James and his crew were efficient, kind, and exceeded my expectations. My foundation was needed piers both outside and in the basement, yet they were quick and cleaned up. I even noticed a change in my home’s interior when it was fixed! Cracks closed up. They took care of the whole process, including permits and inspections. And, James communicated, including walking me through, clearly listening to my responses. I recommend TerraFirma, especially James who was the foreman on my job, especially to those who want to be respected, want to understand what is happening, and want good communication throughout the job.

Bailey came out and did a thorough walk through, listened to my project plans, was very helpful and polite!

Travis and the crew did an excellent job with our crawlspace project. They were always on time even though they were coming from Roseburg to Bend, and great with giving updates as they went. We love our new crawlspace now and grateful for cleaner air, better temperature regulation in the home as well as the added benefit of extra storage. Thanks TerraFirma!

The crew were on time, introduced themselves and made sure that we were all on the same page as far as what they were doing. Lifted the back patio up and leveled the sidewalk to martch. Looks great! This was our 2nd time using Terrafirma & we were satisfied with the work of Antonio, Jesse & Kamron. Antonio called us when they would arrive & apologized for being little late. They were done with our project…just as they promised. They also took time to walk through the project & answer our questions beforehand. And, they walked us through afterwards. They did a great job. Also, they tidied up after the project t was done. I would definitely recommend them to others because I trust their work.

We had a great experience with TerraFirma. The crew that waterproofed our basement were Aris, Manuel, and Cristian, and they were super pro and cleaned up everyday after work. This crew was just great, they were friendly and worked hard every day. Give these guys a raise!

Great work from James and his crew! Thanks to Morgan, David and Hilary for the additional assistance. These folks went above and beyond also fixing a lock on a sliding glass door as well as installing 20 piers and 4 smart jacks for the residence. Very thorough evaluation initially from Morgan which is why I chose TF over their main rivals who just breezed through the place in 30 mins or so. Morgan spent nearly 2 hours after taking measurements and showing me detailed videos about the bedrock and clay deposits under all these houses in W. Eugene. House feels solid now! These work crews they have make rapid progress and stick to their time estimate which frankly seemed doubtful at the end of day 2 of 6. But sure enough they were all tidied up and done by mid day of day 6, just amazing!

We had concerns about the foundation and flooring of the home due to water and moisture in the crawl space. Walt, out of the Roseburg office was very responsive and timely with accurate information for our situation. Ultimately, we decided on crawl space encapsulation. The bid was easy to read and laid out a comprehensive work plan for our home. They were also able to meet our scheduling needs for the timeline of our project.

Jayden inspected my house and gave a thorough report of the findings. I’m very happy with the service, and would call again if needed.

The foreman was very detailed oriented, gave good consideration to the job, and was very easy to work with. The work done was excellent and the crew left the work site in better condition than what they started with.

I purchased two waterproofing systems from them a few years back. After the rain the past couple days its time to leave a glowing review. They did an interior drain in my basement and a separate drain tile system in my crawlspace. Both systems have been working flawlessly for 3 or 4 years now with zero water intrusion into my basement that I totally renovated after their install. They've also come out every year as promised for servicing. Thankful for connecting with them. After hearing the river of water enter into the pump and it go off every minute or so for nearly 12 hours yesterday, they deserve 5 stars. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very thorough and informative.

Overall, they did a great job. Very easy to work with very professional. The guys who came to my house were great. They were very friendly and very kind. The foreman was exceptional. The individuals I talked to on the phone were very professional, very nice. They worked with me and got things done when I could get them done. I would recommend them to anybody.

Bailey came out to do an inspection of our foundation to let us know what shape it was in and what kind of work might need to be done. He was thorough and honest about the condition of our foundation so we could make informed decisions about next steps with our property.

Job was on time, on budget, explained completely at each step and the crew (Jose H, Matt A, Ivan, Steven and Manuel) were meticulously clean through each day and cleaning up at the end of the week. Both crew's were on time. The crawlspace crew put down plastic from the front door to the crawlspace entrance in a bedroom. Work was completed on time, our closet doors reattached and the areas they worked in or went through left clean and tidy. The sidewalk crew completed their work in a day and even patched a crack we had forgotten to mention to the estimator. If TerraFirma also did crawlspace insulation, that would have been great, but I had to find another company for the insulation.

I am very pleased with the completed work raising the back door porch entry, they were on time, very polite and professional, had all the tools and equipment to do the job.

We had Jason back this year for another service. He is the best guy super informative can’t wait to have him back next year. We have had our pump system for a little over a year now, the winter before we had up to over 1 ft of water under our house, this last winter nothing it was bone dry. I can’t say enough good about your company. We just had Jason out to do the first service on it and what a guy, he showed me how to check a couple things on the up coming season. We will definitely have Jason back next year to do our service again that guy is an asset to your company! Thank you Satisfied Customer

Communication prior to work was great. Project manager explained how the work would go. The day the crew showed up the foreman went over the work plan and asked if I had any concerns, which I did and he was able to explain and accommodate without any problems. The crew put down plastic to minimize any mess or marks on my concrete and cleaned up post project work. I’m very satisfied with the work and complement the crew.

I had a sump pump installed and these guys were fantastic from start of project to finish. Mychelle answered all my questions, Andrew and team were punctual, professional and got the job done fast, plus no mess. Thanks guys.

Start to finish, great company to work with. Pat was thorough and polite when doing our estimate. Michelle was so nice in handling the scheduling. We had Tyler from TerraFirma come out to bid fixing a standing water issue in our crawlspace. He was thorough (crawled the entire crawlspace), knowledgeable and responsive to questions. As a real estate agent having access to good contractors is vital, and his professionalism has placed TerraFirma solidly on our short list.

I was referred to John from Terra Firma when I was looking to have our foundation inspected. John was very friendly and knowledgable and came out to our house to measure and inspect everything. In the end he was able to put our mind at ease and did a great job of explaining different scenarios and what he was looking for. John even inspected the crawlspace while he was out and provided great feedback there as well. Overall we got a lot of good information and never felt as though we were being pushed into unnecessary services. I will certainly be reaching out to Terra Firma for any future needs!

Extremely professional, and above and beyond in their work.

Very good experience from day 1. They ended up not needing one of the permits or a window brace like originally planned, of which both items were credited back to me. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and more than tolerant explaining all the little details of what they were doing while I watched the process. I really like that they live streamed their engineers the entire time for QC, and even had a third party review inspection. I chose TerraFirma over 3 other companies for the warranty terms and for them being a long established Oregon local business, and I am very happy with their work and crew. I hope to not have any future structural repairs done but if I do, I will 1000% hire them again. Thanks!
