Terra Firma has always been thorough, helpful, and super communicative. Our last technician Morgaine was so good with drafting up an estimate on the spot, and answering all our questions. We've had some previous work done by TF and Morgaine's help figuring out differences between the new estimate and what's covered under previous work was exactly what we were looking for.

I met with Seth and he represented the company very well.

We had Terra Firma lift an RV barn that had settled over 3” in one corner causing a large crack in the concrete floor. The first crew consisting of Mike, Steve, Jeremy, and Preston installed helical piers and righted the building back to level. Schylar then came and installed the poly foam to stabilize the floor system and insert Nexus to fill the cracks. All workers have been very competent and professional and are hard workers. They are responsive to questions and concerns and have treated us very well. Co-ordination of the work was done by Mechele from her office in Roseburg. She has also been a joy to work with in ironing out any problems or concerns we’ve had with the job. Salesman Morgan is a good ambassador for the company and all the work was completed as promised by him! All in all, we are very pleased with the outcome! Mark R

Very happy with the results. The actual workers were tops. Only negative was the planning with the utilities. NW naturals said gas should have been turned off during lift.

My annual service was completed by Marcus this year. He called prior to the appointment, showed up when he said he would, and greated me with a positive attitude and a handshake. I typically leave the service techs to do their work while I go do other things, but this man was knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to a few concerns I had, took the time to take everything apart and inspect everything I brought up. Super easy to talk to but stayed busy working while he was doing it. Hopefully he's in the area next time I need to schedule an appointment.

I had TerraFirma foundations repair my crawl space issues, the 3 men that came out to do the job were very professional and cautious. Jorge, Juan B, and Manual J, did an exceptional job and Jorge explained everything that they were doing and showed me lots of pictures during the process. After the job was finished they made sure everything was cleaned and put back together. Than I received a call from the project manager Jonah, to make sure everything went well and he made sure I was happy with the job. I recommend TerraFirma to everyone!!!!!

Edit: Jan ‘26 Unfortunately this sump pump did not solve the problem after all, as water again came in after several days of hard rain. To be fair, TF did not guarantee a solution. I still think it is a good company but sadly my problem persists. Previous review from Nov 25 - Terra Firma installed a sump pump in my home that has solved my water incursion issues. This had been a problem for months. I had several different companies and professionals out to evaluate and try to solve the problem, from plumbers to leak detection companies and a few more. Most scratched their heads and said "this is a mystery." Terra Firma came up with this solution and it is working. I wanted to wait until we had significant rain to write this review - and after the past few days of pretty good rain, and no water coming in - I feel confident that the problem was solved. They were helpful, considerate and creative. They didn't try to sell me more than was needed. I recommend Terra Firma.

I met with Walt Bateman this week to discuss an issue I have that sounded like TerraFirma was a good place to look for a professional opinion. Walt shared his expertise and extensive knowledge of about 30 years of experience in the Eugene / Springfield area regarding geotechnical and residential construction issues and solutions to foundation and concrete structural issues in our wet environment. We discussed a variety of potential alternatives and he left me a relatively easy and cost effective solution for my project. I was very pleased to meet Walt and happy with his response just one day after contacting TerraFirma. Tyler Landon did a consultation with us to set up work on our crawl space and sump pump. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He explained everything clearly and worked up the perfect solution for us.
