They do great work and always finish the job

TerraFirma did an excellent job with expert solutions. Work was clean and tidy. The crew were experienced and helpful and did an amazing job explaining the geo lock anchor system as it was installed. Communication was outstanding and warranty’s for work completed gave us much piece of mind here at our family home.

My wife and I recently bought a house and after removing carpet in the addition, we found fairly large cracks in the slab. Not sure of the severity we called terrafirma. They sent Dan out. Super cool dude and very informative. He was able to give us a solution to our problem. They were also able to fit us into their schedule quickly which was nice considering we had bare floors that needed to be finished. I would highly recommend terrafirma and co!

Terrafirma just completed the EverBrace wall system on our basement and we couldn't be happier. The house has stopped shaking when the tenant upstairs does laundry. Rocky, our project foreman was outstanding to work with. His communication was fantastic. The project site was well managed. He was always realistic about the daily impacts we might feel while the project was underway (it can get quite noisy) and he was able to flex the project noise level so it wouldn't impact our upstairs tenant. Sammy, their project coordinator, stayed in communication with me from the moment our contract was signed through the project completion. The only suggestion we have if you're considering the Everbrace wall system, is that you may need to manage some additional work to prepare for the system. Plumbing electrical and HVAC systems will most likely need to be moved. Factor this in both financially and timewise.

The crew were friendly and professional. The entire job only lasted two days and looks fabulous. The foreman kept us informed every step of the process We are very pleased with the results.

Giovanni and his crew were very professional. They showed up on time both days and got the job done on schedule. Giovanni carefully reviewed with us the work to be done before starting. At the completion on the job he reviewed what they had done. Giovanni was great to work with. He was very personable and had excellent communication skills.

The Crew was great to work with, Region Supervisor did a great job, The lady on the phone was knowledgeable on the job process and has great communication style. The job turned out just has they described, we had our crawl space waterproof.

Robert And Chris we're AMAZING! They came out for poly level on my steps and a couple of post replacements on my porch and I couldn't be happier. The dynamic duo exceeded all my expectations and I would highly recommend Terrafirma to any of my friends and family. Being a disabled veteran of 20 plus years, I have yet to witness the level of professionalism, dedication to workmenship, respect of personal property, and most importantly, customer involvement as Robert and Chris consistently displayed during the time at my home. If it was within my abilities these men would lead their own team's and bring continued honor and success to the Terrafirma company!

Excellent experience with TerraFirma. Noah Bryant arrived on time, sent a helpful reminder, and spent nearly 3 hours thoroughly inspecting inside and outside. He took photos, clearly explained crawl space issues, and offered honest recommendations with options—no pressure. Very professional and sincere. Highly recommend!

***Please note -- I updated my review from 1 to 5 stars. Terra Firma took the initiative to reach out and assess any next steps needed to correct the problem. Trust is 100% restored knowing that if problems come up they will take any action needed to follow up. I will also say that the work they originally did was actually to code, and we agreed that the moisture problems arose due to the nonstandard setup of my dehumidifier, NOT because of errors in Terra Firma's work. Thank you Terra Firma.*** Unfortunately, I have to drop a negative review in the interest of warning other folks that their work has gone downhill. I previously had an excellent experience with Terra Firma for management of a water problem in my crawlspace. I hired them without question again for my current property for management of moisture issues, and I didn't check their work upon completion as thoroughly as I should have. Unfortunately, about 1 - 2 months after completion of work, I discovered a large mushroom growing out of one of the structural posts in my crawl/basement. On closer inspection, I noticed that the dehumidifier water discharge line they installed was dumping less than a foot away from my foundation, corresponding to the exact spot the mushroom was growing. Moisture was the exact problem they were supposed to fix, but now they have created a severe structural problem secondary to moisture with the dehumidifier line dumping large quantities of water right next to my foundation. In other words, they created the exact issue they were purporting to fix by collecting the moisture and depositing it into my foundation. Once fruiting bodies are growing out of wood, this is an indicator that the wood is severely compromised and the fungus network has grown extensively. I now have a very expensive and serious problem to fix. I called to let them know about the problem, not sure if I will hear back from the coordinator/ the team who did the work. I am not sure if I would trust them to fix the issue after the damage they have caused, but I would accept financial remediation. If they take steps to make things right, I would update my review. I would not hire Terra Firma again for any crawlspace work, be it structural or moisture related because of the big problem they have caused. Again, just would like to warn others.

I called TerraFirma to come check out my crawlspace and to replace our failed sump pump. The sales guy Pat arrived on time, was courteous and professional, was very helpful in explaining things, and was able to answer all my questions. He was also able to get us scheduled for service just two days later which was awesome! Jeramie and his crew showed up on time and were also very friendly and professional and had a great attitude and answered all my questions and concerns. It was absolutely amazing how quickly they are able to complete the work (perimeter drain tile and sump pump)! Their experience and team work really showed. It was a little bit more expensive than I had hoped but it was worth it as the work is very challenging (these guys are heroic to work in the conditions that they do) and they got it taken care of so quickly; its also great piece of mind to know that TerraFirma has our back with their workmanship guarantee.
