We have a three year old forever dream home that had shifting clay below it. Nobody was at fault but it was a stressful time to have to invest so soon in the caring of such a new home. Foundation work is not cheap. What I will say is that from day one everyone we worked with were top notch. After the work was completed it was hard to see where the work was done on the exterior of the house. In closing, the engineer on the front end, the project manager to the crew that did the work. We had to have our crawl space taken care of several years ago due to a leak. What was found under our beautiful home was disgusting to say the least. Now I joke that our beautiful crawl space is the cleanest room in our home. With the sump pump and dehumidifier our home stays fresh, warmer in winter and cooler in summer. Terra Firma was nothing short of AMAZING!!! We showed up on a Friday with a question about some subsidence at our location in Roseburg -- and a very tight timeline to take care of it! After the weekend, Morgan Flury was on our doorstep Monday morning. Before he left, we had options and prices and were able to sign a contract on the spot to get things rolling. By Friday morning before the Memorial Day weekend, Jeremie Sherman was out front and ready to work. The job was complete by lunchtime; the subsidence had been ameliorated and the concrete walkway and other concrete area were no longer a tripping or aesthetic problem.
