The TerraFirma team did a fantastic job. I was impressed with how well they documented the project plan with photos, detailed notes and measurements. It really gave me a good understanding of what to expect. The crew conducted their work professionally and in spite of the poor weather conditions, did an above and beyond job in ensuring minimal, in any, mess was left after the job. To date, the solution they implemented in my crawlspace has been effective and I no longer feel the need to worry about water collecting in my crawlspace.

From the initial call & explanation of their services, I knew this was the company we wanted for our foundation issues at our house. Their follow-up & timely estimation process just made things great. Everything was also explained in exact detail. They were very accommodating to our schedule. The work began just a few short days from deposit. Collin & his guy that came out to do the job were very clean, thorough, & knew exactly what to do. The center of our house was 1.5” lower than everywhere else. It actually caused an atrocious squeak from the framing whenever there was movement near. That quickly went away! This needed to be done to install several new doors & jambs in the hallway. Several weeks later, there is still no squeak, the floor feels far more solid, & we have new doors that function flawlessly because of the work they did. If you EVER have a any sort of foundation problem, do no hesitate to reach out to them. & this is coming from a contractor. Every point of contact I had with them was pleasant. You just can’t go wrong!!

He took photos, clearly explained crawl space issues, and offered honest recommendations with options—no pressure. Very professional and sincere. Highly recommend!

The guys that came Jorge, Juan, Manuel, Luis, Wesley, Miguel to do the trenching and sump pump install were amazing. Very courteous and hard working. They went over and above to keep things clean and finished the job in a timely matter. Don the sales guy was great as well.

Terra Firma Foundations did an excellent job encapsulating my Vancouver home’s crawl space: is now now clean, well-insulated, rodent-free and moisture-free. The crew was absolutely OUTSTANDING: Jorge Valencia plus Juan and Manuel. They worked in very cramped space with many obstacles (ductwork) to maneuver around, and they were skilled, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Five stars for the company and the crew. .

We discovered water in our basement this past April and first called the competitor who had installed a waterproofing system back in 2015 for the previous owners. Unfortunately, their visit wasn’t very helpful -- they didn’t offer a clear solution or give us much confidence that they even wanted to do any work on our 115-year-old house. That’s when we reached out to TerraFirma for a second opinion, and it was the best decision we could have made. From the very beginning, Jaden, our System Design Specialist, was outstanding. He was thorough, thoughtful, and really listened to our concerns. He walked us through options, answered all our questions, and came up with a solution that felt right for our home. Scheduling with Sammy was easy and helpful - she worked around our vacation schedule, and we always knew what was happening and when. When it came time for the work, Rocky and his team did an excellent job installing our new egress window, while Jorge, Juan, and Scott rebuilt our failed irrigation system from the under-ground up. Both teams were incredibly professional: always on time, tidy, communicative, and respectful of our neighbors (no small feat on our tight street with all the equipment and materials). Rocky went above & beyond with the window - making adjustments to the position and reinforcing our load bearing areas, and Jorge offered alternative and better solutions for our new sump-pump location that would ensure the functionality of our new system for decades to come. Every step of the process with TerraFirma exceeded our expectations. We honestly wish we had found them sooner for all our home projects.
