Job was on time, on budget, explained completely at each step and the crew (Jose H, Matt A, Ivan, Steven and Manuel) were meticulously clean through each day and cleaning up at the end of the week. I had an amazing crew. Brad, my job foreman, communicated throughout the process and problem solved a couple issues with me. His crew worked hard and shared their perspectives as the job progressed. We started with a 4 inch slope and we were able to lift quite a bit. Brad and his crew discussed possible impact on the roof, windows, French doors, and concrete foundation of the garage. They did a great job and addressed issues as they came up. They did additional stabilization where needed and hauled away some concrete. They were awesome. I would work with them again. I give them 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Schylar, the foam foreman, was able to come in the next day and fill the gap created under the porch with foam, as well as bring my sidewalk up to meet the porch and level it with the sidewalk. Schyler was great to work with as well. I am disappointed in the sales technician that evaluated the job. He failed to notice that one side of the front porch was sitting on the foundation and how the porch was going to be affected by the lift. He also failed to notice or consider that I have a flat roof in the center of my home, surrounded on three sides by a peaked roof. This matters because the lift puts pressure upward that would typically carry over to the opposite foundation. This was not shared with me during the sales process. In my case, this pressure comes down where the peaked roof meets the flat roof which is on an interior wall. There is also the possibility that lifting one side of the foundation can cause the opposite side to need stabilization as well. This was not shared during the sales process. I give the sales technician one star ⭐️. When I shared these concerns with David, the field supervisor , I was left with the impression that it is just the way they do business.

Had Walt come out to Corvallis to assess our concrete slab foundation and he was very knowledgeable of everything he observed surrounding the home's foundation. He took time to understand our concerns and provided us with his solution to our problem. We ended up having a structural engineer come out to asses our home and get his recommendation on if the work was needed. Although we ended up not needing to have the work done, the structural engineer said that Walt's estimate on the work needed to fix the problem was correct and if our house truly needed it, then he would have recommended the exact same work be done. In the future, if we have any other concrete/foundation projects around the property, we will definitely be calling Walt again.

Work well done and coordinated with HVAC company. Started and ended as promised. Courteous workers who explained what they were doing. Only glitch was that when boring through concrete foundation for sump pump drain, the comcast cable was damaged.

We had water under our house and TerraFirma put in a drainage system to remove and direct the water outside. There have been many workmen under the house since and they have said that the TerraFirma team did and excellent job. That is good to hear as the crawl space is so limited and we have not been under there to check on the work. It was not a fun job, but the work was done with a great attitude. Wish we had called them first, but are extremely satisfied with what was accomplished.

These guys were all wonderful. Extremely hard workers. No mess left behind and there was a mess, but not in my house. It was all over the guys. But they also cleaned up good! Great work and cleaned everything up beautifully. Don't know where they were out of. Think it was Tigard.
