Overall, they did a great job. Very easy to work with very professional. The guys who came to my house were great. They were very friendly and very kind. The foreman was exceptional. The individuals I talked to on the phone were very professional, very nice. They worked with me and got things done when I could get them done. I would recommend them to anybody.

I was pleased with the work of the technician, Schylar. He arrived on time, explained the process, answered my questions, completed the work and conducted a final review with me. He was able to level out a slab floor on an outbuilding with excellent results. Schylar also did a thorough job cleaning up at the end. He also saved me a considerable sum of money by not performing work that was unnecessary. Thank you!

I have worked with Terrafirma on a number of projects and they have always been very responsive. The last two times I’ve had the pleasure of working with Noah - he has taken the service to a whole new level! So grateful for the way he presents all options to my clients and customize the solutions that best fit the property’s needs and the client’s budget. In this industry, having someone you can truly trust, is a breath of fresh air. The only draw back and why we didn’t use him this last time is due to TerraFirma’s schedule. The crew showed up right as scheduled. The foundation work itself was completed in two days. Inspection and clean up occurred on the morning of the third day. I highly recommend Terra Firma.

Walt listened to my concerns and did a thorough job of evaluating the foundation. When he finished, he took the time to explain what was normal settling, and what was concerning. He pointed out that I had a drainage problem around the foundation that needed attention, and might prevent the settling from becoming critical. I loved that he was not just out to sell me a service!!! I feel like I can trust his recommendations when I have him back to see if the new drainage solved the problem. Thanks Walt!!!

This may not have been Terrafirma's biggest project but it was big to us. From the very beginning of diagnosis, estimates/proposals, the project management and communications, hand digging and cleanup, the entire crew made this stressful and expensive project very easy and seamless. Thank you Patrick, Brent, Mechelle and on site laborers(sorry I didn't get their names) for all of your amazing help.

I was referred to John from Terra Firma when I was looking to have our foundation inspected. John was very friendly and knowledgable and came out to our house to measure and inspect everything. In the end he was able to put our mind at ease and did a great job of explaining different scenarios and what he was looking for. John even inspected the crawlspace while he was out and provided great feedback there as well. Overall we got a lot of good information and never felt as though we were being pushed into unnecessary services. I will certainly be reaching out to Terra Firma for any future needs!

I had Bailey come out to do an estimate for crawlspace encapsulation and some drainage work in the basement. Bailey spent 2 hours at the house and on the phone with me in total (not counting the work he did on his own), doing a very thorough work up of the house and patiently explaining what my options were, and what might be better for my renovation contractor to do. I really appreciated Bailey's willingness to think through different options - some that didn't include work for his company - and teach me about crawlspaces!

Pat was so good not only at his job, but is an extremely personable type of communicator, is polite and most of all knowledgeable. I’d say he is going places with this company! It is hard to find adequate people these days, let alone someone who is capable of carrying on an educated and informed conversation while listening to my questions and concerns , then actually (past 5 pm on over-time) taking the time to explain them. He was patient and kind to both me and my young daughter. I appreciated his honesty about working with connected buildings, even if it risked new business for his company. If he isn’t already a manager, he soon will be! If you call Terra Firma i’d suggest asking for Par and if Pat works for you, I’d suggest a raise next review!! lol

Skyler's performance on our driveway project was exceptional. He provided a clear explanation of the planned work and accommodated our needs by working around the 5th wheel's relocation. The outcome exceeded our initial expectations. We are very pleased with the results.

Seth has made this process so streamlined and time efficient. I was concerned about my foundation issue, however he was able to assess the issue and present a viable solution with ease. He explained what had occurred and how to fix/ prevent such issues in the future in a way that left me informed and empowered to make informed decisions about going forward. He and his team has been prompt with communications and even sent photo updates of the work being complete, as I was out of town at the time. I really appreciated Seth going out of his way to make this the best experience possible, taking pride in his work and putting in the extra effort.

My home is situated on a hillside that slopes south to north and east to west. My foundation stem walls along with my concrete floor were sinking and my floor was out of level. Terra Firma came and sunk several tubes down fifty-seven feet to stabalize my stem wall footings and they injected foam in several areas of my concrete floor to make it level again. They did a fantastic job and they were thourough and left my home in the same condition before they began the work. The only complaint I have is that the estimator indicated that many of the cracks in the concrete floor would close up with the foam and they did not.

The whole process was seamless - from our initial proposal where Hannah answered all of our questions and did a thorough assessment of what was needed to Antonio, Kameron and Jesse who did a great job on our encapsulation project. They showed up on time, were professional, very informative, cleaned up when completed, and were a pleasure to work with. Would recommend their services!

James and his crew were efficient, kind, and exceeded my expectations. My foundation was needed piers both outside and in the basement, yet they were quick and cleaned up. I even noticed a change in my home’s interior when it was fixed! Cracks closed up. They took care of the whole process, including permits and inspections. And, James communicated, including walking me through, clearly listening to my responses. I recommend TerraFirma, especially James who was the foreman on my job, especially to those who want to be respected, want to understand what is happening, and want good communication throughout the job.

Great work from James and his crew! Thanks to Morgan, David and Hilary for the additional assistance. These folks went above and beyond also fixing a lock on a sliding glass door as well as installing 20 piers and 4 smart jacks for the residence. Very thorough evaluation initially from Morgan which is why I chose TF over their main rivals who just breezed through the place in 30 mins or so. Morgan spent nearly 2 hours after taking measurements and showing me detailed videos about the bedrock and clay deposits under all these houses in W. Eugene. House feels solid now! These work crews they have make rapid progress and stick to their time estimate which frankly seemed doubtful at the end of day 2 of 6. But sure enough they were all tidied up and done by mid day of day 6, just amazing!

Mr. Stanford did a thorough inspection of our crawlspace and gave us the honest opinion that very little needed to be addressed. He was very professional and clearly very experienced. This was after a competitor came out and tried to convince us we needed an $18,000 encapsulation.

We were in the process of selling our house when the buyer's inspector thought our entire front porch concrete area and a supporting post needed to be replaced due to some minor settling of the concrete. I asked TerraFirma if they would send someone to come and inspect the area and get their opinion. Within a few days of my request, Walt Bateman, a System Design Specialist, came and did an inspection. After spending a lot of time measuring and inspecting the front porch area, Walt spend considerable time explaining to me that the buyer's inspector's recommendation was not warranted and he offered a reasonable and easier solution. I was very impressed with Walt's knowledge and his very simple and reasonable explanation of what he found. Walt was very easy to talk to and extremely personable. My experience with Walt and TerraFirma was extremely positive and I would highly recommend them for the services that they offer.

Just had our annual inspection/maintenance check on our sump system, and the tech Steve-o did a great job. Unlike the tech the previous year, who barely even glanced at the system before charging $180 bucks for the service, Steve-o inspected every part of the system, removing and doing a full inspection/cleaning of each pump. He gave us thorough explanations of what he was doing and any issues he found, and gave us several options for continued maintenance going forward. Huge improvement over the previous year. Update (12/17/2025): During this morning's crazy wind storm we lost power at 2am, and unfortunately our battery backup sump pump was at the end of its life and the motor died. We scrambled to get our generator running in time to avoid disaster, but in the meantime we were without a battery backup with more storms on the way this week and holiday travel where we were planning to be away. I left an urgent message at probably 3am for TerraFirma, and got a call back from Lucinda at maybe 7:30. She managed to find a tech to come out this afternoon, who apparently came up from Roseburg to help with today's issues. The tech Jason was able to get a new backup, a new battery, and new controller box. Huge peace of mind for the coming weeks. No one loves an unexpected bill before the holidays, but I'm grateful to Lucinda for making it happen and Jason for getting the work done quickly for us. TerraFirma continues to do us solid. Thanks!

We wanted the best and we got the best, we didn't even call around, we called terraFirma. We.live on the Oregon Coast, Beaver, Oregon. Casey came out and was here for two hours. He went under our 102 year old house and came out with pictures. He immediately had several options with prices, we were impressed already. We called him the next to say we wanted the biggest one. 21 smart jacks, a main beam replacement, total encapsulation with dehumidifier and sump pump. TerraFirma scheduled us for the next month which for us was extremely fast, we counted the days and as said, Aris, Brad and Jose were here right on time. To the owner of terraFirma, these young men should be commended for their professional, excellent work ethics. They were all very polite, very hard working young men. I would come out of the house and they would all wave and say good morning. Even in the afternoon they would wave to me. These three men spent 8 days under our house on their stomachs, sides and backs, hauling everything out in trash bags (about 50) and the then the rock that they hauled under for the trench, all while laying down because of the foot and a half clearance under their. I'll get where I'm going here, Casey, Aris, Jose and Brad were all excellent and I'm sure you're very proud as I am honored to have met and kinda know them. Edit: Jan ‘26 Unfortunately this sump pump did not solve the problem after all, as water again came in after several days of hard rain. To be fair, TF did not guarantee a solution. I still think it is a good company but sadly my problem persists. Previous review from Nov 25 - Terra Firma installed a sump pump in my home that has solved my water incursion issues. This had been a problem for months. I had several different companies and professionals out to evaluate and try to solve the problem, from plumbers to leak detection companies and a few more. Most scratched their heads and said "this is a mystery." Terra Firma came up with this solution and it is working. I wanted to wait until we had significant rain to write this review - and after the past few days of pretty good rain, and no water coming in - I feel confident that the problem was solved. They were helpful, considerate and creative. They didn't try to sell me more than was needed. I recommend Terra Firma.

They make it all easy. Not just good work, they have great process. I do recommend this group of people highly.

The Terra Firma team did a thorough assessment of our project. Even though we were unable to purchase the property, their knowledge and expertise gave us the unformation we needed to make an informed decision about moving forward on the purchase. The crew from TerraFirma, Andrew, Zach, Kayden and Zoey just finished our water issue correction in our crawl space. They did a FANTASTIC job! I purchased two waterproofing systems from them a few years back. After the rain the past couple days its time to leave a glowing review. They did an interior drain in my basement and a separate drain tile system in my crawlspace. Both systems have been working flawlessly for 3 or 4 years now with zero water intrusion into my basement that I totally renovated after their install. They've also come out every year as promised for servicing. Thankful for connecting with them. After hearing the river of water enter into the pump and it go off every minute or so for nearly 12 hours yesterday, they deserve 5 stars. I would recommend them to anyone.
