What a great experience. Ryan Bothman our Design specialist was such a big help guiding me through this stressful time. He explained everything to me so that I could understand exactly what I needed to do. He also recommended additional companies to help with my project as well. The experience went very smooth. My Project Manager Sammy kept me up to date with the timeline for my project and set my mind as ease. I want to thank Timothy & Kevin G. who were the Foremen on my project. My project started and finished exactly as planned. Also I want to thank all crew members as well: Chris R, Tarin, Jairo, James, Nick S, and Zach F. GREAT JOB!

TerraFIrma has been a great company to work with. Always on top of communications. The team showed up at my home and got busy! The lead-man was on top of the situation, and kept me informed on the progress of the project. Unfortunately I have additional work that needs to be done, as this is an old home. TerraFirma will be the company I use on the next phase.

Excellent service done by Tim Cranley, Jonathan Heredia, Jesse Cabrera, and Mike McCarthy. This team did an excellent job installing a sump pump and reinforcing our floor joists. From the first person I spoke with (RJ) to the team who actually did the work I have nothing but great things to say about them.

Recently I had an issue with my sump pump. It was making an incredibly loud high pitched noise.They sent out a tech named Zeck. He was all the way in Vancouver(2hrs from my house) He was prompt(even kept me updated on his eta) He was very efficient.Very professional and friendly. The problem was taken care of quickly. Thank goodness for Zeck! He turned a frustrating situation into a pleasant , short-lived malfunction.

Installed a water pump in the basement. Great customer service from the beginning- Nikki was amazing to work with and answered all my questions and the Installation team was on time and completed the install timely and had great customer service. Thank you

These folks are WORTH the call and having them out! Seth, specifically, was amazing at scope, plan and presentation. He was so knowledge and really took into account all of the needs of the house structurally and visually. He was extremely professional in house and on the phone. Nothing was over sold or up sold, and every concern I had was listened to and taken into account. Every detail was in the bid neatly and nothing was out of place. If you've got a basement or crawlspace project, this is as professional as it gets. I will DEFINITELY be keeping this company in mind for future projects and for friends and family. Call. The crew of Tony, Harley, and Sebastian were wonderful, they did a great job and helped a lot with recycling and trash removal every day during the project.

Terra Firma has always been thorough, helpful, and super communicative. Our last technician Morgaine was so good with drafting up an estimate on the spot, and answering all our questions. We've had some previous work done by TF and Morgaine's help figuring out differences between the new estimate and what's covered under previous work was exactly what we were looking for.

The experience was great from start to finish! The repairs made were better than expected. The cost was half that of a local competitors bid.
