Terra Firma did a great job on all my concrete that was beginning to 'sag' in several spots. I own and operate an event center and it was imperative that all outside surfaces be level for safety reasons. I did not want anyone to trip and fall! They were professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and they worked fast! I appreciated their attention to detail as they looked everything over when done, asked me to check on it, found an area not perfect, and fixed it, even after dark! I would definitely refer them to anyone looking to fix/level their concrete!

I am so satisfied with the work done by Terra Firma. This is the second time they have done repairs in my crawl space and Jonah, the project manager kept me up to date about what would be done and when. Jorge, the foreman was very professional and friendly and told me what was completed every day. He, Juan and Nick worked hard to complete the project on time and they did a fantastic job.

RJ was extraordinarily helpful in examining and explaining the issues with our foundation. So glad we got a second opinion. This company does not make up issues to sell you on expensive services and explains the structure and any options you have very thoroughly. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely have any upgrades we decide to move forward with done by them.

TerraFirma came to my house and repaired my sinking porch. They called when they were in route. Arrived and introduced themselves. Explained what they were going to be doing, asked if I had any questions. They were detailed and professional. Once they completed the work, they walked me through the results and confirmed that I was satisfied with the work. They advised that if I had any concerns, or notice any changes that seemed off, to reach out and they would come out and address the concerns. We had a complete encapsulation of our crawl space and sump pump and humidifier system installed. The young men who did the work were very professional. Antonio was the project manager and he was fantastic. Answered questions, explained the process, and made sure we were ok with what they were doing. They showed up at the time designated and called if they would be late. Communication was very good. Shout out to his helpers, Daniel, Jesse, and Kameron. At the end of the project they cleaned up the workspace and made sure things were left like it was before project. Thanks guys.

TerraFirma was great from start to finish. When we submitted a services request for the work we needed, several companies initially responded, but then once we spoke to them all but one disappeared. We met with Tulane from TerraFirma and he was kind and professional, answered all of our questions, and gave thorough answers - always ensuring we understood what he had just explained. After deciding to have TerraFirma do the work our project manager Bree was helpful and responsive and worked with us when we had to change dates a few times due to personal work conflicts. Then on day one we met with Kelly, one of TerraFirma's crew bosses. We walked through everything, he lined out what they would likely do each day, and off they went getting the job done. At the end of each, Kelly checked in with what had been done and what was planned for the next day. The crew were all respectful and polite. They finished on time and the work was great! Kelly walked through all the things they did and what we would need to do to keep up with maintenance and monitoring and when to call them for help. I even had some other contractors come in for other work after TerraFirma had finished and they complimented the work they had done. Can't say enough good things about Tulane, Bree, Kelly, and all the folks at TerraFirma. Thanks again!

Noah was a pleasure to work with and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. He was patient in answering all of my questions and displayed extensive knowledge and expertise. He provided three separate proposals for foundation repairs.

After all the rain last year, and expected rain this year we decided to do a full encapsulated crawl space. Fernando Barajas, Jorge, Chris, and Jonathan did an awesome job! They kept us informed when they found something unexpected and went, i believe, above and beyond what we were expecting!

If there were 10 stars to give the folks from TerraFirma, it still wouldn’t be enough. From the person who came to my home and gave me a very professional bid to the person who scheduled us and then to the poor young men that had to come back multiple times to finally get the job done-there couldn’t have been a more dedicated group of people. The job we had came with several unexpected glitches that were unpredictable. They did a bunch of extra work to take care of the problems and when they couldn’t do it and I needed another company to come cut my concrete, they set that all up very conveniently for me and then came out to finish the job. All for the amount of the original bid! They will do the job, no matter how difficult and they will leave you smiling.

Terra Firma Foundations did an excellent job encapsulating my Vancouver home’s crawl space: is now now clean, well-insulated, rodent-free and moisture-free. The crew was absolutely OUTSTANDING: Jorge Valencia plus Juan and Manuel. They worked in very cramped space with many obstacles (ductwork) to maneuver around, and they were skilled, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Five stars for the company and the crew. .

We had to have our crawl space taken care of several years ago due to a leak. What was found under our beautiful home was disgusting to say the least. Now I joke that our beautiful crawl space is the cleanest room in our home. With the sump pump and dehumidifier our home stays fresh, warmer in winter and cooler in summer. We recently had to replace our dehumidifier and we were amazed at what a difference Terra Firma has made in the comfort of our home. I worked in the real estate industry for 5+ years and would recommend TF to clients but never had the chance to use them personally until recently. We had a bedroom floor slab that sank many years ago. We never knew what could be done to bring it back level. After seeing you guys work and bring it back to level, I was completely amazed and very satisfied. I would absolutely use Terra Firma again.
