Very thorough and informative.

Jorge and Juan came out to fix the discharge line. Both were very professional and sweet. Two of the best guys I have ever come across! Cherry on top was that my dogs really liked them, the guys did not mind that the dogs were being nosy, matter of fact they took the time to interact with them, not many people do. If ever anything needs to be fixed I highly recommend asking for them to do the job. Thank you so much for employing such kind and capable, respectful people.

Start to finish, great company to work with. Pat was thorough and polite when doing our estimate. Michelle was so nice in handling the scheduling. And, Brooks and Louis were incredibly hard workers who completed the work efficiently and just as expected. Excellent communication through the entire process.

Fantastic job leveling out settled patio concrete slabs. Very efficient work done in about 4 hours. One area had a 2” trip hazard between slabs, now nothing! 5 year guarantee but should last 80 years

Great work from James and his crew! Thanks to Morgan, David and Hilary for the additional assistance. These folks went above and beyond also fixing a lock on a sliding glass door as well as installing 20 piers and 4 smart jacks for the residence. Very thorough evaluation initially from Morgan which is why I chose TF over their main rivals who just breezed through the place in 30 mins or so. Morgan spent nearly 2 hours after taking measurements and showing me detailed videos about the bedrock and clay deposits under all these houses in W. Eugene. House feels solid now! These work crews they have make rapid progress and stick to their time estimate which frankly seemed doubtful at the end of day 2 of 6. But sure enough they were all tidied up and done by mid day of day 6, just amazing!

2/16/26 update: My sump pump broke in December due to the high level of iron in the soil under my house. Terra Firma responded quickly and replaced the pump with no issue. Great customer service and a great team / experience! Thank you Terra Firma! Seth has been amazing to work with! I have been working with Seth on designing my crawlspace drainage system. Seth has been extremely helpful, patient, and professional. I've pestered him every day, multiple times a day with questions, asked for revisions to my quote, clarifications, and have been an all-around pest. Through it all, Seth has been responsive, communicative, and thorough. The work is scheduled for Mid-May 2024. I will update my review after the work is done with how it went with the crew and the job they did.

Overall, they did a great job. Very easy to work with very professional. The guys who came to my house were great. They were very friendly and very kind. The foreman was exceptional. The individuals I talked to on the phone were very professional, very nice. They worked with me and got things done when I could get them done. I would recommend them to anybody.

Estimator, installer, and office communications staff were all great. Each person kept me well informed and up to date on progress. I have recommended Terra Firma to neighbors who may need help.

Bailey Mercer came out on time, which is the number one indicator of professionalism in my experience. He kept the conversation short and to the point. He did not try to upsell me on things didn’t need, and to that point, neither did the sales staff over the phone. Bailey did the measurements, with precision and finished at a reasonable time. I have confidence that when we decide to secure our foundation we will be using Bailey Mercer as our go-to expert when we call TerraFirma.

Jayden inspected my house and gave a thorough report of the findings. I’m very happy with the service, and would call again if needed.

Walt listened to my concerns and did a thorough job of evaluating the foundation. When he finished, he took the time to explain what was normal settling, and what was concerning. He pointed out that I had a drainage problem around the foundation that needed attention, and might prevent the settling from becoming critical. I loved that he was not just out to sell me a service!!! I feel like I can trust his recommendations when I have him back to see if the new drainage solved the problem. Thanks Walt!!!

I am very pleased with the completed work raising the back door porch entry, they were on time, very polite and professional, had all the tools and equipment to do the job.

James and his crew were efficient, kind, and exceeded my expectations. My foundation was needed piers both outside and in the basement, yet they were quick and cleaned up. I even noticed a change in my home’s interior when it was fixed! Cracks closed up. They took care of the whole process, including permits and inspections. And, James communicated, including walking me through, clearly listening to my responses. I recommend TerraFirma, especially James who was the foreman on my job, especially to those who want to be respected, want to understand what is happening, and want good communication throughout the job.

Very good experience from day 1. They ended up not needing one of the permits or a window brace like originally planned, of which both items were credited back to me. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and more than tolerant explaining all the little details of what they were doing while I watched the process. I really like that they live streamed their engineers the entire time for QC, and even had a third party review inspection. I chose TerraFirma over 3 other companies for the warranty terms and for them being a long established Oregon local business, and I am very happy with their work and crew. I hope to not have any future structural repairs done but if I do, I will 1000% hire them again. Thanks!

We worked with Seth Cunningham from Terra Firma in Tacoma and he was a consummate professional throughout the entire process. We recently decided to sell the home and Seth offered to speak with the buyers about the work they did and the transferable warranty. Edit: Jan ‘26 Unfortunately this sump pump did not solve the problem after all, as water again came in after several days of hard rain. To be fair, TF did not guarantee a solution. I still think it is a good company but sadly my problem persists. Previous review from Nov 25 - Terra Firma installed a sump pump in my home that has solved my water incursion issues. This had been a problem for months. I had several different companies and professionals out to evaluate and try to solve the problem, from plumbers to leak detection companies and a few more. Most scratched their heads and said "this is a mystery." Terra Firma came up with this solution and it is working. I wanted to wait until we had significant rain to write this review - and after the past few days of pretty good rain, and no water coming in - I feel confident that the problem was solved. They were helpful, considerate and creative. They didn't try to sell me more than was needed. I recommend Terra Firma.

If you hire this company to put sump pumps in your basement, make sure you know exactly where they are going to put them and where the pipes that will pump the water outside will be coming out of your house. Even though one guy gives you a diagram ahead of time, that doesn’t mean the guy actually doing the work follows it. One sump pump was put in our basement just as we expected. The second one was not. We provided new electrical outlets dedicated for use to the sump pumps. The second pump now has cords hanging in mid air barely reaching the new plugs because that pump was not put where they told us it would be. Also, the pipes that take the water away from the house, we expected those to go through the foundation, not through the expensive cedar siding and be exposed on the front of our house! I was horrified to see those holes and said so. My husband redirected them to drill through the foundation so the pipes could not be seen once the work was done. They did that, but now we are left with holes to repair. They did not offer to repair them. The young men who did the work were kind and respectful and did what they thought were expected of them, but if you hire this company, make sure you know exactly where they are going to put everything and not assume anything even if you have a diagram!

These guys were great! Aris, Rom and Scotty showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and communicated well during the project.

This is our 2nd time to use Terra Firma and we can't recommend them highly enough. They had lifted our sunken front porch and driveway a few years ago. So when we were having bad odors and mice infestation in our crawl space we didn't hesitate to call Terra Firma. They sent the best design specialist Derek Ryan and the best crew ever to encapsulate it! Such hard-working, professional, respectful young men. Foreman Luis kept us informed and answered all questions. Actually all of them could knowledgeably answer our questions. It took them all week and Brad, Jorge and Jose. They worked their tails off! We couldn't be more pleased.

Travis and the crew did an excellent job with our crawlspace project. They were always on time even though they were coming from Roseburg to Bend, and great with giving updates as they went. Had TF raise the cement front porch of our house. The entire process, first contact, through the bid, through the job, through the billing, went smoothly. Their price was very competitive.

We had Tyler from TerraFirma come out to bid fixing a standing water issue in our crawlspace. He was thorough (crawled the entire crawlspace), knowledgeable and responsive to questions. As a real estate agent having access to good contractors is vital, and his professionalism has placed TerraFirma solidly on our short list.

I was referred to John from Terra Firma when I was looking to have our foundation inspected. John was very friendly and knowledgable and came out to our house to measure and inspect everything. In the end he was able to put our mind at ease and did a great job of explaining different scenarios and what he was looking for. John even inspected the crawlspace while he was out and provided great feedback there as well. Overall we got a lot of good information and never felt as though we were being pushed into unnecessary services. I will certainly be reaching out to Terra Firma for any future needs!

The whole process was seamless - from our initial proposal where Hannah answered all of our questions and did a thorough assessment of what was needed to Antonio, Kameron and Jesse who did a great job on our encapsulation project. Quoted me $80k for proprietary solutions to some problems I do have, and some I don’t actually have. Took a bunch of pictures, showed them to me, but conveniently never sent them to me and thought it was weird I asked for the proposals to be emailed to me. I decided to get a few other opinions and boy am I glad I did. Lying to me is one thing, but doubling down on the phone when you call me to ask if I’ve had time to consider scheduling the work is another. I vote with my wallet and I have zero respect for a company that uses scare tactics or attempts to fudge the truth when they think the consumer isn’t educated enough on the subject to put two and two together. Being a homeowner is hard and expensive enough… but then you have to navigate whether or not someone is trying to help you or empty your wallet for commission. This was arguably a worse experience than being a woman at the car dealership. No, I am not interested in purchasing blinker fluid… Edit: With a continuous improvement mindset, I do appreciate someone at Terra Firma reaching out to me directly to understand the details of my experience so they could work to resolve internally.

We had some basement flooding in our house and after learning the cause, we started the work of getting quotes and inspections from Foundation specialists. When we called TerraFirma, Bailey was able to make time for our inspection within the week. From the jump, Bailey was very communicative, and set expectations upfront. He asked what was going on, looked at some suspected intrusion points and then let me know he'd carry on with the inspection and would let me know when he was ready for me. No awkward standing around or wondering how long it would take. Bailey was very thorough with his inspection and had an impressive presentation once he'd made a diagnosis. He told me his ideas and then asked me mine and we both felt good about the plan walking away from it. Ultimately our timeline didn't work out and we personally had to go a different direction, but if it did I'm confident we'd be in good hands with Bailey and TerraFirma!

We wanted the best and we got the best, we didn't even call around, we called terraFirma. We.live on the Oregon Coast, Beaver, Oregon. Casey came out and was here for two hours. He went under our 102 year old house and came out with pictures. He immediately had several options with prices, we were impressed already. We called him the next to say we wanted the biggest one. 21 smart jacks, a main beam replacement, total encapsulation with dehumidifier and sump pump. TerraFirma scheduled us for the next month which for us was extremely fast, we counted the days and as said, Aris, Brad and Jose were here right on time. To the owner of terraFirma, these young men should be commended for their professional, excellent work ethics. They were all very polite, very hard working young men. I would come out of the house and they would all wave and say good morning. Even in the afternoon they would wave to me. These three men spent 8 days under our house on their stomachs, sides and backs, hauling everything out in trash bags (about 50) and the then the rock that they hauled under for the trench, all while laying down because of the foot and a half clearance under their. I'll get where I'm going here, Casey, Aris, Jose and Brad were all excellent and I'm sure you're very proud as I am honored to have met and kinda know them.
