Very impressed with the person who came and did a thorough inspection. He provided multiple options and estimates. I had a few jacks placed under the house after noticing structural changes in my home. The team that came to do the repairs worked so well together, didn’t make a mess and were very professional. From the estimate to the finish Terra Firma personnel were top notch. We are pleased with their work. They used high quality materials, and the crew were hard workers. We had a small glitch, but they took care of it right away.

The crew that installed my sump pump were some of the best. They answered any questions that I had and were always curtious to me.

TerraFirma is the best. The corner of our older home where the fireplace is located had settled quite a bit. These folks came in, reinforced the area, built supports and were able to raise the corner as if it never happened. I was kept informed of everything being done. Once the job was completeled, they did a follow up inspection to verify it was done correctly and the site cleaned up properly. Amber, our project manager, was absolutely fantastic. Actually, everyone who worked with us was amazing. The crew who came out was friendly, and worked as a great team. I am confident the job was done by the best professionals. Our problem was that our front yard had settled, taking parts of our huge concrete front porch and sidewalk down with it. We watched the cracks in the porch get wider every year, and the sidewalk sloped down and away from the house. TerraFirma evaluated our situation and explained what was happening around our house. Then they gave a very detailed explanation of how they would make the repairs - even what they could and could not do - complete with a video demonstration. The young man who showed up to do the work was very courteous and professional. It was fascinating watching portions of our porch and sidewalk being raised up, leveled, and the gaps coming together. We are very pleased with the end result and have recommended TerraFirma to others.
