Don't hesitate, call these folks and specifically ask for Seth!! I am not a construction minded individual and had a level of intimidation when asking to have someone come out to look at our foundation, but Seth made everything so dang easy. Never once did I feel like he was talking over my head (very knowledgable!) and was extremely respectful with any/all questions I had. He truly took his time and didn't make me feel like I was wasting his. 100/10!

We couldn’t be more thankful for Terra Firma and our experience with them! We bought our first home recently and our partially finished basement flooded repeatedly over the winter causing a lot of damage, stress and worry. We had a few quotes from other companies who didn’t seem entirely confident it was a fixable problem. From the moment Terra Firma came out to give us a consult they were timely, professional and took the care and time to explain all our options and how each of them could work to fix our problem. The crew worked for 3 days straight to dig through our slab, place in ground piping and set up our sump pump , fixing our flooding problem and they kept us informed the whole way. We felt very confident in their fix and the stress relief alone has been an amazing feeling. On top of that they took complete ownership over talking with the city about permitting issues and ensuring everything was up to code. We can’t recommend them enough! Thank you all!

Mike and Andrew were terrific! I never thought the pole barn floor could be restored to such degree; Mike worked miracles. Mike explained what the work would entailed and showed me what he had done after completing the work. The repairs have added years of life to the pole barn. Thanks!!

The best. Hands down. TerraFirma came out and inspected our leak in the basement and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. We are new homeowners and didn't know anything about how their system actually worked. Travis and his partner (sorry I didn't get your name!) took the time to explain how our system works and answered all of the questions we asked. 10/10 would recommend TerraFirma to anyone. *The leak was unrelated to the system TerraFirma put in, but they stuck around to answer questions anyways*

We had successfully used Terra Firma about 10 years ago, so when we had a water incursion this year in a different part of the house we naturally turned to them again. To address water coming through a wall in our daylight basement, they installed their Water Guard and Vapor Lock products, plus a sump pump system. The result looks solid and neat. Haven’t yet had a chance to test it in a downpour, but I’m very confident that if there’s an issue, TF will make it right. I know that because some of our rickety plumbing got dislodged during this process and started to leak. TF stepped up and sent 2 high-quality plumbers, and they found every issue and fixed them all. The install crew themselves were super-courteous and tidy, and they worked overtime to get the job done timely. Kudos to Antonio Rodriguez, Jacob Rodriguez, Rico Aguilar, and Jonathan Heredia.
