I hired this company to install Vuba Stone on my patio and couldn’t be more pleased. The entire crew was very personable and professional and did a great job on giving me the patio I have always wanted. The crew showed up on time and ready to go to work. They all introduced themselves to me and walked through the project. They answered all my questions. The project could not have gone any smoother. We had heard of Terra Firma's work before through word-of-mouth, and it had always been positive. When we called to schedule an appraisal/appointment, Travis Smith came out and spent time with us explaining how things could go. He was patient in answering our questions and never once made us feel as if we were being "sold" anything. He was both personable and professional, and given the stress of our home damage, it was reassuring and welcome. Jonah communicated well as Project Coordinator. When Taylor arrived to begin work, he, Oscar G., and Arturo were amazing! Again, they welcomed us to watch, ask questions, and always took time to interact with kindness and humor. As with Travis, they were all professional and personable. We can't express enough the gratitude we have for them and for Terra Firma in helping us navigate a devastating time in our lives. Seth visited our home to give us a quote on seismic retrofitting. He was on time (and made sure to call when he was heading our way), did a thorough assessment of our home, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. During the assessment, Seth patiently answered all of my questions. It was clear that he was extremely knowledgeable about the available retrofitting options and what best suited our home. The final proposal was easy to understand; it clearly outlined the work to be done, why it needed to be done, and how much various options would cost. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

I am very pleased with the evaluation and construction work that was done on my two properties in the South hills of Eugene. It's a pricey expenditure, but the lifetime, transferrable warranty is well worth the piece of mind. Great job!!

Had Seth Cunningham out this week for an estimate in Thurston County. We appreciated how thorough he was during the inspection and in creating the proposal. Seth was prompt, easy to work with and very professional! Unfortunately, full encapsulation of our crawl space was a little out of our budget as new homeowners, but if you are looking for any foundation or crawl space work done on your house we would definitely recommend having TerraFirma out to look at your place! I got the impression they are a top-of-the-line company that would take care of the homeowners they do business with. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family... Also plan to call them out if I have any concrete or foundation issues in the future.

Timely, expedient, a great company that works to get you the solution that will fit your needs and won't try to upsell for a greater profit. The sales person was clear and precise and offered the options with his best recommendation. I knew what to expect and they performed wonderfully. The technician who poured the foam also was thorough explaining the process and setting expectations. An excellent company to work with and the results are great.

We had some ground water issues in our crawl space and were looking for someone to do the repairs. After sifting through the reviews on line, we decided to go with Terrafirma. From start to finish, everyone was very responsive and arrived as scheduled. The work crew (Luis, Jorge and Jairo) were just great! They arrived on time, were very pleasant and keep the are very clean. Great crew! Everyone was very conscientious about keeping the work area and the path out to truck very clean. I'm very happy with the result.
