TerraFirma is a first rate company to do business with. The Personnel are knowledgeable, punctual and hard working with a first rate customer service.

We recently requested a quote from TerraFirma for foundation repair on an older brick home, and I was prepared for the worst case scenario. Oliver was prompt, friendly, and very thorough with his inspection, making sure to explain what he was seeing and how he was gathering information. He even took the time to shimmy through a tight and unkempt crawl space. Ultimately, while we won't need the foundation repairs we had feared we needed, I was very impressed with the time and expertise from TerraFirma--Thank you! Will definitely keep them in mind for future projects!

SO grateful to TerraFirma! My front patio foundation was slowly sinking. Zack went out of his way, drove quite a distance to my home, and completed the work spectacularly well. I had a few scheduling issues/delays, but I know sometimes things happen beyond anyone's control. The final outcome was certainly worth the wait.

Great experience with them. Worked with Jonathan on what was needed to stabilize our garage. The crew of Nate, Tyler, and Fernando were great! The project was completed when they said it would be and they left the workspace cleaner than when they started. Through the entire process everything was explained really well and they went out pf their way to make sure I understood what the plan was and why the needed to be that way. It was very reassuring.

Terrafirma just completed a crawl space drainage project with installation of sump pump. They did a fabulous job. Jorge was the excellent foreman. He is professional and a great communicator. His team included Juan and Manuel. They all worked incredibly hard to get the job done on time under difficult conditions. They also did a great job of cleanup. I cannot recommend them enough!

I've had multiple interactions and services (including sump pump installation) done by TerraFirma, all good experiences. However our last service which was an inspection of our foundation was exceptional and warranted me to write a review. Our systems design specialist Tanner Heinz who came out was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful to our home. We felt like he wasn't trying to oversell, just telling us straight facts and honest opinion. We trust our home is in good hands and came up with a game plan. If I owned a business we'd be lucky to have Tanner as an employee. Highly recommend this company.

Professional work with any type of outdoor leveling, strengthening, walkway reconstruction or similar concrete work. Interesting to work with the estimator person(s) for ideas and project details. Highly recommended.
