Incredibly hardworking team! There was a lot of rock that needed to be drilled out -- and then tree roots where the drainage pipe had to go! Antonio, Cameron and Jessie really went the extra mile. TerraFirma has always done good work on my houses and this latest project was no exception. Thank you, guys!

Quality people doing quality work. Professional and fast. Two separate teams - led by Robert and Augustus - each with different responsibilities - meshed together perfectly to complete our difficult foundation renovation. Even when unexpected supplies were needed - they were quickly delivered and the teams stayed on schedule. After seeing a TerraFirma commercial on TV - I must mention Ryan Bothman. He was our System Designer and was our first contact - and immediately impressed us with his knowledge and listening skills. He was available throughout the project, answering our questions and communicating hiccups, as well as progress. (Plus, he’s even better looking than on TV! 😉) We are proud to have a TerraFirma foundation and highly recommend their expert work!

The crew that did the work were great and did a GREAT JOB.

My family moved recently from a hot, dry climate to the PNW. We were used to dealing with foundation problems typical of our area, but were completely unprepared for the moisture problems we encountered when we got here. Thank goodness we called TerraFirma! They helped us through a few very difficult rough spots while remaining responsive, informative, professional, and friendly. Most of all, they were dependable. They did exactly what they promised in every situation. Our special thanks to Zach, who was our first point of contact. Thank you also to Jake, Angel, Monica, and Colin who took exceptional care to ensure we were well-cared for. Thanks also to the great crews who worked long, hard hours to complete the work.

Pat was so good not only at his job, but is an extremely personable type of communicator, is polite and most of all knowledgeable. I’d say he is going places with this company! It is hard to find adequate people these days, let alone someone who is capable of carrying on an educated and informed conversation while listening to my questions and concerns , then actually (past 5 pm on over-time) taking the time to explain them. He was patient and kind to both me and my young daughter. I appreciated his honesty about working with connected buildings, even if it risked new business for his company. If he isn’t already a manager, he soon will be! If you call Terra Firma i’d suggest asking for Par and if Pat works for you, I’d suggest a raise next review!! lol

I expressed my interest in a Free Inspection and Estimate and received a call from a representative that same day. An appointment was made to have their inspector the next week. A very pleasant gentleman showed up at the time and date scheduled and asked what my concerns with my foundation were. After my description, he inspected and took level measurements of the house interior. He then suited up and crawled under the house and inspected the foundation. After about an hour, he returned with what I thought was a very realistic examination. He then gave me his recommendation on how to stabilize (metal beams and jacks) the issues with my 70 yr old home. I agreed to that based on my personal knowledge of my home. Two weeks later, 3 very skilled men showed up at my house at the time and date expected in a very nice well marked TerraFirma truck and started working on my project. I was very impressed with the foreman. He was very pleasant, explained what their work plan and wanted to make sure that was my expectation. He must have asked me 20 times during their 3 day project if I had any questions. Bottom Line, I was a little concerned about the cost until the end of the installation project and I saw the amount of material used, quality and labor. I was very satisfied and impressed with the project after I had personally inspected it. And, after they had left, they had cleaned up so well it was not even noticeable that I had completed a major home improvement project. Joe Wampler Hood River, OR

I was pleased with the work of the technician, Schylar. He arrived on time, explained the process, answered my questions, completed the work and conducted a final review with me. He was able to level out a slab floor on an outbuilding with excellent results. Schylar also did a thorough job cleaning up at the end. He also saved me a considerable sum of money by not performing work that was unnecessary. Thank you!

I waterproofed and put a sump pump in my 1890s basement. There was a trench around the basement floor originally. the stairs leading outside to the basement leaked water into the trench as well as some moisture from the wall. The crew was amazing! They were prompt, very communicative as to what they would be doing to make the basement dry. They worked hard and got the project done on time. I would highly recommend them. I do believe there may be other more economical ways to waterproof, however this was done right!

Junior and the crew that worked on our house were great. They were on time, always courteous, cleaned up after themselves, communicated well, and finished on time. We would highly recommend them.

Our experience with TerraFirma this past week was outstanding. Who knew foundation work could be a pleasant experience?! From estimation (Ryan) to project managing (Nikki) and the amazing construction crew (Geovany, Zach, Samuel), our TerraFirma experience was stress-free and positive.
