Our foundation was leaning and they stabilized it, cleaned under the house, and put in a sub pump. We were very happy to get this job done and they did a great job. My husband says every time he asked a question the foreman was very willing to answer. The workers were polite. They arrived when expected and finished the job as promised in the given time.

On time, professional, and completed job on schedule.

We had questions about our basement and foundation and booked Terra Firma to take a look at it. Our visit with their specialist Walt was very informative and helpful. He had a lot of experience, didn’t try to sell us on any unnecessary services, and gave us good advice.

We are extremely satisfied with our TerraFirma experience! We had a street tree that had wrecked our sidewalk. Lauren was prompt, very thorough and professional with her initial assessment and estimate. Jonathan, our project manager, was very responsive, helpful, and communicative and set everything up with us, his team, and our arborist seamlessly. When the project day arrived, Kevin the site foreman was amazing - he called to give us an ETA, arrived on time, was very thorough and transparent, communicative and respectful of our space. His team got straight to work and worked efficiently as a team. The crew, Jake, Brent, and Alex were all extremely knowledgeable, skillful, polite, and cooperated well to get the work done quickly. They were all very informed about the project’s plans and worked well alongside the arborist when he arrived to grind out the tree roots so they could set their forms. We had a substantial setback due to the arborist accidentally knicking a water hose, but the TerraFirma crew acted fast and took charge. They quickly problem-solved with the arborist and handled it, and checked back in to make sure things had been resolved to our liking before moving ahead. At the end of the first day, they even hauled a small pile of rubble we had in our driveway from an unrelated project. Amazing! On the second day, Kevin’s crew arrived promptly once again and in good spirits. They quickly poured the sidewalk and it now looks exceptionally smooth, clean, and exactly what we were hoping for. Kevin, Jake, Brent, and Alex were awesome, highly skilled, personable, and we are more than pleased with their high quality professional work! Highly recommend!!!!! Update: The city said the grade of our finished sidewalk was off by 0.5% and ultimately needed to be torn out and repoured. We were pretty mad about it (mad at the city's ridiculous specs, not mad at TF) but TF was great and swiftly scheduled the repour. A TF team from Roseberg came out and demo'd and readied the site, then Ken and Mike (amazing guys!) came out to do the repour. They also filled in the sides of the new sidewalk with topsoil so it looked really nice. Ken and Mike did a great job and now we have a beautiful, city-approved sidewalk! Thanks guys!

I hired TerraFirma to do a seismic retrofit on my house. The entire experience was outstanding! They showed up exactly when they said they would. The job was completed in the expected time and they cleaned up after themselves. I feel like the cost of the project was more than reasonable for the peace of mind l now have, knowing l have done what l can to protect my home in the event of an earthquake. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional company to work on their foundation.

Dorian was great, very communicative and informative as I was really curious about the technology used and the process. Our pool deck is on a hill and had cracked due to water flowing under it for years. Little by little it was lifted into place and high spots were ground down.

James and his crew of Chris and Tarin were hard working, professional,and did a great job on our large crawl space, which had water and rotting beans from years of coastal storms. James, crew boss, communicated with us every step of the way. Definitely would recommend Terra Firma!

We had successfully used Terra Firma about 10 years ago, so when we had a water incursion this year in a different part of the house we naturally turned to them again. To address water coming through a wall in our daylight basement, they installed their Water Guard and Vapor Lock products, plus a sump pump system. The result looks solid and neat. Haven’t yet had a chance to test it in a downpour, but I’m very confident that if there’s an issue, TF will make it right. I know that because some of our rickety plumbing got dislodged during this process and started to leak. TF stepped up and sent 2 high-quality plumbers, and they found every issue and fixed them all. The install crew themselves were super-courteous and tidy, and they worked overtime to get the job done timely. Kudos to Antonio Rodriguez, Jacob Rodriguez, Rico Aguilar, and Jonathan Heredia.

Was an expensive but pleasant experience thanks to everyone involved especially Amber who went above and beyond customer service expectations. Taylor was great; knows his business; a very efficient, helpful and thorough leader. Mike and Billy were both very thorough and kind as well. Very pleased with the job.
