I had an excellent experience with Seth from TerraFirma during the field review of my home. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the house. Seth took the time to explain what he was seeing, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I fully understood the condition and next steps. We had Jason back this year for another service. He is the best guy super informative can’t wait to have him back next year. We have had our pump system for a little over a year now, the winter before we had up to over 1 ft of water under our house, this last winter nothing it was bone dry. I can’t say enough good about your company. We just had Jason out to do the first service on it and what a guy, he showed me how to check a couple things on the up coming season. Seth came out to evaluate my foundation and gave me one of the most thorough and honest assessments I've experienced from a contractor. Professional, communicative, and zero pressure — he clearly takes pride in his work. I didn't move forward with the project through Terra Firma, but that has nothing to do with Seth or the quality of his visit. Highly recommend requesting him specifically. 5 stars.

The crew from TerraFirma, Andrew, Zach, Kayden and Zoey just finished our water issue correction in our crawl space. They did a FANTASTIC job! Terra Firma was the most professional contractor I have ever dealt with. They kept me informed through text and email of where we were at in the process. They showed up on time, they performed the work flawlessly. They gave me a quote the same day, actually immediately after they looked over my job which I have never heard of. I was very impressed with TerraFirma and highly recommend them.

We worked with TerraFirma on a complex project involving installation of their EverBrace wall stabilization system. The project took a lot of planning and communication leading up to installation, plus a 3-week on-site job. Everyone I interacted with at TerraFirma was warm, communicative, respectful, helpful, and creative in solving any issues that arose. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience. Our project was expensive, and a stressful endeavor for a homeowner, but I felt I was in good hands from start to finish with TerraFirma. Not to mention that the EverBrace solution saved us tens of thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent work - perfectly even walk now!

Both crew's were on time. The crawlspace crew put down plastic from the front door to the crawlspace entrance in a bedroom. Work was completed on time, our closet doors reattached and the areas they worked in or went through left clean and tidy. The sidewalk crew completed their work in a day and even patched a crack we had forgotten to mention to the estimator. If TerraFirma also did crawlspace insulation, that would have been great, but I had to find another company for the insulation.

Travis and his crew were absolutely outstanding. They were very friendly, clean and neat during the process. They informed us of a leak that we had no idea about. Saving us costly damage, we truly appreciate it. I had to go in the crawlspace since they completed the job. Absolutely amazing! Prior to them completing the job, whenever I had to go under, I was 50% sure something was going to jump out and kill me. Now, I feel I can easily camp out there with confidence. The estimator, Tyler, and the applicator, Skyler, were very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Both explained what they were doing and how the process would help our deterioration under our garage floor. The process leveled out our garage floor. I believe it will also help stop the cracks that have increased in size over the years. I believe this process works!

I was pleased with the work of the technician, Schylar. He arrived on time, explained the process, answered my questions, completed the work and conducted a final review with me. He was able to level out a slab floor on an outbuilding with excellent results. Schylar also did a thorough job cleaning up at the end. He also saved me a considerable sum of money by not performing work that was unnecessary. Thank you!

Update: they sent someone back out to inspect the tree and work. Wouldn’t pay for someone to make the tree look nicer and mentioned they could give us a gift card or something for the trouble but never followed up with that. Ended up hiring an arborist on our own. Estimator Derek was very friendly and helpful. Had a much better experience with him than I did with Groundworks. Quote was better too and took about a week to get on the calendar. Was able to get on the schedule fairly quick and they even called with a same day cancellation the Friday before we were scheduled. Work that was done was okay, they were able to lift what we wanted on the main driveway and did their best in front of the steps. Unfortunately they used a jack, which I wasn't expecting, and ended up cracking the slab in front of the steps. It's in the contract that they're not responsible for this so nothing was done to mitigate it. Also a slab next to the large one lifted developed a large crack after they applied the stabilizing foam to the lifted slab. Other issue is that they said it wouldn't be an issue to have the truck down our driveway as they have more than enough hose to work with. Unfortunately they backed the truck right into our magnolia tree and when they were pulling away it ripped a large chunk of branches out.

Wonderful people from start to finish. Morgan, who surveyed the job, Tammi in the office and the guys who did the work were ALL TOP SHELF!!!

The crew did a great job fixing our sinking foundation! Two days and they came in and dug everything up then set the anchors and then backfilled! Great Job!

Contracted for sidewalk and patio leveling and Crack repair. Schylar being the person in charge. Very professional and provided excellent results with final product.

Terra Firma is professional and operates with integrity

We were in the process of selling our house when the buyer's inspector thought our entire front porch concrete area and a supporting post needed to be replaced due to some minor settling of the concrete. I asked TerraFirma if they would send someone to come and inspect the area and get their opinion. Within a few days of my request, Walt Bateman, a System Design Specialist, came and did an inspection. After spending a lot of time measuring and inspecting the front porch area, Walt spend considerable time explaining to me that the buyer's inspector's recommendation was not warranted and he offered a reasonable and easier solution. I was very impressed with Walt's knowledge and his very simple and reasonable explanation of what he found. Walt was very easy to talk to and extremely personable. My experience with Walt and TerraFirma was extremely positive and I would highly recommend them for the services that they offer.

We recently had two wall systems installed for two homes in our HOA. While there were some scheduling challenges along the way, Rocky was incredibly supportive and accommodating, ensuring the entire experience was handled with care and professionalism. He truly went above and beyond to make sure the work was completed with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. I highly recommend TerraFirma, and especially want to recognize Rocky and his partner Harley for the outstanding job they did.

Partick Dunn was quick to visit our site and bid the job in several sections for us to consider. Hillary Mills worked to conveniently schedule us to benefit their schedule and ours. Lastly, Schylar Powers spent a day and a half conscientiously explaining each step in the process... and doing a fine job. We're very pleased.

The process of stabilizing my foundation was done quickly and professionally. Permits and reports were provided upon completion. They were a pleasure to work with. The site visits were scheduled in advance and they were always there when scheduled. The final work was completed when scheduled and the site was cleaned up with minimal disturbance. If I had a question, they were always quick to explain the process. A pleasure to work with.

James and his crew were efficient, kind, and exceeded my expectations. My foundation was needed piers both outside and in the basement, yet they were quick and cleaned up. I even noticed a change in my home’s interior when it was fixed! Cracks closed up. They took care of the whole process, including permits and inspections. And, James communicated, including walking me through, clearly listening to my responses. I recommend TerraFirma, especially James who was the foreman on my job, especially to those who want to be respected, want to understand what is happening, and want good communication throughout the job.

I don’t usually do reviews but in this case people should know this is a first class company. Great communications and no selling you on something you don’t need. John was very professional, he spent time with us expanding what issues he did find, measured the level of the floors, inspected under the house and checked wall and foundation cracks. He also placed a blanket down to collect any dirt from entering and exiting the crawl space inside the house. I highly recommend John from the Eugene office and TerraFirma.
