Seth has made this process so streamlined and time efficient. I was concerned about my foundation issue, however he was able to assess the issue and present a viable solution with ease. He explained what had occurred and how to fix/ prevent such issues in the future in a way that left me informed and empowered to make informed decisions about going forward. He and his team has been prompt with communications and even sent photo updates of the work being complete, as I was out of town at the time. I really appreciated Seth going out of his way to make this the best experience possible, taking pride in his work and putting in the extra effort.

James and his crew were efficient, kind, and exceeded my expectations. My foundation was needed piers both outside and in the basement, yet they were quick and cleaned up. I even noticed a change in my home’s interior when it was fixed! Cracks closed up. They took care of the whole process, including permits and inspections. And, James communicated, including walking me through, clearly listening to my responses. From bid to project completion, this team has been fantastic. Derek took the time during th ebid process to explain what I needed and why I needed it. I met with Walt Bateman this week to discuss an issue I have that sounded like TerraFirma was a good place to look for a professional opinion. Walt shared his expertise and extensive knowledge of about 30 years of experience in the Eugene / Springfield area regarding geotechnical and residential construction issues and solutions to foundation and concrete structural issues in our wet environment. We had concerns about the foundation and flooring of the home due to water and moisture in the crawl space. Walt, out of the Roseburg office was very responsive and timely with accurate information for our situation. Ultimately, we decided on crawl space encapsulation. The bid was easy to read and laid out a comprehensive work plan for our home. They were also able to meet our scheduling needs for the timeline of our project.

Very good experience from day 1. They ended up not needing one of the permits or a window brace like originally planned, of which both items were credited back to me. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and more than tolerant explaining all the little details of what they were doing while I watched the process. I really like that they live streamed their engineers the entire time for QC, and even had a third party review inspection. I chose TerraFirma over 3 other companies for the warranty terms and for them being a long established Oregon local business, and I am very happy with their work and crew. I hope to not have any future structural repairs done but if I do, I will 1000% hire them again. Thanks!

Communication prior to work was great. Project manager explained how the work would go. The day the crew showed up the foreman went over the work plan and asked if I had any concerns, which I did and he was able to explain and accommodate without any problems. The crew put down plastic to minimize any mess or marks on my concrete and cleaned up post project work. I’m very satisfied with the work and complement the crew.

Giovanni and his crew were very professional. They showed up on time both days and got the job done on schedule. Giovanni carefully reviewed with us the work to be done before starting. At the completion on the job he reviewed what they had done. Giovanni was great to work with. He was very personable and had excellent communication skills.

We recently had two wall systems installed for two homes in our HOA. While there were some scheduling challenges along the way, Rocky was incredibly supportive and accommodating, ensuring the entire experience was handled with care and professionalism. He truly went above and beyond to make sure the work was completed with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Great experience from start to finish. Communication was clear, service was prompt, and the work was done right the first time. Bailey Mercer came out on time, which is the number one indicator of professionalism in my experience. He kept the conversation short and to the point. Travis and his crew were absolutely outstanding. They were very friendly, clean and neat during the process. They informed us of a leak that we had no idea about. Saving us costly damage, we truly appreciate it. I had to go in the crawlspace since they completed the job. Absolutely amazing! I was referred to John from Terra Firma when I was looking to have our foundation inspected. John was very friendly and knowledgable and came out to our house to measure and inspect everything. In the end he was able to put our mind at ease and did a great job of explaining different scenarios and what he was looking for. John even inspected the crawlspace while he was out and provided great feedback there as well. Overall we got a lot of good information and never felt as though we were being pushed into unnecessary services. I will certainly be reaching out to Terra Firma for any future needs!

Terra Firma is a wonderful company to work with. The scheduling and prompt arrival of the team to my house was exemplary. They were careful and knowledgeable and thorough with all of their work.

I just want to share that they showed up on time, did the work they promised to do and they applied unforeseen discounts to the final bill that were unexpected. Shaving thousands off my bill at the very end. In a word “Trustworthy”.

The foreman was very detailed oriented, gave good consideration to the job, and was very easy to work with. The work done was excellent and the crew left the work site in better condition than what they started with.

After I bought a 115 year old house built partially into a hill near the top of Council Crest in Portland and discovered that the walls bled water when it rained, two walls were built into a hill and had endured the pressure of water and mud for a century, causing cracks and turning the foundation to crumbles, I called Terra Firma when an neighbor with an old house told me about her experience. Terra Firma has a great reputation. During the first meeting, Hannah walked the property and made a detailed proposal, explaining how Terra Firma would ensure that the walls do not cave in by shoring them up and anchoring them, supplemented with a vapor lock system to keep the water out of the house. NO MORE MUSTY SMELL, THANK YOU! Hannah explained the plan thoroughly, using her iPad to ensure that I understood. It could not get any better than this...I signed the paperwork immediately and contracted for the foundation repair and upgrade. This week, Geovany and his team spent four days working very hard and very smart to finish the project on time, and without any hitches. And they were working hard, very thoughgoing and steadfast. I am extraordinarily pleased with the work of the TerraFirma team, and how they did it. It is obvious by looking at the work that my basement walls are solid, secure, and dry. THANK YOU TerraFirma!

Great work from James and his crew! Thanks to Morgan, David and Hilary for the additional assistance. These folks went above and beyond also fixing a lock on a sliding glass door as well as installing 20 piers and 4 smart jacks for the residence. Very thorough evaluation initially from Morgan which is why I chose TF over their main rivals who just breezed through the place in 30 mins or so. Morgan spent nearly 2 hours after taking measurements and showing me detailed videos about the bedrock and clay deposits under all these houses in W. Eugene. House feels solid now! These work crews they have make rapid progress and stick to their time estimate which frankly seemed doubtful at the end of day 2 of 6. But sure enough they were all tidied up and done by mid day of day 6, just amazing!

We wanted the best and we got the best, we didn't even call around, we called terraFirma. We.live on the Oregon Coast, Beaver, Oregon. Casey came out and was here for two hours. He went under our 102 year old house and came out with pictures. He immediately had several options with prices, we were impressed already. We called him the next to say we wanted the biggest one. 21 smart jacks, a main beam replacement, total encapsulation with dehumidifier and sump pump. TerraFirma scheduled us for the next month which for us was extremely fast, we counted the days and as said, Aris, Brad and Jose were here right on time. To the owner of terraFirma, these young men should be commended for their professional, excellent work ethics. They were all very polite, very hard working young men. I would come out of the house and they would all wave and say good morning. Even in the afternoon they would wave to me. These three men spent 8 days under our house on their stomachs, sides and backs, hauling everything out in trash bags (about 50) and the then the rock that they hauled under for the trench, all while laying down because of the foot and a half clearance under their. I'll get where I'm going here, Casey, Aris, Jose and Brad were all excellent and I'm sure you're very proud as I am honored to have met and kinda know them. We worked with TerraFirma on a complex project involving installation of their EverBrace wall stabilization system. The project took a lot of planning and communication leading up to installation, plus a 3-week on-site job. Everyone I interacted with at TerraFirma was warm, communicative, respectful, helpful, and creative in solving any issues that arose. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience. Our project was expensive, and a stressful endeavor for a homeowner, but I felt I was in good hands from start to finish with TerraFirma. Not to mention that the EverBrace solution saved us tens of thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this company.

Had Walt come out to Corvallis to assess our concrete slab foundation and he was very knowledgeable of everything he observed surrounding the home's foundation. He took time to understand our concerns and provided us with his solution to our problem. We ended up having a structural engineer come out to asses our home and get his recommendation on if the work was needed. Although we ended up not needing to have the work done, the structural engineer said that Walt's estimate on the work needed to fix the problem was correct and if our house truly needed it, then he would have recommended the exact same work be done. In the future, if we have any other concrete/foundation projects around the property, we will definitely be calling Walt again.

I don’t usually do reviews but in this case people should know this is a first class company. Great communications and no selling you on something you don’t need. John was very professional, he spent time with us expanding what issues he did find, measured the level of the floors, inspected under the house and checked wall and foundation cracks. He also placed a blanket down to collect any dirt from entering and exiting the crawl space inside the house. I highly recommend John from the Eugene office and TerraFirma.

The whole process was seamless - from our initial proposal where Hannah answered all of our questions and did a thorough assessment of what was needed to Antonio, Kameron and Jesse who did a great job on our encapsulation project. Antonio was the project manager and he was fantastic. Answered questions, explained the process, and made sure we were ok with what they were doing.
