Had Walt come out to Corvallis to assess our concrete slab foundation and he was very knowledgeable of everything he observed surrounding the home's foundation. He took time to understand our concerns and provided us with his solution to our problem. We ended up having a structural engineer come out to asses our home and get his recommendation on if the work was needed. Although we ended up not needing to have the work done, the structural engineer said that Walt's estimate on the work needed to fix the problem was correct and if our house truly needed it, then he would have recommended the exact same work be done. In the future, if we have any other concrete/foundation projects around the property, we will definitely be calling Walt again.

We worked with TerraFirma on a complex project involving installation of their EverBrace wall stabilization system. The project took a lot of planning and communication leading up to installation, plus a 3-week on-site job. Everyone I interacted with at TerraFirma was warm, communicative, respectful, helpful, and creative in solving any issues that arose. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience. Our project was expensive, and a stressful endeavor for a homeowner, but I felt I was in good hands from start to finish with TerraFirma. Not to mention that the EverBrace solution saved us tens of thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this company.

Tyler came out and did a great job of thoroughly going through the house and taking measurements and pictures to document what need attention. He walked me through options and gave his recommendations. While I had other bids, he kept in contact and checked in to see if I needed anything else. He did a great job working with my unique situation, never pressuring me to go in any other direction then what I comfortable with. Then Victoria was great is getting everything set-up and connecting me to the crew that would be out to work on the project. They were there promptly the day as scheduled, which I appreciated. They did a great job of walking me through the process and explaining everything that needed to be done while I was working. They were fast and communicated clearly throughout the process and made sure I was there when they finished up. They cleaned up better then I expected considering they had to dig up a lot of soil and replaced the fence without it even looking like it was moved. I was able to get back the 1/2 an inch or so back from the chimney moving away from the house, so I was very happy about that! I would highly recommend them again and if I need the house foundatio repaired, would definitely call them back. Time will tell if everything stays where it is, but so far it's been a wonderful experience. They were competitively priced but seemed like they wanted my business more then the others and made me feel valued.

Very impressed with the person who came and did a thorough inspection. He provided multiple options and estimates. I had a few jacks placed under the house after noticing structural changes in my home. The team that came to do the repairs worked so well together, didn’t make a mess and were very professional. Travis and the crew did an excellent job with our crawlspace project. They were always on time even though they were coming from Roseburg to Bend, and great with giving updates as they went. Very good experience from day 1. They ended up not needing one of the permits or a window brace like originally planned, of which both items were credited back to me. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and more than tolerant explaining all the little details of what they were doing while I watched the process. I really like that they live streamed their engineers the entire time for QC, and even had a third party review inspection. I chose TerraFirma over 3 other companies for the warranty terms and for them being a long established Oregon local business, and I am very happy with their work and crew. I hope to not have any future structural repairs done but if I do, I will 1000% hire them again. Thanks!

Overall, they did a great job. Very easy to work with very professional. The guys who came to my house were great. They were very friendly and very kind. The foreman was exceptional. The individuals I talked to on the phone were very professional, very nice. They worked with me and got things done when I could get them done. I would recommend them to anybody.

Five Star to the Aris's team who worked on site! My project was stuck and the boys drive all the way from Vancouver up to Seattle to rescue. When I met them for the first time, I was deeply worried because those boys look so young! However, I was quickly impressed because the young boys really rock! They are super friendly and polite, they are energized and work so hard, I can tell they are proud of their craftsmanship and really care about your property. Kudos to Brad, Aris, Jose and Rudy! For the overall experience, there was a huge gap between sales team and production team, be prepared that you may not get any material/product like what the sales person showed to you, I did a lot of research on their product and that was the main reason I selected them, however, I did not get any of the product with specification that were promised, so this is quite disappointing - but I understand this is not really sales or field technician's fault...

Jorge and Juan came out to fix the discharge line. Both were very professional and sweet. Two of the best guys I have ever come across! Cherry on top was that my dogs really liked them, the guys did not mind that the dogs were being nosy, matter of fact they took the time to interact with them, not many people do. If ever anything needs to be fixed I highly recommend asking for them to do the job. Thank you so much for employing such kind and capable, respectful people.

The estimator, Tyler, and the applicator, Skyler, were very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Both explained what they were doing and how the process would help our deterioration under our garage floor. The process leveled out our garage floor. I believe it will also help stop the cracks that have increased in size over the years. I believe this process works!

I don’t usually do reviews but in this case people should know this is a first class company. Great communications and no selling you on something you don’t need. John was very professional, he spent time with us expanding what issues he did find, measured the level of the floors, inspected under the house and checked wall and foundation cracks. He also placed a blanket down to collect any dirt from entering and exiting the crawl space inside the house. I highly recommend John from the Eugene office and TerraFirma.

Even though we were given some hard news about the repairs needed Jason did so in such a friendly and courteous manner. He was very patient with me and explained all of the proposal in detail. I had Bailey come out to do an estimate for crawlspace encapsulation and some drainage work in the basement. Bailey spent 2 hours at the house and on the phone with me in total (not counting the work he did on his own), doing a very thorough work up of the house and patiently explaining what my options were, and what might be better for my renovation contractor to do. I really appreciated Bailey's willingness to think through different options - some that didn't include work for his company - and teach me about crawlspaces!

The crew did a great job fixing our sinking foundation! Two days and they came in and dug everything up then set the anchors and then backfilled! Great Job!

The process of stabilizing my foundation was done quickly and professionally. Permits and reports were provided upon completion. They were a pleasure to work with. The site visits were scheduled in advance and they were always there when scheduled. The final work was completed when scheduled and the site was cleaned up with minimal disturbance. If I had a question, they were always quick to explain the process. A pleasure to work with.
