Hey Folks, So just over a year ago we were having some issues at the house, I wrote to all of you on how wonderful TerraFirma was to us and I am here to tell you... THEY DID IT AGAIN! I starting noticing some movement in the driveway and inside the garage again. Called up Bree in the office and asked to have someone come take a peek. Edwin came out, what an awesome dude! Edwin spent a short time at the house remeasuring a couple things to compare back at the office with measurements from a few months ago, We heard from Bree that the measurements were still within reason. I let Bree know, something is not sitting well with me and I really would like to chat with the Mgr. So I received a call from Tulane, Again SUPER DUDE! Tulane assured me with my husband present that I am not being in any sorts a pain, I have concerns and he and Sam, who came out in 2024 will come to the house.

Well they came, they saw, Oh Boy! I was not wrong, they were here 2.5 hrs and again, the house has had some movement and we need some more work to stabilize. We have some additional C.Y.A's to add to this round, as our neighborhood and home has lots of sand in the soil so we are going to be looking into getting a GEO Engineer out to see what is causing the movement.

I give all the back info, because I want you all to know, if you feel something is not right CALL and have your home looked at. TerraFirma is NOT redoing what they already did, this is all new issues, not their fault at all... Tulane and Sam are amazing, they took the time to explain and give us all options. The info they share through experience and knowledge is beyond me and it is so appreciated.

We had a good experience with Terra Firma. We had 6 different estimates and went with their company because they did not try to sell us on something we didn’t need. After reviewing all the estimates, and talking to Bailey, the system design specialist, we realized that we did not need our foundation lifted to fix our sinking kitchen floor but instead, we needed stabilizing and lifting of the floor joist under our kitchen. TerraFirma also installed a new beam in our family room and lifted our settled concrete in our front walkway. They also buried a downspout which was draining into our front yard next to our walkway.

Every Terra Firma employee who came to our house; Bailey, Jorge, Robert and the rest of their team, were on-time, polite and did their job efficiently. They answered our questions, kept us updated on the work they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

So pleased with the total experience. We were provided with expert analysis of how to achieve stabilization of a concrete slab. Coordination between sales, planning and production was excellent. Technician was very proficient and friendly.

Called TerraFirma to take a look at the concrete steps that have been settling for years. Bailey Mercer is very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He answered all our questions, and addressed our concerns. At the end, he presented us with 3 different solutions. There was no pressure to pick one, or pick the most expensive one, or pick one within the hour or the deal is gone. We had the weekend to think about it. Bailey did a follow up call as promised, and answered even more questions - all to our satisfaction. I will update when work begins and at its conclusion. We had Terra Firma lift an RV barn that had settled over 3” in one corner causing a large crack in the concrete floor. The first crew consisting of Mike, Steve, Jeremy, and Preston installed helical piers and righted the building back to level. Schylar then came and installed the poly foam to stabilize the floor system and insert Nexus to fill the cracks. All workers have been very competent and professional and are hard workers. They are responsive to questions and concerns and have treated us very well. Co-ordination of the work was done by Mechele from her office in Roseburg. She has also been a joy to work with in ironing out any problems or concerns we’ve had with the job. Salesman Morgan is a good ambassador for the company and all the work was completed as promised by him! All in all, we are very pleased with the outcome!
