We had an excellent installation on a fantastic crawl space waterproofing job. We are on the northern Oregon coast and a few feet from the sand so we get a lot of moisture under our 1940s home. We decided to invest in the TerraFirma product after a great meeting last summer with Don as we were taking on a major house renovation and decided we would do what is best all at once. We are very happy we did as the product is a game changer for the health of our home and our next generation. We pick up some great additional waterproofed storage space too in the end. The install process was efficient, and we had three outstanding guys working our job. Antonio, Jesse and Cameron deserve a big shout out. They spent time each day we dropped by to educate us on what they did that day, show us every aspect of the job and took great care to be hospital-like clean. Sometimes not-so -ice people do very good work, and sometimes really nice people do shabby work but in our case with TerraFirma, we received an excellent service from very nice guys. So glad we found Terra Firma!

TerraFirma made a major error when fixing the foundation for the overhang of our Enumclaw Plateau Historical Society museum. The posts were not properly spaced, giving the front of the building an uneven appearance. When the error was pointed out to them, they admitted it, and apologized. They paid the repair costs without argument. According to a businessman on our board, this is an unusual occurrence. I want to give them kudos for their management acting with integrity.

Elijah did a fantastic job breaking down everything going on in my crawlspace and providing the estimates to get the repairs.

Everyone, from the job estimator and office staff to that guys that repaired my foundation/driveway and installed the earthquake mitigation system, were very professional and courteous. Very happy with the final result!

Everything was done well and efficiently, The team communicated well with me, and cleaned up after themselves. It was expensive, but I feel confident that the job was done well.

Bailey Mercer came out on time, which is the number one indicator of professionalism in my experience. He kept the conversation short and to the point. He did not try to upsell me on things didn’t need, and to that point, neither did the sales staff over the phone. Bailey did the measurements, with precision and finished at a reasonable time. I have confidence that when we decide to secure our foundation we will be using Bailey Mercer as our go-to expert when we call TerraFirma.

Walt shared his expertise and extensive knowledge of about 30 years of experience in the Eugene / Springfield area regarding geotechnical and residential construction issues and solutions to foundation and concrete structural issues in our wet environment. We discussed a variety of potential alternatives and he left me a relatively easy and cost effective solution for my project. Last year our house flooded due to rising ground water in a daylight basement that we had assumed was sealed and waterproof. Well it wasn't! We hired Terra Firma to do a waterproofing job that included drain lines below ground, drain track around the inside corners, and a sump pump. Our install team (Andrew, Zach, Joey, and Kayden) were amazing. They arrived on time every morning, worked hard all through the day, and were done ahead of schedule. They answered all of our questions and even helped us plan the best way to resurface our finished basement floor so any future water damage would not create long term damage. We could not be happier with Terra Firma and our amazing install crew. Five stars for sure.

So we had Jorge, Juan, and Brad do an encapsulation of our basement crawl space and they did an amazing job. The area they had to literally crawl around in to complete the work was incredibly tight yet they completed their work without complaint and with style. It looks great! The work these guys had to do was tough, give these men a raise! They earned it!

I am handicapped and use a wheelchair. Part of my sidewalk had sunk 3 1/2 inches. Schylur came in and had it completely level and sealed in just an hour or so. Couldn’t be happier.

I had Bailey come out to do an estimate for crawlspace encapsulation and some drainage work in the basement. Bailey spent 2 hours at the house and on the phone with me in total (not counting the work he did on his own), doing a very thorough work up of the house and patiently explaining what my options were, and what might be better for my renovation contractor to do. I really appreciated Bailey's willingness to think through different options - some that didn't include work for his company - and teach me about crawlspaces!

Five Star to the Aris's team who worked on site! My project was stuck and the boys drive all the way from Vancouver up to Seattle to rescue. When I met them for the first time, I was deeply worried because those boys look so young! However, I was quickly impressed because the young boys really rock! They are super friendly and polite, they are energized and work so hard, I can tell they are proud of their craftsmanship and really care about your property. Kudos to Brad, Aris, Jose and Rudy! For the overall experience, there was a huge gap between sales team and production team, be prepared that you may not get any material/product like what the sales person showed to you, I did a lot of research on their product and that was the main reason I selected them, however, I did not get any of the product with specification that were promised, so this is quite disappointing - but I understand this is not really sales or field technician's fault...

Edit: Jan ‘26 Unfortunately this sump pump did not solve the problem after all, as water again came in after several days of hard rain. To be fair, TF did not guarantee a solution. I still think it is a good company but sadly my problem persists. Previous review from Nov 25 - Terra Firma installed a sump pump in my home that has solved my water incursion issues. This had been a problem for months. I had several different companies and professionals out to evaluate and try to solve the problem, from plumbers to leak detection companies and a few more. Most scratched their heads and said "this is a mystery." Terra Firma came up with this solution and it is working. I wanted to wait until we had significant rain to write this review - and after the past few days of pretty good rain, and no water coming in - I feel confident that the problem was solved. They were helpful, considerate and creative. They didn't try to sell me more than was needed. I recommend Terra Firma.

Fantastic job leveling out settled patio concrete slabs. Very efficient work done in about 4 hours. One area had a 2” trip hazard between slabs, now nothing! 5 year guarantee but should last 80 years

Overall, they did a great job. Very easy to work with very professional. The guys who came to my house were great. They were very friendly and very kind. The foreman was exceptional. The individuals I talked to on the phone were very professional, very nice. They worked with me and got things done when I could get them done. I would recommend them to anybody.

If you hire this company to put sump pumps in your basement, make sure you know exactly where they are going to put them and where the pipes that will pump the water outside will be coming out of your house. Even though one guy gives you a diagram ahead of time, that doesn’t mean the guy actually doing the work follows it. One sump pump was put in our basement just as we expected. The second one was not. We provided new electrical outlets dedicated for use to the sump pumps. The second pump now has cords hanging in mid air barely reaching the new plugs because that pump was not put where they told us it would be. Also, the pipes that take the water away from the house, we expected those to go through the foundation, not through the expensive cedar siding and be exposed on the front of our house! I was horrified to see those holes and said so. My husband redirected them to drill through the foundation so the pipes could not be seen once the work was done. They did that, but now we are left with holes to repair. They did not offer to repair them. The young men who did the work were kind and respectful and did what they thought were expected of them, but if you hire this company, make sure you know exactly where they are going to put everything and not assume anything even if you have a diagram!

I just want to share that they showed up on time, did the work they promised to do and they applied unforeseen discounts to the final bill that were unexpected. Shaving thousands off my bill at the very end. In a word “Trustworthy”.

Communication prior to work was great. Project manager explained how the work would go. The day the crew showed up the foreman went over the work plan and asked if I had any concerns, which I did and he was able to explain and accommodate without any problems. The crew put down plastic to minimize any mess or marks on my concrete and cleaned up post project work. I’m very satisfied with the work and complement the crew.

We had a really great experience with TerraFirma Foundation Systems from start to finish. Danny was our first point of contact and handled our bid, and he set the tone right away - knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to talk to. From there, everything stayed consistent. Jorge Valencia led the crew with professionalism and clear communication along with Juan B. and Alencio who all did excellent work on site. You could tell this was a team that knew what they were doing and took pride in it. It was incredibly muddy under our house, and not an easy job by any stretch, but the crew didn’t complain once. They just got in there and got it done. What really impressed me was that when they finished, there wasn’t a single speck of mud left behind. That level of care and respect for someone’s home says a lot. The work itself was done efficiently and with attention to detail, and they kept us informed throughout the process. No surprises, no confusion, just solid, reliable work. What stood out the most, though, was something more personal. I have a young son with Down syndrome who is very curious. I was honestly worried he might be in the way, but the crew handled it in such a thoughtful, human way. They took the time to acknowledge him, talk with him, and make him feel included. It was incredibly heartwarming. He felt seen and heard, and that meant a lot to us. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both high-quality work and genuine kindness, but this team did both. I would absolutely recommend TerraFirma.

The crew did a great job fixing our sinking foundation! Two days and they came in and dug everything up then set the anchors and then backfilled! Great Job!

Inspector Elijah was on time when he said he was going to be there was very prompt and personable. I feel like did a very thorough inspection of my crawlspace.

Pat was so good not only at his job, but is an extremely personable type of communicator, is polite and most of all knowledgeable. I’d say he is going places with this company! It is hard to find adequate people these days, let alone someone who is capable of carrying on an educated and informed conversation while listening to my questions and concerns , then actually (past 5 pm on over-time) taking the time to explain them. He was patient and kind to both me and my young daughter. I appreciated his honesty about working with connected buildings, even if it risked new business for his company. If he isn’t already a manager, he soon will be! If you call Terra Firma i’d suggest asking for Par and if Pat works for you, I’d suggest a raise next review!! lol

We worked with TerraFirma on a complex project involving installation of their EverBrace wall stabilization system. The project took a lot of planning and communication leading up to installation, plus a 3-week on-site job. Everyone I interacted with at TerraFirma was warm, communicative, respectful, helpful, and creative in solving any issues that arose. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience. Our project was expensive, and a stressful endeavor for a homeowner, but I felt I was in good hands from start to finish with TerraFirma. Not to mention that the EverBrace solution saved us tens of thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this company.

Bailey came out to do an inspection of our foundation to let us know what shape it was in and what kind of work might need to be done. He was thorough and honest about the condition of our foundation so we could make informed decisions about next steps with our property.

Terra Firma was the most professional contractor I have ever dealt with. They kept me informed through text and email of where we were at in the process. They showed up on time, they performed the work flawlessly. They gave me a quote the same day, actually immediately after they looked over my job which I have never heard of. We wanted the best and we got the best, we didn't even call around, we called terraFirma. We.live on the Oregon Coast, Beaver, Oregon. Casey came out and was here for two hours. He went under our 102 year old house and came out with pictures. He immediately had several options with prices, we were impressed already. We called him the next to say we wanted the biggest one. 21 smart jacks, a main beam replacement, total encapsulation with dehumidifier and sump pump. TerraFirma scheduled us for the next month which for us was extremely fast, we counted the days and as said, Aris, Brad and Jose were here right on time. To the owner of terraFirma, these young men should be commended for their professional, excellent work ethics. They were all very polite, very hard working young men. I would come out of the house and they would all wave and say good morning. Even in the afternoon they would wave to me. These three men spent 8 days under our house on their stomachs, sides and backs, hauling everything out in trash bags (about 50) and the then the rock that they hauled under for the trench, all while laying down because of the foot and a half clearance under their. I'll get where I'm going here, Casey, Aris, Jose and Brad were all excellent and I'm sure you're very proud as I am honored to have met and kinda know them. TerraFirma Foundation Systems is excellent at basement waterproofing. Be sure to ask about all the available options so you can choose the one that’s right for you. The company is very capable, but it’s important to do your research before making a decision. The crew—Antonio, Jessi, and Casey—worked extremely well together. Antonio is especially sharp; whenever I suggested an idea, he immediately understood what I meant and offered an even better solution on the spot.
