Seth from TerraFirma came out to my house to inspect my basement, which is starting to show signs of water encroachment. I had no idea what to do. He did a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the house, and then we talked. He walked me through several options to address the issue, explaining in a way I could understand, and being very receptive and responsive to my questions. He was very professional and courteous. Seth promptly sent me the quotes for the three options we had for the basement, and made sure to be tidy as he headed out! Even before this, the person who talked with me on the phone to take my info, and later to confirm the visit, was helpful and courteous. It's rare to have a such a positive experience with a contractor (just sayin'), but this was it. I am not sure when we'll be making these changes to my basement, but when we do, it'll be with TerraFirma -- and it'll be with Seth. Everything about this company is green flags!

Incredibly hardworking team! There was a lot of rock that needed to be drilled out -- and then tree roots where the drainage pipe had to go! Antonio, Cameron and Jessie really went the extra mile. Great job! I’m pretty sure they sent their A-team and got my crawl space encapsulated in 3 days. The dehumidifier doesn’t have to work too hard anymore. Humidity is holding steady below 50%. I can probably take some credit for their efficiency though, because I didn’t bother them too much 😂.

We contracted with TerraFirma to ecapsulate And add sump pumps and a dehumidifier to our recently severely flooded crawl space in Eugene, Or. We got a couple of bids and TerraFirma seemed most representative of what we required. Andrew lead a team that competed the job one day earlier than required, was super professional and managed the effort very efficiently. He was supported by professional program coordination staff as well. He always kept us informed of status and also worked with the electricians to ensure we had proper outlet support for the pumps assemblies and dehumidifier. He also ensured that the Ship Shape application used for monitoring the associated hardware was installed and operating before finishing the job. I highly recommend TerraFirma for this kind of support and have already written an assessment of the evaluation and bidding process led by Tyler Landon.

Travis and the crew did an excellent job with our crawlspace project. They were always on time even though they were coming from Roseburg to Bend, and great with giving updates as they went. We love our new crawlspace now and grateful for cleaner air, better temperature regulation in the home as well as the added benefit of extra storage. Thanks TerraFirma!

Wow. Hiring TerraFirma is hands down the best decision I made in 2024. The team I worked with at TerraFirma is world class and able to take on hard technical challenges, tight timelines, and financial constraints - and DELIVER. I trust them with the wellbeing of my kids. They saved my house (literally!) My 100 year old house is funky and scares away 4 out of 5 contractors who will decline to bid b/c of technical challenges alone. In this case, I also had tight timelines and budget requirements that made this job just about the hardest I've heard of for a contractor to take on by 10x - and terrafirma pulled it off! Pulling this feat off was only possible by incredible team work within the company: The install teams by Nate and Rocky were amazing and were able to spot issues and route them to engineering on the ground, Sammy and her coordination team kept me in excellent communication, and Morgan was able to come up with options that would work for my constraints, requiring creativity to pull it all together. I was impressed with how EVERY single person in this company was empowered to make decisions and judgment calls - and at each point chose to work together to find solutions. Methodical and mindful in their approach. Only issue would be better-care in assuring ALL aspects of the contractual terms are met PRIOR to closing out the contract on their end.

Terra Firma just completed a crawlspace encapsulation at my house in West Linn, big project including removal/replacement of vapor barrier, gravel lined perimeter drainage and sump pump, dehumidifier, insulation, and sealing all vents. My crawlspace is now basically another room in my house, it’s beautiful; no further moisture issues and rodents are gone. I’ve read a lot about this process; TFFS was up on all the research and the work was fantastic. Crew was great and kept me informed the whole time. Highly recommend Terra Firma.
