Tulane Seville inspected my cracked foundation wall twice at my request. He scheduled convenient times and arrived promptly. He noted important issues with the wall that other contractors failed to notice or take seriously. TerraFima declined to bid after concluding they could not guarantee proper repairs due to the extent of the damage in my foundation wall. Though I have no experience with their repairs I can say that their professional integrity is first rate.

My annual service was completed by Marcus this year. He called prior to the appointment, showed up when he said he would, and greated me with a positive attitude and a handshake. I typically leave the service techs to do their work while I go do other things, but this man was knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to a few concerns I had, took the time to take everything apart and inspect everything I brought up. Super easy to talk to but stayed busy working while he was doing it. Hopefully he's in the area next time I need to schedule an appointment.

We had Kyle out to look at our foundation​ that had some cracking in it. We found him to be knowledgeable​ and have great information. Thank you for being so detailed​ with your​ esitmate and work.

Had an amazing experience with Marcus during our annual service. Marcus showed up a couple minutes earlier than the appointment time which was so appreciated. He was engaging, thoughtful and ready to get down to work. He did his thing and showed me pictures of the before/after and walked me through all that was done. He was great to work with and hope we will work with him again.

Josh did an excellent, thorough job of inspecting our foundation and crawl space. His report and presentation at the end of the inspection was totally understandable and met our entire needs. Josh is an excellent representative of TerraFirma. We look forward to working with them.

Their rep came out and gave me an estimate for 2 projects. Elected to only do one. They showed up as scheduled... on a Sunday, no less. Completed the job. Looks great!

The crew did a great job fixing our sinking foundation! Two days and they came in and dug everything up then set the anchors and then backfilled! Great Job!

We had a complex problem with a small section of our front sidewalk upon which our front steps rest, and in which our front gate is embedded. Over a few years, that section of sidewalk sagged down and to the side due to erosion issues, which in turn caused our steps to sag. Ken and Robert from TerraFirma did an incredible job resolving the problem. They listened and planned an approach carefully, explained the approach with its challenges and risks, and then left the decision to me. Step by step they did an amazing job resolving a complex and challenging task. They were always easy to talk to, friendly, honest, and professional.

We had Riley Andal at our house to consult on a settling foundation. Riley was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. With no pressure, Riley followed up over the next few days while we explored our options. When I would reach out for clarification of industry terms and procedures, he responded quickly with good answers. He never down talked the competition, only positive promotion of his company.
