We had a really great experience with TerraFirma Foundation Systems from start to finish. Danny was our first point of contact and handled our bid, and he set the tone right away - knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to talk to. From there, everything stayed consistent. Jorge Valencia led the crew with professionalism and clear communication along with Juan B. and Alencio who all did excellent work on site. You could tell this was a team that knew what they were doing and took pride in it. It was incredibly muddy under our house, and not an easy job by any stretch, but the crew didn’t complain once. They just got in there and got it done. What really impressed me was that when they finished, there wasn’t a single speck of mud left behind. That level of care and respect for someone’s home says a lot. The work itself was done efficiently and with attention to detail, and they kept us informed throughout the process. No surprises, no confusion, just solid, reliable work. What stood out the most, though, was something more personal. I have a young son with Down syndrome who is very curious. I was honestly worried he might be in the way, but the crew handled it in such a thoughtful, human way. They took the time to acknowledge him, talk with him, and make him feel included. It was incredibly heartwarming. He felt seen and heard, and that meant a lot to us. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both high-quality work and genuine kindness, but this team did both. I am very pleased with the completed work raising the back door porch entry, they were on time, very polite and professional, had all the tools and equipment to do the job.

After I bought a 115 year old house built partially into a hill near the top of Council Crest in Portland and discovered that the walls bled water when it rained, two walls were built into a hill and had endured the pressure of water and mud for a century, causing cracks and turning the foundation to crumbles, I called Terra Firma when an neighbor with an old house told me about her experience. Terra Firma has a great reputation. During the first meeting, Hannah walked the property and made a detailed proposal, explaining how Terra Firma would ensure that the walls do not cave in by shoring them up and anchoring them, supplemented with a vapor lock system to keep the water out of the house. NO MORE MUSTY SMELL, THANK YOU! Hannah explained the plan thoroughly, using her iPad to ensure that I understood. It could not get any better than this...I signed the paperwork immediately and contracted for the foundation repair and upgrade. This week, Geovany and his team spent four days working very hard and very smart to finish the project on time, and without any hitches. And they were working hard, very thoughgoing and steadfast. I am extraordinarily pleased with the work of the TerraFirma team, and how they did it. It is obvious by looking at the work that my basement walls are solid, secure, and dry. THANK YOU TerraFirma!

They scheduled for a week but were done in 3 & half days. Worked around my gigantic existing sump pump cleaned out debris from the plumbers and sealed off my crawls space. Travis & is team were fantastic! Highly recommend the company & Travis's team to everyone.

Mr. Stanford did a thorough inspection of our crawlspace and gave us the honest opinion that very little needed to be addressed. He was very professional and clearly very experienced. This was after a competitor came out and tried to convince us we needed an $18,000 encapsulation.

I purchased two waterproofing systems from them a few years back. After the rain the past couple days its time to leave a glowing review. They did an interior drain in my basement and a separate drain tile system in my crawlspace. Both systems have been working flawlessly for 3 or 4 years now with zero water intrusion into my basement that I totally renovated after their install. They've also come out every year as promised for servicing. Thankful for connecting with them. After hearing the river of water enter into the pump and it go off every minute or so for nearly 12 hours yesterday, they deserve 5 stars. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were able to get an appointment two days after calling and they were even able to come earlier after checking in to make sure we were available. Even though we were given some hard news about the repairs needed Jason did so in such a friendly and courteous manner. He was very patient with me and explained all of the proposal in detail. I really appreciate all of the time Jason took to help me today. It really made me feel like our house wasn’t just a job.

This was our 2nd time using Terrafirma & we were satisfied with the work of Antonio, Jesse & Kamron. Antonio called us when they would arrive & apologized for being little late. They were done with our project…just as they promised. They also took time to walk through the project & answer our questions beforehand. And, they walked us through afterwards. They did a great job. Also, they tidied up after the project t was done. I would definitely recommend them to others because I trust their work.

We had Jason back this year for another service. He is the best guy super informative can’t wait to have him back next year. We have had our pump system for a little over a year now, the winter before we had up to over 1 ft of water under our house, this last winter nothing it was bone dry. I can’t say enough good about your company. We just had Jason out to do the first service on it and what a guy, he showed me how to check a couple things on the up coming season. He did not try to upsell me on things didn’t need, and to that point, neither did the sales staff over the phone. Bailey did the measurements, with precision and finished at a reasonable time. Andrew, Zach, and Brent arrived and completed the job on time. They worked with our old house’s existing flooring.

My home is situated on a hillside that slopes south to north and east to west. My foundation stem walls along with my concrete floor were sinking and my floor was out of level. Terra Firma came and sunk several tubes down fifty-seven feet to stabalize my stem wall footings and they injected foam in several areas of my concrete floor to make it level again. They did a fantastic job and they were thourough and left my home in the same condition before they began the work. The only complaint I have is that the estimator indicated that many of the cracks in the concrete floor would close up with the foam and they did not.

Robert and Jacob came out on a cold, breezy December day and injected the company's foam-brew under our one-hundred-year-old staircase, raising it nearly 1 inch and thereby reconnecting it to our home! No small feat! As a realtor who has recommended TerraFirma to several of my clients, I've come to expect this kind of service, but I wanted to call out the guys for their professionalism and resolve when rain threatened. They also had great info (pics, measurements, etc.) from the estimator, making the project well-organized and timely. Well done!! Highly recommend.

The estimator, Tyler, and the applicator, Skyler, were very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Both explained what they were doing and how the process would help our deterioration under our garage floor. The process leveled out our garage floor. I believe it will also help stop the cracks that have increased in size over the years. I believe this process works!
