I had crawl space waterproofing performed under my home. It was a two day job. Timothy and his team of Jonathon, Jesse and Moi did a remarkable job and finished as advertised. This entails literally the removable of hundreds of pounds of deteriorated insulation (and other garbage left by the builder) and then encasing the whole area in plastic sheeting. A really dirty job in a VERY restricted work space. Yet, both nights at cessation of work, access from the outside of the home to the crawl space door was left without a hint of mud or residue from underneath the house. At the end of the project, Timothy explained the entire procedure and showed me photos. It looked like a skating rink - bright and white! At $14,000, the procedure is not cheap, but since our home was built on a subterranean spring, necessary. But after seeing all the effort by the workers and the amount of material drug in and out of that crawl space, I definitely got my money's worth. Kudos to Timothy and his team and I highly recommend TerraFirma.

June 28th 2022. Shout-out to TerraFirma Foundation Systems for a job well done repairing our daylight basement foundation wall. The whole process from bidding/estimating through to job completion was a good experience. TerraFirma makes good use of technology to make bid and contract review, as well as payment for services seamless. Timely email communication for scheduling of the job, status updates, including email from the project manager days prior to the scheduled start date. Kevin and his crew showed up a hair early each day of the job. Good attention to detail on site prep and work was per the stated timeline and engineer plans. Really gotta hand it to Kevin and his crew for timeliness and professionalism and attention to detail on a job well done. Thank you Joe (bidding), Tara and all the backoffice folks, as well as Kevin, Brent, and Andrew (the job site crew) for a great customer service experience. JayW

Terra Firma seismically reinforced my home to resist earthquake forces that could cause its wood frame to slide off its concrete foundation. Within about 5 hours, a Terra Firma crew of three bolted steel plates to the perimeter of my home, connected the perimeter stud walls to the concrete foundation walls. The installation was performed professionally, primarily on the exterior, with only only 6 of the 37 plates installed in an interior space where the of the foundation wall was several feet below grade, making exterior installation difficult, if not impossible. Terra Firma's plumber also installed a vibration activated gas supply shut off valve to my gas meter. I'm very pleased with the work and am hopeful that my home will remain habitable after an earthquake.

The crew was polite, informative and great personalities. They cleaned up fantastic. Even the neighbors commented.

We had Terra Firma repair some spalled concrete and cracks in our basement. The price was bit more importantly their staff were polite, professional, and showed up exactly when they said they would.

This is our second job done by Terra Firma. Great experience overall.

Cleaned up the work-site so it was cleaner than when they started and did an all-around bang-up job.
