They provided a whole new drainage system with new vapor barrier and leveled our mobile home. I found them to be highly professional, extremely conscientious and thorough. They explained everything to me and made sure I understood and felt comfortable with whatever they were doing. I would highly recommend them if you are needing the same type of service.

I couldn't be happier with my newly repaired driveway. Casey and Rico and their fellow workers pumped in foam to help divert water that was causing my driveway to crack. They stabilized the slabs and sealed up the cracks to prevent further erosion from the top. The work looks tremendous. It's like a new driveway!

TerraFirma Foundation Systems is excellent at basement waterproofing. Be sure to ask about all the available options so you can choose the one that’s right for you. The company is very capable, but it’s important to do your research before making a decision. The crew—Antonio, Jessi, and Casey—worked extremely well together. Antonio is especially sharp; whenever I suggested an idea, he immediately understood what I meant and offered an even better solution on the spot.

I needed to have 20 posts in my crawl space replaced and seismically upgraded. Bridget came out, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and set up the project. Tony, harley, sebastian, came and did the work. They could not have been more friendly and professional. The work was done quickly and skillfully. Very excited to have this project completed and done so well!

Pat was so good not only at his job, but is an extremely personable type of communicator, is polite and most of all knowledgeable. I’d say he is going places with this company! It is hard to find adequate people these days, let alone someone who is capable of carrying on an educated and informed conversation while listening to my questions and concerns , then actually (past 5 pm on over-time) taking the time to explain them. He was patient and kind to both me and my young daughter. I appreciated his honesty about working with connected buildings, even if it risked new business for his company. If he isn’t already a manager, he soon will be! If you call Terra Firma i’d suggest asking for Par and if Pat works for you, I’d suggest a raise next review!! lol

I feared the worst when I noticed small cracks to drywall or porch columns leaning so I called for an evaluation. Clay Carter thoughtfully called ahead to tell me he could stop by earlier than my scheduled appointment I had made a month or so in advance. He spoke with me, walked me around, inspected my foundation and began to tell me my fears may be unnecessary. After taking measurements to judge how level my house is and inspecting my house inside and out, Clay confirmed a known drainage issue causing some shifting soil in the front as being my main area of concern. He offered sound advice with real talk and didn’t try to sell me on anything. It is refreshing to have honest advice from qualified experts. Clay Carter is one of the good ones. Odd thing to say, but I almost hope to have a need to hire this company at some point and won’t hesitate reaching out if that time comes. Knowing they staff their fleet with straight shooters putting a homeowners mind at ease - I’ll recommend them to anyone I talk to.

This was truly an awesome experience, from the time Will arrived to do the estimate, to completion of the job a little more than a week later. Will gave us great insight as to the foundation and build of our home. We were having issues with a back patio and front steps that were added to the property post build and had sunk quite a bitt. All the folks we dealt with at TerraFirm were friendly, informative, helpful and kind. From our initial contact with Hillary to schedule appointments, to our very informative meeting with Will for the appraisal and estimate, and a very special shout-out to Schylar and Jonny, for a very cool learning experience during installation. After years of battling water problems, we had TerraFirma install a sump pump system and vapor barriers in our basement in 2017. It changed our lives! The system has worked wonderfully and even better, no more anxiety every time it rains that we will end up baling water with buckets. We have our system serviced every year to maintain quality. The technicians are always very helpful and professional. Stevo Clay was out today for our annual service and he was thorough and informative. We are grateful for the peace of mind we have knowing our system is good working order.

Quality people doing quality work. Professional and fast. Two separate teams - led by Robert and Augustus - each with different responsibilities - meshed together perfectly to complete our difficult foundation renovation. Even when unexpected supplies were needed - they were quickly delivered and the teams stayed on schedule. After seeing a TerraFirma commercial on TV - I must mention Ryan Bothman. He was our System Designer and was our first contact - and immediately impressed us with his knowledge and listening skills. He was available throughout the project, answering our questions and communicating hiccups, as well as progress. We have utilized the services of TerraFirma multiple times. Most significantly we needed to repair/replace a pair of house support columns and their related foundations. This required a plan of repair, an engineer's stamp, drawings to relate to the relevant building authority and coordination with that authority. TerraFirma handled all the above in a diligent and competent manner. Their office staff was readily accessible and answered questions concisely. The on site crew prompt and capable.

The work was done in two days. The problems with the very heavy concrete problems was addressed, and it does look much better which is appreciated. Jeramie was good, worked so hard. Jason did the review before it all started, very easy to work with. It does look much better, it was worth the expensive costs. Thank you!

Fast work, was able to get us scheduled fairly quickly before any more damage could happen to the foundation (was sort of sinking or settling). The clean up of the dust could have been better, and I spoke with them about it. I am very happy that my kitchen cupboards are now back up to the ceiling, the 1/4" gap is gone. It took months for things to settle in, but am very glad I went with Terrafirma.

I had several companies to choose from to do this very big project on my crawl space. I’m very happy I went with Terra Firma. The team who came out were so respectful and clean. They were there on time every day and had all the needed materials for the day lined up. They worked very well together and cleaned up after such that It was hard to tell they had been around! Jorge was the leader and let me know when they were arriving each day and what to expect each day. The other team members Jose V and Juan were so good with my small niece who would watch them go in and out the door with all of the buckets of sand and gravel and were extra careful to make sure she didn’t run out. The work done is excellent!! This work was done well and done right so the expense was well placed and will improve the life of this home. Terra Firma installed tiers on the side of my home that showed Early evidence of Unstable foundation. It wasn’t cheap but with a 75 year guarantee I am confident it was the best repair.

The crew at Terra Firma were professional, smart and communicated very well for my project. They worked hard all day everyday in completing my project. My crawl space needed a French drain and sump pump set up as well as removal of all insulation, mold remediation and new vapor barrier. It should have been a simple job by all accounts. After they started to dig, it became clear that this was not gong to be ordinary. They ran into a layer of very hard clay that required much more work than anyone thought. They brought in every power toll they could fit into the crawl space to get it done. at the end of the day everyday no matter how tired they were, they cleaned up the work space and informed me of the status. They covered and protected my floors with no accidents as my crawl space is accessed through the interior of my house. Colin the Forman on the job worked extremely hard with no quit attitude, even when he was unexpectedly short handed one day. All other crew members were also very hard working, friendly and professional. I would recommend Terra Firma and would have them back if I need anymore work done. Thank you all at Terra Firma.
