We have done two projects with Terra Firma in 2022. One project required using brackets underground to move our chimney back up against the house. The other project was crawlspace encapsulation. For both projects we have been extremely happy with the communications, customer service, pricing and great work staff on site and in the office. Very glad to work with Terra Firma and their people!

They showed up on time. Finished on time. Cleaned up when done and did a great job!

So far, so good! From the fast response when no other company called us back to the their continued patience when we pushed the date back twice to try and avoid rain, to the prompt arrival and clean workspace they left. Time will tell in the actual work, but if anything happens, my trust is that they’ll come back and fix it without a fuss. Up until now they haven’t disappointed. I hope that continues.

Very happy with the results. The actual workers were tops. Only negative was the planning with the utilities. NW naturals said gas should have been turned off during lift.

Great, professional service!

Terra firma lifted four sinking concrete slabs on our swimming pool deck. They used the poly foam method and did a fantastic job. TerraFIrma has been a great company to work with. Always on top of communications. The team showed up at my home and got busy! The lead-man was on top of the situation, and kept me informed on the progress of the project. Unfortunately I have additional work that needs to be done, as this is an old home. TerraFirma will be the company I use on the next phase.

Installed an internal waterproofing system. The work was surprisingly fast, and working with the whole team was great.

I reached out to TerraFirma Foundation Systems to have them come look at my foundation. They were able to get me on the schedule within the week. Seth showed up on time for the appointment and got right to business. He walked me through what he was going to do and what he was looking for. He was very professional and polite. He even took his shoes off outside everytime he had to come in the house. Which is a big deal to me. When he finished the inspection we sat down and went over all my options.
