TerraFirma did a great job with the earthquake update on our home. They were friendly and performed the work in the time expected and at the agreed cost.

Travis and his crew did an excellent job. They were out here and started the day they said, and they finished the following week on the day they said. They kept me informed throughout the project as well as every morning they put down (new) protective plastic in the house where they had to go through and picked it up every night. They did one heck of a job and now I have no worries about water under my house. FYI, the electrical is completed and now all I can do is smile when I hear a Pump kick on. Thanks

They repaired joints in about 60' of sidewalk. They were on time for both the quote and the repair. Price was higher than I liked but the repair was done in a day and no mess. The crew were very polite and professional and experienced in what they were doing

Andrew and his crew completed our work project installing a sump pump, installed drain tile inside the crawl space under the house and finished with a vapor barrier. In addition they also removed all junk under the house. The crew was very efficient, the work space was kept very clean, when they were through you would hardly know they were there. They were very helpful and answered any questions we had and explained what was going on. We highly recommend this crew.

Seriously, if you want a company that's honest and reliable, this is it. They deliver on their promises, no doubt. Trey, the estimator, was super professional, punctual, and a pleasure to deal with right from the start. And Sammy in the office was a lifesaver with all the paperwork and scheduling. Then there's Goevany, Diego, and Artura – those guys worked their butts off, barely even taking a lunch break in that crazy heat. I can't say enough good things about them; they were awesome, knew their stuff, were total pros, worked hard, and left the place spotless every day. Initial inspection and determination person was a very good listener and made good suggestions. The work was performed by an excellent technician with good experience. He explained the process and gave helpful advice. Great value for the money.

Terra Firma was nothing short of AMAZING!!! We showed up on a Friday with a question about some subsidence at our location in Roseburg -- and a very tight timeline to take care of it! After the weekend, Morgan Flury was on our doorstep Monday morning. Before he left, we had options and prices and were able to sign a contract on the spot to get things rolling. By Friday morning before the Memorial Day weekend, Jeremie Sherman was out front and ready to work. The job was complete by lunchtime; the subsidence had been ameliorated and the concrete walkway and other concrete area were no longer a tripping or aesthetic problem. Everyone at Terra Firma was polite, helpful, efficient, and professional. If we ever have issues again, we definitely will make the call to Terra Firma.

Giovanny and his team (Diego and Arturo) really did an amazing job! They explained carefully what they were going to do, answering all my questions. The quality of work was first-rate. When they were finished everything was cleaned up to the extent that you couldn’t even tell they were here.

These folks were very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. From engineering to completion and communication, they did their jobs well. They were recommended to us by an architect friend, and we were very pleased with their work.

They inspected our crawl space for issues and presented a very comprehensive approach to cleaning and sealing it, with also adding a humidifier system. The workers were on time everyday and were very respectful of our home. We really enjoyed getting to know them. The initial inspector was very thorough and obviously very knowledgable about the process. Just a great experience all around. Would definitely recommend the company.
