We had a water mitigation system installed and a complete encapsulation done. It was done in 4 days. The team was so professional and hardworking and the results speak for themselves. We had a plumber and electrician do some work alongside the TerraFirma team and they both commented on the amazing work being done. The Project Coordinator Heather was very pleasant to work with and readily answered any questions I had. Luis and his crew Antonio, Sebastian, Carlos, and Chris R. were phenomenal. Highly recommend working with them.

We had TerraFirma out to work on our foundation six months ago and were very pleased with the experience. We had a pretty big project on a home built in 1900 and the company worked with us to divide it into phases so it wasn't so financially overwhelming. Phase 1 included crawl space encapsulation, replacing old wood columns with smart jacks, carbon fiber stitching cracks, installing a dehumidifier and a sump pump with drainage line. After starting the work they realized some components that had been in the contract weren't needed and they quickly had me sign an addendum that would lower the cost of the project. James Taylor, the lead was great to work with, always explaining their plans for the day, progress they had made and ensuring that we were pleased with the work. The crew was right on time every day for two weeks. They were clean and courteous. They were set to finish a day early but found some water entering the basement while they were wrapping up. James called his supervisor and they set to work installing a section of drainage system that was unplanned. They did this at no additional cost because they said that is what they were hired to do and it was the right thing to do. I was shocked by this because it is hard to find a company and crew off workers that will stand by their work like that. Terra Firma might be more expensive than other quotes you get but it was the first time I have felt that a company genuinely cared about the quality of their work and they treated my home with respect. James and his crew (Byron, Alex, and Jake) went way above and beyond to make our basement a better and more useable place. They certainly could have just done the minimum that was agreed upon but they didn't and they will get my business for any future needs because of it. Our unfinished basement and crawlspace is now clean, comfortable and dry. The work was transformative. I highly recommend this company.

One day looking under that house, I noticed that my under house drainage was not working. So I placed a call with TerraFirma for an inspection and price quote. Less than a week they were outside my house, listening to me and offering information. We concluded that a French drain on the inside of the crawl space all away around, centering it to one location for a new sump pump. The sump pump is a triple tier with battery backup (3 pump in one unit). Two days later they finished the job, with a callback return to fix a couple little issues, which were fixed within 1 hr of my call. After I inspected their work, I was impressed! Very clean work, no standing water. Their price was cheaper compared to the other company that said “we fixed it” when we were buying this house. Punctual, profession, top notch work!!!

I had Bailey come out to do an estimate for crawlspace encapsulation and some drainage work in the basement. Bailey spent 2 hours at the house and on the phone with me in total (not counting the work he did on his own), doing a very thorough work up of the house and patiently explaining what my options were, and what might be better for my renovation contractor to do. I really appreciated Bailey's willingness to think through different options - some that didn't include work for his company - and teach me about crawlspaces!

We used TerraFirma for are foundation and they were absolutely amazing through this process. Polite, respectful, reliable, great with kids and animals and over all was a great team. Highly recommend. We worked with Roberts team.
