Very happy with job the company did. Price was fair, and project was done on time

I was very happy with the work that was done on my crawl space fixing drainage problems and putting a sump pump in. They also put in metal plates around the crawlspace exterior walls. The young men were very nice and they kept me informed. They were also very careful to keep my inside floor clean. (The only entrance to the crawl space was inside my house.) My neighbor also used them when her floor had some problems. I am happy to recommend them.

Antonio, Jesse and Kamron did a very thorough job on leveling my manufactured home. They were very professional in the process and now my doors and windows operate like they should. Gentlemen, I want to congratulate you on a job well done. Thank you, Cameron Gibson

TerraFirma repaired our walkway which had cracked, separated, and dropped over time. The work was done very quickly, and the end result was better than expected. The cost was less than half what we had been quoted to replace the walkway.

I don’t usually do reviews but in this case people should know this is a first class company. Great communications and no selling you on something you don’t need. John was very professional, he spent time with us expanding what issues he did find, measured the level of the floors, inspected under the house and checked wall and foundation cracks. He also placed a blanket down to collect any dirt from entering and exiting the crawl space inside the house. I highly recommend John from the Eugene office and TerraFirma.

While it's an expensive job to rehab your foundation, most of this crew was super supportive and explained things well. They did a great job, even with a few hiccups which they recovered gracefully from. Well done and thank you!

They stopped the water coming into the basement due to a leak in the foundation. In addition they set up a system that prevents further leakage due to the alignment of the land and the roof drainage system. Carefully thought out and well done.

First of all, i've seen the multiple commercials on their process. I was skeptical as to its real value, but I called them anyway. They showed up and within a short period of time it was done. They additionally noticed that another area was sinking as well adjacent to the fixed area. They took the time to drill another few holes and everything now is safe. I have recommended them to three other neighbors. They cleaned up the area as though they were never there. YUP! The commercials are real. Call them and check them out and you'll never regret it.

Technicians answered my questions and explained the process of expanding foam to my satisfaction. They were courteous and on time. The process was less invasive than I expected it to be. This is not a cheap fix, but wanted to have it done only once and not worry about it down the road.

Wow. Hiring TerraFirma is hands down the best decision I made in 2024. The team I worked with at TerraFirma is world class and able to take on hard technical challenges, tight timelines, and financial constraints - and DELIVER. I trust them with the wellbeing of my kids. They saved my house (literally!) TerraFirma is a quality company. All of the work they performed was excellent! Staring with the sales, office, work crew and follow up was timely. The system we chose is the Triple Safe Sump Pump. As soon as the system was activated it immediately started doing exactly what it is designed to do. We have Major water under our home due to a natural Spring, so when I don’t hear our pump running I always call. I got a same day service call with Morgaine and She was Amazing!!! She has great ninja skills maneuvering around the water and I was super impressed that she not only fixed the pump that was stuck open (which may have destroyed another pump left unattended) but she did not need the towel I offered her like all the guys need when they are under there!!! Way to go!!! I am super impressed that she was no phased by crawling around there and came up with a smile. Super Professional!!! While our pump system was not cheap it has been worth the money and Terra Firma stands by their products. Thanks for a great Service call Morgaine, wish I could give you a raise!

It’s always been a joke in our house: “If you don’t want to be a responsible adult, you’re welcome to live in your mom’s basement.” It was funny because all I had was a dark creepy crawlspace with sharp rocks and whatever the last construction crew left behind. Unlit now. The Terra Firma team did exactly what they promised to do: in a matter of days, they terraformed the entire space under my house into an encapsulated sparkling-clean climate-controlled beauty. With the heat waves coming later this summer, I may be setting up guided tours for curious minds. The tour will include admiring a sump pump and earthquake braces, enjoying the cool clean air, and sliding like penguins on the white encapsulation layer. I haven’t decided on the fees yet, but it will definitely be a no-shoes, white socks-only service and I am NOT kidding about it. Thanks to Terra Firma, “living in yo-momma basement” turned from a threat into a perk.
