Zack and Morgaine did an excellent job resolving our issues with squeaky floors, caused by unevenly tightened smart jacks. Super knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the problem. They were extra awesome, and let me borrow some knee pads so I could tag along into the crawlspace. Great chance to get over my anxiety with small spaces and to check the plumbing work by a previous contractor! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Will definitely be working with the team in the future if something comes up 😀

Jaden came out and reassured us that our foundation was good but our garage floor is settling. We look forward to working with Jaden and Terrafirma in early summer to fix the problem.(Too difficult to move everything off garage floor this time of year) Thanks again Jaden for your professionalism.

Terra Firma Foundations did an excellent job encapsulating my Vancouver home’s crawl space: is now now clean, well-insulated, rodent-free and moisture-free. The crew was absolutely OUTSTANDING: Jorge Valencia plus Juan and Manuel. They worked in very cramped space with many obstacles (ductwork) to maneuver around, and they were skilled, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Five stars for the company and the crew. .

I had a pleasant experience with TF. The estimated end time was noon but they stuck with until 6pm. I was impressed how they wanted to get it done right.

Five stars aren't enough. We had a sizable project on an old house in tight quarters with neighbors who were concerned. We knew going into our project that there was going to be a lot of guesswork in the planning, and that whomever we hired for the project would have to make changes on the fly. The planning team was very clear about what they knew, and what they were inferring based on their experience and what they might discover when they started excavating. They presented us with us a few different proposals with breakdowns of the cost and a list of the pros and cons of every plan, answering all of our questions before we finalized our choice. The whole team at Terra Firma was incredible throughout; clear, consistent communication about the progress on the project and how it evolved as the plans encountered reality. It was a job well done with consistent care and extra effort. Whether it was the on-site team or the office staff supporting the project, everyone was a genuine pleasure to work with.

The first person I met from the company was John Stanford and he was very thorough, answered all my questions and worked with me on designing a plan I could understand. The crew who arrived, on time and ready to work were outstanding, Jeremy who was the Foreman was well versed in the process, Joe and Josh were very good workers as well, they all went about their tasks with energy and enthusiasm, their work product was excellent, the materials used were top of the line, I looked the products up and am very pleased with the selection. The job was done in the expected time and they cleaned up the site every day, and when they were done the work area and the staging areas were clean. I was a General Contractor in CA, I have been around a lot of job sites, this company and its employees are top notch in my opinion.

Very professional to work with. They seemed to have a better grasp of our home’s foundation health than competitors, including how we needed to modify our approach to make it safe. Luis, Sebastian, and Rudi did a great job on our basement and kept us informed of their progress each day.

Great people to work with, very responsive and helpful. The system Terra Firma installed in our home has needed numerous service visits over the past three years but every time they have responded quickly and professionally. Some of these visits could have been avoided if we had gotten better explanations from them about how our system works. We're hoping that the most recent visit resolves our issues. 11-11-22: excellent service call today with Charlie who did a complete system check, maintenance, and also checked out the ant damage under our house and provided an estimate for repair costs. Very courteous, competent service.
