Best home-improvement contractor I've dealt with in some time. The project manager communicated clearly and professionally. The job crew arrived when they said they would. Before they started, we discussed options for how the work was to be performed, and they did what we agreed upon. The work was performed expertly and neatly. And when they left, the job site was cleaner than they found out. Highly recommend this company.

I did a ton of research on TerraFirma when I decided to pursue getting a seismic retrofit in my basement, and then to clinch it, my Engineer neighbor spoke highly of them as well, stating they are top tier in their field. Jake's Crew came out today to review, and instead of selling me on a $10,000+ price tag, educated me on why they were unable to do the retrofit - my foundation is hollow concrete, their drilling would shatter it, and their alternative wouldn't meet my required needs. Honestly, I'm BLOWN AWAY how awesome Jake's Crew was - honest, direct, helpful, and educated me on my foundation. They even cleaned up under the porch for me, graciously turned my outside water off under the crawl space (thank you!!!). I'm so sad my foundation isn't able to be seismically retrofitted but I'm ridiculously grateful to Jake's crew for being so honest. I highly recommend TerraFirma - I read a ton of reviews on multiple platforms, and when they do make a mistake they fix it and make it right. They are full of integrity, and I'll forever remain impressed and won't stop recommending them to anyone/everyone!

Excellent customer service! Submitted online inquiry and received call within same day to schedule Tech to come out to evaluate our foundation undermining issue. Alex quickly summed up the problem and provided quote for repairs. Ken, Service Tech, arrived onsite and fully explained the repair procedures and how it would improve the stability of the foundation. Ken completed the repairs in a very timely manner and cleaned up worksite admirably. We definitely would recommend TerraFirma Foundation Systems as a Five Star vendor!

The crew at Terra Firma were professional, smart and communicated very well for my project. They worked hard all day everyday in completing my project. My crawl space needed a French drain and sump pump set up as well as removal of all insulation, mold remediation and new vapor barrier. It should have been a simple job by all accounts. After they started to dig, it became clear that this was not gong to be ordinary. They ran into a layer of very hard clay that required much more work than anyone thought. They brought in every power toll they could fit into the crawl space to get it done. at the end of the day everyday no matter how tired they were, they cleaned up the work space and informed me of the status. They covered and protected my floors with no accidents as my crawl space is accessed through the interior of my house. Colin the Forman on the job worked extremely hard with no quit attitude, even when he was unexpectedly short handed one day. All other crew members were also very hard working, friendly and professional. I would recommend Terra Firma and would have them back if I need anymore work done. Thank you all at Terra Firma.

I got a bid done by TerraFirma today. After speaking with Seth today. He answered my hundreds of questions and cured and worries I had about foundation issue. He broke it down and explained the whole process from start to finish how to remedy my foundation problems. I like the fact that they were punctual. They were right on time at the scheduled appointment and wasted no time trying to figure out a solution for my problem. The prices He gave to me were really fair and the depth of knowledge was very useful. I feel very confident that TerraFirma should be able to fix my settling / cracked foundation problems.

We wanted the best and we got the best, we didn't even call around, we called terraFirma. We.live on the Oregon Coast, Beaver, Oregon. Casey came out and was here for two hours. He went under our 102 year old house and came out with pictures. He immediately had several options with prices, we were impressed already. We called him the next to say we wanted the biggest one. 21 smart jacks, a main beam replacement, total encapsulation with dehumidifier and sump pump. TerraFirma scheduled us for the next month which for us was extremely fast, we counted the days and as said, Aris, Brad and Jose were here right on time. To the owner of terraFirma, these young men should be commended for their professional, excellent work ethics. They were all very polite, very hard working young men. I would come out of the house and they would all wave and say good morning. Even in the afternoon they would wave to me. These three men spent 8 days under our house on their stomachs, sides and backs, hauling everything out in trash bags (about 50) and the then the rock that they hauled under for the trench, all while laying down because of the foot and a half clearance under their. I'll get where I'm going here, Casey, Aris, Jose and Brad were all excellent and I'm sure you're very proud as I am honored to have met and kinda know them. Charlie came for our annual checkup on the sump pump. He was prompt, friendly, and helped to make sure everything was working well. Would recommend these ongoing services.

Terra Firma was very prompt in scheduling the service we needed. The crew did an excellent job performing a not very pleasant task. There was a small miscommunication in the original work that was done, but the issue was resolved quickly and with no hassle at all.

The guys doing the work were always right on time, they were very professional from the beginning to The end of the job...they were very polite and clean. We are happy we called TerraFirma foundation systems. We feel much better about the future rains this winter, knowing our basement is taken care of and we have a reliable pump system. Amber was very helpful and answered all our questions...

I can’t express how pleased I was with the team who completed the job at my house. Everyone on the crew was not only knowledgeable and extremely professional but also friendly and answered all questions I had. I was amazed that after their work was completed they left the exterior of my property looking better then when they arrived. I don’t know anyone else with foundation issues as it is a pain I wouldn’t wish on anyone but I would highly recommend Terra Firma to anyone who needs work, especially the crew that completed my house.

The patio driveway and garage floor were all done in a very professional manner and the team was excellent.
