The crew that installed my sump pump were some of the best. They answered any questions that I had and were always curtious to me.

Initial inspection was thorough with specifics to solve my basement project. James Taylor and his crew, Tarin and Carlos were fantastic. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly for 2 days to waterproof my basement. James went the extra mile to solve an additional concern I had in my garage. James, Tarin and Carlos were fun to work with. I am looking forward to working with TerraFirma on my stabilization project in March. Thanks also to Brent for addressing all my financing questions. Thank you Sammy for scheduling all the details and making sure I understand it all.

Had an amazing experience with Marcus during our annual service. Marcus showed up a couple minutes earlier than the appointment time which was so appreciated. He was engaging, thoughtful and ready to get down to work. He did his thing and showed me pictures of the before/after and walked me through all that was done. He was great to work with and hope we will work with him again.

They make it all easy. Not just good work, they have great process. I do recommend this group of people highly.

These guys did a great job installing my drain tile system in the crawl space.

Morgan, Robert and the crew that came out to do the foundation work were exceptional! However, working with the project manager was frustrating. Communicating by email was a problem as items were not addressed unless asked a couple of times. No one answers the phone when calling the company, even when calling the number that was given to me. Left message every time and waited up to a day to get a return call.

From the first very fair estimate given to the completion of the major house leveling project I am totally impressed. There communication was unbelievable. There crews answered my questions throughout the process and left the area better than it was when they started. They completely blew me away. If you want a good job at a more than fair price there it. Bree the project manger kept me informed and she did all the permits. Incredible!!!’

Jorge, Juan and Manuel are a great team. Jorge informed me of their schedule, what they would be doing, the materials they would use and reviewed the finished job with me. This company is pretty amazing, I can't state that enough. We had a flooded crawl space with torn soggy ducts lying in the dirt. I think they've sent around ten people over the course of the project: Antonio, Jonathan, Robert, Fernando, Christian, Jesse, Jorge, and others. They've done an excellent job. Our kid has asthma, that's why. This past year he's had far fewer asthma attacks. IMO it was well worth it.

I have a 2 car garage and on the one side that I parked my car I had a crack that ran from the front to the back. Mike McCarthy the Foreman for my job patiently explained to me his work and how he would make my garage floor level again. It needed to be raised almost 2 inches. I'm sure I asked some pretty stupid questions but his experience and knowledge of his work came through and I felt confident the job would get done. I know have a level floor, and the crack was fixed and filled in. I no longer have a gap showing where the garage door meets the cement floor. I'm very satisfied and with his excellent work.

The process of stabilizing my foundation was done quickly and professionally. Permits and reports were provided upon completion. They were a pleasure to work with. The site visits were scheduled in advance and they were always there when scheduled. The final work was completed when scheduled and the site was cleaned up with minimal disturbance. If I had a question, they were always quick to explain the process. A pleasure to work with.

TerraFirma did a great job with the earthquake update on our home. They were friendly and performed the work in the time expected and at the agreed cost.

I had foundation work done by Terra Firma Foundations in Portland OR and was very happy: they were responsive, thorough, considerate, friendly, and fair. I have no hesitation in recommending them! It seemed like they went out of their way to be sure that I was happy with the work.

We had a great team and a great experience with Jorge, Juan, Manuel, Luis, Aris, and Cristian. They did a terrific job with a full waterproofing system under our home. They were very respectful of our home and treated us with the utmost respect and care. They left the rooms they worked in cleaner than they found them!

Mike and Andrew were terrific! I never thought the pole barn floor could be restored to such degree; Mike worked miracles. Mike explained what the work would entailed and showed me what he had done after completing the work. The repairs have added years of life to the pole barn. Thanks!!

I was amazed! The evaluation of my house was very thorough as was the description of the proposed work. The project was completed in One Day and the guys left no mess. I was able to take my dogs and leave while they worked on my house but came back for the final walk-through. I would highly recommend this company!

My home is situated on a hillside that slopes south to north and east to west. My foundation stem walls along with my concrete floor were sinking and my floor was out of level. Terra Firma came and sunk several tubes down fifty-seven feet to stabalize my stem wall footings and they injected foam in several areas of my concrete floor to make it level again. They did a fantastic job and they were thourough and left my home in the same condition before they began the work. The only complaint I have is that the estimator indicated that many of the cracks in the concrete floor would close up with the foam and they did not.

I bought a house with a TF sump pump system installed and had no idea how to use it. A small issue came up, and Jeff came out immediately, fixed the problem and gave me the tutorial I needed, and then some. Professional, friendly, went above and beyond!

I’ve had a great experience with TerraFirma so far. Seth Cunningham is the tech that we have been working with, he has thoroughly explained the issues we are facing with our foundation and the steps we need to take to salvage our home. Although this is a blow to any homeowner, I trust that Terra Firma is going to get us back to where we need to be step by step. Communication has been top notch, and I feel confident we are in good hands…… update!!! The work was completed by the crew, they were so professional and nice. Got the job done and were even able to eliminate one of the jobs because they were able to make it work and they made me aware of a leaking pipe under the house I didn’t even know was there. Invaluable!!! This is a very good company to work with, I really am satisfied.

Edit: Jan ‘26 Unfortunately this sump pump did not solve the problem after all, as water again came in after several days of hard rain. To be fair, TF did not guarantee a solution. I still think it is a good company but sadly my problem persists. Previous review from Nov 25 - Terra Firma installed a sump pump in my home that has solved my water incursion issues. This had been a problem for months. I had several different companies and professionals out to evaluate and try to solve the problem, from plumbers to leak detection companies and a few more. Most scratched their heads and said "this is a mystery." Terra Firma came up with this solution and it is working. I wanted to wait until we had significant rain to write this review - and after the past few days of pretty good rain, and no water coming in - I feel confident that the problem was solved. They were helpful, considerate and creative. They didn't try to sell me more than was needed. I recommend Terra Firma.

After I bought a 115 year old house built partially into a hill near the top of Council Crest in Portland and discovered that the walls bled water when it rained, two walls were built into a hill and had endured the pressure of water and mud for a century, causing cracks and turning the foundation to crumbles, I called Terra Firma when an neighbor with an old house told me about her experience. Terra Firma has a great reputation. During the first meeting, Hannah walked the property and made a detailed proposal, explaining how Terra Firma would ensure that the walls do not cave in by shoring them up and anchoring them, supplemented with a vapor lock system to keep the water out of the house. NO MORE MUSTY SMELL, THANK YOU! Hannah explained the plan thoroughly, using her iPad to ensure that I understood. It could not get any better than this...I signed the paperwork immediately and contracted for the foundation repair and upgrade. This week, Geovany and his team spent four days working very hard and very smart to finish the project on time, and without any hitches. And they were working hard, very thoughgoing and steadfast. I am extraordinarily pleased with the work of the TerraFirma team, and how they did it. It is obvious by looking at the work that my basement walls are solid, secure, and dry. THANK YOU TerraFirma!

Terrific communications and corrective work. Long before actual work was done on our sidewalk I knew exactly what to expect. Both pre and post project communications were outstanding. Actual project went smooth and turned out excellent. The two guys that came out were friendly, offered helpful feedback, and answered any and all my questions I had. I was impressed with the process and the professional manner it was conducted. I would recommend this company.
