Crew did very fine job stabilizing sinking corner part of my house thanks to Mike and his colleagues.

We had Tyler from TerraFirma come out to bid fixing a standing water issue in our crawlspace. He was thorough (crawled the entire crawlspace), knowledgeable and responsive to questions. As a real estate agent having access to good contractors is vital, and his professionalism has placed TerraFirma solidly on our short list.

TerraFirma Foundation Systems is excellent at basement waterproofing. Be sure to ask about all the available options so you can choose the one that’s right for you. The company is very capable, but it’s important to do your research before making a decision.

The crew—Antonio, Jessi, and Casey—worked extremely well together. Antonio is especially sharp; whenever I suggested an idea, he immediately understood what I meant and offered an even better solution on the spot.

We contracted with TerraFirma to ecapsulate
And add sump pumps and a dehumidifier to our recently severely flooded crawl space in Eugene, Or.
We got a couple of bids and TerraFirma seemed most representative of what we required.
Andrew lead a team that competed the job one day earlier than required, was super professional and managed the effort very efficiently. He was supported by professional program coordination staff as well.
He always kept us informed of status and also worked with the electricians to ensure we had proper outlet support for the pumps assemblies and dehumidifier.
He also ensured that the Ship Shape application used for monitoring the associated hardware was installed and operating before finishing the job.

I highly recommend TerraFirma for this kind of support and have already written an assessment of the evaluation and bidding process led by Tyler Landon.

I am handicapped and use a wheelchair. Part of my sidewalk had sunk 3 1/2 inches. Schylur came in and had it completely level and sealed in just an hour or so. Couldn’t be happier.

I was pleased with the work of the technician, Schylar. He arrived on time, explained the process, answered my questions, completed the work and conducted a final review with me. He was able to level out a slab floor on an outbuilding with excellent results. Schylar also did a thorough job cleaning up at the end. He also saved me a considerable sum of money by not performing work that was unnecessary. Thank you!

It took awhile to schedule due to them not having enough employees to cover Oregon and Washington. We had this done 10 yrs ago by them to the part that needed it and back then they didn’t tell us that the rest of the house could shift. I wish back then they could’ve put the piers all around the house so all they would have to do is just adjusted it because this time around the expense to do the whole house was something we didn’t expect and opted to do the part that really needed it the most. When we do sell our home, this will be something that we will have to disclose.

TerraFirma was there when they said they would be there. Their staff are always very professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk to.

Travis and the crew did an excellent job with our crawlspace project. They were always on time even though they were coming from Roseburg to Bend, and great with giving updates as they went. I live in a home that was built in 1968. The slabs that made up my back patio were dangerously uneven. The side walkway was another roller coaster! Terra Firma’s workman, Dorian, did a wonderful job! The patio and sidewalk were both leveled and sanded to make it safe for everyone to walk on without tripping hazards. I have been really impressed by the employees of TF whom I have met – Matt and Dorian. They were so helpful and explained what to expect – what could and couldn’t be done and they lived up to their promises. They left my patio and walkway, spotless and safe to use. Thank you!
