Very professional hardworking crew that put my sub pump in. Told me what they were going to do, kept the work area clean and had the job completed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them.

This is our 2nd time to use Terra Firma and we can't recommend them highly enough. They had lifted our sunken front porch and driveway a few years ago. So when we were having bad odors and mice infestation in our crawl space we didn't hesitate to call Terra Firma. They sent the best design specialist Derek Ryan and the best crew ever to encapsulate it! Such hard-working, professional, respectful young men. Foreman Luis kept us informed and answered all questions. Actually all of them could knowledgeably answer our questions. It took them all week and Brad, Jorge and Jose. They worked their tails off! We couldn't be more pleased.

Update: they sent someone back out to inspect the tree and work. Wouldn’t pay for someone to make the tree look nicer and mentioned they could give us a gift card or something for the trouble but never followed up with that. Ended up hiring an arborist on our own. Estimator Derek was very friendly and helpful. Had a much better experience with him than I did with Groundworks. Quote was better too and took about a week to get on the calendar. Was able to get on the schedule fairly quick and they even called with a same day cancellation the Friday before we were scheduled. Work that was done was okay, they were able to lift what we wanted on the main driveway and did their best in front of the steps. Unfortunately they used a jack, which I wasn't expecting, and ended up cracking the slab in front of the steps. It's in the contract that they're not responsible for this so nothing was done to mitigate it. Also a slab next to the large one lifted developed a large crack after they applied the stabilizing foam to the lifted slab. Other issue is that they said it wouldn't be an issue to have the truck down our driveway as they have more than enough hose to work with. Unfortunately they backed the truck right into our magnolia tree and when they were pulling away it ripped a large chunk of branches out.

Elijah did a fantastic job breaking down everything going on in my crawlspace and providing the estimates to get the repairs.

Fourth project completed by Terrafirma for our property and while not everything always goes according to plan, they make good and stand behind quality customer service. Today we had three amazing employees- Jorge, Juan, Alencio solve some tricky problems with a smile and positive attitude! So appreciate another solution!

Had Walt come out to Corvallis to assess our concrete slab foundation and he was very knowledgeable of everything he observed surrounding the home's foundation. He took time to understand our concerns and provided us with his solution to our problem. We ended up having a structural engineer come out to asses our home and get his recommendation on if the work was needed. Although we ended up not needing to have the work done, the structural engineer said that Walt's estimate on the work needed to fix the problem was correct and if our house truly needed it, then he would have recommended the exact same work be done. In the future, if we have any other concrete/foundation projects around the property, we will definitely be calling Walt again.

My wife and I recently bought a house and after removing carpet in the addition, we found fairly large cracks in the slab. Not sure of the severity we called terrafirma. They sent Dan out. Super cool dude and very informative. He was able to give us a solution to our problem. They were also able to fit us into their schedule quickly which was nice considering we had bare floors that needed to be finished. I would highly recommend terrafirma and co!

Seth has made this process so streamlined and time efficient. I was concerned about my foundation issue, however he was able to assess the issue and present a viable solution with ease. He explained what had occurred and how to fix/ prevent such issues in the future in a way that left me informed and empowered to make informed decisions about going forward. He and his team has been prompt with communications and even sent photo updates of the work being complete, as I was out of town at the time. I really appreciated Seth going out of his way to make this the best experience possible, taking pride in his work and putting in the extra effort.

We had a great experience with TerraFirma. The crew that waterproofed our basement were Aris, Manuel, and Cristian, and they were super pro and cleaned up everyday after work. This crew was just great, they were friendly and worked hard every day. Give these guys a raise!

I was pleased with the work of the technician, Schylar. He arrived on time, explained the process, answered my questions, completed the work and conducted a final review with me. He was able to level out a slab floor on an outbuilding with excellent results. Schylar also did a thorough job cleaning up at the end. He also saved me a considerable sum of money by not performing work that was unnecessary. Thank you!

Great experience from start to finish. Communication was clear, service was prompt, and the work was done right the first time. Everything was explained in a way that made sense, and the space was left clean and tidy afterward. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

We worked with TerraFirma on a complex project involving installation of their EverBrace wall stabilization system. The project took a lot of planning and communication leading up to installation, plus a 3-week on-site job. Everyone I interacted with at TerraFirma was warm, communicative, respectful, helpful, and creative in solving any issues that arose. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience. Our project was expensive, and a stressful endeavor for a homeowner, but I felt I was in good hands from start to finish with TerraFirma. Not to mention that the EverBrace solution saved us tens of thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this company.

Five Star to the Aris's team who worked on site! My project was stuck and the boys drive all the way from Vancouver up to Seattle to rescue. When I met them for the first time, I was deeply worried because those boys look so young! However, I was quickly impressed because the young boys really rock! They are super friendly and polite, they are energized and work so hard, I can tell they are proud of their craftsmanship and really care about your property. Kudos to Brad, Aris, Jose and Rudy! For the overall experience, there was a huge gap between sales team and production team, be prepared that you may not get any material/product like what the sales person showed to you, I did a lot of research on their product and that was the main reason I selected them, however, I did not get any of the product with specification that were promised, so this is quite disappointing - but I understand this is not really sales or field technician's fault...

After I bought a 115 year old house built partially into a hill near the top of Council Crest in Portland and discovered that the walls bled water when it rained, two walls were built into a hill and had endured the pressure of water and mud for a century, causing cracks and turning the foundation to crumbles, I called Terra Firma when an neighbor with an old house told me about her experience. Terra Firma has a great reputation. During the first meeting, Hannah walked the property and made a detailed proposal, explaining how Terra Firma would ensure that the walls do not cave in by shoring them up and anchoring them, supplemented with a vapor lock system to keep the water out of the house. NO MORE MUSTY SMELL, THANK YOU! Hannah explained the plan thoroughly, using her iPad to ensure that I understood. It could not get any better than this...I signed the paperwork immediately and contracted for the foundation repair and upgrade. This week, Geovany and his team spent four days working very hard and very smart to finish the project on time, and without any hitches. And they were working hard, very thoughgoing and steadfast. I am extraordinarily pleased with the work of the TerraFirma team, and how they did it. It is obvious by looking at the work that my basement walls are solid, secure, and dry. THANK YOU TerraFirma!

I met with Walt Bateman this week to discuss an issue I have that sounded like TerraFirma was a good place to look for a professional opinion. Walt shared his expertise and extensive knowledge of about 30 years of experience in the Eugene / Springfield area regarding geotechnical and residential construction issues and solutions to foundation and concrete structural issues in our wet environment. We discussed a variety of potential alternatives and he left me a relatively easy and cost effective solution for my project. I was very pleased to meet Walt and happy with his response just one day after contacting TerraFirma. Extremely professional, and above and beyond in their work.

Communication prior to work was great. Project manager explained how the work would go. The day the crew showed up the foreman went over the work plan and asked if I had any concerns, which I did and he was able to explain and accommodate without any problems. The crew put down plastic to minimize any mess or marks on my concrete and cleaned up post project work. I’m very satisfied with the work and complement the crew.

Noah was a pleasure to work with and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. He was patient in answering all of my questions and displayed extensive knowledge and expertise. He provided three separate proposals for foundation repairs.

Jorge and Juan came out to fix the discharge line. Both were very professional and sweet. Two of the best guys I have ever come across! Cherry on top was that my dogs really liked them, the guys did not mind that the dogs were being nosy, matter of fact they took the time to interact with them, not many people do. If ever anything needs to be fixed I highly recommend asking for them to do the job. Thank you so much for employing such kind and capable, respectful people.

We were in the process of selling our house when the buyer's inspector thought our entire front porch concrete area and a supporting post needed to be replaced due to some minor settling of the concrete. I asked TerraFirma if they would send someone to come and inspect the area and get their opinion. Within a few days of my request, Walt Bateman, a System Design Specialist, came and did an inspection. After spending a lot of time measuring and inspecting the front porch area, Walt spend considerable time explaining to me that the buyer's inspector's recommendation was not warranted and he offered a reasonable and easier solution. I was very impressed with Walt's knowledge and his very simple and reasonable explanation of what he found. Walt was very easy to talk to and extremely personable. My experience with Walt and TerraFirma was extremely positive and I would highly recommend them for the services that they offer.

James and his crew were efficient, kind, and exceeded my expectations. My foundation was needed piers both outside and in the basement, yet they were quick and cleaned up. I even noticed a change in my home’s interior when it was fixed! Cracks closed up. They took care of the whole process, including permits and inspections. And, James communicated, including walking me through, clearly listening to my responses. I recommend TerraFirma, especially James who was the foreman on my job, especially to those who want to be respected, want to understand what is happening, and want good communication throughout the job.

Very good experience from day 1. They ended up not needing one of the permits or a window brace like originally planned, of which both items were credited back to me. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and more than tolerant explaining all the little details of what they were doing while I watched the process. I really like that they live streamed their engineers the entire time for QC, and even had a third party review inspection. I chose TerraFirma over 3 other companies for the warranty terms and for them being a long established Oregon local business, and I am very happy with their work and crew. I hope to not have any future structural repairs done but if I do, I will 1000% hire them again. Thanks!

Travis and the crew did an excellent job with our crawlspace project. They were always on time even though they were coming from Roseburg to Bend, and great with giving updates as they went. My mother-in-law’s house was built in 1962 and has had basement water issues for more than 40 years. One suggestion for management: please focus on bringing happiness to your customers rather than worrying too much about potential lawsuits.

We recently had two wall systems installed for two homes in our HOA. While there were some scheduling challenges along the way, Rocky was incredibly supportive and accommodating, ensuring the entire experience was handled with care and professionalism. He truly went above and beyond to make sure the work was completed with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Seth came out today to check under my house to give an assessment on ways I can improve my foundation for earthquake protection. He was awesome. He was on time and very personable. He explained things (with pictures) very clearly and answered all my questions. I was very impressed. 🙂

Seth came out to evaluate my foundation and gave me one of the most thorough and honest assessments I've experienced from a contractor. Professional, communicative, and zero pressure — he clearly takes pride in his work. I didn't move forward with the project through Terra Firma, but that has nothing to do with Seth or the quality of his visit. Highly recommend requesting him specifically. 5 stars.

Giovanni and his crew were very professional. They showed up on time both days and got the job done on schedule. Giovanni carefully reviewed with us the work to be done before starting. At the completion on the job he reviewed what they had done. Giovanni was great to work with. He was very personable and had excellent communication skills.

Noah was on time, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, friendly, respectful, well-spoken, and thoroughly knew his products. He assembled a comprehensive, detailed, and extensive quote, estimate, and full project workup, complete with photographs from around, under, and through our home! Confidence in TerraFirma and their cabinet of staff is high. Would give six stars if I could.

I am very pleased with the completed work raising the back door porch entry, they were on time, very polite and professional, had all the tools and equipment to do the job.

This may not have been Terrafirma's biggest project but it was big to us. From the very beginning of diagnosis, estimates/proposals, the project management and communications, hand digging and cleanup, the entire crew made this stressful and expensive project very easy and seamless.
