TerraFirma installed EverBrace on our hundred year old foundation. It was a cost-effective way to proactively prevent foundation failure while also adding waterproofing and earthquake resilience. TerraFirma was a joy to work with, especially considering the size and complexity of the job. Our sales person and project manager made it feel easy from the very beginning. The installation crew was particularly great, always arriving exactly on time, explaining what they were doing each day, and answering any questions. They went above and beyond to not only complete the project as planned (and right on schedule) but also took care to leave the site in better condition than they found it. It's clear that Rocky and Harley take pride in their work. Earthquakes now don't seem as scary, and we love our new clean and dry basement!

In general, I have had good experiences with Terra Firma. All of the people have been nice, and considerate. However, the cement finishing on my last work on my sump pump drain was awful. I’m trying to get them to smooth it out so I can finish replacing the floor tile and door frame. The drain and sump pump work. That’s why it gets 4 stars. The cement job finishing is inexcusably poor, and has to be sanded smooth. The excess cement on the sump pump cover needs to be cleaned off. That should have been done before it hardened!

TerraFirma repaired our deck a few years ago from settling issues. They did a great job so I called them recently to address additional settling concerns with stairs behind the deck and the utility shed. Robert was the technician assigned to the project. Before he began the repairs, he discussed both parts of the project, seeking my input on what to expect with the outcome. I observed him doing his work throughout the day- he was professional and patient with the challenges that come with repairing a 50 year old home. I couldn't be more pleased with the result, and the interactions I had with Robert throughout the day. I highly recommend TerraFirma for repairs to concrete with settling issues.

Terra Firma is professional and operates with integrity

I called TerraFirma to inspect my foundation with idea I may have them retro fit it with bracing for earthquakes. Not an easy inspection either, tight crawl space in 105 year old house. While the company rep could have told me they would be happy to do it, he was very honest and told me that because my foundation was so old and not in the best of shape it probably wouldn't do any good if an earthquake were to happen. As the bracing would more than likely just pull out of the foundation. I was very impressed with the honesty of the company to tell me this rather than just shine me on and take my money for a job that wouldn't really do any good. Terrific communications and corrective work. Long before actual work was done on our sidewalk I knew exactly what to expect. Both pre and post project communications were outstanding. Actual project went smooth and turned out excellent. The two guys that came out were friendly, offered helpful feedback, and answered any and all my questions I had. I was impressed with the process and the professional manner it was conducted. I would recommend this company.

Great work. I had huge foundation issues on a large waterfront project. Terra firma waterproofed my basement and lifted the house on hydolic piers to level it out. They saved my project. Seth was a fantastic project manager and Oscar and Jorge completed the job extremely well. 10/10 would recommend for any foundation issues.
