From start to finish, our foundation repair project was handled professionally by our project manager, Jessika, and the amazing crew of Bryon, Roberto and Oscar Jr. We had the Everbrace system installed on a buckling foundation wall, and added a sump pump for any water issues. The price was definitely fair for the amount of work....and for our peace of mind.

Today, Marcus, from Terra Firma arrived to do annual service and maintenance on our sump pumps. He was very professional and also friendly. He's the first to show me videos of what is actually in the crawl space and the work he had done, and also explain the need for a new battery with next year's maintenance, which I appreciated. He unexpectedly had to do work above and beyond when my 80 pound Lab/Shepherd mix suddenly jumped into the crawl space, by helping retrieve her. Thank you, Marcus--everything well done. Travis and his crew were absolutely outstanding. They were very friendly, clean and neat during the process. They informed us of a leak that we had no idea about. Terra Firma seismically reinforced my home to resist earthquake forces that could cause its wood frame to slide off its concrete foundation. Within about 5 hours, a Terra Firma crew of three bolted steel plates to the perimeter of my home, connected the perimeter stud walls to the concrete foundation walls. The installation was performed professionally, primarily on the exterior, with only only 6 of the 37 plates installed in an interior space where the of the foundation wall was several feet below grade, making exterior installation difficult, if not impossible. Terra Firma's plumber also installed a vibration activated gas supply shut off valve to my gas meter. I'm very pleased with the work and am hopeful that my home will remain habitable after an earthquake.

Kudos to Riley, a TerraFirma System Design Specialist. Riley is a smart guy. Honest and communicative. He's focused on problem-solving instead of just selling products. You don't find that skill very often these days. I had an excellent experience getting a crawlspace encapsulation estimate from him.
