After I bought a 115 year old house built partially into a hill near the top of Council Crest in Portland and discovered that the walls bled water when it rained, two walls were built into a hill and had endured the pressure of water and mud for a century, causing cracks and turning the foundation to crumbles, I called Terra Firma when an neighbor with an old house told me about her experience. Terra Firma has a great reputation. During the first meeting, Hannah walked the property and made a detailed proposal, explaining how Terra Firma would ensure that the walls do not cave in by shoring them up and anchoring them, supplemented with a vapor lock system to keep the water out of the house. NO MORE MUSTY SMELL, THANK YOU! Hannah explained the plan thoroughly, using her iPad to ensure that I understood. It could not get any better than this...I signed the paperwork immediately and contracted for the foundation repair and upgrade. This week, Geovany and his team spent four days working very hard and very smart to finish the project on time, and without any hitches. And they were working hard, very thoughgoing and steadfast. I am extraordinarily pleased with the work of the TerraFirma team, and how they did it. It is obvious by looking at the work that my basement walls are solid, secure, and dry. THANK YOU TerraFirma!

Job was on time, on budget, explained completely at each step and the crew (Jose H, Matt A, Ivan, Steven and Manuel) were meticulously clean through each day and cleaning up at the end of the week. Great work from James and his crew! Thanks to Morgan, David and Hilary for the additional assistance. These folks went above and beyond also fixing a lock on a sliding glass door as well as installing 20 piers and 4 smart jacks for the residence. Very thorough evaluation initially from Morgan which is why I chose TF over their main rivals who just breezed through the place in 30 mins or so. Morgan spent nearly 2 hours after taking measurements and showing me detailed videos about the bedrock and clay deposits under all these houses in W. Eugene. House feels solid now! These work crews they have make rapid progress and stick to their time estimate which frankly seemed doubtful at the end of day 2 of 6. But sure enough they were all tidied up and done by mid day of day 6, just amazing!

Eric did a great job assessing the issue and recommending a solution. Very professional. The foreman, James Taylor, and his crew mate, Chris Raycraft, we’re also extremely professional and efficient. They did a great job with the work, we’re on time both days, and explained everything patiently and thoroughly. Highly recommend!

The gentleman that came to the house to lift our porch knew exactly what to do and how to achieve it ( our porch is huge by the way ) I didn't think that they could get it back to its original level but that's exactly what the accomplished. Once again great company and people to work with, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs any kind of work like this done.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional service provided by Seth and the team at TerraFirma Foundation Systems. We had our house leveled, Jonah was the project manager, Roberto the foreman, James R. and Antonio J. They were very professional and had all the work done in four days, we even had a barbecue with them, with my homemade potato salad... Also they found a leak in our sewer pipes, so that's our next project. I highly recommend TerraFirma, fantastic service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What a great experience. Ryan Bothman our Design specialist was such a big help guiding me through this stressful time. He explained everything to me so that I could understand exactly what I needed to do. He also recommended additional companies to help with my project as well. The experience went very smooth. My Project Manager Sammy kept me up to date with the timeline for my project and set my mind as ease. I want to thank Timothy & Kevin G. who were the Foremen on my project. My project started and finished exactly as planned. Also I want to thank all crew members as well: Chris R, Tarin, Jairo, James, Nick S, and Zach F. GREAT JOB!

TerraFirma people James, Bryan and Jorge that came out to the job were very respectful of my property and hard working to finish the job in one day. My wife and I noticed that they liked working together and enjoyed working for there company and took pride in the job they were doing. They stayed until they were satisfied and we were satisfied with the with the finale completion of the project. they left the job site in good shape.
