Estimator Seth patiently answered all my questions allowing me to make an informed decision with no pressure. Foreman James was respectful as he let me know exactly what they were about to do and why. His team including Oscar and Brian were hard consistent workers. They lifted the back on my home 1 and 1/2 inches and all my doors shut for the first time in years. My home was now level, the cracks in the walls came together and the squeaking in the floor stopped. It was amazing. Highly recommended. No buyers regret. Thank you all at TerraFirma. Nick

After I bought a 115 year old house built partially into a hill near the top of Council Crest in Portland and discovered that the walls bled water when it rained, two walls were built into a hill and had endured the pressure of water and mud for a century, causing cracks and turning the foundation to crumbles, I called Terra Firma when an neighbor with an old house told me about her experience. Terra Firma has a great reputation. During the first meeting, Hannah walked the property and made a detailed proposal, explaining how Terra Firma would ensure that the walls do not cave in by shoring them up and anchoring them, supplemented with a vapor lock system to keep the water out of the house. NO MORE MUSTY SMELL, THANK YOU! Hannah explained the plan thoroughly, using her iPad to ensure that I understood. It could not get any better than this...I signed the paperwork immediately and contracted for the foundation repair and upgrade. This week, Geovany and his team spent four days working very hard and very smart to finish the project on time, and without any hitches. And they were working hard, very thoughgoing and steadfast. I am extraordinarily pleased with the work of the TerraFirma team, and how they did it. It is obvious by looking at the work that my basement walls are solid, secure, and dry. THANK YOU TerraFirma!

The whole process was very simple. I had standing water under my house. Clay Carter came out right away, took a look, gave me an estimate and scheduled the work at a time that fit with my schedule. Katie Salazar in the office checked in thru every step to ensure the progress was to my satisfaction.The crew James Taylor, Chris Raycraft, Carter Dennis and Mikey Castaneda were excellent. They obviously do this alot. James explained the job to me thoroughly. They worked quickly and communicated with eachother respectfully; which I appreciate. They left my house, inside and out, cleaner that they found it. When my brother, a carreer Excavator Operator referred them to me, he said, " They're the best, don't even bother with anyone else". I believe him to be 100% correct.

The patio driveway and garage floor were all done in a very professional manner and the team was excellent.

We recently hired TerraFirma to repair and re-surface the front walk and steps from the driveway up to the front door. The concrete walk and steps were almost 50 years old and had broken and settled, leaving big trip hazards. Also, very ugly. The project could not have gone better. Zack met with us several times to come up with the most cost-effective approach and the best plan. Jorge and the team came on time and left a completely transformed approach to the front of the house. Would definitely use them again.

On November 13, 14 and 20th, 2017, it was our pleasure to have Terrafirma work crew at our home in Medford, Oregon. We were appre-hensive after one bad general contractor experience which left us with one end of our home requiring foundation stabilization and a concrete 15 step curved front entry needing both stabilization and filling work to be done. It took but a short time to come to the realization that we had made the right decision. They were on time, fully equipped and exceedingly professional. They functioned as a finely oiled machine. Each member was part of the team and each seemed to know his job almost without verbal communication It was a sight to behold, not only the quiet efficiency but the willingness to answer all questions without hesitation and to do whatever was needed or required to make us feel that in their minds we were the most important people there. That impression was exhibited by every workman on site. Their work was finished on time and as far as we can see with excellent results. We cannot recommend Terrafirma STRONGLY ENOUGH. Small kind pricey, but the crew (James Taylor, Harley Harper, Nick Strode, Jose Valenica, and a few other that I missed) was solid and on point, even finish early. Solid job and they kept job site clean.

Jonathan, Jon, James. They were amazing they worked hard and fast did a great job cleaning. They finished sooner then expected cleaned our floors and washed and cleaned our front porch. Thank you for all your hard work.
