Called TerraFirma because we noticed mold in the crawl space several years after inital encapsolation. Turned out there was very little mold and it was dead. Service reps James and Micky were very thorough and explained how our system was working properly preventing any mold from developing. We appreciated their excelent customer service interface. They offered to come back if we saw any further issues, but made it clear everything was working proprerly. Excellent employees.

Jonathan H, Nathan, James, Logan, and Felipe did a great job on our crawl space. They were on time, efficient, and very professional. The are hard workers and the job results show that.

A crew from Terrafirma was out on June 23rd to fix some issues from our original install. Very professional, on time and did an amazing job of keeping us informed on the progress throughout the day. If we need any additional work completed we would definitely make sure we had James Taylor and Chris Raycraft for the job. Both James and Chris went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were happy customers when they completed the work.

After I bought a 115 year old house built partially into a hill near the top of Council Crest in Portland and discovered that the walls bled water when it rained, two walls were built into a hill and had endured the pressure of water and mud for a century, causing cracks and turning the foundation to crumbles, I called Terra Firma when an neighbor with an old house told me about her experience. Terra Firma has a great reputation. During the first meeting, Hannah walked the property and made a detailed proposal, explaining how Terra Firma would ensure that the walls do not cave in by shoring them up and anchoring them, supplemented with a vapor lock system to keep the water out of the house. NO MORE MUSTY SMELL, THANK YOU! Hannah explained the plan thoroughly, using her iPad to ensure that I understood. It could not get any better than this...I signed the paperwork immediately and contracted for the foundation repair and upgrade. This week, Geovany and his team spent four days working very hard and very smart to finish the project on time, and without any hitches. And they were working hard, very thoughgoing and steadfast.

I am extraordinarily pleased with the work of the TerraFirma team, and how they did it. It is obvious by looking at the work that my basement walls are solid, secure, and dry.

Great work from James and his crew! Thanks to Morgan, David and Hilary for the additional assistance. These folks went above and beyond also fixing a lock on a sliding glass door as well as installing 20 piers and 4 smart jacks for the residence. Very thorough evaluation initially from Morgan which is why I chose TF over their main rivals who just breezed through the place in 30 mins or so. Morgan spent nearly 2 hours after taking measurements and showing me detailed videos about the bedrock and clay deposits under all these houses in W. Eugene. House feels solid now! These work crews they have make rapid progress and stick to their time estimate which frankly seemed doubtful at the end of day 2 of 6. But sure enough they were all tidied up and done by mid day of day 6, just amazing!

Jeremy did an excellent job. The Terra Firma process worked fantastic. It was well worth the money!

The patio driveway and garage floor were all done in a very professional manner and the team was excellent.
