Quenton came to service crawl space sump. He did a thorough inspection of the whole space. Cleaned and serviced sump that was full of clay. Found issues and gave recommendations with pros and cons. He didn't push any unneccessary things. Took pictures of all issues and work and thoroughly explained everything. Installed a new dehumifier and removed old one and hauled away. Would recomnend this guy to anyone. I hope this guy is an example of how the business is run. Excellent job, very happy.

We were able to get an appointment two days after calling and they were even able to come earlier after checking in to make sure we were available. Even though we were given some hard news about the repairs needed Jason did so in such a friendly and courteous manner. He was very patient with me and explained all of the proposal in detail. I really appreciate all of the time Jason took to help me today. It really made me feel like our house wasn’t just a job.

Since the pandemic, my experiences with contractors has been mediocre at best. They cost more and do not do as good of a job. Generally they send poorly trained or overly busy employees . So it was very refreshing to have Schylar P. with TerraFirma come out and do such great work. Imagine having a contractor show up on time, being knowledgeable, and doing the work as promised in the timeframe given.

The process of stabilizing my foundation was done quickly and professionally. Permits and reports were provided upon completion. They were a pleasure to work with. The site visits were scheduled in advance and they were always there when scheduled. The final work was completed when scheduled and the site was cleaned up with minimal disturbance. If I had a question, they were always quick to explain the process. A pleasure to work with.

Dorian was great, very communicative and informative as I was really curious about the technology used and the process. Our pool deck is on a hill and had cracked due to water flowing under it for years. Little by little it was lifted into place and high spots were ground down.

Walt came out to our place in Salem for a consultation and was very professional, a clear communicator, and a good teacher. I appreciated his time and would work with him and TerraFirma again.

While I did not choose TerraFirma for my project, it was still a very positive experience. I would definitely call them again if something came up in the future. From scheduling through the bidding process, they were responsive and organized - seemed to have all their ducks in a row. Jonathan, Jon, James. They were amazing they worked hard and fast did a great job cleaning. They finished sooner then expected cleaned our floors and washed and cleaned our front porch. Thank you for all your hard work.

Will came out, today, to give us an estimate. He did a thorough inspection and explained everything in laymen's terms, as he went. I also appreciated that he didn't try to sell me on services that I didn't need but was honest about what our options were. I highly recommend Terrafirma!

I was referred to John from Terra Firma when I was looking to have our foundation inspected. John was very friendly and knowledgable and came out to our house to measure and inspect everything. In the end he was able to put our mind at ease and did a great job of explaining different scenarios and what he was looking for.

John even inspected the crawlspace while he was out and provided great feedback there as well. Overall we got a lot of good information and never felt as though we were being pushed into unnecessary services.

From beginning to end, we experienced professional attitude and work ethic.
All the employees we interacted with were pleasant. They finished the job in two days even though they ran into an issue. All work was completed and cleaned up very nicely. We are pleased with the finished product. It is reassuring to know we will NEVER have water intrusion in our basement ever again!

Skylar was wonderful to work with. Was very professional and did a great job with raising our concrete pad.,

We had Terra Firma lift an RV barn that had settled over 3” in one corner causing a large crack in the concrete floor. The first crew consisting of Mike, Steve, Jeremy, and Preston installed helical piers and righted the building back to level. Schylar then came and installed the poly foam to stabilize the floor system and insert Nexus to fill the cracks. All workers have been very competent and professional and are hard workers. They are responsive to questions and concerns and have treated us very well. Co-ordination of the work was done by Mechele from her office in Roseburg. She has also been a joy to work with in ironing out any problems or concerns we’ve had with the job. Salesman Morgan is a good ambassador for the company and all the work was completed as promised by him! All in all, we are very pleased with the outcome!

We had Riley Andal at our house to consult on a settling foundation. Riley was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. With no pressure, Riley followed up over the next few days while we explored our options. When I would reach out for clarification of industry terms and procedures, he responded quickly with good answers. He never down talked the competition, only positive promotion of his company. If you request a quote from TerraFirma in the greater Tacoma/Auburn area, I hope you get Riley as your consultant.

TerraFirma did a great job on my home. Their staff were friendly, polite, and very competent at their jobs. They showed great professionalism and did super clean work. They even did some small extras for me and I am very happy I chose them.

from the time they gave us a bid until the job was done the company did a marvelous job. They gave me an estimate if I was to tear all the driveway out and replace the concrete, vs their technology. We are happy with the work and the cost savings.

Design specialist James Kershaw did a thorough assessment and explanation of the recommended work. Scheduler Jonah promptly contacted me with the work dates and coordinated with the plumber for related work. My OUTSTANDING team of workers with Jonathan (foreman), Nathan, Rom, Matt and Daniel worked tirelessly and efficiently and with cheerful and respectful attitudes. They exercised great care in protecting my home and in cleaning up at the end of the job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for their superb, specialized services!!
