We are very pleased with the job TerraFirma completed on our front walk-up. It wasn't a huge job, but their representative, Jeremy was first rate. Very professional and very pleasant demeanor.

The project was completed as described and the crew very professional. The cost I think, was reasonable. The only thing that was not clear after the initial assessment and explanation of the project was that not only would the drywall would be removed, but also the framing studs and floor plate. This added to the cost because those needed to be replaced by another contractor.

Actually came earlier than scheduled. They worked quickly and efficiently. Quality workmanship. We would hire them again for needed work.

Travis and his crew were absolutely outstanding. They were very friendly, clean and neat during the process. They informed us of a leak that we had no idea about. Saving us costly damage, we truly appreciate it. I had to go in the crawlspace since they completed the job. Absolutely amazing! Prior to them completing the job, whenever I had to go under, I was 50% sure something was going to jump out and kill me. Now, I feel I can easily camp out there with confidence. Superb service! Excellent work. We asked them to lift (if possible), support and seal our driveway to stop some puddling, along with placing a new walkway to our front door. The concrete work was very nice, beyond complaint. The driveway was a question mark to start with, but they did well. Upon leaving, they invited us to call if we needed more adjustment. We did, and found them to be immediately responsive and very pleasant. Upon leaving again, they repeated their invitation to call again. All personel overall were very pleasant and responsive. (I am not financially or personally affiliated with Terra Firma in any way!)

The crew was on time , let me know exactly what was going to be done and went right to work. Very professional and took pictures under the house of the work that was done. This is the second time I have used TerraFirma. Great results both times. Recommend them highly.

Seth Cunningham came to do an assessment of our home last week, he was friendly, easy to talk with, walked us through different options, and was great at communicating about next steps and what to expect. I particularly appreciated that he didn't use any scare tactics and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision.

Seth has made this process so streamlined and time efficient. I was concerned about my foundation issue, however he was able to assess the issue and present a viable solution with ease. He explained what had occurred and how to fix/ prevent such issues in the future in a way that left me informed and empowered to make informed decisions about going forward. He and his team has been prompt with communications and even sent photo updates of the work being complete, as I was out of town at the time. I really appreciated Seth going out of his way to make this the best experience possible, taking pride in his work and putting in the extra effort.

Very professional and efficient from start to finish. My front porch had settled around 6 inches on one side, and TF was able to bring it up to level, and was very careful to maintain a slight grade from back to front for water to run off. I was very impressed by their knowledge, friendliness - and the result was very impressive. It was a very good decision to to go with Terra Firma.
