It is very rare to find a company that is excellent from the very first encounter to the last phone call. Every person at Terra Firma has been attentive and kind, but most of all they have taken the time to explain their process and to do the highest quality work. The crews took pride in their work and knew their craft, answering my questions in a thorough manner. I felt compelled to write this very positive review because so many times only negative people take the time to express their opinions. This company lives up to their commercials and quality of work. They're local and we should all support this local business when we can.

After noticing some foundational issues I called TerraFirma. And can I say phenomenal decision. Alex H. from TerraFirma showed up and treated my family, myself, and our home like we were a part of his family. He was thorough and spent time discussing all of the specifics of our homes foundational issues. He provided a thorough assessment of our home, supported it with numerical facts, and made several recommendations on what could be done to fix this issue. Alex didn't put any pressure on us to make a sale, he just wanted us to make a decision that was comfortable for us. I'm sure all of TerraFirma technicians are great but... my recommendation is to request Alex. Great Company, Great Service, Great Decision to go with TerraFirma for all of your foundational needs.

Had Alex at terra firma evaluate cracks in walls at my moms home. They showed pictures of some issues. Had them use Jack's, brackets and waterproofing repairs done. They were very professional, on time, very respectful of my moms, she needs a walker. They blocked off work area for her privacy. Every single employee was awesome. She in in Hyland hills in Beaverton. We would recommend them to ANYONE. Very impressed. They followed through with EVERY promise

We had a fantastic experience with TerraFirma Foundation Systems! Their team quickly and accurately diagnosed our foundation issue and clearly explained multiple repair options, which helped us feel informed and confident in our decision. Once work began, they oversaw everything from start to finish with professionalism and great communication. The crew working in our crawl space was hardworking and efficient — they did a great job installing a French drain and sump pump, and left the area clean and well-organized. Seriously, if you want a company that's honest and reliable, this is it. They deliver on their promises, no doubt. Trey, the estimator, was super professional, punctual, and a pleasure to deal with right from the start. And Sammy in the office was a lifesaver with all the paperwork and scheduling. Then there's Goevany, Diego, and Artura – those guys worked their butts off, barely even taking a lunch break in that crazy heat. I can't say enough good things about them; they were awesome, knew their stuff, were total pros, worked hard, and left the place spotless every day. Very impressed with the person who came and did a thorough inspection. He provided multiple options and estimates. I had a few jacks placed under the house after noticing structural changes in my home. The team that came to do the repairs worked so well together, didn’t make a mess and were very professional. I was happy with everyone I worked with.

These folks came in and did a great job start to finish. When there were some difficulties they were there with answers and work arounds, always willing to get the job done to their high standards. James was great on the front end, informing me on the Everbrace information to stabilize our foundation, Sammy put all the pieces and dates together and Rocky, Harlan & Dorian did a great job on site. The basement not only looks great now, but I have the peace of mind that the foundation won't give out from under our home. Thank you!

From the point of the initial call for an estimate to the time of service, we have been impressed with the level of profession service and caring. Every communication has been thorough and reassuring, always answering questions completely. Dan, the estimator, was outstanding, fully explaining how the project would address our issues and the steps to expect. Tyler and John, who worked on the project, were also exceptional.
