Very pleased with everything about our service! They included our daughter who was helping guide us through the project.

Really good experience, wasn't quite able to get a portion as level as we had hoped. But, did a good job and much improved for the rest of the job. Workers were informative, friendly, and helpful. They cleaned up really well. Did have a water pipe start leaking, but was told previously that it was possible.

Crew was very punctual and professional, let us know whenever they were getting ready to create noise. Excellent job and cleaned up everything each day.

We have a daylight ranch that was built in the mid 20th century. It became apparent that the patches prior owners had done were not cutting it to mitigate the water problem in our space. After consulting with a number of companies, we found Terra Firma's solution was the only version we felt confident would actually solve the problem. Everyone we interacted with from their sales team to their on-site crew were personable, respectful, and worked with us on every step to confirm we were comfortable with the plan, and changes that came up along the way. They finished their work on time, kept the space clean at the end of each day (a 4 day project), not just at the end of the project. We were impressed with their diligence and support throughout the project. I highly recommend them!

Very professional and efficient from start to finish. My front porch had settled around 6 inches on one side, and TF was able to bring it up to level, and was very careful to maintain a slight grade from back to front for water to run off. I was very impressed by their knowledge, friendliness - and the result was very impressive. It was a very good decision to to go with Terra Firma.

Seth is great! Very professional and showed us that he cared about all the issues we are having with our foundation. Seth was at my place for over six hours, trying to find issues and came up with solution. Seth made sure to sit down with us, and answered all of our questions which took over an hour and a half alone of just this discussions. I would highly recommend you to go to Seth with terra firma if you’re having foundation settling issues. He will work hard to provide you a solution and will answer any and all questions.
