Very professional, prompt, friendly and good work. TerraFirma was a great company to work with as they made every appointment, completed the job well, and explained everything.

Had TF raise the cement front porch of our house. The entire process, first contact, through the bid, through the job, through the billing, went smoothly. Their price was very competitive.

We have used TerraFirma twice, once to level the foundation of our home at the garage and once to attempt to level the walkway and front step. Although the second operation was not successful and some damage was incurred, TerraFirma was professional all the way. We were able to come to a financial agreement that satisfied both parties.

Bradley, Eric, Jose and others did a great job on our Everbrace foundation project. They all worked very hard and it shows in the finished product. It looks Awesome! They were respectful and cleaned up the job site daily. Thanks for a job well done!

Paul Anderson originally came out to estimate the job and advise us of any problems that we might expect. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Jeremy, the technician leveled our walkways was efficient and friendly. He Worked on his own and completed the leveling and injection of foam quickly and accurately. I love TerraFirma. We had a new foundation with a sump pump and dehumidifier four years ago. First, it is so great having a dry basement! Each year, TerraFirma sends someone to check the sump pump and the dehumidifier. Jeff did the inspection last year and this year. He showed me what he was doing, documented with pictures, answered my questions and showed up on time! This has been my experience with every interaction I have had from the beginning of the project to the follow-up. Here is a picture of the new foundational wall and my workout area.

Very good experience from day 1. They ended up not needing one of the permits or a window brace like originally planned, of which both items were credited back to me. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and more than tolerant explaining all the little details of what they were doing while I watched the process. I really like that they live streamed their engineers the entire time for QC, and even had a third party review inspection. I chose TerraFirma over 3 other companies for the warranty terms and for them being a long established Oregon local business, and I am very happy with their work and crew. I hope to not have any future structural repairs done but if I do, I will 1000% hire them again. Thanks!

Had TerraFirma come to our home for estimate to level our drive way, which had been "leveled" 2x prior and failed, Turns out, in less than 1.5 yrs, our home fell forward 1.78 inches and cracked our foundation in 3 places... YIKES! The work got underway once permits came in, the 2 crews did an install of 4 piers indide our garage and leveled a driveway, walkway and entry steps. Hands Down, we are beyond words Beyond expectations happy with our now Safe home!! If you need any of the services TerraFirma provides, hit me up... Our 121 yr old home’s 1930 add-on had visible water damage that eroded the concrete foundation in one corner of our home. Upon initial inspection, the plan was to support that corner, replace some posts in the basement, and repair some pony wall framing. I got a couple of other bids and found TFFS to not only be comparable, but to also provide the security of a larger company’s resources. The day work was to begin, the crew realized our home’s situation was more complicated than initially realized. They brought in a specialist to assess the work needed and created a game plan, coordinating w a plumber and fitting us into their very busy schedule. They were able to do the work needed for our home without massive increases to our initial bid, and our floors no longer bounce and slope. Their crew communicated thoroughly throughout the entire process and cleaned up after themselves. The crawl space was leveled and plastic sheeting was in place. The only reason I’m giving this a 4star is because our initial project coordinator let us fall through the cracks when she took an extended leave of absence. However, they responded to my follow up inquiry professionally, promptly, and worked really hard to get our old home in the schedule. We feel much more secure about the health of our home and 100% recommend them.
