The crew that stabilized the back corner of my house was experienced, professional, efficient and communicative. Luke, Tyson and Kyle kept me informed on their progress, discussed recommended changes to the original work order, reviewed the results of their work and left the site clean.

TerraFirma did an excellent job of leveling my driveway. It is no longer a tripping hazard. While it took several months to complete the the driveway spacing repair due to finding a couple of dry days, when they finally finished the job, they did a great job. The guys were professional and worked hard to make things right.

After existing with a sloping, tilted front porch slab for over 10 years, I did some idle searching & stumbled onto the solution provided by TerraFirma. I read what they offered, then did a targeted search, as well as research into the alternative solutions available, now that I knew there was something out there to address my slab problem. TerraFirma's solution sounded to be the best available, so I requested an on-site visit. That was scheduled & we met as agreed. He reviewed the work to be done, then explained the process that would be followed to correct the problem, along with what to expect afterward. I was given an estimate, which I accepted. I was soon contacted by the office in Roseburg, to make an appointment, 2 or 3 months out, due to their heavy workload. When the time came, they showed up on schedule & got to work. Using a long hose from the truck & specialty tools designed specifically for the task, they made the necessary cylindrical holes at the locations determined to be optimal, then began the actual releveling process. It took about 4 hours, from start to finish, & the slab was back in position, with a guarantee that it would remain stable, within limits, for the length of the guarantee. I had prepared myself to follow up immediately to do the necessary cosmetic repairs to return the appearance back to what it was before the subsidence began, but was happily surprised to find that the only thing necessary was to replace some trim I'd found necessary to remove when the sinking began... less than an hour's work. As to the surface appearance of the slab, they had drilled far fewer holes than I expected & the appearance when they were done was such that they were barely visible & only nominally so, at that. Yes, I was very happy with the results.

I would have given 5 stars but the crew did not remove the excess fill that came out the sides of my porch. When I called and asked about this, I was told to just take a knife to it and remove it. I can most definitely do this, but I just paid a good amount of money for a complete job. I am not so thrilled about this.

Terra Firma was nothing short of AMAZING!!! We showed up on a Friday with a question about some subsidence at our location in Roseburg -- and a very tight timeline to take care of it! After the weekend, Morgan Flury was on our doorstep Monday morning. Before he left, we had options and prices and were able to sign a contract on the spot to get things rolling. By Friday morning before the Memorial Day weekend, Jeremie Sherman was out front and ready to work. The job was complete by lunchtime; the subsidence had been ameliorated and the concrete walkway and other concrete area were no longer a tripping or aesthetic problem. Everyone at Terra Firma was polite, helpful, efficient, and professional. If we ever have issues again, we definitely will make the call to Terra Firma.

I had annual maintenance done by Morgaine H. on a basement sump pump system that Terra Firma installed. She did a great job, very professional, and was non-invasive. It looks great and I don't have to worry about having any issues this coming fall and winter. Thank you!

Superb service! Excellent work. We asked them to lift (if possible), support and seal our driveway to stop some puddling, along with placing a new walkway to our front door. The concrete work was very nice, beyond complaint. The driveway was a question mark to start with, but they did well. Upon leaving, they invited us to call if we needed more adjustment. We did, and found them to be immediately responsive and very pleasant. Upon leaving again, they repeated their invitation to call again. All personel overall were very pleasant and responsive.
