I’m proud to say that I will have been at Terrafirma Foundation Systems 2 years this coming August, 2021. I was hired for their new department Inside Sales as an Account Manager. Upon starting I felt welcomed throughout the entire office and corporation. I truly enjoy coming to work in such a family friendly atmosphere.
Terrafirma’s health benefits package, paid time off and other benefits are AMAZING. While I do appreciate the company’s “perks”, it’s the company’s culture to care and commitment to its employees and customers that tops my list. Terrafirma Foundation Systems stresses the importance of family, if an employee needs time off for family emergencies and such, it will happen, you are encouraged to take care of your family. Many employees have been here more than the national average of 5 years and some more than 10 years. The Culture here is reinforced from the top down and it starts with the Owner, Ryan Beckley and the Sr. Management Team; a group of people who are refreshingly down to earth, approachable and caring.
Our customers often tell us how pleased they are with every interaction here and that the depth of caring extends to the customers as well. This is evidence that they are a great place to work for. It is inspiring to work for a company who honestly wants to do right by their customers and employees. When I came to work at TerraFirma Foundation Systems I was not sure what to expect, this is a new department and I am not going to lie I was scared. After being persuaded by a friend, I took a leap of faith and I left my previous job of 9 years (I never thought I would leave) and have not regretted a single moment since.
TerraFirma Foundation Systems values their employees by investing in us making sure we have all the resources we need to do our job and a competitive salary so we won’t have to look elsewhere. The open line of communication with upper Management all the way to Owner is something I am not used to, but it is so nice when the Owner calls you by name without having to ask someone who you are. I work with so many great people, and they all welcomed me like they have known me forever.
It is so great to work for a company that really does a lot for our local community as well. This Christmas season I had the privilege of being one of the many employees to shop for 27 local foster kids, it was the best feeling ever.
