First of all, i've seen the multiple commercials on their process. I was skeptical as to its real value, but I called them anyway. They showed up and within a short period of time it was done. They additionally noticed that another area was sinking as well adjacent to the fixed area. They took the time to drill another few holes and everything now is safe. I have recommended them to three other neighbors. They cleaned up the area as though they were never there. YUP! The commercials are real. Call them and check them out and you'll never regret it.

This was truly an awesome experience, from the time Will arrived to do the estimate, to completion of the job a little more than a week later. Will gave us great insight as to the foundation and build of our home. We were having issues with a back patio and front steps that were added to the property post build and had sunk quite a bitt.All the folks we dealt with at TerraFirm were friendly, informative, helpful and kind. From our initial contact with Hillary to schedule appointments, to our very informative meeting with Will for the appraisal and estimate, and a very special shout-out to Schylar and Jonny, for a very cool learning experience during installation. We pestered them with questions the entire time they were here and they graciously and willingly answered them all! great crew, awesome job and a joy to spend time with.Thank you all for a great experience!!!Michele

Paul Anderson originally came out to estimate the job and advise us of any problems that we might expect. He was very professional and knowledgeable.Jeremy, the technician leveled our walkways was efficient and friendly. He Worked on his own and completed the leveling and injection of foam quickly and accurately.We were very pleased with the entire operation and would highly recommend them

Seth from TerraFirma came out to my house to inspect my basement, which is starting to show signs of water encroachment. I had no idea what to do. He did a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the house, and then we talked. He walked me through several options to address the issue, explaining in a way I could understand, and being very receptive and responsive to my questions. He was very professional and courteous. Seth promptly sent me the quotes for the three options we had for the basement, and made sure to be tidy as he headed out!Even before this, the person who talked with me on the phone to take my info, and later to confirm the visit, was helpful and courteous.It's rare to have a such a positive experience with a contractor (just sayin'), but this was it. I am not sure when we'll be making these changes to my basement, but when we do, it'll be with TerraFirma -- and it'll be with Seth. Everything about this company is green flags!

The two man crew was polite and knowledgeable. They worked hard and finished on time. They was no damage to property and if needed they will repair the problem.

I don’t usually do reviews but in this case people should know this is a first class company. Great communications and no selling you on something you don’t need. John was very professional, he spent time with us expanding what issues he did find, measured the level of the floors, inspected under the house and checked wall and foundation cracks. He also placed a blanket down to collect any dirt from entering and exiting the crawl space inside the house. I highly recommend John from the Eugene office and TerraFirma.

Just had clean out of old duct work and old insulation, etc. plus encapsulation of my crawl space. The crew worked really hard and professionally throughout the 5 day process and the foreman kept me informed along the wife. Have worked with Terra Firma on several occasions: pier placement and jacks for house, french drain in crawl space, and replacement of sump pump, etc - alll involved from the estimators, the office personnel, and work crews havebeen excellent throughout.

We had Tyler from TerraFirma come out to bid fixing a standing water issue in our crawlspace. He was thorough (crawled the entire crawlspace), knowledgeable and responsive to questions. Timely, expedient, a great company that works to get you the solution that will fit your needs and won't try to upsell for a greater profit. The sales person was clear and precise and offered the options with his best recommendation. I knew what to expect and they performed wonderfully. The technician who poured the foam also was thorough explaining the process and setting expectations. An excellent company to work with and the results are great.

I recently purchased a home that I knew had water encroachment in the basement. Terra Firma came and presented what can be done and I knew it had to be done. Terra firma came out to my house to give me an estimate. But never got it and never heard back. This happens a lot with companies when they're just too busy they will ghost you. going with another company.

The technician Marcus that came to my home was wonderful, very polite and respectful. Showed me before and after pictures explained what was done. Would highly recommend him and the company 👌

Jason has been here for the third year in a row and has done an excellent job on my crawl space. This time because of the ice out over four days in December 2023, he said it would be a good idea to replace the battery. I went ahead and did it just to be safe. I am glad there are people who can go down in that crawl space and check everything once a year. He eve manages the wolf spiders.

Pat was so good not only at his job, but is an extremely personable type of communicator, is polite and most of all knowledgeable. I’d say he is going places with this company! It is hard to find adequate people these days, let alone someone who is capable of carrying on an educated and informed conversation while listening to my questions and concerns , then actually (past 5 pm on over-time) taking the time to explain them. He was patient and kind to both me and my young daughter. I appreciated his honesty about working with connected buildings, even if it risked new business for his company. If he isn’t already a manager, he soon will be! If you call Terra Firma i’d suggest asking for Par and if Pat works for you, I’d suggest a raise next review!! lol

These folks are WORTH the call and having them out! Seth, specifically, was amazing at scope, plan and presentation. He was so knowledge and really took into account all of the needs of the house structurally and visually. He was extremely professional in house and on the phone. Nothing was over sold or up sold, and every concern I had was listened to and taken into account. Every detail was in the bid neatly and nothing was out of place. If you've got a basement or crawlspace project, this is as professional as it gets. I will DEFINITELY be keeping this company in mind for future projects and for friends and family. Call. Mark came on behalf of the company to give me an estimate of the work on my crawl space. He was honest and straight about all the observations he had. He gave me some ideas of how to reduce the cost , even part of the job I could do by myself based on his guidelines.
