Terra firma Oregon City Completed my basement waterproofing project. I want to give a shout out to Antonio , Kameron, Jesse For doing a very fast and efficient job Completing my waterproofing system.

Mr. Stanford did a thorough inspection of our crawlspace and gave us the honest opinion that very little needed to be addressed. He was very professional and clearly very experienced. This was after a competitor came out and tried to convince us we needed an $18,000 encapsulation.

We got an estimate on a leveling project from Noah last week. He was very competent, thorough, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed meeting and working with this personable young man.

Brian came out and gave such an honest report. He was stellar to work with, and if we have any further problems,Terra Firma has my business.

We had a complete encapsulation of our crawl space and sump pump and humidifier system installed. The young men who did the work were very professional. Antonio was the project manager and he was fantastic. Answered questions, explained the process, and made sure we were ok with what they were doing. They showed up at the time designated and called if they would be late. Communication was very good. Shout out to his helpers, Daniel, Jesse, and Kameron. At the end of the project they cleaned up the workspace and made sure things were left like it was before project. Thanks guys.

Had Walt come out to Corvallis to assess our concrete slab foundation and he was very knowledgeable of everything he observed surrounding the home's foundation. He took time to understand our concerns and provided us with his solution to our problem. We ended up having a structural engineer come out to asses our home and get his recommendation on if the work was needed. Although we ended up not needing to have the work done, the structural engineer said that Walt's estimate on the work needed to fix the problem was correct and if our house truly needed it, then he would have recommended the exact same work be done. In the future, if we have any other concrete/foundation projects around the property, we will definitely be calling Walt again.

The crew showed up right as scheduled. The foundation work itself was completed in two days. Inspection and clean up occurred on the morning of the third day. I highly recommend Terra Firma.

Jason came out and worked on my sump underneath my house. He did a great job and everything was OK. Thank you Jason.

Andrew, Zach, and Brent arrived and completed the job on time. They worked with our old house’s existing flooring.

Seth came out today to check under my house to give an assessment on ways I can improve my foundation for earthquake protection. He was awesome. He was on time and very personable. He explained things (with pictures) very clearly and answered all my questions. I was very impressed. 🙂

The crew from TerraFirma, Andrew, Zach, Kayden and Zoey just finished our water issue correction in our crawl space. They did a FANTASTIC job! The foreman was very detailed oriented, gave good consideration to the job, and was very easy to work with. The work done was excellent and the crew left the work site in better condition than what they started with.

From bid to project completion, this team has been fantastic. Derek took the time during th ebid process to explain what I needed and why I needed it. It's never easy to have people in your home, but Aris, Fernando, and Tyler were hard-working, gracious, and willing to keep me informed about each stage of the process. We had an excellent installation on a fantastic crawl space waterproofing job. We are on the northern Oregon coast and a few feet from the sand so we get a lot of moisture under our 1940s home. We decided to invest in the TerraFirma product after a great meeting last summer with Don as we were taking on a major house renovation and decided we would do what is best all at once. We are very happy we did as the product is a game changer for the health of our home and our next generation. We pick up some great additional waterproofed storage space too in the end. The install process was efficient, and we had three outstanding guys working our job. Antonio, Jesse and Cameron deserve a big shout out. They spent time each day we dropped by to educate us on what they did that day, show us every aspect of the job and took great care to be hospital-like clean. Sometimes not-so -ice people do very good work, and sometimes really nice people do shabby work but in our case with TerraFirma, we received an excellent service from very nice guys. So glad we found Terra Firma!

Five Star to the Aris's team who worked on site! My project was stuck and the boys drive all the way from Vancouver up to Seattle to rescue. When I met them for the first time, I was deeply worried because those boys look so young! However, I was quickly impressed because the young boys really rock! They are super friendly and polite, they are energized and work so hard, I can tell they are proud of their craftsmanship and really care about your property. Kudos to Brad, Aris, Jose and Rudy! For the overall experience, there was a huge gap between sales team and production team, be prepared that you may not get any material/product like what the sales person showed to you, I did a lot of research on their product and that was the main reason I selected them, however, I did not get any of the product with specification that were promised, so this is quite disappointing - but I understand this is not really sales or field technician's fault...

Seth has made this process so streamlined and time efficient. I was concerned about my foundation issue, however he was able to assess the issue and present a viable solution with ease. He explained what had occurred and how to fix/ prevent such issues in the future in a way that left me informed and empowered to make informed decisions about going forward. He and his team has been prompt with communications and even sent photo updates of the work being complete, as I was out of town at the time. I really appreciated Seth going out of his way to make this the best experience possible, taking pride in his work and putting in the extra effort.

It took awhile to schedule due to them not having enough employees to cover Oregon and Washington. We had this done 10 yrs ago by them to the part that needed it and back then they didn’t tell us that the rest of the house could shift. I wish back then they could’ve put the piers all around the house so all they would have to do is just adjusted it because this time around the expense to do the whole house was something we didn’t expect and opted to do the part that really needed it the most. When we do sell our home, this will be something that we will have to disclose.

I don’t usually do reviews but in this case people should know this is a first class company. Great communications and no selling you on something you don’t need. John was very professional, he spent time with us expanding what issues he did find, measured the level of the floors, inspected under the house and checked wall and foundation cracks. He also placed a blanket down to collect any dirt from entering and exiting the crawl space inside the house. I highly recommend John from the Eugene office and TerraFirma.

They scheduled for a week but were done in 3 & half days. Worked around my gigantic existing sump pump cleaned out debris from the plumbers and sealed off my crawls space. Travis & is team were fantastic! Highly recommend the company & Travis's team to everyone.
