If there were 10 stars to give the folks from TerraFirma, it still wouldn’t be enough. From the person who came to my home and gave me a very professional bid to the person who scheduled us and then to the poor young men that had to come back multiple times to finally get the job done-there couldn’t have been a more dedicated group of people. The job we had came with several unexpected glitches that were unpredictable. They did a bunch of extra work to take care of the problems and when they couldn’t do it and I needed another company to come cut my concrete, they set that all up very conveniently for me and then came out to finish the job. All for the amount of the original bid! They will do the job, no matter how difficult and they will leave you smiling.

We have squeaky floors and wanted to find out if our house had settled and needed to be re-leveld. They found the foundation was fine except one post that needed to be replaced, which we had them do, the biggest problem was the humidity was very high in the crawl space which was causing our sub floors to warp over time. This was summer of 17 when it had been dry for 2 months and out door humidity was 20 percent, and crawl space was 65 percent. We had their water management system put in. They were very professional kept us informed as they worked, put down plastic to keep floors clean from where they came in to house to the crawl space access. They did not do any hard sale just gave us the facts and what they could do and let us decide if or what we would like them to do. I am looking forward to doing the next step they suggested in the future.
