My whole experience with TerraFirma was first rate. Travis came out, accessed our needs, and gave us a through explanation and fair price. Carolyn took care of all my questions and needs as a customer … 100%. Moe and Sergio did the “dirty work”. Not the whole story. Moe and I were chatting after they had finished the job. Long story short, TerraFirma takes care of their employees. They not only accommodate their employee’s personal needs, but also work hard to foster a team environment. Carolyn commutes from NE Portland to TerraFima’s office in Tigard. You have to love your job and company to do that. And TerraFirma is an Oregon company. If you are reading this wondering if you should hire Terra Firm, the answer is yes.

Would highly recommend these fellas. Had two separate guys out to our place (Sam, and Tulane), and they both killed it. They gave us total peace of mind in moving into our new home. They assured us that there was a solution to our foundation problems and gave us an excellent quote on the project. Definitely planning to go with these guys for this project.

Jason has been here for the third year in a row and has done an excellent job on my crawl space. This time because of the ice out over four days in December 2023, he said it would be a good idea to replace the battery. I went ahead and did it just to be safe. I am glad there are people who can go down in that crawl space and check everything once a year. He eve manages the wolf spiders.

Giovanni and his crew were very professional. They showed up on time both days and got the job done on schedule. Giovanni carefully reviewed with us the work to be done before starting. At the completion on the job he reviewed what they had done. Giovanni was great to work with. He was very personable and had excellent communication skills.

Jorge and Juan came out to fix the discharge line. Both were very professional and sweet. Two of the best guys I have ever come across! Cherry on top was that my dogs really liked them, the guys did not mind that the dogs were being nosy, matter of fact they took the time to interact with them, not many people do. If ever anything needs to be fixed I highly recommend asking for them to do the job. Thank you so much for employing such kind and capable, respectful people.

Edit review: I have used this company in the past and will do so in the future. I had a poor experience with scheduling (largely attributed to the Microsoft outage) and a surprise quote adjustment on the day of install. However, after working with the management team, a remedy and resolution was reached that left me feeling this was an unfortunate exception to their general high-quality service and standards. 4/5 stars due to some bumps in the road but they ultimately made it right.

TerraFirma repaired our walkway which had cracked, separated, and dropped over time. The work was done very quickly, and the end result was better than expected. The cost was less than half what we had been quoted to replace the walkway.

So we had Jorge, Juan, and Brad do an encapsulation of our basement crawl space and they did an amazing job. The area they had to literally crawl around in to complete the work was incredibly tight yet they completed their work without complaint and with style. It looks great! The work these guys had to do was tough, give these men a raise! They earned it!

Mark Johansen from TerraFirma performed an inspection on our sump pump and inspected crawl space. Mark was punctual and very professional. He explained the various inspection aspects prior to performing the job. He took extra precaution with the job preparation by laying out floor coverings. His cleanup during and after completion was excellent. I am very satisfied with the service he provided and would highly recommend TerraFirma.

TerraFirma did an awesome job in our crawl space. We had metal jacks installed under the house. Jonathon, Nathan, and Rom were fast and efficient and very pleasant to work with.

We had Terra Firma lift an RV barn that had settled over 3” in one corner causing a large crack in the concrete floor. The first crew consisting of Mike, Steve, Jeremy, and Preston installed helical piers and righted the building back to level. Schylar then came and installed the poly foam to stabilize the floor system and insert Nexus to fill the cracks. All workers have been very competent and professional and are hard workers. They are responsive to questions and concerns and have treated us very well. Co-ordination of the work was done by Mechele from her office in Roseburg. She has also been a joy to work with in ironing out any problems or concerns we’ve had with the job. Salesman Morgan is a good ambassador for the company and all the work was completed as promised by him! All in all, we are very pleased with the outcome! Mark R
