The guys were very friendly, professional & polite, kept me updated on what they were doing & when they were doing it.

Seth came out today to check under my house to give an assessment on ways I can improve my foundation for earthquake protection. He was awesome. He was on time and very personable. He explained things (with pictures) very clearly and answered all my questions. I was very impressed. 🙂

Working with this company was so easy. I was pretty nervous when I found out that I had hollow cavities under my basement cement floor. Terra Firma put me right at ease. They sent me lots of materials on what they do & the product that I would have applied to fix my floor. Everyone I worked with was incredibly friendly, helpful, & professional. I would definitely recommend them to others for any foundation or cement slab raising needs (they also raised a low spot on my driveway that was directing rainwater to my house).

TerraFirma did an excellent job of leveling my driveway. It is no longer a tripping hazard. While it took several months to complete the the driveway spacing repair due to finding a couple of dry days, when they finally finished the job, they did a great job. The guys were professional and worked hard to make things right.

Eric was incredibly knowledgeable about home structure and foundation support. You can tell he genuinely cares about his line of work, and helping people find peace in stressful situations.

Oscar and his team were on-time, professional, communicative, and efficient. The crew did an excellent job of conducting the work and maintaining an organized worksite. Oscar walked the job with me at the start and end of each day (as well as intermittently as needed) to make sure I understood issues and could participate in solutions where necessary. The crew closed-up the job site at the end of each day in a professional manner. They even had to work through a 'bomb cyclone' in a coastal environment and made it look like 'just another Thursday' - Bravo!

They additionally were thorough during the install, answered all my questions and even made final adjustments with me on-site before leaving to ensure my satisfaction. 4 different crews always showed up on time had all equipment needed to finish that days work. Cleaned up area when finished and always answered all my questions about the process.
