I met with Walt Bateman this week to discuss an issue I have that sounded like TerraFirma was a good place to look for a professional opinion. Walt shared his expertise and extensive knowledge of about 30 years of experience in the Eugene / Springfield area regarding geotechnical and residential construction issues and solutions to foundation and concrete structural issues in our wet environment. We discussed a variety of potential alternatives and he left me a relatively easy and cost effective solution for my project. I was very pleased to meet Walt and happy with his response just one day after contacting TerraFirma. This was our 2nd time using Terrafirma & we were satisfied with the work of Antonio, Jesse & Kamron. Antonio called us when they would arrive & apologized for being little late. They were done with our project…just as they promised. They also took time to walk through the project & answer our questions beforehand. And, they walked us through afterwards. They did a great job. My mother-in-law’s house was built in 1962 and has had basement water issues for more than 40 years. We’ve spent so much money trying to fix it over the years, but TerraFirma Foundation Systems completely transformed the situation—it feels like magic. Very impressed with the person who came and did a thorough inspection. He provided multiple options and estimates. I had a few jacks placed under the house after noticing structural changes in my home. The team that came to do the repairs worked so well together, didn’t make a mess and were very professional. I was happy with everyone I worked with.

They scheduled for a week but were done in 3 & half days. Worked around my gigantic existing sump pump cleaned out debris from the plumbers and sealed off my crawls space. Travis & is team were fantastic! Highly recommend the company & Travis's team to everyone.

Five Star to the Aris's team who worked on site! My project was stuck and the boys drive all the way from Vancouver up to Seattle to rescue. When I met them for the first time, I was deeply worried because those boys look so young! However, I was quickly impressed because the young boys really rock! They are super friendly and polite, they are energized and work so hard, I can tell they are proud of their craftsmanship and really care about your property. Kudos to Brad, Aris, Jose and Rudy! For the overall experience, there was a huge gap between sales team and production team, be prepared that you may not get any material/product like what the sales person showed to you, I did a lot of research on their product and that was the main reason I selected them, however, I did not get any of the product with specification that were promised, so this is quite disappointing - but I understand this is not really sales or field technician's fault...

Mike, Steve and their crew from Terra Firma were outstanding. They were professional, on time and did some amazing work. I was very impressed with how they answered my questions and their quality of work. I would highly recommend Terra Firma for any of your foundation needs.

Last year our house flooded due to rising ground water in a daylight basement that we had assumed was sealed and waterproof. Well it wasn't! We hired Terra Firma to do a waterproofing job that included drain lines below ground, drain track around the inside corners, and a sump pump. Our install team (Andrew, Zach, Joey, and Kayden) were amazing. They arrived on time every morning, worked hard all through the day, and were done ahead of schedule. They answered all of our questions and even helped us plan the best way to resurface our finished basement floor so any future water damage would not create long term damage. We could not be happier with Terra Firma and our amazing install crew. Five stars for sure.

No clue if the job ws done technically perfect or not. Hopefully, I will never know (no earthquacks). they kept me well informed, were prompt, polite and left no mess.

Very good experience from day 1. They ended up not needing one of the permits or a window brace like originally planned, of which both items were credited back to me. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and more than tolerant explaining all the little details of what they were doing while I watched the process. I really like that they live streamed their engineers the entire time for QC, and even had a third party review inspection. I chose TerraFirma over 3 other companies for the warranty terms and for them being a long established Oregon local business, and I am very happy with their work and crew. I hope to not have any future structural repairs done but if I do, I will 1000% hire them again. Thanks!

We were very happy with the work performed by the Terra Firma crew assigned to our crawlspace drainage problem. There was a project foreman assigned to the product (Luis,) and George and Christian were the other two workers. They were prompt, extremely hard-working, very clean and careful with the materials they used. We are very happy with the work of the Terra Firma crew and highly recommend them.

Noah was extremely thorough and explained his findings clearly with optional choices of services that we needed with the pricing. He was friendly, courteous and easy to talk to. We would highly recommend Terra Firma. Noah is a very valuable representative of the company.

Just had our annual inspection/maintenance check on our sump system, and the tech Steve-o did a great job. Unlike the tech the previous year, who barely even glanced at the system before charging $180 bucks for the service, Steve-o inspected every part of the system, removing and doing a full inspection/cleaning of each pump. He gave us thorough explanations of what he was doing and any issues he found, and gave us several options for continued maintenance going forward. Huge improvement over the previous year. Update (12/17/2025): During this morning's crazy wind storm we lost power at 2am, and unfortunately our battery backup sump pump was at the end of its life and the motor died. We scrambled to get our generator running in time to avoid disaster, but in the meantime we were without a battery backup with more storms on the way this week and holiday travel where we were planning to be away. I left an urgent message at probably 3am for TerraFirma, and got a call back from Lucinda at maybe 7:30. She managed to find a tech to come out this afternoon, who apparently came up from Roseburg to help with today's issues. The tech Jason was able to get a new backup, a new battery, and new controller box. Huge peace of mind for the coming weeks. No one loves an unexpected bill before the holidays, but I'm grateful to Lucinda for making it happen and Jason for getting the work done quickly for us. TerraFirma continues to do us solid. Thanks!

We worked with TerraFirma on a complex project involving installation of their EverBrace wall stabilization system. The project took a lot of planning and communication leading up to installation, plus a 3-week on-site job. Everyone I interacted with at TerraFirma was warm, communicative, respectful, helpful, and creative in solving any issues that arose. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience. Our project was expensive, and a stressful endeavor for a homeowner, but I felt I was in good hands from start to finish with TerraFirma. Not to mention that the EverBrace solution saved us tens of thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this company.

Great experience from start to finish. Communication was clear, service was prompt, and the work was done right the first time. Everything was explained in a way that made sense, and the space was left clean and tidy afterward. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers. We wanted the best and we got the best, we didn't even call around, we called terraFirma. We.live on the Oregon Coast, Beaver, Oregon. Casey came out and was here for two hours. He went under our 102 year old house and came out with pictures. He immediately had several options with prices, we were impressed already. We called him the next to say we wanted the biggest one. 21 smart jacks, a main beam replacement, total encapsulation with dehumidifier and sump pump. TerraFirma scheduled us for the next month which for us was extremely fast, we counted the days and as said, Aris, Brad and Jose were here right on time. To the owner of terraFirma, these young men should be commended for their professional, excellent work ethics. They were all very polite, very hard working young men. I would come out of the house and they would all wave and say good morning. Even in the afternoon they would wave to me. These three men spent 8 days under our house on their stomachs, sides and backs, hauling everything out in trash bags (about 50) and the then the rock that they hauled under for the trench, all while laying down because of the foot and a half clearance under their. I'll get where I'm going here, Casey, Aris, Jose and Brad were all excellent and I'm sure you're very proud as I am honored to have met and kinda know them. I am very pleased with the completed work raising the back door porch entry, they were on time, very polite and professional, had all the tools and equipment to do the job.

Had TF raise the cement front porch of our house. The entire process, first contact, through the bid, through the job, through the billing, went smoothly. Their price was very competitive.

Jorge and Juan came out to fix the discharge line. Both were very professional and sweet. Two of the best guys I have ever come across! Cherry on top was that my dogs really liked them, the guys did not mind that the dogs were being nosy, matter of fact they took the time to interact with them, not many people do. If ever anything needs to be fixed I highly recommend asking for them to do the job. Thank you so much for employing such kind and capable, respectful people.

TerraFirma Foundation Systems is excellent at basement waterproofing. Be sure to ask about all the available options so you can choose the one that’s right for you. The company is very capable, but it’s important to do your research before making a decision. The crew—Antonio, Jessi, and Casey—worked extremely well together. Antonio is especially sharp; whenever I suggested an idea, he immediately understood what I meant and offered an even better solution on the spot.

The crew were friendly and professional. The entire job only lasted two days and looks fabulous. The foreman kept us informed every step of the process We are very pleased with the results.

I was referred to John from Terra Firma when I was looking to have our foundation inspected. John was very friendly and knowledgable and came out to our house to measure and inspect everything. In the end he was able to put our mind at ease and did a great job of explaining different scenarios and what he was looking for. John even inspected the crawlspace while he was out and provided great feedback there as well. Overall we got a lot of good information and never felt as though we were being pushed into unnecessary services. I will certainly be reaching out to Terra Firma for any future needs!

Bailey came out to do an inspection of our foundation to let us know what shape it was in and what kind of work might need to be done. He was thorough and honest about the condition of our foundation so we could make informed decisions about next steps with our property.

We were able to get an appointment two days after calling and they were even able to come earlier after checking in to make sure we were available. Even though we were given some hard news about the repairs needed Jason did so in such a friendly and courteous manner. He was very patient with me and explained all of the proposal in detail. I really appreciate all of the time Jason took to help me today. It really made me feel like our house wasn’t just a job.

Jayden inspected my house and gave a thorough report of the findings. I’m very happy with the service, and would call again if needed.

Everyone, from the job estimator and office staff to that guys that repaired my foundation/driveway and installed the earthquake mitigation system, were very professional and courteous. Very happy with the final result!
