Jorge Valencia along with his team Manuel and Juan were very professional and efficient in cleaning our crawl space and in installing the necessary equipment as stated in our contract. James and his crew of Chris and Tarin were hard working, professional,and did a great job on our large crawl space, which had water and rotting beans from years of coastal storms. James, crew boss, communicated with us every step of the way. Definitely would recommend Terra Firma!

Mr. Stanford did a thorough inspection of our crawlspace and gave us the honest opinion that very little needed to be addressed. He was very professional and clearly very experienced. This was after a competitor came out and tried to convince us we needed an $18,000 encapsulation.

We wanted the best and we got the best, we didn't even call around, we called terraFirma. We.live on the Oregon Coast, Beaver, Oregon. Casey came out and was here for two hours. He went under our 102 year old house and came out with pictures. He immediately had several options with prices, we were impressed already. We called him the next to say we wanted the biggest one. 21 smart jacks, a main beam replacement, total encapsulation with dehumidifier and sump pump. TerraFirma scheduled us for the next month which for us was extremely fast, we counted the days and as said, Aris, Brad and Jose were here right on time. To the owner of terraFirma, these young men should be commended for their professional, excellent work ethics. They were all very polite, very hard working young men. I would come out of the house and they would all wave and say good morning. Even in the afternoon they would wave to me. These three men spent 8 days under our house on their stomachs, sides and backs, hauling everything out in trash bags (about 50) and the then the rock that they hauled under for the trench, all while laying down because of the foot and a half clearance under their. I'll get where I'm going here, Casey, Aris, Jose and Brad were all excellent and I'm sure you're very proud as I am honored to have met and kinda know them. We had water under our house and TerraFirma put in a drainage system to remove and direct the water outside. There have been many workmen under the house since and they have said that the TerraFirma team did and excellent job. That is good to hear as the crawl space is so limited and we have not been under there to check on the work. It was not a fun job, but the work was done with a great attitude. Wish we had called them first, but are extremely satisfied with what was accomplished.

I purchased a commercial building. The seller used TerraFirma to put in moisture control system in the crawl space and the company worked with the owner to get the project done before I closed on the purchase. They gave me good documentation and warranty info and did a walk-through with me. They were very thorough and professional.

My encounters with TerraFirma have been great so far. During an initial "inspection"/quote for a few potential projects, they mentioned how their company had been born out of a desire to provide exceptional customer service where other companies in the field were not, and I feel it really shows. The information I was provided was well-explained and never felt like a sales pitch - simply information presented to allow me to make the decisions I needed to. It also came from someone who seemed like they had hands-on experience in the work, not just a representative in a uniform. I also received no "pestering" beyond this appointment, which I appreciated - I get that follow-up is a way that business try to hook new work, but the company I'd gotten a quote from two years prior still calls and emails me to this day, which gets annoying. That same company had also quoted me a price quite a bit higher for the same work, so despite someone commenting to me that TerraFirma was "the pricier option," their offer was a fantastic deal to me. I went ahead with scheduling the first project, crawlspace drainage and sump pump installation. The work was done well and cleanly, and communication throughout and after was great. I definitely plan to contact them again when I'm ready to tackle some higher-cost projects, and feel I don't need to bother with quotes from anyone else to know I'll be getting great work for a competitive price.

Terra Firma did an A+ job assessing and explaining the findings on my home foundation. Briggs was my service professional and was absolutely top notch! Briggs took pictures, videos and gave a most thorough explanation of my home and crawl space so I feel well prepared to move into solution mode. I would definitely do business with Terra Firma again. I purchased two waterproofing systems from them a few years back. After the rain the past couple days its time to leave a glowing review. They did an interior drain in my basement and a separate drain tile system in my crawlspace. Both systems have been working flawlessly for 3 or 4 years now with zero water intrusion into my basement that I totally renovated after their install. They've also come out every year as promised for servicing. Thankful for connecting with them. After hearing the river of water enter into the pump and it go off every minute or so for nearly 12 hours yesterday, they deserve 5 stars. I would recommend them to anyone.

We’ve been TerraFirma customers for years; they installed and maintain our sump pumps. Today we needed a new vapor barrier installed in our crawlspace. I got other bids, but TerraFirma’s seemed to have the most accurate and thorough inspection and at a competitive price. I’m glad I stuck with TerraFirma because James and Casey were amazing! Zack and Morgaine did an excellent job resolving our issues with squeaky floors, caused by unevenly tightened smart jacks. Super knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the problem. They were extra awesome, and let me borrow some knee pads so I could tag along into the crawlspace. Great chance to get over my anxiety with small spaces and to check the plumbing work by a previous contractor! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Will definitely be working with the team in the future if something comes up 😀

Andrew and his crew completed our work project installing a sump pump, installed drain tile inside the crawl space under the house and finished with a vapor barrier. In addition they also removed all junk under the house. The crew was very efficient, the work space was kept very clean, when they were through you would hardly know they were there. They were very helpful and answered any questions we had and explained what was going on. We highly recommend this crew.
