The entire Team at TerraFirma was exceptional and helped us with our foundation needs. Amber is amazing and very responsive in communicating with us during our project and answering all of our questions. Taylor oversaw our project onsite and was also wonderful in communicating with us during our project. They were so efficient that our project was completed earlier than expected which saved us money in the end. Thank you all for taking such great care of our home!

The whole job went smoothly. Katie did a god job communicating as project manager. Mike was quick and efficient with the concrete slab void filling. Tim, Chris and Jonathan were all very professional and expertly got the French rain and sump pump installed. Very happy with all the work done.

Had the best experience with Terra Firma. From representative Kris, coming to give us a quote and setting everything up, to the crew (Foreman Albert and his crew) who came out to do the encapsulation of our home crawl space. The team members did nothing but the best to make sure the work was don’t correctly and with pride. Thank you!!!!

Terra Firma just completed a crawlspace encapsulation at my house in West Linn, big project including removal/replacement of vapor barrier, gravel lined perimeter drainage and sump pump, dehumidifier, insulation, and sealing all vents. My crawlspace is now basically another room in my house, it’s beautiful; no further moisture issues and rodents are gone. I’ve read a lot about this process; TFFS was up on all the research and the work was fantastic. Crew was great and kept me informed the whole time. Highly recommend Terra Firma.

Timely, expedient, a great company that works to get you the solution that will fit your needs and won't try to upsell for a greater profit. The sales person was clear and precise and offered the options with his best recommendation. I knew what to expect and they performed wonderfully. The technician who poured the foam also was thorough explaining the process and setting expectations. An excellent company to work with and the results are great.

One more review for these guys… Roberto returned to finish up a few things and as before, he was professional, conscientious, efficient, and left the place immaculate. Love our basement - thank you so much!

Fast and efficient with their work

Pat was so good not only at his job, but is an extremely personable type of communicator, is polite and most of all knowledgeable. I’d say he is going places with this company! It is hard to find adequate people these days, let alone someone who is capable of carrying on an educated and informed conversation while listening to my questions and concerns , then actually (past 5 pm on over-time) taking the time to explain them. He was patient and kind to both me and my young daughter. I appreciated his honesty about working with connected buildings, even if it risked new business for his company. If he isn’t already a manager, he soon will be! If you call Terra Firma i’d suggest asking for Par and if Pat works for you, I’d suggest a raise next review!! lol

Steve Clay did an excellent job for us today. I am very pleased with the service. He showed up on time and was very professional. I would recommend Terra Firma to handle all of your foundation needs.

We had Terra Firma lift an RV barn that had settled over 3” in one corner causing a large crack in the concrete floor. The first crew consisting of Mike, Steve, Jeremy, and Preston installed helical piers and righted the building back to level. Schylar then came and installed the poly foam to stabilize the floor system and insert Nexus to fill the cracks. All workers have been very competent and professional and are hard workers. They are responsive to questions and concerns and have treated us very well. Co-ordination of the work was done by Mechele from her office in Roseburg. She has also been a joy to work with in ironing out any problems or concerns we’ve had with the job. Salesman Morgan is a good ambassador for the company and all the work was completed as promised by him! All in all, we are very pleased with the outcome! Mark R
