The crew that came out from Terra Firma Foundations was amazing. Explained everything so clearly that a dummy like me understood what they were they were doing. Answered all my questions. Cleaned up the work-site so it was cleaner than when they started and did an all-around bang-up job. In case you're interested in requesting the crew I had, the team was: (Timothy Cranley II, Jonathan Heredia, Jairo Torres, Rodolfo Ruiz, and Zack Etters.)

All parties with Terrafirma were excellent to deal with. Estimator, Al was great; friendly and thorough. Technicians, Chris and Robert were superb: knowledgeable, friendly, informative...and they did great work! We are very pleased.

Paul Anderson originally came out to estimate the job and advise us of any problems that we might expect. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Jeremy, the technician leveled our walkways was efficient and friendly. He Worked on his own and completed the leveling and injection of foam quickly and accurately. We were very pleased with the entire operation and would highly recommend them

I had some backyard work done last week with terra firma and I was very impressed with Casey Zach And Austin for the work that they performed and Shelby what absolutely professional in getting my project taken care of I would definitely recommend them very professional

Both Jorge and Juan who did the install are both wonderful. Even showing photo details before then afterwards and explaining everything in detail. You can’t even tell that they had to use the crawl space inside the house. Everything was covered and cleaned up beautifully. Thank you Jorge and Juan for all the hard work you both did.

Seth from Terra Firma was great. He came out, took very exact measurements throughout the home, and provided a neat and straightforward solution to the issue. Also performed a thorough eyes on inspection of under the home as well. On time, professional, and easy to communicate with.

We had a really great experience with TerraFirma Foundation Systems from start to finish. Danny was our first point of contact and handled our bid, and he set the tone right away - knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to talk to. From there, everything stayed consistent. Jorge Valencia led the crew with professionalism and clear communication along with Juan B. and Alencio who all did excellent work on site. You could tell this was a team that knew what they were doing and took pride in it. It was incredibly muddy under our house, and not an easy job by any stretch, but the crew didn’t complain once. They just got in there and got it done. What really impressed me was that when they finished, there wasn’t a single speck of mud left behind. That level of care and respect for someone’s home says a lot. The work itself was done efficiently and with attention to detail, and they kept us informed throughout the process. No surprises, no confusion, just solid, reliable work. What stood out the most, though, was something more personal. I have a young son with Down syndrome who is very curious. I was honestly worried he might be in the way, but the crew handled it in such a thoughtful, human way. They took the time to acknowledge him, talk with him, and make him feel included. It was incredibly heartwarming. He felt seen and heard, and that meant a lot to us. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both high-quality work and genuine kindness, but this team did both. I would absolutely recommend TerraFirma.
