2/16/26 update: My sump pump broke in December due to the high level of iron in the soil under my house. Terra Firma responded quickly and replaced the pump with no issue. Great customer service and a great team / experience! Thank you Terra Firma! Seth has been amazing to work with! I have been working with Seth on designing my crawlspace drainage system. Seth has been extremely helpful, patient, and professional. I've pestered him every day, multiple times a day with questions, asked for revisions to my quote, clarifications, and have been an all-around pest. Through it all, Seth has been responsive, communicative, and thorough. The work is scheduled for Mid-May 2024. I will update my review after the work is done with how it went with the crew and the job they did.

TerraFirma surpassed our expectations of securing the cracked settlement under our bedroom concrete slab foundation. The initial visit (Walt) gave us plenty of time to ask questions along with details of the process. We didn't' feel rushed! Dan B. the installer was very friendly, conscientious and extremely competent! Really nice guy!

I had Bailey come out to do an estimate for crawlspace encapsulation and some drainage work in the basement. Bailey spent 2 hours at the house and on the phone with me in total (not counting the work he did on his own), doing a very thorough work up of the house and patiently explaining what my options were, and what might be better for my renovation contractor to do. I really appreciated Bailey's willingness to think through different options - some that didn't include work for his company - and teach me about crawlspaces!

We lost power for 7 days & our battery backup for the sump pump didn't miss a beat!

Noah came out to look at some floor sagging and to check for other foundation issues. He was great to chat with, thorough in his inspection, and did a nice job walking through his findings and the options. While we did not chose to move forward with any of the plans at this time, the company was prompt and Noah was wonderful, so recommending them as a company to reach out to if you are collecting quotes.

Seth came out today to check under my house to give an assessment on ways I can improve my foundation for earthquake protection. He was awesome. He was on time and very personable. He explained things (with pictures) very clearly and answered all my questions. I was very impressed. 🙂
