We had a great experience with TerraFirma. The crew that waterproofed our basement were Aris, Manuel, and Cristian, and they were super pro and cleaned up everyday after work. This crew was just great, they were friendly and worked hard every day. Give these guys a raise!

I called TerraFirma to come check out my crawlspace and to replace our failed sump pump. The sales guy Pat arrived on time, was courteous and professional, was very helpful in explaining things, and was able to answer all my questions. He was also able to get us scheduled for service just two days later which was awesome! Jeramie and his crew showed up on time and were also very friendly and professional and had a great attitude and answered all my questions and concerns. It was absolutely amazing how quickly they are able to complete the work (perimeter drain tile and sump pump)! Their experience and team work really showed. It was a little bit more expensive than I had hoped but it was worth it as the work is very challenging (these guys are heroic to work in the conditions that they do) and they got it taken care of so quickly; its also great piece of mind to know that TerraFirma has our back with their workmanship guarantee.

We had concerns about the foundation and flooring of the home due to water and moisture in the crawl space. Walt, out of the Roseburg office was very responsive and timely with accurate information for our situation. Ultimately, we decided on crawl space encapsulation. The bid was easy to read and laid out a comprehensive work plan for our home. They were also able to meet our scheduling needs for the timeline of our project.

So far, all looks good. It has only been a week since it was done. Hoping it stays this good 12 months from now and beyond. The crew was very professional.

Elijah did a fantastic job breaking down everything going on in my crawlspace and providing the estimates to get the repairs.

A professional job was completed by the crew in Roseburg, Oregon. I was very pleased with the entire process. From the estimate to the finish, nothing but quality work. The job was quick and they made sure after the job was finished that my property was returned to the same or better condition. A very honest company. If I need additional foundation work I will definitely use them again.

Terra Firma was the most professional contractor I have ever dealt with. They kept me informed through text and email of where we were at in the process. They showed up on time, they performed the work flawlessly. They gave me a quote the same day, actually immediately after they looked over my job which I have never heard of. I love TerraFirma. We had a new foundation with a sump pump and dehumidifier four years ago. First, it is so great having a dry basement! Each year, TerraFirma sends someone to check the sump pump and the dehumidifier. Jeff did the inspection last year and this year. He showed me what he was doing, documented with pictures, answered my questions and showed up on time! This has been my experience with every interaction I have had from the beginning of the project to the follow-up. Here is a picture of the new foundational wall and my workout area.

Robert & Elijah showed up on time and did a phenomenal job lifting three large concrete slabs on my back patio. They were quick, clean, and professional. I would recommend TerraFirma and both Robert & Elijah.

I hired TerraFirma to raise a portion of my house and waterproof my basement as well as pouring a new concrete floor in the basement. We ran into a few obstacles, but Ryan the project lead was able to quickly address the issues and keep everything on schedule. The TerraFirma team was able to work with my general contractor to make sure that the subsequent remodel of my kitchen and basement was able to go ahead as planned.

Bruce was fantastic. I have not accepted the job proposal yet, but I absolutely loved Bruce's attitude and he is a good salesman. Comes off as very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Was eager to educate, but quick to recognize when he was over-explaining and he could offer less detail. Went above and beyond making sure he spent as much time as I needed and even interacted with my kiddo during his time at my house. 6 stars for Bruce, I just can't speak to the quality of workmanship since I haven't hired them. Will edit if I do.

These guys did a great job installing my drain tile system in the crawl space.

These guys were all wonderful. Extremely hard workers. No mess left behind and there was a mess, but not in my house. It was all over the guys. But they also cleaned up good! Great work and cleaned everything up beautifully. Don't know where they were out of. Think it was Tigard.

I had two estimates. TerraFirma was much cheaper but more than that they moved fast, were clean, professional. The inspector gave them high marks and I have a house that is earthquake secure to magnitude 8 give ir take.

This is our 2nd time to use Terra Firma and we can't recommend them highly enough. They had lifted our sunken front porch and driveway a few years ago. So when we were having bad odors and mice infestation in our crawl space we didn't hesitate to call Terra Firma. They sent the best design specialist Derek Ryan and the best crew ever to encapsulate it! Such hard-working, professional, respectful young men.
