They fixed the water problem under the house. Amber was helpful in rescheduling follow-up work when the crawl space was to wet to finish the vapor barrier install.

Terra Firma installed their water guard system in our basement. They were on time and flexible in adding services when we found more damage than we thought was there. I would use them in the future if needed.

I contacted TerraFirma due to our front porch having a large crack through it all the way to the ground and it needed to be addressed. I wasn't sure where to even start with how to fix it. I found TerraFirma online with a google review. From the very beginning, their confidence and professionalism was outstanding. Tony the salesperson explained how they could fix it and seemed very confident. I liked that they didn't cut corners with permits and what needed to be done and he gave me an estimate on the spot. From there, Sammy was assigned as my project coordinator and she was fantastic from start to finish. Helpful, timely responses when I had a question. Gave me easy to digest info. We even were able to have the project scheduled and completed much sooner than we expected. Everyone that came to our house, from Tony at the beginning to Geovany who came out to inspect the project next (and help firm up the plan on what to do) to the entire day-of crew led by Sam and Oscar, all very informative, confident and helpful. The actual project was done in one day with helical piers and brackets. Despite the amount of work needed, they were very clean and efficient and put things back together at the end. All while being mindful of our gas line and internet cables nearby. Very highly recommend this group for anything you need!

We recently had our crawl space completely redone — making it drier, safer, more stable, and generally better in every way. We chose Terra Firma as they had done work for us before, and they did a terrific job in every way. Foreman Tim Cranley and his team, Jonathan Heredia, Tony Medina, and Mike McCarthy, spent four days working on this big project, and everything went beautifully: they were on-time, efficient, friendly, professional, and gave us a result that we love! Wait was a bit long but when they finally got started (1 week early) the guys were on time, conscientious, professional, and the work was great. The weather was cold and wet but they kept at it with very little breaks. Highly recommend.

My annual service was completed by Marcus this year. He called prior to the appointment, showed up when he said he would, and greated me with a positive attitude and a handshake. I typically leave the service techs to do their work while I go do other things, but this man was knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to a few concerns I had, took the time to take everything apart and inspect everything I brought up. Super easy to talk to but stayed busy working while he was doing it. Hopefully he's in the area next time I need to schedule an appointment.

Fastest turnaround time and most thorough bid I have ever seen! Sam goes way beyond the normal review and discusses the options with clients in a way that is clear and concise. Confident that the work will be beyond expected as well.

Bryon and Michael did a great job finishing up our hillside retaining walls, making them sturdy and looking finished. They cleaned up the job site and left us with a well-done project. Hope to work with this crew again as we continue with crawlspace waterproofing later!
