A crew from Terrafirma was out on June 23rd to fix some issues from our original install. Very professional, on time and did an amazing job of keeping us informed on the progress throughout the day. If we need any additional work completed we would definitely make sure we had James Taylor and Chris Raycraft for the job. Both James and Chris went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were happy customers when they completed the work.

The patio driveway and garage floor were all done in a very professional manner and the team was excellent.

Noah was extremely thorough and explained his findings clearly with optional choices of services that we needed with the pricing. He was friendly, courteous and easy to talk to. We would highly recommend Terra Firma. Noah is a very valuable representative of the company.

These folks came in and did a great job start to finish. When there were some difficulties they were there with answers and work arounds, always willing to get the job done to their high standards. James was great on the front end, informing me on the Everbrace information to stabilize our foundation, Sammy put all the pieces and dates together and Rocky, Harlan & Dorian did a great job on site. The basement not only looks great now, but I have the peace of mind that the foundation won't give out from under our home. Thank you!

On November 13, 14 and 20th, 2017, it was our pleasure to have Terrafirma work crew at our home in Medford, Oregon. We were appre-hensive after one bad general contractor experience which left us with one end of our home requiring foundation stabilization and a concrete 15 step curved front entry needing both stabilization and filling work to be done. It took but a short time to come to the realization that we had made the right decision. They were on time, fully equipped and exceedingly professional. They functioned as a finely oiled machine. Each member was part of the team and each seemed to know his job almost without verbal communication It was a sight to behold, not only the quiet efficiency but the willingness to answer all questions without hesitation and to do whatever was needed or required to make us feel that in their minds we were the most important people there. That impression was exhibited by every workman on site. Their work was finished on time and as far as we can see with excellent results. We cannot recommend Terrafirma STRONGLY ENOUGH. James and his crew were efficient, kind, and exceeded my expectations. My foundation was needed piers both outside and in the basement, yet they were quick and cleaned up. I even noticed a change in my home’s interior when it was fixed! Cracks closed up. They took care of the whole process, including permits and inspections. And, James communicated, including walking me through, clearly listening to my responses. I recommend TerraFirma, especially James who was the foreman on my job, especially to those who want to be respected, want to understand what is happening, and want good communication throughout the job.

After I bought a 115 year old house built partially into a hill near the top of Council Crest in Portland and discovered that the walls bled water when it rained, two walls were built into a hill and had endured the pressure of water and mud for a century, causing cracks and turning the foundation to crumbles, I called Terra Firma when an neighbor with an old house told me about her experience. Terra Firma has a great reputation. During the first meeting, Hannah walked the property and made a detailed proposal, explaining how Terra Firma would ensure that the walls do not cave in by shoring them up and anchoring them, supplemented with a vapor lock system to keep the water out of the house. NO MORE MUSTY SMELL, THANK YOU! Hannah explained the plan thoroughly, using her iPad to ensure that I understood. It could not get any better than this...I signed the paperwork immediately and contracted for the foundation repair and upgrade. This week, Geovany and his team spent four days working very hard and very smart to finish the project on time, and without any hitches. And they were working hard, very thoughgoing and steadfast. I am extraordinarily pleased with the work of the TerraFirma team, and how they did it. It is obvious by looking at the work that my basement walls are solid, secure, and dry. THANK YOU TerraFirma!

Everyone at this company was very courteous and professional. The project coordinator, Sammy, was very prompt and thorough, the estimator, Manny, was very detailed and listened carefully to our concerns, and the crew, Robert C (service tech) and helpers James J, Carlos & Arturo were very skilled and a pleasure to work with. Great work by all, and a great experience with this company.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional service provided by Seth and the team at TerraFirma Foundation Systems. We were facing a daunting challenge with standing water underneath our house, and Seth guided us through the entire process with professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness. We had our house leveled, Jonah was the project manager, Roberto the foreman, James R. and Antonio J. They were very professional and had all the work done in four days, we even had a barbecue with them, with my homemade potato salad...
