Shout out to Shane A!! Shane came out to inspect and bid our office crawl space/foundation/sub floor. (A repurposed residential home). Shane was awesome. He gave me straightforward honest info. He came during business hours and clearly did all he could to avoid interrupting our work flow. Shane was kind, pleasant and above all, honest. Shane sent our bid the same day. He just for the problem we call about, but checked the entire space. I called the next day to schedule an appointment for the work Terra Firma's crew came out within few days. The work crew was on time!! They even assisted one of our older employees across our icy parking lot. The whole crew was polite, pleasant, quiet, and fast. The crew was also here during business hours and we barely noticed they were here. I was very impressed with the ENTIRE process and highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business. I have worked directly with clients and customers for over 30 years, in both small and medium sized businesses. I am extremely customer service oriented personally and professionally. I provide great customer service and in turn expect it. I am not easily impressed. Terra Firma impressed me. I don't write many reviews. We had a great team and a great experience with Jorge, Juan, Manuel, Luis, Aris, and Cristian. They did a terrific job with a full waterproofing system under our home. They were very respectful of our home and treated us with the utmost respect and care. They left the rooms they worked in cleaner than they found them!

I would have given 5 stars but the crew did not remove the excess fill that came out the sides of my porch. When I called and asked about this, I was told to just take a knife to it and remove it. I can most definitely do this, but I just paid a good amount of money for a complete job. I am not so thrilled about this.

Just came today and I was very impressed with Schylar P. He realized the bumper in the truck was going to scape on our driveway since it is on a steep hill and went to Home Depot to get some 4”x6” to raise the wheels up. He drilled probably 50 holes in our driveway and injected foam in them to fill the voids under the driveway. It took about 5 hours. He explained things well and patiently answered our questions. The price we were quoted was expensive but was very close to the other bid we got.

Brian Comunale was incredibly thorough in his inspection and assessment of my compromised foundation. He took pictures of all the damage and explained the issues and possible solutions. He went above and beyond. Truly phenomenal communication and customer service. I highly recommend his services.

Had them look under a house we had just purchased. Not only was he honest, but he told me about separate problems that the inspector missed! I will definitely use them when the need appears. Also, I have worked with them in the field. They do a great job, and work really hard!

Paul Anderson originally came out to estimate the job and advise us of any problems that we might expect. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Jeremy, the technician leveled our walkways was efficient and friendly. He Worked on his own and completed the leveling and injection of foam quickly and accurately. We were very pleased with the entire operation and would highly recommend them

I had a positive experience with vapor barrier application to my basement walls, a draining system install that wraps around the basement walls, installation of a sump pump, foundation crack repair, sealing/ vapor barrier install in a crawlspace.

They follow through and are very helpful. We also used them 5 years ago and do very happy. I respect them and what they do. Joanie Chambers

Very thorough and professional.

Terra Firma excavated our crawlspace and installed a liner, sump, and de-humidifier. They did an amazing job. Another contractor coming by after the job said it was the best crawlspace he had ever been in! Job was done under estimate, on time, with excellent communication throughout. Cleanup was immaculate.
