We had a great team and a great experience with Jorge, Juan, Manuel, Luis, Aris, and Cristian. They did a terrific job with a full waterproofing system under our home. They were very respectful of our home and treated us with the utmost respect and care. They left the rooms they worked in cleaner than they found them!

Everything was done well and efficiently, The team communicated well with me, and cleaned up after themselves. It was expensive, but I feel confident that the job was done well.

We hiredTerraFirma to waterproof and redo our crawlspace. We live on a hill which means the crawlspace is on a hill, I am sure it wasn't the easiest place to navigate to get the work done. Heather was the projects coordinator and kept us informed of every step of the project, which we really appreciated. Fernando, was the foreman, and his work crew Felipe, Jorge D., and Jose H. were exceptional workers. This was a three-day project and they were always punctual, very polite, and worked extremely hard getting the project done. Noah did an excellent job of inspecting the crawl space, then providing a very thorough explanation of what was found, along with the options for dealing with the repairs.

We had a water mitigation system installed and a complete encapsulation done. It was done in 4 days. The team was so professional and hardworking and the results speak for themselves. We had a plumber and electrician do some work alongside the TerraFirma team and they both commented on the amazing work being done. Our foundation was leaning and they stabilized it, cleaned under the house, and put in a sub pump. We were very happy to get this job done and they did a great job. My husband says every time he asked a question the foreman was very willing to answer. The workers were polite. They arrived when expected and finished the job as promised in the given time.

Seth came over and had a look at my foundation to give me a quote on some work. I was incredibly impressed by how thorough he was with his inspection of my property and the knowledge he had to help me assess the condition of my foundation. Would highly recommend
