We had a great experience working with TerraFirma. They added supports under our house to even out a dip in our kitchen, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. In a word, Terra Firma was AWESOME! From the beginning to the end. Everyone involved, from the first visit by Tyler to the project coordinator, Jonah, to the crew that did the hard work of stabilizing my foundation, James the foreman, along with Oscar and Jayden. The engineering and permitting with the city were handled and I was informed all along the way. The crew showed up on the dot every day, was friendly, professional and respectful of the property. My property was restored to the condition they found it in with pressure washing and putting the deck back together. They also alerted me to problems with my plumbing that needed to be addressed that I would not have otherwise been aware of. It was work that needed to be done to avoid any further damage, inability to sell at a later time or saving my family the burden of dealing with it.

Wait was a bit long but when they finally got started (1 week early) the guys were on time, conscientious, professional, and the work was great. The weather was cold and wet but they kept at it with very little breaks. Highly recommend.

From the original estimator to the final work, Terra Firma staff are competent, highly qualified and professional. It was a complex job executed on time and on budget. It has been a satisfying relationship. I recommend them fully.

We wanted the best and we got the best, we didn't even call around, we called terraFirma. We.live on the Oregon Coast, Beaver, Oregon. Casey came out and was here for two hours. He went under our 102 year old house and came out with pictures. He immediately had several options with prices, we were impressed already. We called him the next to say we wanted the biggest one. 21 smart jacks, a main beam replacement, total encapsulation with dehumidifier and sump pump. TerraFirma scheduled us for the next month which for us was extremely fast, we counted the days and as said, Aris, Brad and Jose were here right on time. To the owner of terraFirma, these young men should be commended for their professional, excellent work ethics. They were all very polite, very hard working young men. I would come out of the house and they would all wave and say good morning. Even in the afternoon they would wave to me. These three men spent 8 days under our house on their stomachs, sides and backs, hauling everything out in trash bags (about 50) and the then the rock that they hauled under for the trench, all while laying down because of the foot and a half clearance under their. I'll get where I'm going here, Casey, Aris, Jose and Brad were all excellent and I'm sure you're very proud as I am honored to have met and kinda know them. The technician (Clay Carter) was very professional, honest, and helpful in explaining parts of the system I had kinda forgotten about. I'd somewhat neglected my basement system over the years, so I appreciated his kindness and patience as he went through and checked everything. System is still working great though! No water in the basement after 5 years, and the mechanical stuff was still in good order, I'd call that a win.

Fair price. Great service. We are very pleased with the results.
