Their rep came out and gave me an estimate for 2 projects. Elected to only do one. They showed up as scheduled... on a Sunday, no less. Completed the job. Looks great!

We have had our pump system for a little over a year now, the winter before we had up to over 1 ft of water under our house, this last winter nothing it was bone dry.
I can’t say enough good about your company.
We just had Jason out to do the first service on it and what a guy, he showed me how to check a couple things on the up coming season.
We will definitely have Jason back next year to do our service again that guy is an asset to your company!

These guys were great! Aris, Rom and Scotty showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and communicated well during the project.

TerraFirma has been wonderful to work with. Quinten was our tech today for our yearly maintenance. He was on time, even a bit early. Very personable and professional. Walt listened to my concerns and did a thorough job of evaluating the foundation. When he finished, he took the time to explain what was normal settling, and what was concerning. He pointed out that I had a drainage problem around the foundation that needed attention, and might prevent the settling from becoming critical.
I loved that he was not just out to sell me a service!!! I feel like I can trust his recommendations when I have him back to see if the new drainage solved the problem.

The estimator, Tyler, and the applicator, Skyler, were very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Both explained what they were doing and how the process would help our deterioration under our garage floor. The process leveled out our garage floor. I believe it will also help stop the cracks that have increased in size over the years. I believe this process works!

Hey Folks, So just over a year ago we were having some issues at the house, I wrote to all of you on how wonderful TerraFirma was to us and I am here to tell you... THEY DID IT AGAIN! I starting noticing some movement in the driveway and inside the garage again. Called up Bree in the office and asked to have someone come take a peek. Edwin came out, what an awesome dude! Edwin spent a short time at the house remeasuring a couple things to compare back at the office with measurements from a few months ago, We heard from Bree that the measurements were still within reason. I let Bree know, something is not sitting well with me and I really would like to chat with the Mgr. So I received a call from Tulane, Again SUPER DUDE! Tulane assured me with my husband present that I am not being in any sorts a pain, I have concerns and he and Sam, who came out in 2024 will come to the house.

Well they came, they saw, Oh Boy! I was not wrong, they were here 2.5 hrs and again, the house has had some movement and we need some more work to stabilize. We have some additional C.Y.A's to add to this round, as our neighborhood and home has lots of sand in the soil so we are going to be looking into getting a GEO Engineer out to see what is causing the movement.

I give all the back info, because I want you all to know, if you feel something is not right CALL and have your home looked at. TerraFirma is NOT redoing what they already did, this is all new issues, not their fault at all... Tulane and Sam are amazing, they took the time to explain and give us all options. The info they share through experience and knowledge is beyond me and it is so appreciated.

If you have any foundation, sinking driveways, walkways, stairs, cracking in your walls, around windows, doors.... Call these guys!

Zack, Andrew and Joey showed up every day by 8:30, worked their butts off & always left a clean work site... totally 5 stars for these guys. There was a 4th workerbee, but I never got his name & he was great too!

Terra Firma was the most professional contractor I have ever dealt with. They kept me informed through text and email of where we were at in the process. They showed up on time, they performed the work flawlessly. They gave me a quote the same day, actually immediately after they looked over my job which I have never heard of. I was very impressed with TerraFirma and highly recommend them.

Jorge and Juan came out to fix the discharge line. Both were very professional and sweet. Two of the best guys I have ever come across! Cherry on top was that my dogs really liked them, the guys did not mind that the dogs were being nosy, matter of fact they took the time to interact with them, not many people do.
If ever anything needs to be fixed I highly recommend asking for them to do the job. Thank you so much for employing such kind and capable, respectful people.

I am very pleased with the completed work raising the back door porch entry, they were on time, very polite and professional, had all the tools and equipment to do the job.

Terra Firma was nothing short of AMAZING!!! We showed up on a Friday with a question about some subsidence at our location in Roseburg -- and a very tight timeline to take care of it! After the weekend, Morgan Flury was on our doorstep Monday morning. Before he left, we had options and prices and were able to sign a contract on the spot to get things rolling. By Friday morning before the Memorial Day weekend, Jeremie Sherman was out front and ready to work. The job was complete by lunchtime; the subsidence had been ameliorated and the concrete walkway and other concrete area were no longer a tripping or aesthetic problem. Everyone at Terra Firma was polite, helpful, efficient, and professional. If we ever have issues again, we definitely will make the call to Terra Firma.

I am handicapped and use a wheelchair. Part of my sidewalk had sunk 3 1/2 inches. Schylur came in and had it completely level and sealed in just an hour or so. Couldn’t be happier.

Mr. Stanford did a thorough inspection of our crawlspace and gave us the honest opinion that very little needed to be addressed. He was very professional and clearly very experienced. This was after a competitor came out and tried to convince us we needed an $18,000 encapsulation.

The Terra Firma team of Luis Juarez, Jose V., and Jorge D. were very dedicated and thorough in the crawl space encapsulation project at our home. They worked long hours to get the project done well and on time- as promised.

The crew did a great job fixing our sinking foundation! Two days and they came in and dug everything up then set the anchors and then backfilled! Great Job!

The crew showed up right as scheduled. The foundation work itself was completed in two days. Inspection and clean up occurred on the morning of the third day. I highly recommend Terra Firma.

Bailey Mercer came out on time, which is the number one indicator of professionalism in my experience. He kept the conversation short and to the point. He did not try to upsell me on things didn’t need, and to that point, neither did the sales staff over the phone. Bailey did the measurements, with precision and finished at a reasonable time. I have confidence that when we decide to secure our foundation we will be using Bailey Mercer as our go-to expert when we call TerraFirma.

Estimator Derek was very friendly and helpful. Had a much better experience with him than I did with Groundworks. Quote was better too and took about a week to get on the calendar. Was able to get on the schedule fairly quick and they even called with a same day cancellation the Friday before we were scheduled.
Work that was done was okay, they were able to lift what we wanted on the main driveway and did their best in front of the steps. Unfortunately they used a jack, which I wasn't expecting, and ended up cracking the slab in front of the steps. It's in the contract that they're not responsible for this so nothing was done to mitigate it. Also a slab next to the large one lifted developed a large crack after they applied the stabilizing foam to the lifted slab.
Other issue is that they said it wouldn't be an issue to have the truck down our driveway as they have more than enough hose to work with. Unfortunately they backed the truck right into our magnolia tree and when they were pulling away it ripped a large chunk of branches out.

Great work done. The crew arrived on time. They explained what was going to happen with the job. On time and it looks great.

Tyler came out and did a great job of thoroughly going through the house and taking measurements and pictures to document what need attention. He walked me through options and gave his recommendations. While I had other bids, he kept in contact and checked in to see if I needed anything else. He did a great job working with my unique situation, never pressuring me to go in any other direction then what I comfortable with.

Then Victoria was great is getting everything set-up and connecting me to the crew that would be out to work on the project. They were there promptly the day as scheduled, which I appreciated.
They did a great job of walking me through the process and explaining everything that needed to be done while I was working.

They were fast and communicated clearly throughout the process and made sure I was there when they finished up. They cleaned up better then I expected considering they had to dig up a lot of soil and replaced the fence without it even looking like it was moved. I was able to get back the 1/2 an inch or so back from the chimney moving away from the house, so I was very happy about that! I would highly recommend them again and if I need the house foundatio repaired, would definitely call them back.

Time will tell if everything stays where it is, but so far it's been a wonderful experience. They were competitively priced but seemed like they wanted my business more then the others and made me feel valued.

Andrew and his crew completed our work project installing a sump pump, installed drain tile inside the crawl space under the house and finished with a vapor barrier. In addition they also removed all junk under the house. The crew was very efficient, the work space was kept very clean, when they were through you would hardly know they were there. They were very helpful and answered any questions we had and explained what was going on. We highly recommend this crew.

Quenton came to service crawl space sump. He did a thorough inspection of the whole space. Cleaned and serviced sump that was full of clay. Found issues and gave recommendations with pros and cons. He didn't push any unneccessary things. Took pictures of all issues and work and thoroughly explained everything. Installed a new dehumifier and removed old one and hauled away. Would recomnend this guy to anyone. I hope this guy is an example of how the business is run. Excellent job, very happy.

Terra Firma installed a sump pump in my home that has solved my water incursion issues. This had been a problem for months. I had several different companies and professionals out to evaluate and try to solve the problem, from plumbers to leak detection companies and a few more. Most scratched their heads and said "this is a mystery." Terra Firma came up with this solution and it is working. I wanted to wait until we had significant rain to write this review - and after the past few days of pretty good rain, and no water coming in - I feel confident that the problem was solved. They were helpful, considerate and creative. They didn't try to sell me more than was needed. I recommend Terra Firma.

Very well knowledge on there job. Works quick and efficient. Kept the dust down in my front room.
