He handled our odor problem by servicing our Terra Firma system, by discovering and patching a critter entry hole in the plastic barrier, and getting rid of the dead rat carcass. We just wrapped up work with TerraFirma and have had a good experience working with them with regard to cost, professionalism, and follow-through on what's been communicated. Third, they were professional and communicated clearly during the project, with both Oscar C and Tyler S managing communication with us and their crew and completing the work just as described. Fifth, the job cost almost exactly what TF originally quoted. And finally, they've been great about closing the job and responding to questions as we wrapped everything up. It took awhile to schedule due to them not having enough employees to cover Oregon and Washington. We had this done 10 yrs ago by them to the part that needed it and back then they didn’t tell us that the rest of the house could shift. I wish back then they could’ve put the piers all around the house so all they would have to do is just adjusted it because this time around the expense to do the whole house was something we didn’t expect and opted to do the part that really needed it the most. When we do sell our home, this will be something that we will have to disclose.
