I had a great experience working with Samuel Bryant. Sam arrived on time and communicated clearly ahead of the inspection, coordinating well with both me and my tenant. He performed a thorough inspection of our basement sump pump, took the time to explain everything clearly, and provided detailed recommendations based on our specific situation. What stood out most was how responsive and patient he was with all of my questions. I really appreciated Sam’s excellent service, and I would highly recommend working with him.

They raised & leveled areas of my patio that had sunk due to poor soil prep by the builder (Shea Homes, which refused to accept responsibility for their poor construction). However, the salesman made all kinds of promises that were unrealistic and the patio looked worse than it did before the repair (small cracks became quite large and obvious, though filled with material). The crew worked hard and did their job well but it was impossible to fulfill the salesman's claims. To their credit, they tried hard to fix it but couldn't, and so refunded my down payment. Very honorable and professional (except the poorly trained salesman), so I have them 4 stars.

My pest inspector found a lot of water in my crawl space after a routine inspection. A plumber found no leaks and believed it to be ground water. TerraFirma responded to my needs promptly and ended up digging a ditch around the inside perimeter of my crawl space, inserted pipe and covered with river rock for drainage. A sump pump was installed inside to drain outside. They took such care with the drain they dug outside that when they were finished you could hardly tell where they had dug the ditch. They took such care to protect my home - especially since the crawl space access was inside my home. They protected my floors and walls very carefully and completely - even with having to bring in numerous wheelbarrows of rock. They also cleaned up both inside and outside my home so you couldn't tell anyone had worked all day to completed this large job. They did an amazing job!!! Thank you TerraFirma for your great work ethic and service.

Tulane Seville inspected my cracked foundation wall twice at my request. He scheduled convenient times and arrived promptly. He noted important issues with the wall that other contractors failed to notice or take seriously. TerraFima declined to bid after concluding they could not guarantee proper repairs due to the extent of the damage in my foundation wall. Though I have no experience with their repairs I can say that their professional integrity is first rate.

TerraFirma was great from start to finish. When we submitted a services request for the work we needed, several companies initially responded, but then once we spoke to them all but one disappeared. We met with Tulane from TerraFirma and he was kind and professional, answered all of our questions, and gave thorough answers - always ensuring we understood what he had just explained. After deciding to have TerraFirma do the work our project manager Bree was helpful and responsive and worked with us when we had to change dates a few times due to personal work conflicts. Then on day one we met with Kelly, one of TerraFirma's crew bosses. We walked through everything, he lined out what they would likely do each day, and off they went getting the job done. At the end of each, Kelly checked in with what had been done and what was planned for the next day. The crew were all respectful and polite. They finished on time and the work was great! Kelly walked through all the things they did and what we would need to do to keep up with maintenance and monitoring and when to call them for help. I even had some other contractors come in for other work after TerraFirma had finished and they complimented the work they had done. Can't say enough good things about Tulane, Bree, Kelly, and all the folks at TerraFirma. Thanks again!

During my search on-line for a source of repair for cracks in our cement driveway, I found the TerraFirma Foundations Systems website most appealing. I invited Seth, Systems Design Specialist, to provide an estimate. He provided a thorough explanation of TerraFirma's method for repairing cracks. He examined the driveway, made the necessary measurements, and provided a reasonable estimate--considering the extent of the current damage. The project was scheduled to be accomplished in two phases. Phase 1 scheduled Nov 2024: foam injection to stabilize the cement pads thereby preventing further damage. Phase 2 scheduled May 2025 or sooner depending on the weather. This delay was a consequence of my procrastination to tackle the project earlier and TerraFirma's determination to ensure the repair would suffice to fulfill their 5-year warranty. Employees Robert and Elijah arrived on the scene as scheduled. While I observed their work, they impressed me with their professionalism and efficiency as an experienced team. They put forth an obvious desire to do an exceptional job thereby giving me confidence in the performance of the task and TerraFirma overall. Standby for my review this summer regarding Phase 2.
