We wanted the best and we got the best, we didn't even call around, we called terraFirma. We.live on the Oregon Coast, Beaver, Oregon. Casey came out and was here for two hours. He went under our 102 year old house and came out with pictures. He immediately had several options with prices, we were impressed already. We called him the next to say we wanted the biggest one. 21 smart jacks, a main beam replacement, total encapsulation with dehumidifier and sump pump. TerraFirma scheduled us for the next month which for us was extremely fast, we counted the days and as said, Aris, Brad and Jose were here right on time. To the owner of terraFirma, these young men should be commended for their professional, excellent work ethics. They were all very polite, very hard working young men. I would come out of the house and they would all wave and say good morning. Even in the afternoon they would wave to me. These three men spent 8 days under our house on their stomachs, sides and backs, hauling everything out in trash bags (about 50) and the then the rock that they hauled under for the trench, all while laying down because of the foot and a half clearance under their. I'll get where I'm going here, Casey, Aris, Jose and Brad were all excellent and I'm sure you're very proud as I am honored to have met and kinda know them. I am handicapped and use a wheelchair. Part of my sidewalk had sunk 3 1/2 inches. Schylur came in and had it completely level and sealed in just an hour or so. Couldn’t be happier.

Just had our annual inspection/maintenance check on our sump system, and the tech Steve-o did a great job. Unlike the tech the previous year, who barely even glanced at the system before charging $180 bucks for the service, Steve-o inspected every part of the system, removing and doing a full inspection/cleaning of each pump. He gave us thorough explanations of what he was doing and any issues he found, and gave us several options for continued maintenance going forward. Huge improvement over the previous year. Update (12/17/2025): During this morning's crazy wind storm we lost power at 2am, and unfortunately our battery backup sump pump was at the end of its life and the motor died. We scrambled to get our generator running in time to avoid disaster, but in the meantime we were without a battery backup with more storms on the way this week and holiday travel where we were planning to be away. I left an urgent message at probably 3am for TerraFirma, and got a call back from Lucinda at maybe 7:30. She managed to find a tech to come out this afternoon, who apparently came up from Roseburg to help with today's issues. The tech Jason was able to get a new backup, a new battery, and new controller box. Huge peace of mind for the coming weeks. No one loves an unexpected bill before the holidays, but I'm grateful to Lucinda for making it happen and Jason for getting the work done quickly for us. TerraFirma continues to do us solid. Thanks!

Robert and Jacob came out on a cold, breezy December day and injected the company's foam-brew under our one-hundred-year-old staircase, raising it nearly 1 inch and thereby reconnecting it to our home! No small feat! As a realtor who has recommended TerraFirma to several of my clients, I've come to expect this kind of service, but I wanted to call out the guys for their professionalism and resolve when rain threatened. They also had great info (pics, measurements, etc.) from the estimator, making the project well-organized and timely. Well done!! Highly recommend.

The crew showed up right as scheduled. The foundation work itself was completed in two days. Inspection and clean up occurred on the morning of the third day. I highly recommend Terra Firma.

Andrew, Zach, and Brent arrived and completed the job on time. They worked with our old house’s existing flooring.

Communication prior to work was great. Project manager explained how the work would go. The day the crew showed up the foreman went over the work plan and asked if I had any concerns, which I did and he was able to explain and accommodate without any problems. The crew put down plastic to minimize any mess or marks on my concrete and cleaned up post project work. I’m very satisfied with the work and complement the crew.

Great work from James and his crew! Thanks to Morgan, David and Hilary for the additional assistance. These folks went above and beyond also fixing a lock on a sliding glass door as well as installing 20 piers and 4 smart jacks for the residence. Very thorough evaluation initially from Morgan which is why I chose TF over their main rivals who just breezed through the place in 30 mins or so. Morgan spent nearly 2 hours after taking measurements and showing me detailed videos about the bedrock and clay deposits under all these houses in W. Eugene. House feels solid now! These work crews they have make rapid progress and stick to their time estimate which frankly seemed doubtful at the end of day 2 of 6. But sure enough they were all tidied up and done by mid day of day 6, just amazing!

Travis and the crew did an excellent job with our crawlspace project. They were always on time even though they were coming from Roseburg to Bend, and great with giving updates as they went. We love our new crawlspace now and grateful for cleaner air, better temperature regulation in the home as well as the added benefit of extra storage. Thanks TerraFirma!

Everyone, from the job estimator and office staff to that guys that repaired my foundation/driveway and installed the earthquake mitigation system, were very professional and courteous. Very happy with the final result!

We had a really great experience with TerraFirma Foundation Systems from start to finish. Danny was our first point of contact and handled our bid, and he set the tone right away - knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to talk to. From there, everything stayed consistent. Jorge Valencia led the crew with professionalism and clear communication along with Juan B. and Alencio who all did excellent work on site. You could tell this was a team that knew what they were doing and took pride in it. It was incredibly muddy under our house, and not an easy job by any stretch, but the crew didn’t complain once. They just got in there and got it done. What really impressed me was that when they finished, there wasn’t a single speck of mud left behind. That level of care and respect for someone’s home says a lot. The work itself was done efficiently and with attention to detail, and they kept us informed throughout the process. No surprises, no confusion, just solid, reliable work. What stood out the most, though, was something more personal. I have a young son with Down syndrome who is very curious. I was honestly worried he might be in the way, but the crew handled it in such a thoughtful, human way. They took the time to acknowledge him, talk with him, and make him feel included. It was incredibly heartwarming. He felt seen and heard, and that meant a lot to us. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both high-quality work and genuine kindness, but this team did both. Seth came out today to check under my house to give an assessment on ways I can improve my foundation for earthquake protection. He was awesome. He was on time and very personable. He explained things (with pictures) very clearly and answered all my questions. I was very impressed. 🙂

It took awhile to schedule due to them not having enough employees to cover Oregon and Washington. We had this done 10 yrs ago by them to the part that needed it and back then they didn’t tell us that the rest of the house could shift. I wish back then they could’ve put the piers all around the house so all they would have to do is just adjusted it because this time around the expense to do the whole house was something we didn’t expect and opted to do the part that really needed it the most. When we do sell our home, this will be something that we will have to disclose.

Giovanni and his crew were very professional. They showed up on time both days and got the job done on schedule. Giovanni carefully reviewed with us the work to be done before starting. At the completion on the job he reviewed what they had done. Giovanni was great to work with. He was very personable and had excellent communication skills.

The estimator, Tyler, and the applicator, Skyler, were very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Both explained what they were doing and how the process would help our deterioration under our garage floor. The process leveled out our garage floor. I believe it will also help stop the cracks that have increased in size over the years. I believe this process works!

The crew that did the work were great and did a GREAT JOB.

Great experience from start to finish. Communication was clear, service was prompt, and the work was done right the first time. Everything was explained in a way that made sense, and the space was left clean and tidy afterward. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

TerraFirma made a major error when fixing the foundation for the overhang of our Enumclaw Plateau Historical Society museum. The posts were not properly spaced, giving the front of the building an uneven appearance. When the error was pointed out to them, they admitted it, and apologized. They paid the repair costs without argument. According to a businessman on our board, this is an unusual occurrence. I want to give them kudos for their management acting with integrity.

We had Tyler from TerraFirma come out to bid fixing a standing water issue in our crawlspace. He was thorough (crawled the entire crawlspace), knowledgeable and responsive to questions. As a real estate agent having access to good contractors is vital, and his professionalism has placed TerraFirma solidly on our short list.

The whole process was seamless - from our initial proposal where Hannah answered all of our questions and did a thorough assessment of what was needed to Antonio, Kameron and Jesse who did a great job on our encapsulation project. They showed up on time, were professional, very informative, cleaned up when completed, and were a pleasure to work with. Would recommend their services!

So we had Jorge, Juan, and Brad do an encapsulation of our basement crawl space and they did an amazing job. The area they had to literally crawl around in to complete the work was incredibly tight yet they completed their work without complaint and with style. It looks great! The work these guys had to do was tough, give these men a raise! They earned it!

We were able to get an appointment two days after calling and they were even able to come earlier after checking in to make sure we were available. Even though we were given some hard news about the repairs needed Jason did so in such a friendly and courteous manner. He was very patient with me and explained all of the proposal in detail. I really appreciate all of the time Jason took to help me today. It really made me feel like our house wasn’t just a job.

Very impressed with the person who came and did a thorough inspection. He provided multiple options and estimates. I had a few jacks placed under the house after noticing structural changes in my home. The team that came to do the repairs worked so well together, didn’t make a mess and were very professional. Both crew's were on time. The crawlspace crew put down plastic from the front door to the crawlspace entrance in a bedroom. Work was completed on time, our closet doors reattached and the areas they worked in or went through left clean and tidy. The sidewalk crew completed their work in a day and even patched a crack we had forgotten to mention to the estimator. If TerraFirma also did crawlspace insulation, that would have been great, but I had to find another company for the insulation.
