Helical Pile Systems are an extremely versatile deep foundation system, helical piles are a proven Commercial Foundation Repair solution for both new construction and retrofit projects. They are designed to support wall loads and pile caps carrying heavy commercial and industrial column loads. Installation can be completed with a variety of equipment, allowing our team to select the most efficient approach for each project while minimizing site disruption. Helical piles can also permanently stabilize sinking or settling foundations.
The piles are mechanically advanced into the ground to appropriate depths and capacities and steel foundation brackets are connected to the tops of the helical piles and installed against the footing. The weight of the existing structure is then carefully transferred from the unstable soils, through the piles, to competent soil or bedrock.
Helical Anchors (also referred to as tiebacks) in a near-horizontal orientation provide lateral stability to foundation walls and retaining walls with unbalanced earth pressures.
Helical anchors play an important role in many Commercial Foundation Repair projects. They can be installed with hand-held equipment, mini-excavators, skid steers, backhoes, trackhoes, or crane-supported rigs, allowing our team to adapt to virtually any site condition.

Soil nailing is a method of earth retention used in Commercial Foundation Repair and retaining wall applications, helical soil nails reinforce soil masses through a grid pattern of structural elements that create a stable and durable earth retention system. Each helical soil nail typically includes square shaft lead and extension sections with evenly spaced helix plates along the shaft. Installation is achieved through the application of torque, providing an efficient and reliable alternative for soil stabilization projects. The helical soil nail is a passive bearing element, which relies on movement of the soil mass and active earth pressures to mobilize the shear strength of the soil around the helix plates. Excavation, soil nail installation, and application of wall facing is completed in steps from the top of the wall downward.
Push Piers / Micropiles
Push Pier Systems are a proven Commercial Foundation Repair solution for stabilizing and lifting settling or sinking foundations. These systems utilize high-strength steel tubes and load-transfer brackets to support existing structures. Foundation brackets are secured to existing footings, and pier sections are hydraulically driven through the brackets into the soil below, using the weight of the structure as resistance.
The pier sections continue advancing until a competent load-bearing layer is reached. At that point, the structure may begin to lift, or the desired load capacity is achieved. Once installed, the weight of the structure is transferred from unstable soils through the pier system and into stable load-bearing soil or bedrock, providing long-term foundation support and stability.

A two-part urethane that expands into rigid foam that is used to fill voids, our solution can lift or stabilize concrete. TerraFirma Concrete Leveling is lighter weight and less invasive than other concrete remediation methods, in addition to offering the ability to lift heavier structures. TerraFirma Concrete Leveling can fit the needs for a variety of applications, including heavy use pavements, concrete floor slabs within warehouses, roadway maintenance and repair, bridge approach and general slab settlement. Our solution is ideal to help rocking concrete slabs that can wreak havoc on fork lifts and high traffic zones as well.
