Steve came to do some routine maintenance. Addressed our concerns and checked a couple of other things while under the house. Very nice, professional and helpful. Looking forward to seeing him next year for our scheduled maintenance.

TerraFirma was excellent helping me with some drainage upgrades and foundation assessment. They provided a free inspection, gave several options, and were willing to work with me on the scope of work to fit my budget. They also helped me prioritize what work was the most important. No complaints.

Quinten, the service technician, did an amazing job of servicing the pumps and the dehumidifier, he thoroughly inspected the encapsulation system as well. He is very knowledgeable about the whole system and answered my questions. He gave some options for 'shipshape' warning system as well as 'Aspen Air 'purifier' both of which I intend to move forward with. Your company is fortunate to have hired this quality of personnel. I am equally satisfied with the original encapsulation crew.

Bailey came out and did an inspection and an estimate. He was thorough, respectful, and honest and represented the integrity of this company well.

Appreciate our service tech Jon S. We had scheduled an annual service check up on our sump pump system. Jon was friendly, communicated well, arrived when he said he would, spent time asking and answering all my questions. Made recommendations for service and pump and took his time to do the job right. Once our old system was replaced he showed us the updates and let us watch him stress test the new system. While we have had multiple contacts/engagements with TerraFirma since we bought our house in 2018, we have been most impressed with Jon and his overall level of service and knowledge and look forward to another year of a water free basement....even in the worst storm conditions! Thank you!

He was so knowledge and really took into account all of the needs of the house structurally and visually. He was extremely professional in house and on the phone. Nothing was over sold or up sold, and every concern I had was listened to and taken into account. Every detail was in the bid neatly and nothing was out of place. From the first very fair estimate given to the completion of the major house leveling project I am totally impressed. There communication was unbelievable. There crews answered my questions throughout the process and left the area better than it was when they started. They completely blew me away. We have utilized the services of TerraFirma multiple times. Most significantly we needed to repair/replace a pair of house support columns and their related foundations. This required a plan of repair, an engineer's stamp, drawings to relate to the relevant building authority and coordination with that authority. TerraFirma handled all the above in a diligent and competent manner. Their office staff was readily accessible and answered questions concisely. The on site crew prompt and capable.

Estimator, installer, and office communications staff were all great. Each person kept me well informed and up to date on progress. I have recommended Terra Firma to neighbors who may need help.

I haven’t used the word “perfectionist” in years, because too often it’s more like, “it’s okay” or “it’s fine”. But I can honestly say that, Dan B. is a perfectionist, with his attention to detail, considering this was very tedious work. He was also exceptionally nice to speak with and timely, considering weather etc.. We wouldn’t hesitate to have Dan back for any future needs.

Very good work. They completed the job in three days, and even came out a few days later when I had more water on the floor. It was a plumbing problem, not waterproofing, which was easily fixed by the plumber. No charge for Terra Firma follow-up visit.
