We had a very good experience with Seth Cunningham. He actually did go into the crawl space and really inspected the whole space; 5 starts for Seth.

Very happy with the results. The actual workers were tops. Only negative was the planning with the utilities. NW naturals said gas should have been turned off during lift.

Because of settling, the concrete porch was pulling away from my house. The TerraFirma sales rep who came out did a great job of explaining the Polyfil procedure. The crew was extremely polite and respectful, did a great job and the area was completely clean when they left. I would have no hesitation using TerraFirma again.

Seth from TerraFirma did a great job in measuring and providing the estimate for our house. He was very patient in walking us through different scenarios and introducing the tech specs of the proposed solution options. Super helpful for us.

When other competitors didn’t even return calls, Terra Firma was prompt and professional. They even refunded the amount for the material not used, which was an unexpected surprise. Very happy with their response and the job well done.

Great job! I’m pretty sure they sent their A-team and got my crawl space encapsulated in 3 days. The dehumidifier doesn’t have to work too hard anymore. Humidity is holding steady below 50%. I can probably take some credit for their efficiency though, because I didn’t bother them too much 😂.

We had a water mitigation system installed and a complete encapsulation done. It was done in 4 days. The team was so professional and hardworking and the results speak for themselves. We had a plumber and electrician do some work alongside the TerraFirma team and they both commented on the amazing work being done. The Project Coordinator Heather was very pleasant to work with and readily answered any questions I had. Luis and his crew Antonio, Sebastian, Carlos, and Chris R. were phenomenal. Highly recommend working with them.
