The work was done exactly as described. The men did an excellent job cleaning up everything at the end of each day. We are pleased. The crew, Joel, Leo & Luis, were professional with impressive work ethics. Joel, Leo & Luis are an asset to Terra Firma. We were told we would be given photos of the completed work but have not yet received them. We would appreciate having that information for our records.

Terra Firma seismically reinforced my home to resist earthquake forces that could cause its wood frame to slide off its concrete foundation. Within about 5 hours, a Terra Firma crew of three bolted steel plates to the perimeter of my home, connected the perimeter stud walls to the concrete foundation walls. The installation was performed professionally, primarily on the exterior, with only only 6 of the 37 plates installed in an interior space where the of the foundation wall was several feet below grade, making exterior installation difficult, if not impossible. Terra Firma's plumber also installed a vibration activated gas supply shut off valve to my gas meter. I'm very pleased with the work and am hopeful that my home will remain habitable after an earthquake.

Communication prior to work was great. Project manager explained how the work would go. The day the crew showed up the foreman went over the work plan and asked if I had any concerns, which I did and he was able to explain and accommodate without any problems. The crew put down plastic to minimize any mess or marks on my concrete and cleaned up post project work. I’m very satisfied with the work and complement the crew.

We had a complete encapsulation of our crawl space and sump pump and humidifier system installed. The young men who did the work were very professional. Antonio was the project manager and he was fantastic. Answered questions, explained the process, and made sure we were ok with what they were doing. They showed up at the time designated and called if they would be late. Communication was very good. Shout out to his helpers, Daniel, Jesse, and Kameron. At the end of the project they cleaned up the workspace and made sure things were left like it was before project. Thanks guys.

This was truly an awesome experience, from the time Will arrived to do the estimate, to completion of the job a little more than a week later. Will gave us great insight as to the foundation and build of our home. We were having issues with a back patio and front steps that were added to the property post build and had sunk quite a bitt. All the folks we dealt with at TerraFirm were friendly, informative, helpful and kind. From our initial contact with Hillary to schedule appointments, to our very informative meeting with Will for the appraisal and estimate, and a very special shout-out to Schylar and Jonny, for a very cool learning experience during installation. We pestered them with questions the entire time they were here and they graciously and willingly answered them all! great crew, awesome job and a joy to spend time with. I had several companies to choose from to do this very big project on my crawl space. I’m very happy I went with Terra Firma. The team who came out were so respectful and clean. They were there on time every day and had all the needed materials for the day lined up. They worked very well together and cleaned up after such that It was hard to tell they had been around! Jorge was the leader and let me know when they were arriving each day and what to expect each day. The other team members Jose V and Juan were so good with my small niece who would watch them go in and out the door with all of the buckets of sand and gravel and were extra careful to make sure she didn’t run out. The work done is excellent!! This work was done well and done right so the expense was well placed and will improve the life of this home. This team of hard dedicated workers is the foundation of your company. I really hope you treat the very well! Polly Howell

They showed up on time. Finished on time. Cleaned up when done and did a great job!

I didnt even hire these guys. Im a plumber who came through to fix a repair they found after they redid a crawl space, and they did such a good job i had to come leave a review. Cleanest and most comfortable belly crawl ive ever experienced. The white barrier they use is padded enough i didnt even need my knee pads, and it looks a thousand times better than black visqueen. They even left a little tote under a leak they found so it wasnt wet for me or their new work when i came to fix it. 10/10

My family moved recently from a hot, dry climate to the PNW. We were used to dealing with foundation problems typical of our area, but were completely unprepared for the moisture problems we encountered when we got here. Thank goodness we called TerraFirma! They helped us through a few very difficult rough spots while remaining responsive, informative, professional, and friendly. Most of all, they were dependable. They did exactly what they promised in every situation. Our special thanks to Zach, who was our first point of contact.
