From the point of the initial call for an estimate to the time of service, we have been impressed with the level of profession service and caring. Every communication has been thorough and reassuring, always answering questions completely. Dan, the estimator, was outstanding, fully explaining how the project would address our issues and the steps to expect. Tyler and John, who worked on the project, were also exceptional. They worked quickly and professionally and fully explained what we can expect throughout the process. We highly recommend Terra Firma!

TerraFirma people James, Bryan and Jorge that came out to the job were very respectful of my property and hard working to finish the job in one day. My wife and I noticed that they liked working together and enjoyed working for there company and took pride in the job they were doing. They stayed until they were satisfied and we were satisfied with the with the finale completion of the project. they left the job site in good shape.

So I had Jorge as a Forman with Juan, Manuel, Kevin, Zach, and Daniel. First off, Jorge did an excellent job of communicating the process, explaining materials he was using, and setting up the sump online system with my wife (it was the first time he'd installed this particular sump, so the set up was new to him as well). Secondly, When he was done, even though it was Friday night and I know he wanted to get back home, he chatted with my wife and I and was very pleasant and positive. I believe he said he's been there for four years and also said it was a great company to work for. I also work in the construction industry and was generally curious about the company. I could tell he was sincere. Lastly, To say they worked hard was an extreme understatement; they had to haul in by hand 5 gallon buckets of concrete and haul out all the jackhammering they did to get the foundation flood protection as well as the sump set. No standing around. No cell phone use. Just solid work. Jorge's crew was friendly enough, but they were no-nonsense and left the up front communication to him. The cost wasn't cheap, but we went with Terra Firma strictly on reputation. We live about 75 miles out of PDX, and to get the job done, they sent out an additional crew for a crucial piece of the work. I would say, despite the cost (and it's not like they were ripping me off, it was just a costly project), I got my money's worth based on what I saw from the labor intensity. I really can't believe how much they did in such little time. They said "one day", and by God they made it happen. They had to hammer out approximately a 75' long, 8" wide by 10" deep trench along the inner concrete foundation of my house, hammer out and install a sump, then core out, install and set a discharge conduit about 12 feet outside of my house. Not a small task for a day's work. My only nitpick would be there was a small amount of dust left over from the work, despite the very elaborate taping and containment plastic they used (which was a LOT). They did great of taping everything and covering floors, etc. I was concerned about silica, and Jorge told me they would use a vacuum shroud for the hammering process, which I assume was done, but was not at home for that phase of the process. My wife has asthma, so dust is our nemesis! This is one of those projects that you hope you don't have to use (flood prevention), but a small part of me wants to have water trickle in to see the efficacy of the work. Time will tell! Until then, thank you Jorge and crew for kicking some ass, and getting a good tackle on our flood prevention!

Jonathan H, Nathan, James, Logan, and Felipe did a great job on our crawl space. They were on time, efficient, and very professional. The are hard workers and the job results show that.

We just had an excellent experience with Marcus today. He came to maintenance our sump pump and dehumidifier in our crawl space. He communicated everything he was doing and showed us before and after pictures. Very impressed! And.. he was able to show off his knowledge about my name. Thanks a lot!

Marcus is probably the best TF representative we’ve ever had! We were so pleased with his kindness and professionalism- especially so early in the morning! He was very patient and answered all of our questions. Also did a very thorough job- all while keeping everything clean (which is no easy feat given he was under the house). 11 out of 10 Would definitely recommend!

Had a great experience. Bryna was my project manager and was amazing. She explained the process, the needed items to complete prior to work, and followed up once the job was completed. Casey was my installer and was highly competent and answered all of my many questions. He did a fabulous job re-leveling my back patio, which had settled since the home was built. He also leveled the walk on the side of my house and the front porch, which had also settled over the years. I am very pleased with the results and the value added back into my home.

Marcus from Terrafirma came out to service the crawlspace waterproofing system arriving right at the scheduled time. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend.

Walt B. went above and beyond for us. We had some concerns about heavy furniture over our crawlspace that he took the time to analyze and talk through with me. As homeowners without a ton of experience under our belt, we were thankful for his time. Walt walked me through our concerns, assuaged our fears, and even gave us some helpful tips and pointers on add'l home maintenance. I also appreciate that he was honest and open with us: he didn't upsell us solutions, didn't suggest solutions we didn't actually need. It was a great experience.

We had our longtime basement flooding problems addressed by Terra Firma in December 2023. We have now had some super hard rains and it has stayed DRY. The team was efficient and professional & Jessika was a great communicator and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

Had Alex at terra firma evaluate cracks in walls at my moms home. They showed pictures of some issues. Had them use Jack's, brackets and waterproofing repairs done. They were very professional, on time, very respectful of my moms, she needs a walker. They blocked off work area for her privacy. Every single employee was awesome.
