The kitchen floor in my 1948 built house was sagging, causing a crack to form in the wall. TerraFirma came out and priced the problem. While is wasn’t the least expensive, I felt they were the best option. The work crew came out and got to work. It took them the better part of a day to install the beam and two SmartJacks. Then they verified the floor in the kitchen was level. They cleaned out and left. Overall I was impressed. While expensive the floor in my kitchen is leave and I feel confident that it won’t be an issue going forward. Some notes 1. The work team was professional and courteous. Then pinged me by phone when they had a question. 2. You couldn’t tell they had been there after them left. I didn’t find any debris, something I’ve experienced with other contractors. 3. They went above by moving two sump pump alarms from one side of the house to the other without charge. This makes it easier for me to access them. 4. They leveled my floor so well that my fridge no longer closes on its own, something I was used to and now have to purposefully close the door.

They repaired joints in about 60' of sidewalk. They were on time for both the quote and the repair. Price was higher than I liked but the repair was done in a day and no mess. The crew were very polite and professional and experienced in what they were doing

Two separate teams - led by Robert and Augustus - each with different responsibilities - meshed together perfectly to complete our difficult foundation renovation. Even when unexpected supplies were needed - they were quickly delivered and the teams stayed on schedule. After seeing a TerraFirma commercial on TV - I must mention Ryan Bothman. He was our System Designer and was our first contact - and immediately impressed us with his knowledge and listening skills. He was available throughout the project, answering our questions and communicating hiccups, as well as progress. (Plus, he’s even better looking than on TV! 😉) We are proud to have a TerraFirma foundation and highly recommend their expert work!

Terrafirma just completed the EverBrace wall system on our basement and we couldn't be happier. The house has stopped shaking when the tenant upstairs does laundry. Rocky, our project foreman was outstanding to work with. His communication was fantastic. The project site was well managed. He was always realistic about the daily impacts we might feel while the project was underway (it can get quite noisy) and he was able to flex the project noise level so it wouldn't impact our upstairs tenant. Sammy, their project coordinator, stayed in communication with me from the moment our contract was signed through the project completion. The only suggestion we have if you're considering the Everbrace wall system, is that you may need to manage some additional work to prepare for the system. Plumbing electrical and HVAC systems will most likely need to be moved. Factor this in both financially and timewise.

Bailey Mercer came out on time, which is the number one indicator of professionalism in my experience. He kept the conversation short and to the point. He did not try to upsell me on things didn’t need, and to that point, neither did the sales staff over the phone. Bailey did the measurements, with precision and finished at a reasonable time. I have confidence that when we decide to secure our foundation we will be using Bailey Mercer as our go-to expert when we call TerraFirma.

The whole process was seamless - from our initial proposal where Hannah answered all of our questions and did a thorough assessment of what was needed to Antonio, Kameron and Jesse who did a great job on our encapsulation project. They showed up on time, were professional, very informative, cleaned up when completed, and were a pleasure to work with. Would recommend their services!
