We had our TerraFirma system installed back in 2015 and from start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail and quality of work is unsurpassed. We have our system serviced annually, and each time the technicians do a great job explaining what the system is doing and what to watch out for to ensure the system is functioning properly. Our most recent service provider who came out this February was Clay Carter. He was fantastic. He went through how to clean the filter in the pump properly, what to do if the warning system starts chirping due to a battery change needed, etc. He was very thorough, friendly and happy to answer questions. We have Major water under our home due to a natural Spring, so when I don’t hear our pump running I always call. I got a same day service call with Morgaine and She was Amazing!!! She has great ninja skills maneuvering around the water and I was super impressed that she not only fixed the pump that was stuck open (which may have destroyed another pump left unattended) but she did not need the towel I offered her like all the guys need when they are under there!!! Way to go!!! I am super impressed that she was no phased by crawling around there and came up with a smile. Super Professional!!! While our pump system was not cheap it has been worth the money and Terra Firma stands by their products. Thanks for a great Service call Morgaine, wish I could give you a raise!
