So we had Jorge, Juan, and Brad do an encapsulation of our basement crawl space and they did an amazing job. The area they had to literally crawl around in to complete the work was incredibly tight yet they completed their work without complaint and with style. It looks great! The work these guys had to do was tough, give these men a raise! They earned it!

Very professional hardworking crew that put my sub pump in. Told me what they were going to do, kept the work area clean and had the job completed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them.

Absolutely Great Crew-Jorge,Juan and Manuel! Very Professional. Answer all my questions as they worked my Project. Very well organized. Used all the proper safety gear to remain healthy and virtually encapsulated with plastic the interior of my home to contain the dirt/debris tracked in from outside/under the house. They helped set up the electronic gizmos to my WiFi so I can monitor the system they installed. Very happy with the results.

Quinten, the service technician, did an amazing job of servicing the pumps and the dehumidifier, he thoroughly inspected the encapsulation system as well.
He is very knowledgeable about the whole system and answered my questions.

TerraFirma made a major error when fixing the foundation for the overhang of our Enumclaw Plateau Historical Society museum. The posts were not properly spaced, giving the front of the building an uneven appearance. When the error was pointed out to them, they admitted it, and apologized. They paid the repair costs without argument. According to a businessman on our board, this is an unusual occurrence. I want to give them kudos for their management acting with integrity.

I had a very positive and honest conversation with Bailey regarding leveling my front walkway. He performed a thorough inspection and explained the outcome of the inspection and the method of treatment. Ask for Bailey!

Fantastic job leveling out settled patio concrete slabs. Very efficient work done in about 4 hours. One area had a 2” trip hazard between slabs, now nothing! 5 year guarantee but should last 80 years

I had Bailey come out to do an estimate for crawlspace encapsulation and some drainage work in the basement. Bailey spent 2 hours at the house and on the phone with me in total (not counting the work he did on his own), doing a very thorough work up of the house and patiently explaining what my options were, and what might be better for my renovation contractor to do. I really appreciated Bailey's willingness to think through different options - some that didn't include work for his company - and teach me about crawlspaces!

We had a good experience with Terra Firma. We had 6 different estimates and went with their company because they did not try to sell us on something we didn’t need. After reviewing all the estimates, and talking to Bailey, the system design specialist, we realized that we did not need our foundation lifted to fix our sinking kitchen floor but instead, we needed stabilizing and lifting of the floor joist under our kitchen. TerraFirma also installed a new beam in our family room and lifted our settled concrete in our front walkway. They also buried a downspout which was draining into our front yard next to our walkway.

Every Terra Firma employee who came to our house; Bailey, Jorge, Robert and the rest of their team, were on-time, polite and did their job efficiently. They answered our questions, kept us updated on the work they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

The crew that stabilized the back corner of my house was experienced, professional, efficient and communicative. Luke, Tyson and Kyle kept me informed on their progress, discussed recommended changes to the original work order, reviewed the results of their work and left the site clean.

These guys were all wonderful. Extremely hard workers. No mess left behind and there was a mess, but not in my house. It was all over the guys. But they also cleaned up good! Great work and cleaned everything up beautifully. Don't know where they were out of. Think it was Tigard.

We contracted with TerraFirma to ecapsulate
And add sump pumps and a dehumidifier to our recently severely flooded crawl space in Eugene, Or.
We got a couple of bids and TerraFirma seemed most representative of what we required.
Andrew lead a team that competed the job one day earlier than required, was super professional and managed the effort very efficiently. He was supported by professional program coordination staff as well.
He always kept us informed of status and also worked with the electricians to ensure we had proper outlet support for the pumps assemblies and dehumidifier.
He also ensured that the Ship Shape application used for monitoring the associated hardware was installed and operating before finishing the job.

I highly recommend TerraFirma for this kind of support and have already written an assessment of the evaluation and bidding process led by Tyler Landon.

Travis and his crew were absolutely outstanding. They were very friendly, clean and neat during the process. They informed us of a leak that we had no idea about. Saving us costly damage, we truly appreciate it.
