Estimator Seth patiently answered all my questions allowing me to make an informed decision with no pressure. Foreman James was respectful as he let me know exactly what they were about to do and why. His team including Oscar and Brian were hard consistent workers. They lifted the back on my home 1 and 1/2 inches and all my doors shut for the first time in years. Terra Firma recently completed a foundation lift involving 18 push piers and 3 helical. My home is situated on the Columbia River with a sloping hillside down to the river. I couldn’t be more pleased with the end result, all completed as proposed in the original estimate and time frame! On November 13, 14 and 20th, 2017, it was our pleasure to have Terrafirma work crew at our home in Medford, Oregon. We were appre-hensive after one bad general contractor experience which left us with one end of our home requiring foundation stabilization and a concrete 15 step curved front entry needing both stabilization and filling work to be done. It took but a short time to come to the realization that we had made the right decision. They were on time, fully equipped and exceedingly professional. They functioned as a finely oiled machine. Each member was part of the team and each seemed to know his job almost without verbal communication It was a sight to behold, not only the quiet efficiency but the willingness to answer all questions without hesitation and to do whatever was needed or required to make us feel that in their minds we were the most important people there. That impression was exhibited by every workman on site. Their work was finished on time and as far as we can see with excellent results. We cannot recommend Terrafirma STRONGLY ENOUGH. These folks came in and did a great job start to finish. When there were some difficulties they were there with answers and work arounds, always willing to get the job done to their high standards. James was great on the front end, informing me on the Everbrace information to stabilize our foundation, Sammy put all the pieces and dates together and Rocky, Harlan & Dorian did a great job on site. The basement not only looks great now, but I have the peace of mind that the foundation won't give out from under our home. Thank you!

After I bought a 115 year old house built partially into a hill near the top of Council Crest in Portland and discovered that the walls bled water when it rained, two walls were built into a hill and had endured the pressure of water and mud for a century, causing cracks and turning the foundation to crumbles, I called Terra Firma when an neighbor with an old house told me about her experience. Terra Firma has a great reputation. During the first meeting, Hannah walked the property and made a detailed proposal, explaining how Terra Firma would ensure that the walls do not cave in by shoring them up and anchoring them, supplemented with a vapor lock system to keep the water out of the house. NO MORE MUSTY SMELL, THANK YOU! Hannah explained the plan thoroughly, using her iPad to ensure that I understood. It could not get any better than this...I signed the paperwork immediately and contracted for the foundation repair and upgrade. This week, Geovany and his team spent four days working very hard and very smart to finish the project on time, and without any hitches. And they were working hard, very thoughgoing and steadfast. I am extraordinarily pleased with the work of the TerraFirma team, and how they did it. It is obvious by looking at the work that my basement walls are solid, secure, and dry. THANK YOU TerraFirma!

The whole process was very simple. I had standing water under my house. Clay Carter came out right away, took a look, gave me an estimate and scheduled the work at a time that fit with my schedule. Katie Salazar in the office checked in thru every step to ensure the progress was to my satisfaction.The crew James Taylor, Chris Raycraft, Carter Dennis and Mikey Castaneda were excellent. They obviously do this alot. James explained the job to me thoroughly. They worked quickly and communicated with eachother respectfully; which I appreciate. They left my house, inside and out, cleaner that they found it. When my brother, a carreer Excavator Operator referred them to me, he said, " They're the best, don't even bother with anyone else". I believe him to be 100% correct.

The crew did a tremendous job installing our pumps and encapsulated system. They took extra care to ensure at each step the membrane was secure and watertight. The crew protected our floors with plastic and cleaned up each day. They put in extra time and effort on a particularly difficult installation. Thanks to James Taylor, James Ragsdale, and Jonathon Heredia for their concientious work.

I can't praise Terra Firma enough for their superb service throughout the process of having an earthquake retrofit done on my house!! Design specialist James Kershaw did a thorough assessment and explanation of the recommended work. Scheduler Jonah promptly contacted me with the work dates and coordinated with the plumber for related work. My OUTSTANDING team of workers with Jonathan (foreman), Nathan, Rom, Matt and Daniel worked tirelessly and efficiently and with cheerful and respectful attitudes. They exercised great care in protecting my home and in cleaning up at the end of the job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for their superb, specialized services!!

The gentleman that came to the house to lift our porch knew exactly what to do and how to achieve it ( our porch is huge by the way ) I didn't think that they could get it back to its original level but that's exactly what the accomplished.
