Mike, Steve and their crew from Terra Firma were outstanding. They were professional, on time and did some amazing work. I was very impressed with how they answered my questions and their quality of work. I would highly recommend Terra Firma for any of your foundation needs.

Because of settling, the concrete porch was pulling away from my house. The TerraFirma sales rep who came out did a great job of explaining the Polyfil procedure. The crew was extremely polite and respectful, did a great job and the area was completely clean when they left. I would have no hesitation using TerraFirma again.

Terra Firma has always been thorough, helpful, and super communicative. Our last technician Morgaine was so good with drafting up an estimate on the spot, and answering all our questions. We've had some previous work done by TF and Morgaine's help figuring out differences between the new estimate and what's covered under previous work was exactly what we were looking for.

Fernando and Eddie did a great job on our dual crawlspace project. Our floors are level, structure secure, and crawlspace is clean and pleasant - almost human livable! Wish we had done this sooner!

We love our Terra Firma system as it has kept our crawl space clean and dry for many years now. Our service tech Morgaine just performed the annual service on our system and did an excellent job. She got right to work, was thorough and professional.

They scheduled for a week but were done in 3 & half days. Worked around my gigantic existing sump pump cleaned out debris from the plumbers and sealed off my crawls space. Travis & is team were fantastic! Highly recommend the company & Travis's team to everyone.

Beginning with the bidding process, the engineering, permitting, on-site work, and final inspection everything was handled with absolute professionalism. The men who who did the work were great and left our house and yard in perfect shape. I was amazed at how good things looked when they were finished.You couldn't even see the injection sites on our cement porch. The Project Manager kept us up-to-date about what Terra Firma was doing, when inspectors were coming and what we needed to do -- which was almost nothing except pay the bill. I would definitely recommend them.

The foreman was very detailed oriented, gave good consideration to the job, and was very easy to work with. The work done was excellent and the crew left the work site in better condition than what they started with.

We had a great team and a great experience with Jorge, Juan, Manuel, Luis, Aris, and Cristian. They did a terrific job with a full waterproofing system under our home. They were very respectful of our home and treated us with the utmost respect and care. They left the rooms they worked in cleaner than they found them!

My driveway & patio had developed significant cracks that were becoming tripping hazards. After 4 estimates I chose this company because their property estimator was so comprehensive as he evaluated my concerns. Due to a probable communication issue my 1 day project required 2 more half days. Although unexpected, this experience became a fine reminder of the goodness of human beings as we all do the best we can during periods of unplanned labor & additional work hours. Such amazing customer service with respect and politeness to me as I hope I returned to them. Each workman and coordinator, Bree deserve a grand “thank you” for their caring regard for those they serve. They make everything right.

Great company to deal with. After 3 years of the original repair, another crack developed and they came out and fixed it a no charge. Very happy with their service and professionality.
