Terrafirma just completed a crawl space drainage project with installation of sump pump. They did a fabulous job. Jorge was the excellent foreman. He is professional and a great communicator. His team included Juan and Manuel. They all worked incredibly hard to get the job done on time under difficult conditions. They also did a great job of cleanup. I cannot recommend them enough!

I wanted to share what a positive experience we had with our consultant, Aubree. She arrived promptly and was very thorough. She took lots of pictures both in our crawlspace and outside. She took the time to show us all of the issues and how they could fix them. We were given multiple quotes to choose what might be best for us. She also sent us video of the entire process so we were educated on what was entailed. Aubree was fantastic and very professional.

Fernando and Eddie did a great job on our dual crawlspace project. Our floors are level, structure secure, and crawlspace is clean and pleasant - almost human livable! Wish we had done this sooner!

Just had clean out of old duct work and old insulation, etc. plus encapsulation of my crawl space. The crew worked really hard and professionally throughout the 5 day process and the foreman kept me informed along the wife. Have worked with Terra Firma on several occasions: pier placement and jacks for house, french drain in crawl space, and replacement of sump pump, etc - alll involved from the estimators, the office personnel, and work crews have been excellent throughout.

We recently completed a full crawl space encapsulation including perimeter drainage, sump and dehumidifier. The transformation was extraordinary! We noticed a dramatic improvement in air quality first night job was completed. We also noticed the cold damp air was gone and overall home was very comfortable and warmer. The installation crew (Luis-foreman, Moy and Carlos) were amazing. Our job took 4 full days to complete and the crew arrived punctually every day and cleaned up at the end of each day. Luis would give an overview of work completed and what to expect the next day. He addressed all questions/concerns in a clear and respectful manner. Moy and Carlos were equally friendly, professional and respectful. I have never seen a crew work as hard as they did during the project. They were a pleasure to work with! The entire job proceeded smoothly and owe our thanks to Heather - Project Coordinator. Our expectations were definitely exceeded and we can highly recommend TerraFirma to anyone interested in fixing crawl space issues. Very impressed with the service I received from the inspection of our crawlspace to the install. We have water build up in our crawlspace and TerraFirma came out and installed a French drain around the perimeter, a sump pump and did a clear out of debris and placed down a new vapor barrier. The techs who came out (Jorge, Fernando and Jose) left my place cleaner than they found it.

The Terra Firma team of Luis Juarez, Jose V., and Jorge D. were very dedicated and thorough in the crawl space encapsulation project at our home. They worked long hours to get the project done well and on time- as promised.

Quenton came to service crawl space sump. He did a thorough inspection of the whole space. Cleaned and serviced sump that was full of clay. Found issues and gave recommendations with pros and cons. He didn't push any unneccessary things. Took pictures of all issues and work and thoroughly explained everything. Installed a new dehumifier and removed old one and hauled away. Would recomnend this guy to anyone. I hope this guy is an example of how the business is run. Excellent job, very happy.

I called TerraFirma to come check out my crawlspace and to replace our failed sump pump. The sales guy Pat arrived on time, was courteous and professional, was very helpful in explaining things, and was able to answer all my questions. He was also able to get us scheduled for service just two days later which was awesome! Jeramie and his crew showed up on time and were also very friendly and professional and had a great attitude and answered all my questions and concerns. It was absolutely amazing how quickly they are able to complete the work (perimeter drain tile and sump pump)! Their experience and team work really showed. It was a little bit more expensive than I had hoped but it was worth it as the work is very challenging (these guys are heroic to work in the conditions that they do) and they got it taken care of so quickly; its also great piece of mind to know that TerraFirma has our back with their workmanship guarantee.

Terra Firma Foundations did an excellent job encapsulating my Vancouver home’s crawl space: is now now clean, well-insulated, rodent-free and moisture-free.
