Bryon and Michael did a great job finishing up our hillside retaining walls, making them sturdy and looking finished. They cleaned up the job site and left us with a well-done project. Hope to work with this crew again as we continue with crawlspace waterproofing later!

We couldn’t be more thankful for Terra Firma and our experience with them! We bought our first home recently and our partially finished basement flooded repeatedly over the winter causing a lot of damage, stress and worry. We had a few quotes from other companies who didn’t seem entirely confident it was a fixable problem. From the moment Terra Firma came out to give us a consult they were timely, professional and took the care and time to explain all our options and how each of them could work to fix our problem. The crew worked for 3 days straight to dig through our slab, place in ground piping and set up our sump pump , fixing our flooding problem and they kept us informed the whole way. I had crawl space waterproofing performed under my home. It was a two day job. Timothy and his team of Jonathon, Jesse and Moi did a remarkable job and finished as advertised. This entails literally the removable of hundreds of pounds of deteriorated insulation (and other garbage left by the builder) and then encasing the whole area in plastic sheeting. A really dirty job in a VERY restricted work space. Yet, both nights at cessation of work, access from the outside of the home to the crawl space door was left without a hint of mud or residue from underneath the house. At the end of the project, Timothy explained the entire procedure and showed me photos. It looked like a skating rink - bright and white! At $14,000, the procedure is not cheap, but since our home was built on a subterranean spring, necessary. But after seeing all the effort by the workers and the amount of material drug in and out of that crawl space, I definitely got my money's worth. Kudos to Timothy and his team and I highly recommend TerraFirma.

Our house is over 100 years old and the basement was very humid. I had laid down a vapor barrier but it wasn't sealing out all the moisture from the walk-in crawlspace. So we decided to have our walk-in crawl space encapsulated by Terra Firma after getting quotes from 3 companies. I knew that we needed a pro to get all the weird angles done correctly. We chose TF because they were professional, communicative, and their quote was reasonable in comparison to the others. They got the job done and have stayed in contact afterwards to make sure everything was correct. Jaden Torson advised me on the best solution for my crawlspace. He was willing to work on picking up and correcting the poor work a previous company had left. He understood the need for a correct, clean space in order for a kitchen rehab to happen. The company made great efforts to arrange schedules so my work could happen in an efficient, timely manner. All staff were very pleasant and professional. They did exactly what was promised and I highly recommend them. It is so relieving to have someone like Jaden who is trustworthy, practical and honest. We had our crawl space waterproofed with a sump pump installed by TerraFirma. Our experience with this company was excellent. Sammy was our coordinator and kept us advised throughout the process in a very thorough and efficient way. Christian was the foreman in installation and Antonio and Jesse worked with him. They all were such hard working and super pleasant young men! They let us know what they were doing all the way through and cleaned up each day, leaving everything tidy.
