Professional, communicative, and zero pressure — he clearly takes pride in his work. I didn't move forward with the project through Terra Firma, but that has nothing to do with Seth or the quality of his visit. Highly recommend requesting him specifically. 5 stars.

Zack, Andrew and Joey showed up every day by 8:30, worked their butts off & always left a clean work site... totally 5 stars for these guys. There was a 4th workerbee, but I never got his name & he was great too!

It took awhile to schedule due to them not having enough employees to cover Oregon and Washington. We had this done 10 yrs ago by them to the part that needed it and back then they didn’t tell us that the rest of the house could shift. I wish back then they could’ve put the piers all around the house so all they would have to do is just adjusted it because this time around the expense to do the whole house was something we didn’t expect and opted to do the part that really needed it the most. When we do sell our home, this will be something that we will have to disclose.

Jorge and Juan came out to fix the discharge line. Both were very professional and sweet. Two of the best guys I have ever come across! Cherry on top was that my dogs really liked them, the guys did not mind that the dogs were being nosy, matter of fact they took the time to interact with them, not many people do.
If ever anything needs to be fixed I highly recommend asking for them to do the job. Thank you so much for employing such kind and capable, respectful people.

Bailey was timely and thorough in his assessment, estimate, and reporting on my inquiry about a foundation crack. Although I decided not to have any work done at this time I was pleased with their service.

Tyler came out and did a great job of thoroughly going through the house and taking measurements and pictures to document what need attention. He walked me through options and gave his recommendations. While I had other bids, he kept in contact and checked in to see if I needed anything else. He did a great job working with my unique situation, never pressuring me to go in any other direction then what I comfortable with.

Then Victoria was great is getting everything set-up and connecting me to the crew that would be out to work on the project. They were there promptly the day as scheduled, which I appreciated.
They did a great job of walking me through the process and explaining everything that needed to be done while I was working.

They were fast and communicated clearly throughout the process and made sure I was there when they finished up. They cleaned up better then I expected considering they had to dig up a lot of soil and replaced the fence without it even looking like it was moved. I was able to get back the 1/2 an inch or so back from the chimney moving away from the house, so I was very happy about that! I would highly recommend them again and if I need the house foundatio repaired, would definitely call them back.

Time will tell if everything stays where it is, but so far it's been a wonderful experience. They were competitively priced but seemed like they wanted my business more then the others and made me feel valued.

Pat was so good not only at his job, but is an extremely personable type of communicator, is polite and most of all knowledgeable. I’d say he is going places with this company! It is hard to find adequate people these days, let alone someone who is capable of carrying on an educated and informed conversation while listening to my questions and concerns , then actually (past 5 pm on over-time) taking the time to explain them. He was patient and kind to both me and my young daughter. I appreciated his honesty about working with connected buildings, even if it risked new business for his company. If he isn’t already a manager, he soon will be! If you call Terra Firma i’d suggest asking for Par and if Pat works for you, I’d suggest a raise next review!! lol

We were in the process of selling our house when the buyer's inspector thought our entire front porch concrete area and a supporting post needed to be replaced due to some minor settling of the concrete. I asked TerraFirma if they would send someone to come and inspect the area and get their opinion. Within a few days of my request, Walt Bateman, a System Design Specialist, came and did an inspection. After spending a lot of time measuring and inspecting the front porch area, Walt spend considerable time explaining to me that the buyer's inspector's recommendation was not warranted and he offered a reasonable and easier solution. I was very impressed with Walt's knowledge and his very simple and reasonable explanation of what he found. Walt was very easy to talk to and extremely personable. My experience with Walt and TerraFirma was extremely positive and I would highly recommend them for the services that they offer.

Seth has made this process so streamlined and time efficient. I was concerned about my foundation issue, however he was able to assess the issue and present a viable solution with ease. He explained what had occurred and how to fix/ prevent such issues in the future in a way that left me informed and empowered to make informed decisions about going forward. He and his team has been prompt with communications and even sent photo updates of the work being complete, as I was out of town at the time. I really appreciated Seth going out of his way to make this the best experience possible, taking pride in his work and putting in the extra effort.

Job was on time, on budget, explained completely at each step and the crew (Jose H, Matt A, Ivan, Steven and Manuel) were meticulously clean through each day and cleaning up at the end of the week. Great experience overall, highly recommend.

We were able to get an appointment two days after calling and they were even able to come earlier after checking in to make sure we were available. Even though we were given some hard news about the repairs needed Jason did so in such a friendly and courteous manner. He was very patient with me and explained all of the proposal in detail. I really appreciate all of the time Jason took to help me today. It really made me feel like our house wasn’t just a job.

I was referred to John from Terra Firma when I was looking to have our foundation inspected. John was very friendly and knowledgable and came out to our house to measure and inspect everything. In the end he was able to put our mind at ease and did a great job of explaining different scenarios and what he was looking for.

John even inspected the crawlspace while he was out and provided great feedback there as well. Overall we got a lot of good information and never felt as though we were being pushed into unnecessary services.

Start to finish, great company to work with. Pat was thorough and polite when doing our estimate. Michelle was so nice in handling the scheduling. And, Brooks and Louis were incredibly hard workers who completed the work efficiently and just as expected. Excellent communication through the entire process.

My home is situated on a hillside that slopes south to north and east to west. My foundation stem walls along with my concrete floor were sinking and my floor was out of level. Terra Firma came and sunk several tubes down fifty-seven feet to stabalize my stem wall footings and they injected foam in several areas of my concrete floor to make it level again. They did a fantastic job and they were thourough and left my home in the same condition before they began the work. The only complaint I have is that the estimator indicated that many of the cracks in the concrete floor would close up with the foam and they did not.

Very good experience from day 1. They ended up not needing one of the permits or a window brace like originally planned, of which both items were credited back to me. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and more than tolerant explaining all the little details of what they were doing while I watched the process. I really like that they live streamed their engineers the entire time for QC, and even had a third party review inspection. I chose TerraFirma over 3 other companies for the warranty terms and for them being a long established Oregon local business, and I am very happy with their work and crew. I hope to not have any future structural repairs done but if I do, I will 1000% hire them again. Thanks!

After I bought a 115 year old house built partially into a hill near the top of Council Crest in Portland and discovered that the walls bled water when it rained, two walls were built into a hill and had endured the pressure of water and mud for a century, causing cracks and turning the foundation to crumbles, I called Terra Firma when an neighbor with an old house told me about her experience. Terra Firma has a great reputation. During the first meeting, Hannah walked the property and made a detailed proposal, explaining how Terra Firma would ensure that the walls do not cave in by shoring them up and anchoring them, supplemented with a vapor lock system to keep the water out of the house. NO MORE MUSTY SMELL, THANK YOU! Hannah explained the plan thoroughly, using her iPad to ensure that I understood. It could not get any better than this...I signed the paperwork immediately and contracted for the foundation repair and upgrade. This week, Geovany and his team spent four days working very hard and very smart to finish the project on time, and without any hitches. And they were working hard, very thoughgoing and steadfast.

I am extraordinarily pleased with the work of the TerraFirma team, and how they did it. It is obvious by looking at the work that my basement walls are solid, secure, and dry.

Had Walt come out to Corvallis to assess our concrete slab foundation and he was very knowledgeable of everything he observed surrounding the home's foundation. He took time to understand our concerns and provided us with his solution to our problem. We ended up having a structural engineer come out to asses our home and get his recommendation on if the work was needed.

Although we ended up not needing to have the work done, the structural engineer said that Walt's estimate on the work needed to fix the problem was correct and if our house truly needed it, then he would have recommended the exact same work be done.

In the future, if we have any other concrete/foundation projects around the property, we will definitely be calling Walt again.

I met with Walt Bateman this week to discuss an issue I have that sounded like TerraFirma was a good place to look for a professional opinion. Walt shared his expertise and extensive knowledge of about 30 years of experience in the Eugene / Springfield area regarding geotechnical and residential construction issues and solutions to foundation and concrete structural issues in our wet environment. We discussed a variety of potential alternatives and he left me a relatively easy and cost effective solution for my project. I was very pleased to meet Walt and happy with his response just one day after contacting TerraFirma. We had concerns about the foundation and flooring of the home due to water and moisture in the crawl space. Walt, out of the Roseburg office was very responsive and timely with accurate information for our situation. Ultimately, we decided on crawl space encapsulation. The bid was easy to read and laid out a comprehensive work plan for our home. They were also able to meet our scheduling needs for the timeline of our project.

The foreman was very detailed oriented, gave good consideration to the job, and was very easy to work with. The work done was excellent and the crew left the work site in better condition than what they started with.

Travis and his crew were absolutely outstanding. They were very friendly, clean and neat during the process. They informed us of a leak that we had no idea about. Saving us costly damage, we truly appreciate it.
I had to go in the crawlspace since they completed the job. Absolutely amazing! Prior to them completing the job, whenever I had to go under, I was 50% sure something was going to jump out and kill me. Now, I feel I can easily camp out there with confidence.
