Crawlspace encapsulation!💥

I had a narrow but long concrete path that had heaved over the years and was cracked in a couple of places. Terra Firm leveled it perfectly and filled the cracks and gaps beautifully. Now I have a level path that I plan to expand with pavers on both sides. Huge cost savings, as my other option was to rip out the concrete and do a total reboot. Great people and a fair price for the work done. They were all done in one day and came back promptly to redo one gap between pads that wasn't just perfect. I highly recommend the Terra Firma experience. Bryna and Ken were a pleasure to work with.

Dorian was great, very communicative and informative as I was really curious about the technology used and the process. Our pool deck is on a hill and had cracked due to water flowing under it for years. Little by little it was lifted into place and high spots were ground down.

The seller used TerraFirma to put in moisture control system in the crawl space and the company worked with the owner to get the project done before I closed on the purchase. They gave me good documentation and warranty info and did a walk-through with me. They were very thorough and professional.

On November 13, 14 and 20th, 2017, it was our pleasure to have Terrafirma work crew at our home in Medford, Oregon. We were appre-hensive after one bad general contractor experience which left us with one end of our home requiring foundation stabilization and a concrete 15 step curved front entry needing both stabilization and filling work to be done. It took but a short time to come to the realization that we had made the right decision. They were on time, fully equipped and exceedingly professional. They functioned as a finely oiled machine. Each member was part of the team and each seemed to know his job almost without verbal communication It was a sight to behold, not only the quiet efficiency but the willingness to answer all questions without hesitation and to do whatever was needed or required to make us feel that in their minds we were the most important people there. That impression was exhibited by every workman on site. Their work was finished on time and as far as we can see with excellent results. We cannot recommend Terrafirma STRONGLY ENOUGH. This extends to their office administration, Amber Gausnel of Customer Development; Rob Philby, Sales Representative; Wes Johnson, On-site Foreman/Supervisor; his crewmen, Robert, Jason and Mason; and James Cross, Polylevel Supervisor. These guys were fantastic! Luis Juarez and his team did an amazing job. We had minimal disruption, and the job site was kept clean at all times. The resulting stability of the building is great. They were responsive to our questions, courteous at all times, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mike and his team were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. They placed 14 piers (and cleaned up the mess) in a day and a half. What a thrill to be able to latch my back doors again!
