Brought the TerraFirma folks in to waterproof the basement. Incredible job and service. Very professional crew (Antonio, Felipe, and Orion) who worked hard and explained every detail. The scope of the project changed slightly and the explanation was informative and made sense. Highly recommend.

The Terra Firma team was wonderful from the very first consult to the team installing, to the finished product! Would absolutely recommend. They were thorough and knowledgeable, and when there was a scheduling issue, they fixed it with excellent customer service. I am very pleased with the whole experience!

We had a concrete driveway that was sinking on one side, large chunks of the pavement were completely detached. TerraFirma was quick to schedule an estimate. The estimate was thorough and a fair price. They were flexible with scheduling for the job itself. They arrived at the scheduled time, did an awesome job of cleaning the cracks, leveling everything, and sealing the cracks. The material to seal the cracks needed to be avoided by our dog for half a day to be safe just to prevent her nails from digging into it while it finished curing, but otherwise we were able to immediately walk on the driveway. It looks fantastic. If you're looking to give your exterior a visual improvement as well as prevent erosion of your driveway/foundation, this is such a great solution. The warranty is great too. Well worth the price. We feel comfortable moving on to additional projects that the driveway impacts, knowing it is sturdy.

Working with Walt is always a win. He has an incredible depth of knowledge when it comes to this industry but what really sets him apart is how well he communicates that knowledge to clients. We have had their water proofing system in our crawl space for 5 years and it has worked perfectly. They come out every year to check the system to make sure it is operating properly. It is with great pleasure working with Lucinda at their Roseburg office. And working with the service agent Jason. He is a real professional and checks everything on the system. TerraFirma was the third company to give us an estimate and the price quoted fell in the middle. Since Gloria liked Richard the best, we went with them. Due anticipated permitting and scheduling timelines we were not expecting work to commence until roughly mid July. As it turns out, we caught a couple of lucky breaks and Shea was able to get things going 1-3 June. Ryan and crew arrived on the morning of this year's so far hottest day. After he gave me a quick run-through of what they were going to do, they got to it. Throughout the entire project they were the picture of competence and professionalism. When they left this morning it was almost as if they'd not been here at all. The concrete that had to be removed was replaced and will blend in quite nicely. The mulch and gravel were raked back into position and every scrap of debris was removed. We couldn't be more pleased with the company and the crew.

Steve came to do some routine maintenance. Addressed our concerns and checked a couple of other things while under the house. Very nice, professional and helpful. Looking forward to seeing him next year for our scheduled maintenance.

We had heard of Terra Firma's work before through word-of-mouth, and it had always been positive. When we called to schedule an appraisal/appointment, Travis Smith came out and spent time with us explaining how things could go. He was patient in answering our questions and never once made us feel as if we were being "sold" anything. He was both personable and professional, and given the stress of our home damage, it was reassuring and welcome. Jonah communicated well as Project Coordinator. When Taylor arrived to begin work, he, Oscar G., and Arturo were amazing! Again, they welcomed us to watch, ask questions, and always took time to interact with kindness and humor. As with Travis, they were all professional and personable. We can't express enough the gratitude we have for them and for Terra Firma in helping us navigate a devastating time in our lives. I had an amazing crew. Brad, my job foreman, communicated throughout the process and problem solved a couple issues with me. His crew worked hard and shared their perspectives as the job progressed. We started with a 4 inch slope and we were able to lift quite a bit. Brad and his crew discussed possible impact on the roof, windows, French doors, and concrete foundation of the garage. They did a great job and addressed issues as they came up. They did additional stabilization where needed and hauled away some concrete. They were awesome. I would work with them again. I give them 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Schylar, the foam foreman, was able to come in the next day and fill the gap created under the porch with foam, as well as bring my sidewalk up to meet the porch and level it with the sidewalk. Schyler was great to work with as well. I am disappointed in the sales technician that evaluated the job. He failed to notice that one side of the front porch was sitting on the foundation and how the porch was going to be affected by the lift. He also failed to notice or consider that I have a flat roof in the center of my home, surrounded on three sides by a peaked roof. This matters because the lift puts pressure upward that would typically carry over to the opposite foundation. This was not shared with me during the sales process. In my case, this pressure comes down where the peaked roof meets the flat roof which is on an interior wall. There is also the possibility that lifting one side of the foundation can cause the opposite side to need stabilization as well. This was not shared during the sales process. I give the sales technician one star ⭐️. When I shared these concerns with David, the field supervisor , I was left with the impression that it is just the way they do business.
