I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional service provided by Seth and the team at TerraFirma Foundation Systems. We were facing a daunting challenge with standing water underneath our house, and Seth guided us through the entire process with professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness.

From the moment Seth arrived, it was evident that he was not only knowledgeable but also deeply passionate about resolving our issue. His expertise in dealing with water problems beneath homes was evident, and he took the time to thoroughly assess our situation (and got plenty dirty doing it) before presenting us with a comprehensive solution. In a word, Terra Firma was AWESOME! From the beginning to the end. Everyone involved, from the first visit by Tyler to the project coordinator, Jonah, to the crew that did the hard work of stabilizing my foundation, James the foreman, along with Oscar and Jayden. The engineering and permitting with the city were handled and I was informed all along the way. The crew showed up on the dot every day, was friendly, professional and respectful of the property. My property was restored to the condition they found it in with pressure washing and putting the deck back together. They also alerted me to problems with my plumbing that needed to be addressed that I would not have otherwise been aware of. It was work that needed to be done to avoid any further damage, inability to sell at a later time or saving my family the burden of dealing with it.

Estimator Seth patiently answered all my questions allowing me to make an informed decision with no pressure. Foreman James was respectful as he let me know exactly what they were about to do and why. His team including Oscar and Brian were hard consistent workers. They lifted the back on my home 1 and 1/2 inches and all my doors shut for the first time in years. James and his crew were efficient, kind, and exceeded my expectations. My foundation was needed piers both outside and in the basement, yet they were quick and cleaned up. I even noticed a change in my home’s interior when it was fixed! Cracks closed up. They took care of the whole process, including permits and inspections. And, James communicated, including walking me through, clearly listening to my responses.

I recommend TerraFirma, especially James who was the foreman on my job, especially to those who want to be respected, want to understand what is happening, and want good communication throughout the job.

TerraFirma people James, Bryan and Jorge that came out to the job were very respectful of my property and hard working to finish the job in one day. My wife and I noticed that they liked working together and enjoyed working for there company and took pride in the job they were doing. They stayed until they were satisfied and we were satisfied with the with the finale completion of the project. they left the job site in good shape.

Terra Firma recently completed a foundation lift involving 18 push piers and 3 helical. My home is situated on the Columbia River with a sloping hillside down to the river. I couldn’t be more pleased with the end result, all completed as proposed in the original estimate and time frame! I can't praise Terra Firma enough for their superb service throughout the process of having an earthquake retrofit done on my house!! Design specialist James Kershaw did a thorough assessment and explanation of the recommended work. Scheduler Jonah promptly contacted me with the work dates and coordinated with the plumber for related work. My OUTSTANDING team of workers with Jonathan (foreman), Nathan, Rom, Matt and Daniel worked tirelessly and efficiently and with cheerful and respectful attitudes. They exercised great care in protecting my home and in cleaning up at the end of the job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for their superb, specialized services!!
