We wanted the best and we got the best, we didn't even call around, we called terraFirma. We.live on the Oregon Coast, Beaver, Oregon. Casey came out and was here for two hours. He went under our 102 year old house and came out with pictures. He immediately had several options with prices, we were impressed already. We called him the next to say we wanted the biggest one. 21 smart jacks, a main beam replacement, total encapsulation with dehumidifier and sump pump. TerraFirma scheduled us for the next month which for us was extremely fast, we counted the days and as said, Aris, Brad and Jose were here right on time. To the owner of terraFirma, these young men should be commended for their professional, excellent work ethics. They were all very polite, very hard working young men. I would come out of the house and they would all wave and say good morning. Even in the afternoon they would wave to me. These three men spent 8 days under our house on their stomachs, sides and backs, hauling everything out in trash bags (about 50) and the then the rock that they hauled under for the trench, all while laying down because of the foot and a half clearance under their. I'll get where I'm going here, Casey, Aris, Jose and Brad were all excellent and I'm sure you're very proud as I am honored to have met and kinda know them. Thank you Andrew K for doing an excellent job smoothing out our sidewalk. There were extra challenges because of tree roots but Andrew thoughtfully came up with effective solutions and minimal grinding. He was on time, efficient, and very helpful. A job well done!

Tyler came out and did a great job of thoroughly going through the house and taking measurements and pictures to document what need attention. He walked me through options and gave his recommendations. While I had other bids, he kept in contact and checked in to see if I needed anything else. He did a great job working with my unique situation, never pressuring me to go in any other direction then what I comfortable with.

Then Victoria was great is getting everything set-up and connecting me to the crew that would be out to work on the project. They were there promptly the day as scheduled, which I appreciated.
They did a great job of walking me through the process and explaining everything that needed to be done while I was working.

They were fast and communicated clearly throughout the process and made sure I was there when they finished up. They cleaned up better then I expected considering they had to dig up a lot of soil and replaced the fence without it even looking like it was moved. I was able to get back the 1/2 an inch or so back from the chimney moving away from the house, so I was very happy about that! I would highly recommend them again and if I need the house foundatio repaired, would definitely call them back.

Time will tell if everything stays where it is, but so far it's been a wonderful experience. They were competitively priced but seemed like they wanted my business more then the others and made me feel valued.

Bailey came out to do an inspection of our foundation to let us know what shape it was in and what kind of work might need to be done. He was thorough and honest about the condition of our foundation so we could make informed decisions about next steps with our property.

The crew from TerraFirma, Andrew, Zach, Kayden and Zoey just finished our water issue correction in our crawl space. They did a FANTASTIC job! Mr. Stanford did a thorough inspection of our crawlspace and gave us the honest opinion that very little needed to be addressed. He was very professional and clearly very experienced. This was after a competitor came out and tried to convince us we needed an $18,000 encapsulation.

I don’t usually do reviews but in this case people should know this is a first class company. Great communications and no selling you on something you don’t need. John was very professional, he spent time with us expanding what issues he did find, measured the level of the floors, inspected under the house and checked wall and foundation cracks. He also placed a blanket down to collect any dirt from entering and exiting the crawl space inside the house. I highly recommend John from the Eugene office and TerraFirma.

My wife and I recently bought a house and after removing carpet in the addition, we found fairly large cracks in the slab. Not sure of the severity we called terrafirma. They sent Dan out. Super cool dude and very informative. He was able to give us a solution to our problem. They were also able to fit us into their schedule quickly which was nice considering we had bare floors that needed to be finished. I would highly recommend terrafirma and co!

We had some basement flooding in our house and after learning the cause, we started the work of getting quotes and inspections from Foundation specialists. When we called TerraFirma, Bailey was able to make time for our inspection within the week. From the jump, Bailey was very communicative, and set expectations upfront. He asked what was going on, looked at some suspected intrusion points and then let me know he'd carry on with the inspection and would let me know when he was ready for me. No awkward standing around or wondering how long it would take. Bailey was very thorough with his inspection and had an impressive presentation once he'd made a diagnosis. He told me his ideas and then asked me mine and we both felt good about the plan walking away from it. Ultimately our timeline didn't work out and we personally had to go a different direction, but if it did I'm confident we'd be in good hands with Bailey and TerraFirma!

One suggestion for management: please focus on bringing happiness to your customers rather than worrying too much about potential lawsuits.

Communication prior to work was great. Project manager explained how the work would go. The day the crew showed up the foreman went over the work plan and asked if I had any concerns, which I did and he was able to explain and accommodate without any problems. The crew put down plastic to minimize any mess or marks on my concrete and cleaned up post project work. I’m very satisfied with the work and complement the crew.

Seth has made this process so streamlined and time efficient. I was concerned about my foundation issue, however he was able to assess the issue and present a viable solution with ease. He explained what had occurred and how to fix/ prevent such issues in the future in a way that left me informed and empowered to make informed decisions about going forward. He and his team has been prompt with communications and even sent photo updates of the work being complete, as I was out of town at the time. I really appreciated Seth going out of his way to make this the best experience possible, taking pride in his work and putting in the extra effort.

The crew that stabilized the back corner of my house was experienced, professional, efficient and communicative. Luke, Tyson and Kyle kept me informed on their progress, discussed recommended changes to the original work order, reviewed the results of their work and left the site clean.

We had concerns about the foundation and flooring of the home due to water and moisture in the crawl space. Walt, out of the Roseburg office was very responsive and timely with accurate information for our situation. Ultimately, we decided on crawl space encapsulation. The bid was easy to read and laid out a comprehensive work plan for our home. They were also able to meet our scheduling needs for the timeline of our project.

Jayden inspected my house and gave a thorough report of the findings. I’m very happy with the service, and would call again if needed.

I was referred to John from Terra Firma when I was looking to have our foundation inspected. John was very friendly and knowledgable and came out to our house to measure and inspect everything. In the end he was able to put our mind at ease and did a great job of explaining different scenarios and what he was looking for.

John even inspected the crawlspace while he was out and provided great feedback there as well. Overall we got a lot of good information and never felt as though we were being pushed into unnecessary services.

I had Bailey come out to do an estimate for crawlspace encapsulation and some drainage work in the basement. Bailey spent 2 hours at the house and on the phone with me in total (not counting the work he did on his own), doing a very thorough work up of the house and patiently explaining what my options were, and what might be better for my renovation contractor to do. I really appreciated Bailey's willingness to think through different options - some that didn't include work for his company - and teach me about crawlspaces!

Noah arrived punctually and impressed from the get-go! He was here for an estimate visit and began with the explanation of how the appointment would be performed He was very thorough in explaining every detail and options available to me. Although I have not committed, Noah’s professionalism and knowledge were on point and I am definitely going to consider using Terra Firma for my sagging kitchen floor. Stay tuned…

2/16/26 update: My sump pump broke in December due to the high level of iron in the soil under my house. Terra Firma responded quickly and replaced the pump with no issue. Great customer service and a great team / experience! Thank you Terra Firma!

Seth has been amazing to work with! I have been working with Seth on designing my crawlspace drainage system. Seth has been extremely helpful, patient, and professional. I've pestered him every day, multiple times a day with questions, asked for revisions to my quote, clarifications, and have been an all-around pest. Through it all, Seth has been responsive, communicative, and thorough. The work is scheduled for Mid-May 2024. I will update my review after the work is done with how it went with the crew and the job they did.
