I have hired many contractors over the year to do work on my 96 year old house. Some have been very good and some disappointing. The last major project was to encapsulate the crawl space under the house. I am delighted with the results and the work done by Nate and his crew. Nate should get a bonus for the superb way he managed the work. He kept me informed every step of the way, is very knowledgeable and kept the crew seemingly happy as they all worked so hard. When Nikki Deyman stepped in as the project manager she did a perfect job keeping the communication lines open so I was always in the loop with no surprises. I can't say enough about these two employees. Bottom line ... I would hire TeraFirma again.

A crew from Terrafirma was out on June 23rd to fix some issues from our original install. Very professional, on time and did an amazing job of keeping us informed on the progress throughout the day. If we need any additional work completed we would definitely make sure we had James Taylor and Chris Raycraft for the job. Both James and Chris went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were happy customers when they completed the work.

Tulane Seville inspected my cracked foundation wall twice at my request. He scheduled convenient times and arrived promptly. He noted important issues with the wall that other contractors failed to notice or take seriously. TerraFima declined to bid after concluding they could not guarantee proper repairs due to the extent of the damage in my foundation wall. Though I have no experience with their repairs I can say that their professional integrity is first rate.

Had waterproofing in basement crawl area where crew added sump pump and Dehumidifier. Crew was exceptional. Friendly, professional and on time. Thanks much to Jorge and Francisco.

Didn't end up choosing TerraFirma for the work we are doing but they were very professional and helpful through the whole process, especially our rep, Bailey. Recommend including them in the bids you get if you need foundation work.
