Our house is nearly 100 years old, with crumbly concrete and bowing walls in the basement and lots of "do it yourself" work done on it. We love it. But it is a challenge. "Nothing in this house is square and everything is out of round." Terra Firma installed Everbrace steel walls and pillars to stabilize the foundation. Heather, Rocky, John and Anthony were all great workers, from customer relations to brute labor and skillful application. They were on time, polite, informative, and on task. Work was completed on time, on cost estimate, and very well done. All mess was carefully cleaned up after completion of the job. All in all an excellent experience. I highly recommend TerraFirma.

Our 50's ranch sits on solid sandstone, and we've always had ground water running underneath and puddling, making the house damp and keeping us chasing mold and mildew. We figured there wasn't much we could do. But last spring during heavy rains, the old positive flow drain at the bottom of our large crawlspace collapsed and allowed three feet of water to accumulate, destroying the water heater and missing the suspended furnace by a half an inch. We stuck a temporary sump pump down there but it ran constantly and we were afraid to go away even for a few days. A brief power outage would have us biting our nails wondering if the crawlspace would fill up again. Finally we called TerraFirma. The house has a weird layout with odd additions here and there, but they came up with a plan to capture as much ground water as possible and route it to a three-way backup sump pump system. The team arrived and in one day had the drains and sump pit dug (out of solid sandstone, yet!) and the pump system installed. The crew was fast, polite and efficient. They even pointed out a plumbing leak I didn't know about that wasn't helping the situation at all! Now, for the first time in thirteen years, the crawlspace is dry--really dry, no more puddles, no more mold, the house is so much more pleasant, and we don't have to worry about going away or power outs. And if and when we decide to sell the house, we can assure potential buyers that they won't have to worry about dampness or flooding. The service plan is transferrable, which is even better. We were very impressed with TerraFirma and would recommend them for hard-to-solve water issues.Update September 2020: Went to refi the house and the TerraFirma treatment was a big plus for us!

We had successfully used Terra Firma about 10 years ago, so when we had a water incursion this year in a different part of the house we naturally turned to them again. To address water coming through a wall in our daylight basement, they installed their Water Guard and Vapor Lock products, plus a sump pump system. The result looks solid and neat. Haven’t yet had a chance to test it in a downpour, but I’m very confident that if there’s an issue, TF will make it right. I know that because some of our rickety plumbing got dislodged during this process and started to leak. TF stepped up and sent 2 high-quality plumbers, and they found every issue and fixed them all. The install crew themselves were super-courteous and tidy, and they worked overtime to get the job done timely. Kudos to Antonio Rodriguez, Jacob Rodriguez, Rico Aguilar, and Jonathan Heredia.

We had the pleasure of meeting Marcus, who came to our home for the annual service call to inspect the sump pump & vapor barrier wall system. Marcus got right to work and was very thorough as he went through the process and cleaned the pump. He was very professional, polite, and also very positive - he spoke very highly of the company and its work culture. He shared that he is newer with the company but seemed very knowledgeable. We're happy to know both systems are in good working order. Marcus represents Terra Firma well!

We had an excellent experience with TF earlier this summer. Morgan spent many hours at our house evaluating our foundation, clearly explaining our options, and checking up on the crew once work commenced. Foreman Luis and his team (Tony M & Gustavo) were professional and efficient, and kept things on track. Thanks also to Heather for coordinating the whole operation. We are pleased with the outcome and look forward to a dry basement!

Today, Marcus, from Terra Firma arrived to do annual service and maintenance on our sump pumps. He was very professional and also friendly. He's the first to show me videos of what is actually in the crawl space and the work he had done, and also explain the need for a new battery with next year's maintenance, which I appreciated. He unexpectedly had to do work above and beyond when my 80 pound Lab/Shepherd mix suddenly jumped into the crawl space, by helping retrieve her. Thank you, Marcus--everything well done. Seth visited our home to give us a quote on seismic retrofitting. He was on time (and made sure to call when he was heading our way), did a thorough assessment of our home, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. During the assessment, Seth patiently answered all of my questions. It was clear that he was extremely knowledgeable about the available retrofitting options and what best suited our home. The final proposal was easy to understand; it clearly outlined the work to be done, why it needed to be done, and how much various options would cost. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

A professional job was completed by the crew in Roseburg, Oregon. I was very pleased with the entire process. From the estimate to the finish, nothing but quality work. The job was quick and they made sure after the job was finished that my property was returned to the same or better condition. A very honest company. If I need additional foundation work I will definitely use them again.

I was referred to John from Terra Firma when I was looking to have our foundation inspected. John was very friendly and knowledgable and came out to our house to measure and inspect everything. In the end he was able to put our mind at ease and did a great job of explaining different scenarios and what he was looking for.John even inspected the crawlspace while he was out and provided great feedback there as well. Prompt professional team, Sammy Ruiz and the install team - Tyler & Augie - were great to work with. The foundation repair was professionally done. Follow-up 09/13/2024, discovered the dehumidifier had been installed so that the drain line wasn’t working properly. Called TerraFirma and Marcus came out, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and cleaned up the water overflow. He was prompt, professional and did a great job. Highly recommend TerraFirma for their work!

This was truly an awesome experience, from the time Will arrived to do the estimate, to completion of the job a little more than a week later. Will gave us great insight as to the foundation and build of our home. We were having issues with a back patio and front steps that were added to the property post build and had sunk quite a bitt.All the folks we dealt with at TerraFirm were friendly, informative, helpful and kind. Had a great experience. Bryna was my project manager and was amazing. She explained the process, the needed items to complete prior to work, and followed up once the job was completed. Casey was my installer and was highly competent and answered all of my many questions. He did a fabulous job re-leveling my back patio, which had settled since the home was built. He also leveled the walk on the side of my house and the front porch, which had also settled over the years. I am very pleased with the results and the value added back into my home.

Obviously this is a major expense and something no one wants to sea with. However, since we had to do it, I’m so glad we found Terra Firma. The entire team was great to work with. The initial consultation was no pressure and very informative. The project coordinator was an excellent communicator and seamlessly coordinated permits and scheduling. The team was very kind and professional. The care they took to restore the dig areas back to their original state was very representative of their work ethic. We joked after that our garage had never been so clean. I also appreciated the way they explained the system used and even pointed out some siding that was bad so we wouldn’t be caught by surprise later. They were really great. I recommended them to my Mom, which I wouldn’t do if I wasn’t confident they would treat her well.

Thorough assessment, competitive quote, good work crew, and great customer service. Scheduling, permitting, and payment were easy. I had 4 piers installed to stabilize a small workshop attached to my garage.

We were quoted for work that they ended up not needing to do but they never lowered the price to reflect that. Frustrating from the billing aspect. The workers were polite and finished way sooner because of tying in to our existing drain field outside and not having to put one in as quoted.

The Crew was great to work with, Region Supervisor did a great job, The lady on the phone was knowledgeable on the job process and has great communication style. The job turned out just has they described, we had our crawl space waterproof.

Had Seth Cunningham out this week for an estimate in Thurston County. We appreciated how thorough he was during the inspection and in creating the proposal.Seth was prompt, easy to work with and very professional! Unfortunately, full encapsulation of our crawl space was a little out of our budget as new homeowners, but if you are looking for any foundation or crawl space work done on your house we would definitely recommend having TerraFirma out to look at your place! I got the impression they are a top-of-the-line company that would take care of the homeowners they do business with. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family... Also plan to call them out if I have any concrete or foundation issues in the future.
