceptional workers. This was a three-day project and they were always punctual, very polite, and worked extremely hard getting the project done. Everyone did an outstanding job, and we would recommend the workers and TerraFirma to anyone. Extremely pleased with the workmanship and the project was done on time. The McIntyre's in Oregon City
Last year our house flooded due to rising ground water in a daylight basement that we had assumed was sealed and waterproof. Well it wasn't! We hired Terra Firma to do a waterproofing job that included drain lines below ground, drain track around the inside corners, and a sump pump. Our install team (Andrew, Zach, Joey, and Kayden) were amazing. They arrived on time every morning, worked hard all through the day, and were done ahead of schedule. They answered all of our questions and even helped us plan the best way to resurface our finished basement floor so any future water damage would not create long term damage. We could not be happier with Terra Firma and our amazing install crew. Five stars for sure.
The Crew was great to work with, Region Supervisor did a great job, The lady on the phone was knowledgeable on the job process and has great communication style. The job turned out just has they described, we had our crawl space waterproof.
The technician (Clay Carter) was very professional, honest, and helpful in explaining parts of the system I had kinda forgotten about. I'd somewhat neglected my basement system over the years, so I appreciated his kindness and patience as he went through and checked everything. System is still working great though! No water in the basement after 5 years, and the mechanical stuff was still in good order, I'd call that a win.
I’m a renter and my landlord had Terrafirma send Stevo Clay out to help diagnose a loud vibration noise coming from the basement that reverberated though the hvac ducts. He quickly figured out the problem, got approval and changed out the parts so now everything is running quietly. He even insulated/separated the ductwork to minimize any potential noise, and recognized and replaced a faulty sensor that wasn’t part of the dying pump. He was super nice and explained what was the issue, arrived right in the middle of the expected appointment window, and was so quiet he didn’t even wake up my sleeping toddler taking a nap right above where he was working. I definitely would recommend Stevo and Terrafirma for anyone with a basement that might need some TLC.
My home was a challenge, being built in 1925, and realizing that waterproofing and home jacks weren't enough to fix the problem. Two people made made my experience with having several visits to update/fix issues that needed updates. 1. Nikki in customer service/planning. She was also friendly, responsive, and kind. 2. Gene who is on of the lead foreman/specialists. Had him come out again today and he helped realize there was some work that needed to be adjusted, that had been hindering my sump pump. Also helped me fix a few little adjustments that the planted supports created. While this is a pricey/time adverse process...it allows you piece of mind and is transferable at sale, and gives you a warranty. I also signed up for the yearly sump pump check for 10 years.
