The Pacific Northwest is known for its heavy rains, but not a lot of homes (especially older ones) have basements that are properly waterproofed. The homeowners of this lovely home in Issaquah, Washington realized that they didn’t have to live with a wet basement every year. Once they called TerraFirma, our System Design Specialist assessed that in order to waterproof their basement, we would need to install our basement drainage system, Multi-pump Sump System, and a Vapor Barrier to eliminate moisture intrusion. With a plan put in place, the TerraFirma crew waterproofed this Issaquah, WA home in just one day!
