Giovanni and his crew were very professional. They showed up on time both days and got the job done on schedule. Giovanni carefully reviewed with us the work to be done before starting. At the completion on the job he reviewed what they had done. Giovanni was great to work with. He was very personable and had excellent communication skills.

One day looking under that house, I noticed that my under house drainage was not working. So I placed a call with TerraFirma for an inspection and price quote. Less than a week they were outside my house, listening to me and offering information. We concluded that a French drain on the inside of the crawl space all away around, centering it to one location for a new sump pump. The sump pump is a triple tier with battery backup (3 pump in one unit). Two days later they finished the job, with a callback return to fix a couple little issues, which were fixed within 1 hr of my call. After I inspected their work, I was impressed! Very clean work, no standing water. Their price was cheaper compared to the other company that said “we fixed it” when we were buying this house. We love our Terra Firma system as it has kept our crawl space clean and dry for many years now. Our service tech Morgaine just performed the annual service on our system and did an excellent job. She got right to work, was thorough and professional.

We had an excellent experience with TF earlier this summer. Morgan spent many hours at our house evaluating our foundation, clearly explaining our options, and checking up on the crew once work commenced. Foreman Luis and his team (Tony M & Gustavo) were professional and efficient, and kept things on track. Thanks also to Heather for coordinating the whole operation. We are pleased with the outcome and look forward to a dry basement!

Recently I had an issue with my sump pump. It was making an incredibly loud high pitched noise.They sent out a tech named Zeck. He was all the way in Vancouver(2hrs from my house) He was prompt(even kept me updated on his eta) He was very efficient.Very professional and friendly. The problem was taken care of quickly. Thank goodness for Zeck! He turned a frustrating situation into a pleasant , short-lived malfunction.

Sam was great! He was able to help us out and get us a quote before our inspection was due for a new house. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in a way that we understood it. Thank you Sam!!

The crew we had clean up our crawl space and encapsulated everything were hands down the best guys. They worked so hard every day. The crew (Robert, Joel & Thomas) were very thorough, courteous, and pleasant to work with. They kept me informed of everything they were doing, the overall objective & expectations. The job site was always kept clean. When inside my home to access crawl space & take measurements they were always masked & kept my floor covered. If working indoors the floors were vacuumed at end of day. (I kept windows open & doors open with screens to have safe airflow because of Covid). The ease of paying by credit card at end of work wonderful. Great team. Met all of my expectations of end results. My home is now stable & sound. Thank you, job well done!
