Had an amazing experience with Marcus during our annual service. Marcus showed up a couple minutes earlier than the appointment time which was so appreciated. He was engaging, thoughtful and ready to get down to work. He did his thing and showed me pictures of the before/after and walked me through all that was done. He was great to work with and hope we will work with him again.

I was very happy with the work that was done on my crawl space fixing drainage problems and putting a sump pump in. They also put in metal plates around the crawlspace exterior walls. The young men were very nice and they kept me informed. They were also very careful to keep my inside floor clean. (The only entrance to the crawl space was inside my house.) My neighbor also used them when her floor had some problems. I am happy to recommend them.

Seth assessed our crawl space and provided us with a thorough explanation (photos) of the situation, options (videos) and itemization (documentation) of each potential solution. He is a delightful young man who I would recommend without hesitation.

TF crew did a fantastic job despite a misunderstanding about a small area by the front door that was excluded in the proposal. We are extremely pleased with the results. Obviously, we need to evaluate the results during and after this winter, i.e., when the flooding is likely to occur.

Reached out to these guys to resolve issues with ground water in the crawl space and vapor barrier replacement. Nothing but professionalism and not pushing to sell to unnecessary additional options during quote process. Had two teams come out to work on my house. Don't remember the first group, but Jorge and his team did an outstanding job. Only gripe I have involve the planning team underestimating the duration of the project when working with clay soil. Told by the system design specialist the project was a two day, but later to be told it was one. Eventually it turned into a two day project as initially discussed with the specialist.

Our crawlspace had been flooding for who knows how long We attempted to get bids for multiple places including InjecTech (never called us back or returned our call) and Perma-Dry (never called us back or returned our call). Finally we found out about TerraFirma and an estimator came out with the week. He was very friendly, informative, and was able to provide a quote right on the spot! There were many options to chose from and the estimator explained all of them in great detail in a way that was easy to understand. We opted for the, what I like to call, "Buy Once, Cry Once" package; this included a thicker vapor barrier, three pump sump, full crawlsapce encapsulation, etc. It took about 3 full days for the work to be completed and the crew did an AMAZING job!!! I wish I had taken before and after pictures because the transformation is unreal. We've since had some very heavy rains where before the fix it would've surely been flooded, but I've checked multiple times and is dry as can be. I'm so happy to have this taken care of and with multiple financing options available we were able to find a plan that worked for us. One last thing to note, we did have to find a second contractor to install the electrical outlets for the pumps, so that was an added cost; but we were informed of that up front so it wasn't a surprise. 10/10 highly recommend TerraFirma!

Nick, Tim & Jonathan did an exceptionally good job on our crawlspace. They were on time every morning, took extra care to make sure our home was safe. They explained all procedures and answered all our questions. These 3 men know their business are all hard workers.

Steve and his crew came to install a french drain and sump in our basement, and fill a void in our foundation with poly-level. The work team plus Richard, our estimator, were all super helpful and I guess at this point, time will tell if the issue was fixed. With the quality of service, we have no reason to assume otherwise! If we need similar help in the future, Terra Firma will have our business.
