TerraFirma came to my house and repaired my sinking porch. They called when they were in route. Arrived and introduced themselves. Explained what they were going to be doing, asked if I had any questions. They were detailed and professional. Once they completed the work, they walked me through the results and confirmed that I was satisfied with the work. They advised that if I had any concerns, or notice any changes that seemed off, to reach out and they would come out and address the concerns. The office followed up the next day to ensure I was happy with the work. I highly recommend TerraFirma and their team! Thank you for the quality work and overall experience.

TerraFirma did an excellent job with expert solutions. Work was clean and tidy. The crew were experienced and helpful and did an amazing job explaining the geo lock anchor system as it was installed. Communication was outstanding and warranty’s for work completed gave us much piece of mind here at our family home.

Helical (push) piers were installed many years ago to level my house foundation from the back of the house. I was happy with the work until my house started sagging in the middle a year later. After posts were installed under the middle, TerraFirma was hired to put in four helical piers in the front foundation, and my home is now perfectly level. An associated plumbing issue was paid for by TerraFirma, and that is very appreciated.

Bruce was fantastic. I have not accepted the job proposal yet, but I absolutely loved Bruce's attitude and he is a good salesman. Comes off as very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Was eager to educate, but quick to recognize when he was over-explaining and he could offer less detail. Went above and beyond making sure he spent as much time as I needed and even interacted with my kiddo during his time at my house. 6 stars for Bruce, I just can't speak to the quality of workmanship since I haven't hired them. Will edit if I do.

I had a positive experience with vapor barrier application to my basement walls, a draining system install that wraps around the basement walls, installation of a sump pump, foundation crack repair, sealing/ vapor barrier install in a crawlspace.

Our problem was that our front yard had settled, taking parts of our huge concrete front porch and sidewalk down with it. We watched the cracks in the porch get wider every year, and the sidewalk sloped down and away from the house. TerraFirma evaluated our situation and explained what was happening around our house. Then they gave a very detailed explanation of how they would make the repairs - even what they could and could not do - complete with a video demonstration. The young man who showed up to do the work was very courteous and professional. It was fascinating watching portions of our porch and sidewalk being raised up, leveled, and the gaps coming together. We are very pleased with the end result and have recommended TerraFirma to others.
