These guys were great! Aris, Rom and Scotty showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and communicated well during the project.

Contracted for sidewalk and patio leveling and Crack repair. Schylar being the person in charge. Very professional and provided excellent results with final product.

We were concerned that our foundation was uneven. Tulane came out, thoroughly inspected our home and confirmed we had uneven flooring/ foundation issues throughout our house and garage. He offered us a few different resolutions and was super informative about what to expect. We chose to proceed and address the issues. Bree reached out and was super helpful with scheduling and even accommodating us when we had to reschedule. Robert came out today, explained the process, then got started to work. He was super respectful of our property and worked so efficiently he was able to get the job completed in 1 day vs 2 days. Terrafirma was able to resolve all of our issues & was super easy to work with! Thank you again

Noah arrived punctually and impressed from the get-go! He was here for an estimate visit and began with the explanation of how the appointment would be performed He was very thorough in explaining every detail and options available to me. Jorge and Juan came out to fix the discharge line. Both were very professional and sweet. Two of the best guys I have ever come across! Cherry on top was that my dogs really liked them, the guys did not mind that the dogs were being nosy, matter of fact they took the time to interact with them, not many people do.
If ever anything needs to be fixed I highly recommend asking for them to do the job. Thank you so much for employing such kind and capable, respectful people.

Walt listened to my concerns and did a thorough job of evaluating the foundation. When he finished, he took the time to explain what was normal settling, and what was concerning. He pointed out that I had a drainage problem around the foundation that needed attention, and might prevent the settling from becoming critical.
I loved that he was not just out to sell me a service!!! I feel like I can trust his recommendations when I have him back to see if the new drainage solved the problem.

I recently requested an evaluation from Terra Firma for a vacation property, far from many resources, and where many companies will not work. Bailey came out, on time, prepared to do a full examination of the issue and give me a quote with options before even leaving the property. I was greatly surprised by the response. Bailey was extremely professional but also personal, and also educational. I wasn't even sure if we had an issue that needed attention in the near future. He helped me to understand the nature of the issues and the best steps forward to having a safer and better protected home. Terra Firma was also extremely patient as I did more research and confirmed the findings. We now have a plan for how to move forward. Communication prior to work was great. Project manager explained how the work would go. The day the crew showed up the foreman went over the work plan and asked if I had any concerns, which I did and he was able to explain and accommodate without any problems. The crew put down plastic to minimize any mess or marks on my concrete and cleaned up post project work. I’m very satisfied with the work and complement the crew.

The crew showed up right as scheduled. The foundation work itself was completed in two days. Inspection and clean up occurred on the morning of the third day. I highly recommend Terra Firma.

I live in a home that was built in 1968. The slabs that made up my back patio were dangerously uneven. The side walkway was another roller coaster! Terra Firma’s workman, Dorian, did a wonderful job! The patio and sidewalk were both leveled and sanded to make it safe for everyone to walk on without tripping hazards. I have been really impressed by the employees of TF whom I have met – Matt and Dorian. They were so helpful and explained what to expect – what could and couldn’t be done and they lived up to their promises. They left my patio and walkway, spotless and safe to use. Thank you!

2/16/26 update: My sump pump broke in December due to the high level of iron in the soil under my house. Terra Firma responded quickly and replaced the pump with no issue. Great customer service and a great team / experience! Thank you Terra Firma!

Seth has been amazing to work with! I have been working with Seth on designing my crawlspace drainage system. Seth has been extremely helpful, patient, and professional. I've pestered him every day, multiple times a day with questions, asked for revisions to my quote, clarifications, and have been an all-around pest. Through it all, Seth has been responsive, communicative, and thorough. The work is scheduled for Mid-May 2024. I will update my review after the work is done with how it went with the crew and the job they did.

I don’t usually do reviews but in this case people should know this is a first class company. Great communications and no selling you on something you don’t need. John was very professional, he spent time with us expanding what issues he did find, measured the level of the floors, inspected under the house and checked wall and foundation cracks. He also placed a blanket down to collect any dirt from entering and exiting the crawl space inside the house. I highly recommend John from the Eugene office and TerraFirma.

Quinten, the service technician, did an amazing job of servicing the pumps and the dehumidifier, he thoroughly inspected the encapsulation system as well.
He is very knowledgeable about the whole system and answered my questions.
He gave some options for 'shipshape' warning system as well as 'Aspen Air 'purifier' both of which I intend to move forward with.
Your company is fortunate to have hired this quality of personnel.
I am equally satisfied with the original encapsulation crew.

TerraFirma did work for us several years ago and during an annual check of of the completed project another issue was found. They quickly made arrangements to get the problem addressed. Everyone I've worked with during this current project were enjoyable, responded quickly to my questions, didn't try to oversell me and went above and beyond when repairing the problem. They have set the bar high for customer service.

Hey Folks, So just over a year ago we were having some issues at the house, I wrote to all of you on how wonderful TerraFirma was to us and I am here to tell you... THEY DID IT AGAIN! I starting noticing some movement in the driveway and inside the garage again. Called up Bree in the office and asked to have someone come take a peek. Edwin came out, what an awesome dude! Edwin spent a short time at the house remeasuring a couple things to compare back at the office with measurements from a few months ago, We heard from Bree that the measurements were still within reason. I let Bree know, something is not sitting well with me and I really would like to chat with the Mgr. So I received a call from Tulane, Again SUPER DUDE! Tulane assured me with my husband present that I am not being in any sorts a pain, I have concerns and he and Sam, who came out in 2024 will come to the house.

Well they came, they saw, Oh Boy! I was not wrong, they were here 2.5 hrs and again, the house has had some movement and we need some more work to stabilize. We have some additional C.Y.A's to add to this round, as our neighborhood and home has lots of sand in the soil so we are going to be looking into getting a GEO Engineer out to see what is causing the movement.

I give all the back info, because I want you all to know, if you feel something is not right CALL and have your home looked at. TerraFirma is NOT redoing what they already did, this is all new issues, not their fault at all... Tulane and Sam are amazing, they took the time to explain and give us all options. The info they share through experience and knowledge is beyond me and it is so appreciated.

If you have any foundation, sinking driveways, walkways, stairs, cracking in your walls, around windows, doors.... Call these guys!

We had some basement flooding in our house and after learning the cause, we started the work of getting quotes and inspections from Foundation specialists. When we called TerraFirma, Bailey was able to make time for our inspection within the week. From the jump, Bailey was very communicative, and set expectations upfront. He asked what was going on, looked at some suspected intrusion points and then let me know he'd carry on with the inspection and would let me know when he was ready for me. No awkward standing around or wondering how long it would take. Bailey was very thorough with his inspection and had an impressive presentation once he'd made a diagnosis. He told me his ideas and then asked me mine and we both felt good about the plan walking away from it. Ultimately our timeline didn't work out and we personally had to go a different direction, but if it did I'm confident we'd be in good hands with Bailey and TerraFirma!

The foreman was very detailed oriented, gave good consideration to the job, and was very easy to work with. The work done was excellent and the crew left the work site in better condition than what they started with.

Job was on time, on budget, explained completely at each step and the crew (Jose H, Matt A, Ivan, Steven and Manuel) were meticulously clean through each day and cleaning up at the end of the week. Great experience overall, highly recommend.

We had concerns about the foundation and flooring of the home due to water and moisture in the crawl space. Walt, out of the Roseburg office was very responsive and timely with accurate information for our situation. Ultimately, we decided on crawl space encapsulation. The bid was easy to read and laid out a comprehensive work plan for our home. They were also able to meet our scheduling needs for the timeline of our project.

Very well knowledge on there job. Works quick and efficient. Kept the dust down in my front room.

TerraFirma has been wonderful to work with. Quinten was our tech today for our yearly maintenance. He was on time, even a bit early. Very personable and professional. He even took a minute to play ball for our dog. He found a problem with our wood support posts, gave us several options to address the issue.

We were in the process of selling our house when the buyer's inspector thought our entire front porch concrete area and a supporting post needed to be replaced due to some minor settling of the concrete. I asked TerraFirma if they would send someone to come and inspect the area and get their opinion. Within a few days of my request, Walt Bateman, a System Design Specialist, came and did an inspection. After spending a lot of time measuring and inspecting the front porch area, Walt spend considerable time explaining to me that the buyer's inspector's recommendation was not warranted and he offered a reasonable and easier solution. I was very impressed with Walt's knowledge and his very simple and reasonable explanation of what he found. Walt was very easy to talk to and extremely personable. My experience with Walt and TerraFirma was extremely positive and I would highly recommend them for the services that they offer.

Zack, Andrew and Joey showed up every day by 8:30, worked their butts off & always left a clean work site... totally 5 stars for these guys. There was a 4th workerbee, but I never got his name & he was great too!

Five stars aren't enough. We had a sizable project on an old house in tight quarters with neighbors who were concerned. We knew going into our project that there was going to be a lot of guesswork in the planning, and that whomever we hired for the project would have to make changes on the fly. The planning team was very clear about what they knew, and what they were inferring based on their experience and what they might discover when they started excavating.

They presented us with us a few different proposals with breakdowns of the cost and a list of the pros and cons of every plan, answering all of our questions before we finalized our choice.

The whole team at Terra Firma was incredible throughout; clear, consistent communication about the progress on the project and how it evolved as the plans encountered reality. It was a job well done with consistent care and extra effort. Whether it was the on-site team or the office staff supporting the project, everyone was a genuine pleasure to work with.

Very pleased with job done. The young man that did the work deserves all the credit. Prompt & professional.
