Excellent customer service! Submitted online inquiry and received call within same day to schedule Tech to come out to evaluate our foundation undermining issue. Alex quickly summed up the problem and provided quote for repairs. Ken, Service Tech, arrived onsite and fully explained the repair procedures and how it would improve the stability of the foundation. Ken completed the repairs in a very timely manner and cleaned up worksite admirably. We definitely would recommend TerraFirma Foundation Systems as a Five Star vendor!

TerraFirma was excellent helping me with some drainage upgrades and foundation assessment. They provided a free inspection, gave several options, and were willing to work with me on the scope of work to fit my budget. They also helped me prioritize what work was the most important. No complaints.

We had a bedroom floor slab that sank many years ago. We never knew what could be done to bring it back level. After seeing you guys work and bring it back to level, I was completely amazed and very satisfied. I would absolutely use Terra Firma again.

Terrafirma repaired my sunken foundation, lifting the foundation back to where it should be. It is something that I thought couldn't be done but they did it. They are experts at what they do. I could not be happier.

We have Major water under our home due to a natural Spring, so when I don’t hear our pump running I always call. I got a same day service call with Morgaine and She was Amazing!!! She has great ninja skills maneuvering around the water and I was super impressed that she not only fixed the pump that was stuck open (which may have destroyed another pump left unattended) but she did not need the towel I offered her like all the guys need when they are under there!!! Way to go!!! I am super impressed that she was no phased by crawling around there and came up with a smile. Super Professional!!! While our pump system was not cheap it has been worth the money and Terra Firma stands by their products. Thanks for a great Service call Morgaine, wish I could give you a raise!

I had an unusual problem with water drainage and Tyler helped problem solve and worked with me to come up with a solution that ended up costing less than I had expected when we encountered challenges mid job. Jorge, Juan and Manuel completed the job quickly and professionally and the results look great!
