Both Jorge and Juan who did the install are both wonderful. Even showing photo details before then afterwards and explaining everything in detail. You can’t even tell that they had to use the crawl space inside the house. Everything was covered and cleaned up beautifully. Thank you Jorge and Juan for all the hard work you both did.

We couldn't be happier. Our nasty 6' dirt basement/crawl space is now waterproofed and sealed. The air is clean, no musty moldy smell any longer. No longer afraid to go down there.

I’m a renter and my landlord had Terrafirma send Stevo Clay out to help diagnose a loud vibration noise coming from the basement that reverberated though the hvac ducts. He quickly figured out the problem, got approval and changed out the parts so now everything is running quietly. He even insulated/separated the ductwork to minimize any potential noise, and recognized and replaced a faulty sensor that wasn’t part of the dying pump. He was super nice and explained what was the issue, arrived right in the middle of the expected appointment window, and was so quiet he didn’t even wake up my sleeping toddler taking a nap right above where he was working. I definitely would recommend Stevo and Terrafirma for anyone with a basement that might need some TLC.

I hired TerraFirma to put an interior drain and sump pump in my Seattle basement after some flooding. When they pulled up the carpet to start work it became obvious that the problem was much bigger (roots running all through and cracking the foundation). The plan had to change entirely and the job got way bigger. Luckily, TerraFirma was with me the whole way. They owned the problem from end to end, figuring out how to get the new work done within a reasonable price and coordinating all of the various sub-contractors who were involved in removing and repouring my basement foundation. Ryan and his crew were always extremely polite, hard working, communicative and timely. It's not an experience I would ever want to go through again, but if I did, there isn't anyone else I would call.

My experience with the company was excellent from the person who assisted me over the phone (thanks to her, they managed to do business with me, she deserves a bonus), Jacob's evaluation, Sammy's phone call in Spanish, and Luis and his team's professional work. Having a 10-year warranty on the job it's a plus!
