What Homeowners in Bend Should Know Before choosing vuba Stone

We were in the process of selling our house when the buyer's inspector thought our entire front porch concrete area and a supporting post needed to be replaced due to some minor settling of the concrete. I asked TerraFirma if they would send someone to come and inspect the area and get their opinion. Within a few days of my request, Walt Bateman, a System Design Specialist, came and did an inspection. After spending a lot of time measuring and inspecting the front porch area, Walt spend considerable time explaining to me that the buyer's inspector's recommendation was not warranted and he offered a reasonable and easier solution. I was very impressed with Walt's knowledge and his very simple and reasonable explanation of what he found. Walt was very easy to talk to and extremely personable. My experience with Walt and TerraFirma was extremely positive and I would highly recommend them for the services that they offer.

I did a ton of research on TerraFirma when I decided to pursue getting a seismic retrofit in my basement, and then to clinch it, my Engineer neighbor spoke highly of them as well, stating they are top tier in their field. Jake's Crew came out today to review, and instead of selling me on a $10,000+ price tag, educated me on why they were unable to do the retrofit - my foundation is hollow concrete, their drilling would shatter it, and their alternative wouldn't meet my required needs. Honestly, I'm BLOWN AWAY how awesome Jake's Crew was - honest, direct, helpful, and educated me on my foundation. They even cleaned up under the porch for me, graciously turned my outside water off under the crawl space (thank you!!!). I'm so sad my foundation isn't able to be seismically retrofitted but I'm ridiculously grateful to Jake's crew for being so honest. I highly recommend TerraFirma - I read a ton of reviews on multiple platforms, and when they do make a mistake they fix it and make it right. They are full of integrity, and I'll forever remain impressed and won't stop recommending them to anyone/everyone!

TerraFirma was the third company to give us an estimate and the price quoted fell in the middle. Since Gloria liked Richard the best, we went with them. Due anticipated permitting and scheduling timelines we were not expecting work to commence until roughly mid July. As it turns out, we caught a couple of lucky breaks and Shea was able to get things going 1-3 June. Ryan and crew arrived on the morning of this year's so far hottest day. After he gave me a quick run-through of what they were going to do, they got to it. Throughout the entire project they were the picture of competence and professionalism. When they left this morning it was almost as if they'd not been here at all. The concrete that had to be removed was replaced and will blend in quite nicely. The mulch and gravel were raked back into position and every scrap of debris was removed. We couldn't be more pleased with the company and the crew.

I had Terra Firma install Vuba stone around my pool. I had lived very old concrete and was done. The least expensive option I had (after several bids/procts was this Vuba stone! And I'm so happy that the estimator introduced me to it & that I got a very experienced and professional crew! It took 4 days to to install and changed my whole pool into a professional and serene space!

These very professional young gentleman did an outstanding job above and beyond what I had expected. The fact that they could fix my concrete slab save me 10 grand in tearing it out and doing it all over. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat!

We hired Terra Firma to repair and apply a polyaspartic covering to our 100 year-old garage floor. The work included stabilizing and leveling the cracked concrete, filling the cracks, grinding everything smooth, and applying the coating. The whole job took two days and it turned out beautifully. The team of Luis, Jorge, Juan and Christian were professional, skilled, and extremely courteous. They cheerfully answered my many questions throughout the whole process and left the site as clean as a whistle. I’m very pleased with the results.

TerraFirma installed Vuba stone on my patio. It was level for a few weeks after raising the concrete a few inches but started sinking a little. I’ll call them tomorrow 8/27/2026. Update: 8/31/2026 TerraFirma response time and follow through were excellent. Issue is resolved. Jeramie did a great job on getting my patio level again. I would use them in the future. Thank you. Had a very good experience with TerraFirma. Got three bids, theirs was best by far, detailed, many pictures, explained exactly what work was to be done, a few options available on additional work. Work consisted of leveling three concrete walkway pads, each about 7'x4' with some complications due to a broken block. Communication by email or phone was quickly answered by the project manager, Sammy. Work day was scheduled well in advance, with a reminder sent a few days before. Exact arrival time was provided and they arrived on time. Excellent work team, two employees, Ken, foreman, and Zack, did the work exactly as laid out during the bid interview, took no longer than was expected. from the time they gave us a bid until the job was done the company did a marvelous job. They gave me an estimate if I was to tear all the driveway out and replace the concrete, vs their technology. We are happy with the work and the cost savings.
