I was referred to John from Terra Firma when I was looking to have our foundation inspected. John was very friendly and knowledgable and came out to our house to measure and inspect everything. In the end he was able to put our mind at ease and did a great job of explaining different scenarios and what he was looking for. John even inspected the crawlspace while he was out and provided great feedback there as well. Overall we got a lot of good information and never felt as though we were being pushed into unnecessary services. I will certainly be reaching out to Terra Firma for any future needs!

I purchased two waterproofing systems from them a few years back. After the rain the past couple days its time to leave a glowing review. They did an interior drain in my basement and a separate drain tile system in my crawlspace. Both systems have been working flawlessly for 3 or 4 years now with zero water intrusion into my basement that I totally renovated after their install. They've also come out every year as promised for servicing. Thankful for connecting with them. After hearing the river of water enter into the pump and it go off every minute or so for nearly 12 hours yesterday, they deserve 5 stars. I would recommend them to anyone.

We hired TerraFirma to fix our foundation. They inspected thoroughly, explained the plan, and completed the repairs professionally. The process was smooth, and we’re thrilled with the results. Highly recommend TerraFirma!

Jason came out and worked on my sump underneath my house. He did a great job and everything was OK. Thank you Jason.

Both crew's were on time. The crawlspace crew put down plastic from the front door to the crawlspace entrance in a bedroom. Work was completed on time, our closet doors reattached and the areas they worked in or went through left clean and tidy. The sidewalk crew completed their work in a day and even patched a crack we had forgotten to mention to the estimator. If TerraFirma also did crawlspace insulation, that would have been great, but I had to find another company for the insulation.

Seth came out today to check under my house to give an assessment on ways I can improve my foundation for earthquake protection. He was awesome. He was on time and very personable. He explained things (with pictures) very clearly and answered all my questions. I was very impressed. 🙂

Fantastic job leveling out settled patio concrete slabs. Very efficient work done in about 4 hours. One area had a 2” trip hazard between slabs, now nothing! 5 year guarantee but should last 80 years

Communication prior to work was great. Project manager explained how the work would go. The day the crew showed up the foreman went over the work plan and asked if I had any concerns, which I did and he was able to explain and accommodate without any problems. The crew put down plastic to minimize any mess or marks on my concrete and cleaned up post project work. I’m very satisfied with the work and complement the crew.

Absolutely fantastic

Noah was extremely thorough and explained his findings clearly with optional choices of services that we needed with the pricing. He was friendly, courteous and easy to talk to. We would highly recommend Terra Firma. Noah is a very valuable representative of the company.

Edit: Jan ‘26 Unfortunately this sump pump did not solve the problem after all, as water again came in after several days of hard rain. To be fair, TF did not guarantee a solution. I still think it is a good company but sadly my problem persists. Previous review from Nov 25 - Terra Firma installed a sump pump in my home that has solved my water incursion issues. This had been a problem for months. I had several different companies and professionals out to evaluate and try to solve the problem, from plumbers to leak detection companies and a few more. Most scratched their heads and said "this is a mystery." Terra Firma came up with this solution and it is working. I wanted to wait until we had significant rain to write this review - and after the past few days of pretty good rain, and no water coming in - I feel confident that the problem was solved. They were helpful, considerate and creative. They didn't try to sell me more than was needed. I recommend Terra Firma.

From bid to project completion, this team has been fantastic. Derek took the time during th ebid process to explain what I needed and why I needed it. He treated me like a compentent human and gave me the info necessary to make a good decision. The crew of guys who did the work were fantastic. It's never easy to have people in your home, but Aris, Fernando, and Tyler were hard-working, gracious, and willing to keep me informed about each stage of the process. This was a significant improvement over our former crawlspace techs and we couldn't be happier. Thanks, guys!

Terra Firma is professional and operates with integrity

We had a great experience with TerraFirma. The crew that waterproofed our basement were Aris, Manuel, and Cristian, and they were super pro and cleaned up everyday after work. This crew was just great, they were friendly and worked hard every day. Give these guys a raise!

Excellent work on transforming crawl space. The experience with Terra Firma was outstanding from our first meeting with the technical specialist Andrew Fry through the completion of the project. The work crew was courteous and professional and did a fine job. Thank you Terra Firma!

If you hire this company to put sump pumps in your basement, make sure you know exactly where they are going to put them and where the pipes that will pump the water outside will be coming out of your house. Even though one guy gives you a diagram ahead of time, that doesn’t mean the guy actually doing the work follows it. One sump pump was put in our basement just as we expected. The second one was not. We provided new electrical outlets dedicated for use to the sump pumps. The second pump now has cords hanging in mid air barely reaching the new plugs because that pump was not put where they told us it would be. Also, the pipes that take the water away from the house, we expected those to go through the foundation, not through the expensive cedar siding and be exposed on the front of our house! I was horrified to see those holes and said so. My husband redirected them to drill through the foundation so the pipes could not be seen once the work was done. They did that, but now we are left with holes to repair. They did not offer to repair them. The young men who did the work were kind and respectful and did what they thought were expected of them, but if you hire this company, make sure you know exactly where they are going to put everything and not assume anything even if you have a diagram!

I don’t usually do reviews but in this case people should know this is a first class company. Great communications and no selling you on something you don’t need. John was very professional, he spent time with us expanding what issues he did find, measured the level of the floors, inspected under the house and checked wall and foundation cracks. He also placed a blanket down to collect any dirt from entering and exiting the crawl space inside the house. I highly recommend John from the Eugene office and TerraFirma.

We had concerns about the foundation and flooring of the home due to water and moisture in the crawl space. Walt, out of the Roseburg office was very responsive and timely with accurate information for our situation. Ultimately, we decided on crawl space encapsulation. The bid was easy to read and laid out a comprehensive work plan for our home. They were also able to meet our scheduling needs for the timeline of our project.

We wanted the best and we got the best, we didn't even call around, we called terraFirma. We.live on the Oregon Coast, Beaver, Oregon. Casey came out and was here for two hours. He went under our 102 year old house and came out with pictures. He immediately had several options with prices, we were impressed already. We called him the next to say we wanted the biggest one. 21 smart jacks, a main beam replacement, total encapsulation with dehumidifier and sump pump. TerraFirma scheduled us for the next month which for us was extremely fast, we counted the days and as said, Aris, Brad and Jose were here right on time. To the owner of terraFirma, these young men should be commended for their professional, excellent work ethics. They were all very polite, very hard working young men. I would come out of the house and they would all wave and say good morning. Even in the afternoon they would wave to me. These three men spent 8 days under our house on their stomachs, sides and backs, hauling everything out in trash bags (about 50) and the then the rock that they hauled under for the trench, all while laying down because of the foot and a half clearance under their. I'll get where I'm going here, Casey, Aris, Jose and Brad were all excellent and I'm sure you're very proud as I am honored to have met and kinda know them. Mr. Stanford did a thorough inspection of our crawlspace and gave us the honest opinion that very little needed to be addressed. He was very professional and clearly very experienced. This was after a competitor came out and tried to convince us we needed an $18,000 encapsulation.

Had Walt come out to Corvallis to assess our concrete slab foundation and he was very knowledgeable of everything he observed surrounding the home's foundation. He took time to understand our concerns and provided us with his solution to our problem. We ended up having a structural engineer come out to asses our home and get his recommendation on if the work was needed. Although we ended up not needing to have the work done, the structural engineer said that Walt's estimate on the work needed to fix the problem was correct and if our house truly needed it, then he would have recommended the exact same work be done. In the future, if we have any other concrete/foundation projects around the property, we will definitely be calling Walt again.

Just a real pleasure to do business with. The System Design Specialist is very professional. And very thorough. Hailey Newman Is AAA+++ amazing! Everything explained in easy to understand terms. I really could not feel more confident about my issues and my options.

Great work from James and his crew! Thanks to Morgan, David and Hilary for the additional assistance. These folks went above and beyond also fixing a lock on a sliding glass door as well as installing 20 piers and 4 smart jacks for the residence. Very thorough evaluation initially from Morgan which is why I chose TF over their main rivals who just breezed through the place in 30 mins or so. Morgan spent nearly 2 hours after taking measurements and showing me detailed videos about the bedrock and clay deposits under all these houses in W. Eugene. House feels solid now! These work crews they have make rapid progress and stick to their time estimate which frankly seemed doubtful at the end of day 2 of 6. But sure enough they were all tidied up and done by mid day of day 6, just amazing!

This may not have been Terrafirma's biggest project but it was big to us. From the very beginning of diagnosis, estimates/proposals, the project management and communications, hand digging and cleanup, the entire crew made this stressful and expensive project very easy and seamless. Thank you Patrick, Brent, Mechelle and on site laborers(sorry I didn't get their names) for all of your amazing help.

Bailey was timely and thorough in his assessment, estimate, and reporting on my inquiry about a foundation crack. Although I decided not to have any work done at this time I was pleased with their service.

Crew was very professional. Arrived right on time. Cleaned up daily on job. Raised outer edge of our sunroom after installing 4 piers and new support posts.

We were able to get an appointment two days after calling and they were even able to come earlier after checking in to make sure we were available. Even though we were given some hard news about the repairs needed Jason did so in such a friendly and courteous manner. He was very patient with me and explained all of the proposal in detail. I really appreciate all of the time Jason took to help me today. It really made me feel like our house wasn’t just a job.

DJ from Roseburg came to do an Annual Maintenance on humidifier and sump pump. He also inspected the encapsulation TerraFirma installed after flooding 7 years ago. He replaced battery, cleaned up and let me know we were on year 7 of a 10 of our annual inspection we had purchased at installation. Glad we chose that option as that has saved us money. DJ was on time, knowledgeable, professional and had a smile when he arrived and when he completed the job.

The crew that stabilized the back corner of my house was experienced, professional, efficient and communicative. Luke, Tyson and Kyle kept me informed on their progress, discussed recommended changes to the original work order, reviewed the results of their work and left the site clean.

I am very pleased with the completed work raising the back door porch entry, they were on time, very polite and professional, had all the tools and equipment to do the job.

Skyler's performance on our driveway project was exceptional. He provided a clear explanation of the planned work and accommodated our needs by working around the 5th wheel's relocation. The outcome exceeded our initial expectations. We are very pleased with the results.

Jorge and Juan came out to fix the discharge line. Both were very professional and sweet. Two of the best guys I have ever come across! Cherry on top was that my dogs really liked them, the guys did not mind that the dogs were being nosy, matter of fact they took the time to interact with them, not many people do. If ever anything needs to be fixed I highly recommend asking for them to do the job. Thank you so much for employing such kind and capable, respectful people.

My wife and I recently bought a house and after removing carpet in the addition, we found fairly large cracks in the slab. Not sure of the severity we called terrafirma. They sent Dan out. Super cool dude and very informative. He was able to give us a solution to our problem. They were also able to fit us into their schedule quickly which was nice considering we had bare floors that needed to be finished. I would highly recommend terrafirma and co!

We worked with TerraFirma on a complex project involving installation of their EverBrace wall stabilization system. The project took a lot of planning and communication leading up to installation, plus a 3-week on-site job. Everyone I interacted with at TerraFirma was warm, communicative, respectful, helpful, and creative in solving any issues that arose. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience. Our project was expensive, and a stressful endeavor for a homeowner, but I felt I was in good hands from start to finish with TerraFirma. Not to mention that the EverBrace solution saved us tens of thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this company.

Seth has made this process so streamlined and time efficient. I was concerned about my foundation issue, however he was able to assess the issue and present a viable solution with ease. He explained what had occurred and how to fix/ prevent such issues in the future in a way that left me informed and empowered to make informed decisions about going forward. He and his team has been prompt with communications and even sent photo updates of the work being complete, as I was out of town at the time. I really appreciated Seth going out of his way to make this the best experience possible, taking pride in his work and putting in the extra effort.

I had Bailey come out to do an estimate for crawlspace encapsulation and some drainage work in the basement. Bailey spent 2 hours at the house and on the phone with me in total (not counting the work he did on his own), doing a very thorough work up of the house and patiently explaining what my options were, and what might be better for my renovation contractor to do. I really appreciated Bailey's willingness to think through different options - some that didn't include work for his company - and teach me about crawlspaces!
