I had an issue an it was corrected without question.

Great experience with scheduled maintenance. While I did have to schedule a few months out, communication leading up to and on the day of the appointment was helpful without being annoying. Jeff, the technician, was prompt, friendly and professional. He explained the service and completed it thoroughly and efficiently, leaving the area as tidy as it was before the service call. When the job was complete, he reviewed the services he'd provided and gave me logical suggestions to keep in mind going forward without pressuring me to purchase anything additional. I'm very satisfied with the experience.

Great people to work with, very responsive and helpful. The system Terra Firma installed in our home has needed numerous service visits over the past three years but every time they have responded quickly and professionally. Some of these visits could have been avoided if we had gotten better explanations from them about how our system works. We're hoping that the most recent visit resolves our issues. 11-11-22: excellent service call today with Charlie who did a complete system check, maintenance, and also checked out the ant damage under our house and provided an estimate for repair costs. Very courteous, competent service.

We have a three year old forever dream home that had shifting clay below it. Nobody was at fault but it was a stressful time to have to invest so soon in the caring of such a new home. Foundation work is not cheap. What I will say is that from day one everyone we worked with were top notch. After the work was completed it was hard to see where the work was done on the exterior of the house. In closing, the engineer on the front end, the project manager to the crew that did the work. Thanks for your work and putting our minds at ease through your actions!

We have used TerraFirma twice, once to level the foundation of our home at the garage and once to attempt to level the walkway and front step. Although the second operation was not successful and some damage was incurred, TerraFirma was professional all the way. We were able to come to a financial agreement that satisfied both parties.

Jorge and his team did a great job in my crawlspace replacing 40-year-old cracked wood support posts with TerraFirma's SmarkJack posts. We recently requested a quote from TerraFirma for foundation repair on an older brick home, and I was prepared for the worst case scenario. Oliver was prompt, friendly, and very thorough with his inspection, making sure to explain what he was seeing and how he was gathering information. He even took the time to shimmy through a tight and unkempt crawl space. Ultimately, while we won't need the foundation repairs we had feared we needed, I was very impressed with the time and expertise from TerraFirma--Thank you! Seth visited our home to give us a quote on seismic retrofitting. He was on time (and made sure to call when he was heading our way), did a thorough assessment of our home, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. During the assessment, Seth patiently answered all of my questions. It was clear that he was extremely knowledgeable about the available retrofitting options and what best suited our home. The final proposal was easy to understand; it clearly outlined the work to be done, why it needed to be done, and how much various options would cost. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

The crew at Terra Firma were professional, smart and communicated very well for my project. They worked hard all day everyday in completing my project. My crawl space needed a French drain and sump pump set up as well as removal of all insulation, mold remediation and new vapor barrier. It should have been a simple job by all accounts. After they started to dig, it became clear that this was not gong to be ordinary. They ran into a layer of very hard clay that required much more work than anyone thought. They brought in every power toll they could fit into the crawl space to get it done. at the end of the day everyday no matter how tired they were, they cleaned up the work space and informed me of the status. They covered and protected my floors with no accidents as my crawl space is accessed through the interior of my house. Colin the Forman on the job worked extremely hard with no quit attitude, even when he was unexpectedly short handed one day. All other crew members were also very hard working, friendly and professional. I would recommend Terra Firma and would have them back if I need anymore work done. Thank you all at Terra Firma.
