Kudos to Riley, a TerraFirma System Design Specialist. Riley is a smart guy. Honest and communicative. He's focused on problem-solving instead of just selling products. You don't find that skill very often these days. I had an excellent experience getting a crawlspace encapsulation estimate from him.

We have had their water proofing system in our crawl space for 5 years and it has worked perfectly. They come out every year to check the system to make sure it is operating properly. We have utilized the services of TerraFirma multiple times. Most significantly we needed to repair/replace a pair of house support columns and their related foundations. This required a plan of repair, an engineer's stamp, drawings to relate to the relevant building authority and coordination with that authority. TerraFirma handled all the above in a diligent and competent manner. Their office staff was readily accessible and answered questions concisely. The on site crew prompt and capable.

From bid to project completion, this team has been fantastic. Derek took the time during th ebid process to explain what I needed and why I needed it. He treated me like a compentent human and gave me the info necessary to make a good decision. The crew of guys who did the work were fantastic. It's never easy to have people in your home, but Aris, Fernando, and Tyler were hard-working, gracious, and willing to keep me informed about each stage of the process. During my search on-line for a source of repair for cracks in our cement driveway, I found the TerraFirma Foundations Systems website most appealing. I invited Seth, Systems Design Specialist, to provide an estimate. He provided a thorough explanation of TerraFirma's method for repairing cracks. He examined the driveway, made the necessary measurements, and provided a reasonable estimate--considering the extent of the current damage. The project was scheduled to be accomplished in two phases. Phase 1 scheduled Nov 2024: foam injection to stabilize the cement pads thereby preventing further damage. Phase 2 scheduled May 2025 or sooner depending on the weather. This delay was a consequence of my procrastination to tackle the project earlier and TerraFirma's determination to ensure the repair would suffice to fulfill their 5-year warranty. Employees Robert and Elijah arrived on the scene as scheduled. While I observed their work, they impressed me with their professionalism and efficiency as an experienced team. They put forth an obvious desire to do an exceptional job thereby giving me confidence in the performance of the task and TerraFirma overall. Standby for my review this summer regarding Phase 2.

This was truly an awesome experience, from the time Will arrived to do the estimate, to completion of the job a little more than a week later. Will gave us great insight as to the foundation and build of our home. We were having issues with a back patio and front steps that were added to the property post build and had sunk quite a bitt. All the folks we dealt with at TerraFirm were friendly, informative, helpful and kind. From our initial contact with Hillary to schedule appointments, to our very informative meeting with Will for the appraisal and estimate, and a very special shout-out to Schylar and Jonny, for a very cool learning experience during installation. We pestered them with questions the entire time they were here and they graciously and willingly answered them all! great crew, awesome job and a joy to spend time with. TerraFirma Foundation Systems is excellent at basement waterproofing. Be sure to ask about all the available options so you can choose the one that’s right for you. The company is very capable, but it’s important to do your research before making a decision. The crew—Antonio, Jessi, and Casey—worked extremely well together. Antonio is especially sharp; whenever I suggested an idea, he immediately understood what I meant and offered an even better solution on the spot.

We were able to get an appointment two days after calling and they were even able to come earlier after checking in to make sure we were available. Even though we were given some hard news about the repairs needed Jason did so in such a friendly and courteous manner. He was very patient with me and explained all of the proposal in detail. I really appreciate all of the time Jason took to help me today. It really made me feel like our house wasn’t just a job.
