Had Seth Cunningham out this week for an estimate in Thurston County. We appreciated how thorough he was during the inspection and in creating the proposal. Seth was prompt, easy to work with and very professional! Unfortunately, full encapsulation of our crawl space was a little out of our budget as new homeowners, but if you are looking for any foundation or crawl space work done on your house we would definitely recommend having TerraFirma out to look at your place! I got the impression they are a top-of-the-line company that would take care of the homeowners they do business with. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family... Also plan to call them out if I have any concrete or foundation issues in the future.

My wife and I recently bought a house and after removing carpet in the addition, we found fairly large cracks in the slab. Not sure of the severity we called terrafirma. They sent Dan out. Super cool dude and very informative. He was able to give us a solution to our problem. They were also able to fit us into their schedule quickly which was nice considering we had bare floors that needed to be finished. I would highly recommend terrafirma and co!

Today, Marcus, from Terra Firma arrived to do annual service and maintenance on our sump pumps. He was very professional and also friendly. He's the first to show me videos of what is actually in the crawl space and the work he had done, and also explain the need for a new battery with next year's maintenance, which I appreciated. He unexpectedly had to do work above and beyond when my 80 pound Lab/Shepherd mix suddenly jumped into the crawl space, by helping retrieve her. Thank you, Marcus--everything well done. Terra Firma Foundations did an excellent job encapsulating my Vancouver home’s crawl space: is now now clean, well-insulated, rodent-free and moisture-free. The crew was absolutely OUTSTANDING: Jorge Valencia plus Juan and Manuel. They worked in very cramped space with many obstacles (ductwork) to maneuver around, and they were skilled, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Five stars for the company and the crew. .

Bailey Mercer-system design specialist made a visit to my home to provide an estimate for foundation work. He was professional, well-mannered and easy to talk to. Assessment was thorough with all my questions being clearly answered. Great experience overall!

Thank you Terrafirma and The two gentleman that came to our house. My whole experience with your company was great. Everyone that I worked with were very helpful and polite and knowledgeable. The gentleman that came to the house to lift our porch knew exactly what to do and how to achieve it ( our porch is huge by the way ) I didn't think that they could get it back to its original level but that's exactly what the accomplished. Once again great company and people to work with, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs any kind of work like this done.

Terrafirma just completed the EverBrace wall system on our basement and we couldn't be happier. The house has stopped shaking when the tenant upstairs does laundry. Rocky, our project foreman was outstanding to work with. His communication was fantastic. The project site was well managed. He was always realistic about the daily impacts we might feel while the project was underway (it can get quite noisy) and he was able to flex the project noise level so it wouldn't impact our upstairs tenant. Sammy, their project coordinator, stayed in communication with me from the moment our contract was signed through the project completion. The only suggestion we have if you're considering the Everbrace wall system, is that you may need to manage some additional work to prepare for the system. Plumbing electrical and HVAC systems will most likely need to be moved. Factor this in both financially and timewise.
