Terra Firma just completed a crawlspace encapsulation at my house in West Linn, big project including removal/replacement of vapor barrier, gravel lined perimeter drainage and sump pump, dehumidifier, insulation, and sealing all vents. My crawlspace is now basically another room in my house, it’s beautiful; no further moisture issues and rodents are gone. I’ve read a lot about this process; TFFS was up on all the research and the work was fantastic. Crew was great and kept me informed the whole time. Highly recommend Terra Firma.

Seth visited our home to give us a quote on seismic retrofitting. He was on time (and made sure to call when he was heading our way), did a thorough assessment of our home, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. During the assessment, Seth patiently answered all of my questions. It was clear that he was extremely knowledgeable about the available retrofitting options and what best suited our home. The final proposal was easy to understand; it clearly outlined the work to be done, why it needed to be done, and how much various options would cost. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

The crew was on time and went to work immediately no messing around they knew what to do and did it in an efficient manner the crew explained what was being done when I asked in terms that was easy to understand, when completed the bill was for less than quoted great surprise be cause found out certain things were not needed great job 👍

My pest inspector found a lot of water in my crawl space after a routine inspection. A plumber found no leaks and believed it to be ground water. TerraFirma responded to my needs promptly and ended up digging a ditch around the inside perimeter of my crawl space, inserted pipe and covered with river rock for drainage. A sump pump was installed inside to drain outside. They took such care with the drain they dug outside that when they were finished you could hardly tell where they had dug the ditch. They took such care to protect my home - especially since the crawl space access was inside my home. They protected my floors and walls very carefully and completely - even with having to bring in numerous wheelbarrows of rock. They also cleaned up both inside and outside my home so you couldn't tell anyone had worked all day to completed this large job. They did an amazing job!!! Bailey was timely and thorough in his assessment, estimate, and reporting on my inquiry about a foundation crack. Although I decided not to have any work done at this time I was pleased with their service.

Last year our house flooded due to rising ground water in a daylight basement that we had assumed was sealed and waterproof. Well it wasn't! We hired Terra Firma to do a waterproofing job that included drain lines below ground, drain track around the inside corners, and a sump pump. Our install team (Andrew, Zach, Joey, and Kayden) were amazing. They arrived on time every morning, worked hard all through the day, and were done ahead of schedule. They answered all of our questions and even helped us plan the best way to resurface our finished basement floor so any future water damage would not create long term damage. We could not be happier with Terra Firma and our amazing install crew. Five stars for sure.
