The foreman was very detailed oriented, gave good consideration to the job, and was very easy to work with. The work done was excellent and the crew left the work site in better condition than what they started with.

Unfortunately this sump pump did not solve the problem after all, as water again came in after several days of hard rain. To be fair, TF did not guarantee a solution. I still think it is a good company but sadly my problem persists.

Terra Firma installed a sump pump in my home that has solved my water incursion issues. This had been a problem for months. I had several different companies and professionals out to evaluate and try to solve the problem, from plumbers to leak detection companies and a few more. Most scratched their heads and said "this is a mystery." Terra Firma came up with this solution and it is working. I wanted to wait until we had significant rain to write this review - and after the past few days of pretty good rain, and no water coming in - I feel confident that the problem was solved. They were helpful, considerate and creative. They didn't try to sell me more than was needed. I recommend Terra Firma.

We were able to get an appointment two days after calling and they were even able to come earlier after checking in to make sure we were available. Even though we were given some hard news about the repairs needed Jason did so in such a friendly and courteous manner. He was very patient with me and explained all of the proposal in detail. I really appreciate all of the time Jason took to help me today. It really made me feel like our house wasn’t just a job.

I don’t usually do reviews but in this case people should know this is a first class company. Great communications and no selling you on something you don’t need. John was very professional, he spent time with us expanding what issues he did find, measured the level of the floors, inspected under the house and checked wall and foundation cracks. He also placed a blanket down to collect any dirt from entering and exiting the crawl space inside the house. I highly recommend John from the Eugene office and TerraFirma.

The whole process was seamless - from our initial proposal where Hannah answered all of our questions and did a thorough assessment of what was needed to Antonio, Kameron and Jesse who did a great job on our encapsulation project. They showed up on time, were professional, very informative, cleaned up when completed, and were a pleasure to work with. Would recommend their services!

Communication prior to work was great. Project manager explained how the work would go. The day the crew showed up the foreman went over the work plan and asked if I had any concerns, which I did and he was able to explain and accommodate without any problems. The crew put down plastic to minimize any mess or marks on my concrete and cleaned up post project work. I’m very satisfied with the work and complement the crew.

Thank you Andrew K for doing an excellent job smoothing out our sidewalk. There were extra challenges because of tree roots but Andrew thoughtfully came up with effective solutions and minimal grinding. He was on time, efficient, and very helpful. A job well done!

Walt listened to my concerns and did a thorough job of evaluating the foundation. When he finished, he took the time to explain what was normal settling, and what was concerning. He pointed out that I had a drainage problem around the foundation that needed attention, and might prevent the settling from becoming critical.
I loved that he was not just out to sell me a service!!! I feel like I can trust his recommendations when I have him back to see if the new drainage solved the problem.

TerraFirma Foundation Systems is excellent at basement waterproofing. Be sure to ask about all the available options so you can choose the one that’s right for you. The company is very capable, but it’s important to do your research before making a decision.

The crew—Antonio, Jessi, and Casey—worked extremely well together. Antonio is especially sharp; whenever I suggested an idea, he immediately understood what I meant and offered an even better solution on the spot.

No clue if the job ws done technically perfect or not. Hopefully, I will never know (no earthquacks). they kept me well informed, were prompt, polite and left no mess.

So we had Jorge, Juan, and Brad do an encapsulation of our basement crawl space and they did an amazing job. The area they had to literally crawl around in to complete the work was incredibly tight yet they completed their work without complaint and with style. It looks great! The work these guys had to do was tough, give these men a raise! They earned it!

Jaden was prompt, professional and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone who requires his services.

I am handicapped and use a wheelchair. Part of my sidewalk had sunk 3 1/2 inches. Schylur came in and had it completely level and sealed in just an hour or so. Couldn’t be happier.

We have a daylight ranch that was built in the mid 20th century. It became apparent that the patches prior owners had done were not cutting it to mitigate the water problem in our space. After consulting with a number of companies, we found Terra Firma's solution was the only version we felt confident would actually solve the problem. Everyone we interacted with from their sales team to their on-site crew were personable, respectful, and worked with us on every step to confirm we were comfortable with the plan, and changes that came up along the way. They finished their work on time, kept the space clean at the end of each day (a 4 day project), not just at the end of the project. We were impressed with their diligence and support throughout the project. I highly recommend them!

These guys were all wonderful. Extremely hard workers. No mess left behind and there was a mess, but not in my house. It was all over the guys. But they also cleaned up good! Great work and cleaned everything up beautifully. Don't know where they were out of. Think it was Tigard.

The crew from TerraFirma, Andrew, Zach, Kayden and Zoey just finished our water issue correction in our crawl space. They did a FANTASTIC job! TerraFirma made a major error when fixing the foundation for the overhang of our Enumclaw Plateau Historical Society museum. The posts were not properly spaced, giving the front of the building an uneven appearance. When the error was pointed out to them, they admitted it, and apologized. They paid the repair costs without argument. According to a businessman on our board, this is an unusual occurrence. I want to give them kudos for their management acting with integrity.

They did a very professional job.when there was a small problem a month later they returned and set it right at no additional charge. Punctual, Professional and Prompt.

Quenton came to service crawl space sump. He did a thorough inspection of the whole space. Cleaned and serviced sump that was full of clay. Found issues and gave recommendations with pros and cons. He didn't push any unneccessary things. Took pictures of all issues and work and thoroughly explained everything. Installed a new dehumifier and removed old one and hauled away. Would recomnend this guy to anyone. I hope this guy is an example of how the business is run. Excellent job, very happy.

Estimator Derek was very friendly and helpful. Had a much better experience with him than I did with Groundworks. Quote was better too and took about a week to get on the calendar. Was able to get on the schedule fairly quick and they even called with a same day cancellation the Friday before we were scheduled.
Work that was done was okay, they were able to lift what we wanted on the main driveway and did their best in front of the steps. Unfortunately they used a jack, which I wasn't expecting, and ended up cracking the slab in front of the steps. It's in the contract that they're not responsible for this so nothing was done to mitigate it. Also a slab next to the large one lifted developed a large crack after they applied the stabilizing foam to the lifted slab.
Other issue is that they said it wouldn't be an issue to have the truck down our driveway as they have more than enough hose to work with. Unfortunately they backed the truck right into our magnolia tree and when they were pulling away it ripped a large chunk of branches out.

Bailey did a fantastic job inspecting my crawl space and designing a solution that fit my needs. I really appreciated his thorough evaluation, detailed explanations, and professionalism. I will keep TerraFirma in mind for future projects.

Skylar did a great job saving our concrete deck that was cracking. It feels much more stable. He explained the process and got it done. Left the area spotless

Inspector Elijah was on time when he said he was going to be there was very prompt and personable. I feel like did a very thorough inspection of my crawlspace.

I recently requested an evaluation from Terra Firma for a vacation property, far from many resources, and where many companies will not work. Bailey came out, on time, prepared to do a full examination of the issue and give me a quote with options before even leaving the property. I was greatly surprised by the response. Bailey was extremely professional but also personal, and also educational. I wasn't even sure if we had an issue that needed attention in the near future. He helped me to understand the nature of the issues and the best steps forward to having a safer and better protected home. Terra Firma was also extremely patient as I did more research and confirmed the findings. We now have a plan for how to move forward. I would highly recommend Terra Firma both for their work, but also for how they care for their employees. They are not just looking for a job and money, but are truly looking to partner to make life better for all involved.

Mr. Stanford did a thorough inspection of our crawlspace and gave us the honest opinion that very little needed to be addressed. He was very professional and clearly very experienced. This was after a competitor came out and tried to convince us we needed an $18,000 encapsulation.

Brian came out and gave such an honest report. He was stellar to work with, and if we have any further problems,Terra Firma has my business.

We had an excellent installation on a fantastic crawl space waterproofing job. We are on the northern Oregon coast and a few feet from the sand so we get a lot of moisture under our 1940s home. We decided to invest in the TerraFirma product after a great meeting last summer with Don as we were taking on a major house renovation and decided we would do what is best all at once. We are very happy we did as the product is a game changer for the health of our home and our next generation. We pick up some great additional waterproofed storage space too in the end.

The install process was efficient, and we had three outstanding guys working our job. Antonio, Jesse and Cameron deserve a big shout out. They spent time each day we dropped by to educate us on what they did that day, show us every aspect of the job and took great care to be hospital-like clean. Sometimes not-so -ice people do very good work, and sometimes really nice people do shabby work but in our case with TerraFirma, we received an excellent service from very nice guys. So glad we found Terra Firma!

My wife and I recently bought a house and after removing carpet in the addition, we found fairly large cracks in the slab. Not sure of the severity we called terrafirma. They sent Dan out. Super cool dude and very informative. He was able to give us a solution to our problem. They were also able to fit us into their schedule quickly which was nice considering we had bare floors that needed to be finished. I would highly recommend terrafirma and co!

I just want to share that they showed up on time, did the work they promised to do and they applied unforeseen discounts to the final bill that were unexpected. Shaving thousands off my bill at the very end. In a word “Trustworthy”.
