Since the pandemic, my experiences with contractors has been mediocre at best. They cost more and do not do as good of a job. Generally they send poorly trained or overly busy employees . So it was very refreshing to have Schylar P. with TerraFirma come out and do such great work. Imagine having a contractor show up on time, being knowledgeable, and doing the work as promised in the timeframe given.

They provided a whole new drainage system with new vapor barrier and leveled our mobile home. I found them to be highly professional, extremely conscientious and thorough. They explained everything to me and made sure I understood and felt comfortable with whatever they were doing. I would highly recommend them if you are needing the same type of service.

Jorge, Juan and Manuel did an amazing job. They were punctual, they completed the job in exactly the agreed time and left the job site clean. We couldn't ask for more.

Terra Firma Foundations did an excellent job encapsulating my Vancouver home’s crawl space: is now now clean, well-insulated, rodent-free and moisture-free. The crew was absolutely OUTSTANDING: Jorge Valencia plus Juan and Manuel. They worked in very cramped space with many obstacles (ductwork) to maneuver around, and they were skilled, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Five stars for the company and the crew. .

This company is pretty amazing, I can't state that enough.
We had a flooded crawl space with torn soggy ducts lying in the dirt. I think they've sent around ten people over the course of the project: Antonio, Jonathan, Robert, Fernando, Christian, Jesse, Jorge, and others. They've done an excellent job.
Our kid has asthma, that's why. This past year he's had far fewer asthma attacks. IMO it was well worth it.

Had an awesome experience from start to finish. I initially worked with Tulane Seville whom helped me tremendously. Very friendly, professional, thorough & kind. He made the whole process go smoothly.

Also Robert marciniak who did the foundation job was great! Hard working, pleasant & explained all the steps to my tenants & I. He even completed the job a day earlier than anticipated. Overall I’m so happy with Terra Firma & their employees. Thank you.
