We had concerns about the foundation and flooring of the home due to water and moisture in the crawl space. Walt, out of the Roseburg office was very responsive and timely with accurate information for our situation. Ultimately, we decided on crawl space encapsulation. The bid was easy to read and laid out a comprehensive work plan for our home. They were also able to meet our scheduling needs for the timeline of our project.

Zack, Andrew and Joey showed up every day by 8:30, worked their butts off & always left a clean work site... totally 5 stars for these guys. There was a 4th workerbee, but I never got his name & he was great too!

Excellent work on transforming crawl space. The experience with Terra Firma was outstanding from our first meeting with the technical specialist Andrew Fry through the completion of the project. The work crew was courteous and professional and did a fine job. Thank you Terra Firma!

Walt listened to my concerns and did a thorough job of evaluating the foundation. When he finished, he took the time to explain what was normal settling, and what was concerning. He pointed out that I had a drainage problem around the foundation that needed attention, and might prevent the settling from becoming critical. I loved that he was not just out to sell me a service!!! I feel like I can trust his recommendations when I have him back to see if the new drainage solved the problem. Thanks Walt!!!

Exceeded expectations in quality and time frame

This may not have been Terrafirma's biggest project but it was big to us. From the very beginning of diagnosis, estimates/proposals, the project management and communications, hand digging and cleanup, the entire crew made this stressful and expensive project very easy and seamless. Last year our house flooded due to rising ground water in a daylight basement that we had assumed was sealed and waterproof. Well it wasn't! We hired Terra Firma to do a waterproofing job that included drain lines below ground, drain track around the inside corners, and a sump pump. Our install team (Andrew, Zach, Joey, and Kayden) were amazing. They arrived on time every morning, worked hard all through the day, and were done ahead of schedule. They answered all of our questions and even helped us plan the best way to resurface our finished basement floor so any future water damage would not create long term damage. We could not be happier with Terra Firma and our amazing install crew. Five stars for sure.

The process of stabilizing my foundation was done quickly and professionally. Permits and reports were provided upon completion. They were a pleasure to work with. The site visits were scheduled in advance and they were always there when scheduled. The final work was completed when scheduled and the site was cleaned up with minimal disturbance. If I had a question, they were always quick to explain the process. A pleasure to work with.

Inspector Elijah was on time when he said he was going to be there was very prompt and personable. I feel like did a very thorough inspection of my crawlspace.

Edit: Jan ‘26 Unfortunately this sump pump did not solve the problem after all, as water again came in after several days of hard rain. To be fair, TF did not guarantee a solution. I still think it is a good company but sadly my problem persists. Previous review from Nov 25 - Terra Firma installed a sump pump in my home that has solved my water incursion issues. This had been a problem for months. I had several different companies and professionals out to evaluate and try to solve the problem, from plumbers to leak detection companies and a few more. Most scratched their heads and said "this is a mystery." Terra Firma came up with this solution and it is working. I wanted to wait until we had significant rain to write this review - and after the past few days of pretty good rain, and no water coming in - I feel confident that the problem was solved. They were helpful, considerate and creative. They didn't try to sell me more than was needed. I recommend Terra Firma.

Noah was a pleasure to work with and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. He was patient in answering all of my questions and displayed extensive knowledge and expertise. He provided three separate proposals for foundation repairs.

Skylar did a great job saving our concrete deck that was cracking. It feels much more stable. He explained the process and got it done. Left the area spotless

We were in the process of selling our house when the buyer's inspector thought our entire front porch concrete area and a supporting post needed to be replaced due to some minor settling of the concrete. I asked TerraFirma if they would send someone to come and inspect the area and get their opinion. Within a few days of my request, Walt Bateman, a System Design Specialist, came and did an inspection. After spending a lot of time measuring and inspecting the front porch area, Walt spend considerable time explaining to me that the buyer's inspector's recommendation was not warranted and he offered a reasonable and easier solution. I was very impressed with Walt's knowledge and his very simple and reasonable explanation of what he found. Walt was very easy to talk to and extremely personable. My experience with Walt and TerraFirma was extremely positive and I would highly recommend them for the services that they offer.

We worked with TerraFirma on a complex project involving installation of their EverBrace wall stabilization system. The project took a lot of planning and communication leading up to installation, plus a 3-week on-site job. Everyone I interacted with at TerraFirma was warm, communicative, respectful, helpful, and creative in solving any issues that arose. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience. Our project was expensive, and a stressful endeavor for a homeowner, but I felt I was in good hands from start to finish with TerraFirma. Not to mention that the EverBrace solution saved us tens of thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this company.

I am handicapped and use a wheelchair. Part of my sidewalk had sunk 3 1/2 inches. Schylur came in and had it completely level and sealed in just an hour or so. Couldn’t be happier.

Professional, communicative, and zero pressure — he clearly takes pride in his work. I didn't move forward with the project through Terra Firma, but that has nothing to do with Seth or the quality of his visit. Highly recommend requesting him specifically. 5 stars.

Had TF raise the cement front porch of our house. The entire process, first contact, through the bid, through the job, through the billing, went smoothly. Their price was very competitive.

We wanted the best and we got the best, we didn't even call around, we called terraFirma. We.live on the Oregon Coast, Beaver, Oregon. Casey came out and was here for two hours. He went under our 102 year old house and came out with pictures. He immediately had several options with prices, we were impressed already. We called him the next to say we wanted the biggest one. 21 smart jacks, a main beam replacement, total encapsulation with dehumidifier and sump pump. TerraFirma scheduled us for the next month which for us was extremely fast, we counted the days and as said, Aris, Brad and Jose were here right on time. To the owner of terraFirma, these young men should be commended for their professional, excellent work ethics. They were all very polite, very hard working young men. I would come out of the house and they would all wave and say good morning. Even in the afternoon they would wave to me. These three men spent 8 days under our house on their stomachs, sides and backs, hauling everything out in trash bags (about 50) and the then the rock that they hauled under for the trench, all while laying down because of the foot and a half clearance under their. I'll get where I'm going here, Casey, Aris, Jose and Brad were all excellent and I'm sure you're very proud as I am honored to have met and kinda know them. The estimator, Tyler, and the applicator, Skyler, were very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Both explained what they were doing and how the process would help our deterioration under our garage floor. The process leveled out our garage floor. I believe it will also help stop the cracks that have increased in size over the years. I believe this process works!

Fantastic job leveling out settled patio concrete slabs. Very efficient work done in about 4 hours. One area had a 2” trip hazard between slabs, now nothing! 5 year guarantee but should last 80 years

The crew were on time, introduced themselves and made sure that we were all on the same page as far as what they were doing. Lifted the back patio up and leveled the sidewalk to martch. Looks great! Five Star to the Aris's team who worked on site! My project was stuck and the boys drive all the way from Vancouver up to Seattle to rescue. When I met them for the first time, I was deeply worried because those boys look so young! However, I was quickly impressed because the young boys really rock! They are super friendly and polite, they are energized and work so hard, I can tell they are proud of their craftsmanship and really care about your property. Kudos to Brad, Aris, Jose and Rudy! For the overall experience, there was a huge gap between sales team and production team, be prepared that you may not get any material/product like what the sales person showed to you, I did a lot of research on their product and that was the main reason I selected them, however, I did not get any of the product with specification that were promised, so this is quite disappointing - but I understand this is not really sales or field technician's fault...

Very impressed with the person who came and did a thorough inspection. He provided multiple options and estimates. I had a few jacks placed under the house after noticing structural changes in my home. The team that came to do the repairs worked so well together, didn’t make a mess and were very professional. I was happy with everyone I worked with.

Brian came out and gave such an honest report. He was stellar to work with, and if we have any further problems,Terra Firma has my business.

Giovanni and his crew were very professional. They showed up on time both days and got the job done on schedule. Giovanni carefully reviewed with us the work to be done before starting. At the completion on the job he reviewed what they had done. Giovanni was great to work with. He was very personable and had excellent communication skills.

Crew was very professional. Arrived right on time. Cleaned up daily on job. Raised outer edge of our sunroom after installing 4 piers and new support posts.

Elijah did a fantastic job breaking down everything going on in my crawlspace and providing the estimates to get the repairs.

No clue if the job ws done technically perfect or not. Hopefully, I will never know (no earthquacks). they kept me well informed, were prompt, polite and left no mess.
