We had Terra Firma out to assess some exterior foundation cracks and our concrete entryway settling unevenly. Sam Bryant assisted us and he was incredibly professional, personable, and helpful! Sam walked us through everything he saw, and was direct about what does/does not need attention; we didn’t feel like he was trying to “hard sell” services, more that he was here to help us understand the situation and what’s necessary to resolve it. He spent some time on his own taking measurements and drew up his recommendations, then walked us through them in great detail, including the exact price of each line item. We asked him to give us a quote for basement waterproofing too, and the price was very reasonable. For a free consultation, we got way more than we expected. We feel confident Sam will take care of us and are excited to work with Terra Firma!

Seth came out to evaluate my foundation and gave me one of the most thorough and honest assessments I've experienced from a contractor. Professional, communicative, and zero pressure — he clearly takes pride in his work. I didn't move forward with the project through Terra Firma, but that has nothing to do with Seth or the quality of his visit. Highly recommend requesting him specifically. 5 stars.

We had Tyler from TerraFirma come out to bid fixing a standing water issue in our crawlspace. He was thorough (crawled the entire crawlspace), knowledgeable and responsive to questions. As a real estate agent having access to good contractors is vital, and his professionalism has placed TerraFirma solidly on our short list.

We had concerns about the foundation and flooring of the home due to water and moisture in the crawl space. Walt, out of the Roseburg office was very responsive and timely with accurate information for our situation. Ultimately, we decided on crawl space encapsulation. The bid was easy to read and laid out a comprehensive work plan for our home. They were also able to meet our scheduling needs for the timeline of our project.

We recently had two wall systems installed for two homes in our HOA. While there were some scheduling challenges along the way, Rocky was incredibly supportive and accommodating, ensuring the entire experience was handled with care and professionalism. He truly went above and beyond to make sure the work was completed with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. I highly recommend TerraFirma, and especially want to recognize Rocky and his partner Harley for the outstanding job they did.

Giovanni and his crew were very professional. They showed up on time both days and got the job done on schedule. Giovanni carefully reviewed with us the work to be done before starting. At the completion on the job he reviewed what they had done. Giovanni was great to work with. He was very personable and had excellent communication skills.

TerraFirma made a major error when fixing the foundation for the overhang of our Enumclaw Plateau Historical Society museum. The posts were not properly spaced, giving the front of the building an uneven appearance. When the error was pointed out to them, they admitted it, and apologized. They paid the repair costs without argument. According to a businessman on our board, this is an unusual occurrence. I want to give them kudos for their management acting with integrity.

Very impressed with the person who came and did a thorough inspection. He provided multiple options and estimates. I had a few jacks placed under the house after noticing structural changes in my home. The team that came to do the repairs worked so well together, didn’t make a mess and were very professional. I was happy with everyone I worked with.

Our experience with TerraFirma was excellent... contacts via phone, TXT and email kept us appraised of each step. Partick Dunn was quick to visit our site and bid the job in several sections for us to consider. Hillary Mills worked to conveniently schedule us to benefit their schedule and ours. Lastly, Schylar Powers spent a day and a half conscientiously explaining each step in the process... and doing a fine job. We're very pleased.

Last year our house flooded due to rising ground water in a daylight basement that we had assumed was sealed and waterproof. Well it wasn't! We hired Terra Firma to do a waterproofing job that included drain lines below ground, drain track around the inside corners, and a sump pump. Our install team (Andrew, Zach, Joey, and Kayden) were amazing. They arrived on time every morning, worked hard all through the day, and were done ahead of schedule. They answered all of our questions and even helped us plan the best way to resurface our finished basement floor so any future water damage would not create long term damage. We could not be happier with Terra Firma and our amazing install crew. Five stars for sure.

We got an estimate on a leveling project from Noah last week. He was very competent, thorough, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed meeting and working with this personable young man.

Travis and the crew did an excellent job with our crawlspace project. They were always on time even though they were coming from Roseburg to Bend, and great with giving updates as they went. The process of stabilizing my foundation was done quickly and professionally. Permits and reports were provided upon completion. They were a pleasure to work with. The site visits were scheduled in advance and they were always there when scheduled. The final work was completed when scheduled and the site was cleaned up with minimal disturbance. If I had a question, they were always quick to explain the process. A pleasure to work with.

The estimator, Tyler, and the applicator, Skyler, were very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Both explained what they were doing and how the process would help our deterioration under our garage floor. The process leveled out our garage floor. I believe it will also help stop the cracks that have increased in size over the years. I believe this process works!

Seth has made this process so streamlined and time efficient. I was concerned about my foundation issue, however he was able to assess the issue and present a viable solution with ease. He explained what had occurred and how to fix/ prevent such issues in the future in a way that left me informed and empowered to make informed decisions about going forward. He and his team has been prompt with communications and even sent photo updates of the work being complete, as I was out of town at the time. I really appreciated Seth going out of his way to make this the best experience possible, taking pride in his work and putting in the extra effort.

Travis and his crew were absolutely outstanding. They were very friendly, clean and neat during the process. They informed us of a leak that we had no idea about. Saving us costly damage, we truly appreciate it. I had to go in the crawlspace since they completed the job. Absolutely amazing! Prior to them completing the job, whenever I had to go under, I was 50% sure something was going to jump out and kill me. Now, I feel I can easily camp out there with confidence. We had a really great experience with TerraFirma Foundation Systems from start to finish. Danny was our first point of contact and handled our bid, and he set the tone right away - knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to talk to. From there, everything stayed consistent. Jorge Valencia led the crew with professionalism and clear communication along with Juan B. and Alencio who all did excellent work on site. You could tell this was a team that knew what they were doing and took pride in it. It was incredibly muddy under our house, and not an easy job by any stretch, but the crew didn’t complain once. They just got in there and got it done. What really impressed me was that when they finished, there wasn’t a single speck of mud left behind. That level of care and respect for someone’s home says a lot. The work itself was done efficiently and with attention to detail, and they kept us informed throughout the process. No surprises, no confusion, just solid, reliable work. What stood out the most, though, was something more personal. I have a young son with Down syndrome who is very curious. I was honestly worried he might be in the way, but the crew handled it in such a thoughtful, human way. They took the time to acknowledge him, talk with him, and make him feel included. It was incredibly heartwarming. He felt seen and heard, and that meant a lot to us. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both high-quality work and genuine kindness, but this team did both. This is our 2nd time to use Terra Firma and we can't recommend them highly enough. They had lifted our sunken front porch and driveway a few years ago. So when we were having bad odors and mice infestation in our crawl space we didn't hesitate to call Terra Firma. They sent the best design specialist Derek Ryan and the best crew ever to encapsulate it! Such hard-working, professional, respectful young men. Foreman Luis kept us informed and answered all questions. Actually all of them could knowledgeably answer our questions. It took them all week and Brad, Jorge and Jose. They worked their tails off! We couldn't be more pleased.

We had Jason back this year for another service. He is the best guy super informative can’t wait to have him back next year. We have had our pump system for a little over a year now, the winter before we had up to over 1 ft of water under our house, this last winter nothing it was bone dry. I can’t say enough good about your company. We just had Jason out to do the first service on it and what a guy, he showed me how to check a couple things on the up coming season. DJ from Roseburg came to do an Annual Maintenance on humidifier and sump pump. He also inspected the encapsulation TerraFirma installed after flooding 7 years ago. He replaced battery, cleaned up and let me know we were on year 7 of a 10 of our annual inspection we had purchased at installation. Glad we chose that option as that has saved us money. DJ was on time, knowledgeable, professional and had a smile when he arrived and when he completed the job.

Communication prior to work was great. Project manager explained how the work would go. The day the crew showed up the foreman went over the work plan and asked if I had any concerns, which I did and he was able to explain and accommodate without any problems. The crew put down plastic to minimize any mess or marks on my concrete and cleaned up post project work. I’m very satisfied with the work and complement the crew.
