Job was on time, on budget, explained completely at each step and the crew (Jose H, Matt A, Ivan, Steven and Manuel) were meticulously clean through each day and cleaning up at the end of the week. Very impressed with the service I received from the inspection of our crawlspace to the install. We have water build up in our crawlspace and TerraFirma came out and installed a French drain around the perimeter, a sump pump and did a clear out of debris and placed down a new vapor barrier. The techs who came out (Jorge, Fernando and Jose) left my place cleaner than they found it.

Oscar and his team were on-time, professional, communicative, and efficient. The crew did an excellent job of conducting the work and maintaining an organized worksite. Oscar walked the job with me at the start and end of each day (as well as intermittently as needed) to make sure I understood issues and could participate in solutions where necessary. The crew closed-up the job site at the end of each day in a professional manner. They even had to work through a 'bomb cyclone' in a coastal environment and made it look like 'just another Thursday' - Bravo!

Complete crawlspace repair, installation of smart jacks and support beams, encapsulation and dehumidification. Every person we interacted with, from Ryan the estimator, to Nikki the scheduler/coordinator to Moe the foreman and his crew were a pleasure to work with. We had a huge mess on our hands and they delivered on their promise to correct on time and on budget. Very happy and we heartily recommend this company!

TerraFirma repaired our deck a few years ago from settling issues. They did a great job so I called them recently to address additional settling concerns with stairs behind the deck and the utility shed. Robert was the technician assigned to the project. Before he began the repairs, he discussed both parts of the project, seeking my input on what to expect with the outcome. I observed him doing his work throughout the day- he was professional and patient with the challenges that come with repairing a 50 year old home. I couldn't be more pleased with the result, and the interactions I had with Robert throughout the day. I highly recommend TerraFirma for repairs to concrete with settling issues.

This is my second project with Terra Firma on my home and once again they sent an excellent team with problem solving chops and attention to detail, as well as cleanup at the end of the job.

The crew of Tony, Harley, and Sebastian were wonderful, they did a great job and helped a lot with recycling and trash removal every day during the project.

2/16/26 update: My sump pump broke in December due to the high level of iron in the soil under my house. Terra Firma responded quickly and replaced the pump with no issue. Great customer service and a great team / experience! Thank you Terra Firma! Seth has been amazing to work with! I have been working with Seth on designing my crawlspace drainage system. Seth has been extremely helpful, patient, and professional. I've pestered him every day, multiple times a day with questions, asked for revisions to my quote, clarifications, and have been an all-around pest. Through it all, Seth has been responsive, communicative, and thorough. The work is scheduled for Mid-May 2024. I will update my review after the work is done with how it went with the crew and the job they did.

TerraFirma waterproofed my crawlspace, and I'm very happy with the quality of their work and the responsiveness of everyone I've talked with. Morgan listened to our concerns and brainstormed solutions. Tony (the foreman) was excellent at communicating what was happening with the work that he, Harley, and Sebastian were doing, including when they needed to change the discharge plan. We discussed the options with Joel (the lead supervisor) and made a decision together. Since the new plan involved digging under plants that I cared about, Harley offered to dig them out for me before digging the trench to bury the pipe, and then afterwards helped me put them back into the ground where they had been before. I so appreciate everyone's attention to detail and being accommodating, friendly, and careful with their work. And they cleaned up super well when they were done. I heartily recommend TerraFirma!
