We had a good experience with Terra Firma. We had 6 different estimates and went with their company because they did not try to sell us on something we didn’t need. After reviewing all the estimates, and talking to Bailey, the system design specialist, we realized that we did not need our foundation lifted to fix our sinking kitchen floor but instead, we needed stabilizing and lifting of the floor joist under our kitchen. TerraFirma also installed a new beam in our family room and lifted our settled concrete in our front walkway. They also buried a downspout which was draining into our front yard next to our walkway. Every Terra Firma employee who came to our house; Bailey, Jorge, Robert and the rest of their team, were on-time, polite and did their job efficiently. They answered our questions, kept us updated on the work they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

Communication prior to work was great. Project manager explained how the work would go. The day the crew showed up the foreman went over the work plan and asked if I had any concerns, which I did and he was able to explain and accommodate without any problems. The crew put down plastic to minimize any mess or marks on my concrete and cleaned up post project work. I’m very satisfied with the work and complement the crew.

Zackery N. did a fabulous job for us. Especially impressive was his ability to predict how a badly cracked large concrete slab would behave during the jacking process and thereby avoided breaking it further. Beautiful job leveling throughout and filling the cracks and joints on 30 year old concrete driveway and large patios. Upon arrival, Zack reviewed the project with me and walked me through his execution plan, patiently answering all my questions. It was a 2-day project and Zack provided a status update after the first day, with an update on planned activities upon arrival on day 2. Thank you for a job well done!

So pleased with the total experience. We were provided with expert analysis of how to achieve stabilization of a concrete slab. Coordination between sales, planning and production was excellent. Technician was very proficient and friendly.

We had a concrete driveway that was sinking on one side, large chunks of the pavement were completely detached. TerraFirma was quick to schedule an estimate. The estimate was thorough and a fair price. They were flexible with scheduling for the job itself. They arrived at the scheduled time, did an awesome job of cleaning the cracks, leveling everything, and sealing the cracks. The material to seal the cracks needed to be avoided by our dog for half a day to be safe just to prevent her nails from digging into it while it finished curing, but otherwise we were able to immediately walk on the driveway. It looks fantastic. If you're looking to give your exterior a visual improvement as well as prevent erosion of your driveway/foundation, this is such a great solution. The warranty is great too. Well worth the price. We feel comfortable moving on to additional projects that the driveway impacts, knowing it is sturdy.

We had our old concrete lifted so that it was leveled all the way around including a couple of the sidewalks. What a difference! Crew was so professional, worked so hard and our concrete looks wonderful!!!

TerraFirma installed Vuba stone on my patio. It was level for a few weeks after raising the concrete a few inches but started sinking a little. I’ll call them tomorrow 8/27/2026. Update: 8/31/2026 TerraFirma response time and follow through were excellent. Issue is resolved. Jeramie did a great job on getting my patio level again. I would use them in the future. Thank you. TerraFirma repaired our deck a few years ago from settling issues. They did a great job so I called them recently to address additional settling concerns with stairs behind the deck and the utility shed. Robert was the technician assigned to the project. Before he began the repairs, he discussed both parts of the project, seeking my input on what to expect with the outcome. I observed him doing his work throughout the day- he was professional and patient with the challenges that come with repairing a 50 year old home. Our 121 yr old home’s 1930 add-on had visible water damage that eroded the concrete foundation in one corner of our home. Upon initial inspection, the plan was to support that corner, replace some posts in the basement, and repair some pony wall framing. I got a couple of other bids and found TFFS to not only be comparable, but to also provide the security of a larger company’s resources. The day work was to begin, the crew realized our home’s situation was more complicated than initially realized. They brought in a specialist to assess the work needed and created a game plan, coordinating w a plumber and fitting us into their very busy schedule. They were able to do the work needed for our home without massive increases to our initial bid, and our floors no longer bounce and slope. Their crew communicated thoroughly throughout the entire process and cleaned up after themselves. The crawl space was leveled and plastic sheeting was in place. The only reason I’m giving this a 4star is because our initial project coordinator let us fall through the cracks when she took an extended leave of absence. However, they responded to my follow up inquiry professionally, promptly, and worked really hard to get our old home in the schedule. We feel much more secure about the health of our home and 100% recommend them.

I had Terra Firma install Vuba stone around my pool. I had lived very old concrete and was done. The least expensive option I had (after several bids/procts was this Vuba stone! And I'm so happy that the estimator introduced me to it & that I got a very experienced and professional crew! It took 4 days to to install and changed my whole pool into a professional and serene space!

Had large cracks and some sinking on back patio. Terra Firma did a very nice job of raising the concrete on my back patio and patching the cracks. Would recommend them for this kind of work.

From making an appointment till the end of the project, we were well informed. I was a little concerned about the drilling holes on the concrete to fill the void but they are almost invisible.
