We have utilized the services of TerraFirma multiple times. Most significantly we needed to repair/replace a pair of house support columns and their related foundations. This required a plan of repair, an engineer's stamp, drawings to relate to the relevant building authority and coordination with that authority. TerraFirma handled all the above in a diligent and competent manner. Their office staff was readily accessible and answered questions concisely. The on site crew prompt and capable.

After noticing some foundational issues I called TerraFirma. And can I say phenomenal decision. Alex H. from TerraFirma showed up and treated my family, myself, and our home like we were a part of his family. He was thorough and spent time discussing all of the specifics of our homes foundational issues. He provided a thorough assessment of our home, supported it with numerical facts, and made several recommendations on what could be done to fix this issue. Alex didn't put any pressure on us to make a sale, he just wanted us to make a decision that was comfortable for us. They repaired joints in about 60' of sidewalk. They were on time for both the quote and the repair. Price was higher than I liked but the repair was done in a day and no mess. The crew were very polite and professional and experienced in what they were doing

I waterproofed and put a sump pump in my 1890s basement. There was a trench around the basement floor originally. the stairs leading outside to the basement leaked water into the trench as well as some moisture from the wall. The crew was amazing! They were prompt, very communicative as to what they would be doing to make the basement dry. They worked hard and got the project done on time. I would highly recommend them. I do believe there may be other more economical ways to waterproof, however this was done right!

We used TerraFirm to raise an old walkway that was cracked and had sunk. I was a bit skeptical if it would really do the trick...but WOW! The walkway looks awesome and no need to spend the $ to have it completely replaced now.

We recently requested a quote from TerraFirma for foundation repair on an older brick home, and I was prepared for the worst case scenario. Oliver was prompt, friendly, and very thorough with his inspection, making sure to explain what he was seeing and how he was gathering information. He even took the time to shimmy through a tight and unkempt crawl space. Ultimately, while we won't need the foundation repairs we had feared we needed, I was very impressed with the time and expertise from TerraFirma--Thank you!
