Noah from TerraFirma came to evaluate issues with my house foundation that is need of repair. I was impressed by his thoroughness and the explanation of what was needed to be done to correct the problems. This has been a learning exercise for me since I needed to have more details about the what and why his evaluation needed to be considered. I liked what I heard and his answers to my many questions were realistic.

We had a great experience with TerraFirma. The crew that waterproofed our basement were Aris, Manuel, and Cristian, and they were super pro and cleaned up everyday after work. This crew was just great, they were friendly and worked hard every day. Give these guys a raise!

Very impressed with the person who came and did a thorough inspection. He provided multiple options and estimates. I had a few jacks placed under the house after noticing structural changes in my home. The team that came to do the repairs worked so well together, didn’t make a mess and were very professional. I was happy with everyone I worked with.

I've had multiple interactions and services (including sump pump installation) done by TerraFirma, all good experiences. However our last service which was an inspection of our foundation was exceptional and warranted me to write a review. Our systems design specialist Tanner Heinz who came out was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful to our home. We felt like he wasn't trying to oversell, just telling us straight facts and honest opinion. We trust our home is in good hands and came up with a game plan. If I owned a business we'd be lucky to have Tanner as an employee. Highly recommend this company.

Given the precarious nature of our structure following a landslide, TerraFirma was able to turn around a potentially dismal situation. Few would attempt the earth anchor and beam placement that they did to establish a new support structure and secure the long term survival of the building. From the creative options and solutions offered by the company leadership, through the implementation by the crew of Samuel, Jackson and Arturo, the process was efficient and the group could not have been more congenial to work with. I highly recommend the services of TerraFirma for challenging and high-priority foundation work.

Exceeded expectations in quality and time frame

The project was completed as described and the crew very professional. The cost I think, was reasonable. The only thing that was not clear after the initial assessment and explanation of the project was that not only would the drywall would be removed, but also the framing studs and floor plate. This added to the cost because those needed to be replaced by another contractor.
