What a great experience. Ryan Bothman our Design specialist was such a big help guiding me through this stressful time. He explained everything to me so that I could understand exactly what I needed to do. He also recommended additional companies to help with my project as well. The experience went very smooth. My Project Manager Sammy kept me up to date with the timeline for my project and set my mind as ease. I want to thank Timothy & Kevin G. who were the Foremen on my project. My project started and finished exactly as planned. Also I want to thank all crew members as well: Chris R, Tarin, Jairo, James, Nick S, and Zach F. GREAT JOB!

The patio driveway and garage floor were all done in a very professional manner and the team was excellent.

Stevo Clay was fantastic. He handled our odor problem by servicing our Terra Firma system, by discovering and patching a critter entry hole in the plastic barrier, and getting rid of the dead rat carcass. A crew from Terrafirma was out on June 23rd to fix some issues from our original install. Very professional, on time and did an amazing job of keeping us informed on the progress throughout the day. If we need any additional work completed we would definitely make sure we had James Taylor and Chris Raycraft for the job. Both James and Chris went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were happy customers when they completed the work.

The crew did a tremendous job installing our pumps and encapsulated system. They took extra care to ensure at each step the membrane was secure and watertight. The crew protected our floors with plastic and cleaned up each day. They put in extra time and effort on a particularly difficult installation. Thanks to James Taylor, James Ragsdale, and Jonathon Heredia for their concientious work.

Job was on time, on budget, explained completely at each step and the crew (Jose H, Matt A, Ivan, Steven and Manuel) were meticulously clean through each day and cleaning up at the end of the week. Great experience overall, highly recommend. Phillipe oversaw the crew- he was tremendous! Thanks all!

The whole process was very simple. I had standing water under my house. Clay Carter came out right away, took a look, gave me an estimate and scheduled the work at a time that fit with my schedule. Katie Salazar in the office checked in thru every step to ensure the progress was to my satisfaction.The crew James Taylor, Chris Raycraft, Carter Dennis and Mikey Castaneda were excellent. They obviously do this alot. James explained the job to me thoroughly. They worked quickly and communicated with eachother respectfully; which I appreciate. They left my house, inside and out, cleaner that they found it. When my brother, a carreer Excavator Operator referred them to me, he said, " They're the best, don't even bother with anyone else". I believe him to be 100% correct.

Jonathan, Jon, James. They were amazing they worked hard and fast did a great job cleaning. They finished sooner then expected cleaned our floors and washed and cleaned our front porch. Thank you for all your hard work.

James and his crew of Chris and Tarin were hard working, professional,and did a great job on our large crawl space, which had water and rotting beans from years of coastal storms. James, crew boss, communicated with us every step of the way. Definitely would recommend Terra Firma!

I can't praise Terra Firma enough for their superb service throughout the process of having an earthquake retrofit done on my house!! Design specialist James Kershaw did a thorough assessment and explanation of the recommended work. Scheduler Jonah promptly contacted me with the work dates and coordinated with the plumber for related work. My OUTSTANDING team of workers with Jonathan (foreman), Nathan, Rom, Matt and Daniel worked tirelessly and efficiently and with cheerful and respectful attitudes. They exercised great care in protecting my home and in cleaning up at the end of the job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for their superb, specialized services!!

We had our house leveled, Jonah was the project manager, Roberto the foreman, James R. and Antonio J. They were very professional and had all the work done in four days, we even had a barbecue with them, with my homemade potato salad...
