I had an amazing crew. Brad, my job foreman, communicated throughout the process and problem solved a couple issues with me. His crew worked hard and shared their perspectives as the job progressed. We started with a 4 inch slope and we were able to lift quite a bit. Brad and his crew discussed possible impact on the roof, windows, French doors, and concrete foundation of the garage. They did a great job and addressed issues as they came up. They did additional stabilization where needed and hauled away some concrete. They were awesome. I would work with them again. I give them 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Schylar, the foam foreman, was able to come in the next day and fill the gap created under the porch with foam, as well as bring my sidewalk up to meet the porch and level it with the sidewalk. Schyler was great to work with as well. I am disappointed in the sales technician that evaluated the job. He failed to notice that one side of the front porch was sitting on the foundation and how the porch was going to be affected by the lift. He also failed to notice or consider that I have a flat roof in the center of my home, surrounded on three sides by a peaked roof. This matters because the lift puts pressure upward that would typically carry over to the opposite foundation. This was not shared with me during the sales process. In my case, this pressure comes down where the peaked roof meets the flat roof which is on an interior wall. There is also the possibility that lifting one side of the foundation can cause the opposite side to need stabilization as well. This was not shared during the sales process. I give the sales technician one star ⭐️. When I shared these concerns with David, the field supervisor , I was left with the impression that it is just the way they do business.

Even before the crew was onsite, I very much appreciated Geovany's site visits and communication (along with that of our Project Managers!). The install crew that completed our foundation repairs were just excellent as was the final product. We were very pleased and satisfied with Bryan and his crew members (Oscar, Oscar, and Cam). On the final day Bryan teamed with Nate and his crew of two (Oscar and a person's name I didn't get). All crew members were respectful, tidy, and were able to accommodate our requests as we sought to coordinate extra loud construction periods for our noise sensitive young child.  Bryan, as crew lead, communicated well, sought to always provide a clear explanation of the work, received any and all questions and feedback, sought to install a professional product, and thoughtfully shared what the next day would look like.  The finished product was completed, in my opinion, with integrity both to the contract signed and also to professional construction methods. We have been genuinely satisfied with this particular phase of the work (foundation repair) and I would very much recommend TFFS, and specifically the crew we had onsite, to others facing similar crawlspace/foundation nightmares. Update following waterproofing crew: Now that the final waterproofing phase is complete we are very satisfied with the completed work, as well as the professional manner, of the waterproofing crew. Our crawlspace is completely transformed and probably hasn't ever looked this good in the 43 years since this house was first constructed. We sleep better at night now knowing our foundation is structurally sound and encapsulated. The final week of work by the waterproofing crew saw a thorough and detailed approach as they installed the perimeter drainage, applied the 120-mil vapor barrier along with its heavy duty underlayment, and the foam board - among all the other details they accomplished. The crew went above and beyond, doing even a bit more than I ever expected. Most importantly, for our family, foreman Tim C., with team members Chris R., Tarin S., and Jairo T., were very thoughtful and respectful as we had a child sensitive to loud noise - the crew kept us informed and really worked well to accommodate our needs. Our crew, led by Tim C., not only earned a shout out but please recognize those guys. Perhaps this has been the most surprising part of our journey with TerraFirma - how excellent it has been to work with the onsite foremans and their crews.

one guy did all the work himself. I thought there would be a crew. it is a large driveway. He was a very hard worker and did an excellent job. The work was great but it sure costs a lot.

These folks came in and did a great job start to finish. When there were some difficulties they were there with answers and work arounds, always willing to get the job done to their high standards. James was great on the front end, informing me on the Everbrace information to stabilize our foundation, Sammy put all the pieces and dates together and Rocky, Harlan & Dorian did a great job on site. The basement not only looks great now, but I have the peace of mind that the foundation won't give out from under our home. Thank you!

When I bought my home the previous owners had hidden a serious foundation issue and left my family to cover the cost of repair. It wasn’t caught in the inspection report. I saved for the cost to repair the foundation and contacted Terra Firma. We chose Terra Firma over competition due to the long warranty and their guarantee of their work. I knew it would be done right and the foundation repairs would be over. They set aside two days for work and finished in one. They were respectful of our property, handling our yard and new fence with care. We expected some of our plants would be harmed (which wouldn’t be their fault due to the heavy machinery required). Not at all, there was no damage to any plant life in our yard. They cleaned up and we could barely tell the crew had been there after they left. They knew just how far to push the foundation jack and raised the foundation about 3/4 of an inch which was more than I expected. Overall we’re really pleased with the service and it is a relief to be done with such a large home repair. The next home owner won’t be burdened with the cost and surprise of repairing the foundation and they will have the warranty which is a selling point for our home. Everyone in the process was helpful, kind and easy to work with.

Schylar Powers showed up to fix our garage floor and was very professional the whole while he was working. He explained to us what he was going to do and showed us step by step as he went along. It is beautiful and we really appreciate the service. Thank you.

Fourth project completed by Terrafirma for our property and while not everything always goes according to plan, they make good and stand behind quality customer service. TerraFirma was excellent helping me with some drainage upgrades and foundation assessment. They provided a free inspection, gave several options, and were willing to work with me on the scope of work to fit my budget. They also helped me prioritize what work was the most important. No complaints.
