Installers were very professional. I asked for a few areas to be filled farther They made adjustments in areas that I asked gladly. I would recommend TerraFirm Foundation Systems to others. In short "WOW". Enough said. Living on the coast and sand moves with the rain at times. bought 8 yrs ago garage floor was sinking to one side. Finally called TerraFirma. What they did was amazing. lifted the floor as much as 4 inches in one section. As work was going on he explained what was happening with each step as I watched curiously. The wife was very reluctant to have them come now says we should have sooner. Even the patio door at the end of the garage works correctly now too. And something else I saw..... Customer Service is still alive and living in TerraFirma, Thank you to the TerraFirma people of Roseburg, Or. Salute to each and every one of them

We had a complex problem with a small section of our front sidewalk upon which our front steps rest, and in which our front gate is embedded. Over a few years, that section of sidewalk sagged down and to the side due to erosion issues, which in turn caused our steps to sag. Ken and Robert from TerraFirma did an incredible job resolving the problem. They listened and planned an approach carefully, explained the approach with its challenges and risks, and then left the decision to me. Step by step they did an amazing job resolving a complex and challenging task. They were always easy to talk to, friendly, honest, and professional.

Professional work with any type of outdoor leveling, strengthening, walkway reconstruction or similar concrete work. Interesting to work with the estimator person(s) for ideas and project details. Highly recommended.

Walt listened to my concerns and did a thorough job of evaluating the foundation. When he finished, he took the time to explain what was normal settling, and what was concerning. He pointed out that I had a drainage problem around the foundation that needed attention, and might prevent the settling from becoming critical. I loved that he was not just out to sell me a service!!! I feel like I can trust his recommendations when I have him back to see if the new drainage solved the problem. Thanks Walt!!!

Seth with TerraFirma came out to look at my problem. He wasn't able to help with my issue but was very friendly and helpful to guide me to who to call. Was on time for our meeting and gave me a call to let me know he was on the way. All in all I'm very happy with TerraFirma and Seth. Thank you!

I would have given 5 stars but the crew did not remove the excess fill that came out the sides of my porch. When I called and asked about this, I was told to just take a knife to it and remove it. I can most definitely do this, but I just paid a good amount of money for a complete job. I am not so thrilled about this.

We had Morgaine L. come out and do our yearly inspection. She found that we needed a new dehumidifier. She got one installed in no time and told us what else we needed to do. She was very forthcoming on what she was doing to do and what it would cost. She was great!

The crew from TerraFirma, Andrew, Zach, Kayden and Zoey just finished our water issue correction in our crawl space. They did a FANTASTIC job! Drain lines along with the needed pumps were all installed neat and clean. Hard working and knowledgeable crew. Excellent job. Would defiantly use TerraFirma again. THANK YOU!!! AAAA++++
