RJ was extraordinarily helpful in examining and explaining the issues with our foundation. So glad we got a second opinion. This company does not make up issues to sell you on expensive services and explains the structure and any options you have very thoroughly. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely have any upgrades we decide to move forward with done by them.

I did a ton of research on TerraFirma when I decided to pursue getting a seismic retrofit in my basement, and then to clinch it, my Engineer neighbor spoke highly of them as well, stating they are top tier in their field. Jake's Crew came out today to review, and instead of selling me on a $10,000+ price tag, educated me on why they were unable to do the retrofit - my foundation is hollow concrete, their drilling would shatter it, and their alternative wouldn't meet my required needs. Honestly, I'm BLOWN AWAY how awesome Jake's Crew was - honest, direct, helpful, and educated me on my foundation. They even cleaned up under the porch for me, graciously turned my outside water off under the crawl space (thank you!!!). I'm so sad my foundation isn't able to be seismically retrofitted but I'm ridiculously grateful to Jake's crew for being so honest. I highly recommend TerraFirma - I read a ton of reviews on multiple platforms, and when they do make a mistake they fix it and make it right. They are full of integrity, and I'll forever remain impressed and won't stop recommending them to anyone/everyone!

With a water floored basement, we contacted Terra Firma to locate the water source which they did in no time. They explained, in detail, what would be done to fix the problem and went to work. They were respectful of our furnishings covering to protect them from limited dust. They were professional and the project was completed on time. We are very satisfied with the end result, quality of workmanship, and price. We would recommend them for foundation work of any type.

Our foundation was leaning and they stabilized it, cleaned under the house, and put in a sub pump. We were very happy to get this job done and they did a great job. My husband says every time he asked a question the foreman was very willing to answer. The workers were polite. They arrived when expected and finished the job as promised in the given time.

The 3 workmen dug a trench for a french drain under the house, put in the french drain covered with rocks, put in a sump pump then the whole thing covered with new 6 mil black sheeting. The drain to the sumps pump enters one of the down spouts under the ground outside of the foundation. They worked hard, were friendly and answered all questions. Our house is at the base of a hill. The top part under the house was wet but not the bottom. We found a spring when we first build the house in 2009-2010 off to the east of the house when the septic whole was dug. I suspect there is another under the foundation which is causing the wetness. After the trench was dug, the men said the water was already feeding into the trench at the top of the foundation. They also helped locate the critter entrance for under the house (rats/mice) and close it off.

Morgan, Robert and the crew that came out to do the foundation work were exceptional! However, working with the project manager was frustrating. Communicating by email was a problem as items were not addressed unless asked a couple of times. No one answers the phone when calling the company, even when calling the number that was given to me. Left message every time and waited up to a day to get a return call.

Walt Bateman was very knowledgeable and helpful in describing the product and process in repairing our concrete slab foundation. He took his time and answered all our questions.

I could not be more impressed with how informative, respectful, and honest Bailey was with my parents. He took a very stressful and emotional time, and eased their fears and took the time to really explain and educate them on the best option for their property. I am so grateful!

I can’t express how pleased I was with the team who completed the job at my house. Everyone on the crew was not only knowledgeable and extremely professional but also friendly and answered all questions I had. I was amazed that after their work was completed they left the exterior of my property looking better then when they arrived. I don’t know anyone else with foundation issues as it is a pain I wouldn’t wish on anyone but I would highly recommend Terra Firma to anyone who needs work, especially the crew that completed my house.
