I have used TF for several projects, their teams are very good to work with. Jacks were installed on a sinking garage wall, foam leveling of garage and patio slabs, seismic upgrade, and additional footing piers. It was large undertaking. When we redid our driveway, we discovered roof drain issues the required additional foam for the void under the garage. They are very pleasant to work with.

Feels great to finally have our crawl space water issue taken care of once and for all. Our installation crew, Timothy Cranley II, Spencer Hunt, Felipe Jimenez, Gael Ornelas, were all outstanding. Even though it was a big project, they made it as easy as possible on us and cleaned it up well.

They are very polite, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They walked me through each step of the way as I had a sump pump installed in my crawl space. I was extremely happy with the results. They were very meticulous, and cleaned up as they went.

We had a great experience with TerraFirma. The crew that waterproofed our basement were Aris, Manuel, and Cristian, and they were super pro and cleaned up everyday after work. This crew was just great, they were friendly and worked hard every day. Give these guys a raise!

Noah from TerraFirma came to evaluate issues with my house foundation that is need of repair. I was impressed by his thoroughness and the explanation of what was needed to be done to correct the problems. This has been a learning exercise for me since I needed to have more details about the what and why his evaluation needed to be considered. I liked what I heard and his answers to my many questions were realistic.

From beginning to end, we experienced professional attitude and work ethic. All the employees we interacted with were pleasant. They finished the job in two days even though they ran into an issue. All work was completed and cleaned up very nicely. We are pleased with the finished product. It is reassuring to know we will NEVER have water intrusion in our basement ever again!

Terra Firma came and installed a Smartjack to replace a loose pillar under our house. Felipe and his crew showed care for our home, laying down carpet protector so that they didn't track anything into our home. They were efficient and friendly workers.
