Fantastic job leveling out settled patio concrete slabs. Very efficient work done in about 4 hours. One area had a 2” trip hazard between slabs, now nothing! 5 year guarantee but should last 80 years

Robert and Jacob came out on a cold, breezy December day and injected the company's foam-brew under our one-hundred-year-old staircase, raising it nearly 1 inch and thereby reconnecting it to our home! No small feat! As a realtor who has recommended TerraFirma to several of my clients, I've come to expect this kind of service, but I wanted to call out the guys for their professionalism and resolve when rain threatened. They also had great info (pics, measurements, etc.) from the estimator, making the project well-organized and timely. Well done!! Highly recommend.

Walt listened to my concerns and did a thorough job of evaluating the foundation. When he finished, he took the time to explain what was normal settling, and what was concerning. He pointed out that I had a drainage problem around the foundation that needed attention, and might prevent the settling from becoming critical.
I loved that he was not just out to sell me a service!!! I feel like I can trust his recommendations when I have him back to see if the new drainage solved the problem.

We had an excellent installation on a fantastic crawl space waterproofing job. We are on the northern Oregon coast and a few feet from the sand so we get a lot of moisture under our 1940s home. We decided to invest in the TerraFirma product after a great meeting last summer with Don as we were taking on a major house renovation and decided we would do what is best all at once. We are very happy we did as the product is a game changer for the health of our home and our next generation. We pick up some great additional waterproofed storage space too in the end.

The install process was efficient, and we had three outstanding guys working our job. Antonio, Jesse and Cameron deserve a big shout out. They spent time each day we dropped by to educate us on what they did that day, show us every aspect of the job and took great care to be hospital-like clean. Sometimes not-so -ice people do very good work, and sometimes really nice people do shabby work but in our case with TerraFirma, we received an excellent service from very nice guys. So glad we found Terra Firma!

Had TF raise the cement front porch of our house. The entire process, first contact, through the bid, through the job, through the billing, went smoothly. Their price was very competitive.

James and his crew were efficient, kind, and exceeded my expectations. My foundation was needed piers both outside and in the basement, yet they were quick and cleaned up. I even noticed a change in my home’s interior when it was fixed! Cracks closed up. They took care of the whole process, including permits and inspections. And, James communicated, including walking me through, clearly listening to my responses.

Quoted me $80k for proprietary solutions to some problems I do have, and some I don’t actually have. Took a bunch of pictures, showed them to me, but conveniently never sent them to me and thought it was weird I asked for the proposals to be emailed to me.

I decided to get a few other opinions and boy am I glad I did. Lying to me is one thing, but doubling down on the phone when you call me to ask if I’ve had time to consider scheduling the work is another.

I vote with my wallet and I have zero respect for a company that uses scare tactics or attempts to fudge the truth when they think the consumer isn’t educated enough on the subject to put two and two together.

Being a homeowner is hard and expensive enough… but then you have to navigate whether or not someone is trying to help you or empty your wallet for commission. This was arguably a worse experience than being a woman at the car dealership. No, I am not interested in purchasing blinker fluid…

Edit: With a continuous improvement mindset, I do appreciate someone at Terra Firma reaching out to me directly to understand the details of my experience so they could work to resolve internally.

Travis and his crew were absolutely outstanding. They were very friendly, clean and neat during the process. They informed us of a leak that we had no idea about. Saving us costly damage, we truly appreciate it.

Communication prior to work was great. Project manager explained how the work would go. The day the crew showed up the foreman went over the work plan and asked if I had any concerns, which I did and he was able to explain and accommodate without any problems. The crew put down plastic to minimize any mess or marks on my concrete and cleaned up post project work. I’m very satisfied with the work and complement the crew.

This is our 2nd time to use Terra Firma and we can't recommend them highly enough. They had lifted our sunken front porch and driveway a few years ago. We worked with TerraFirma on a complex project involving installation of their EverBrace wall stabilization system. The project took a lot of planning and communication leading up to installation, plus a 3-week on-site job. These guys were great! Aris, Rom and Scotty showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and communicated well during the project.

The foreman was very detailed oriented, gave good consideration to the job, and was very easy to work with. The work done was excellent and the crew left the work site in better condition than what they started with.

We had a complete encapsulation of our crawl space and sump pump and humidifier system installed. The young men who did the work were very professional. Antonio was the project manager and he was fantastic. Answered questions, explained the process, and made sure we were ok with what they were doing. We had concerns about the foundation and flooring of the home due to water and moisture in the crawl space. Walt, out of the Roseburg office was very responsive and timely with accurate information for our situation. Ultimately, we decided on crawl space encapsulation. The bid was easy to read and laid out a comprehensive work plan for our home. They were also able to meet our scheduling needs for the timeline of our project.
