Helical install site preparation.
Helical install site preparation. He the foundation is exposed so we can attach our pier bracket. From there, the pier will be inserted into the bracket and the foundation will be lifted.

Alignment of pier.
Before any drilling occurs, the pier will need to be placed perpendicular to the foundation to achieve maximum stability.

Alignment secure drilling under way.
Once the right angle is in place, drilling commences. It is similar to a cork screw but we use a much larger screw and it takes heavy machinery to drive though soil.

Pier and bracket under foundation.
We have achieved a depth to where the underlying soil will be able to support the weight of the structure. Time for the last fine tuning adjustments.

Slight hydraulic touches.
Final touches hydraulically for final stabilization and perfect alignment.

Polyurethane Foam prep time.
Injecting exapnding polyurethane foam is a simple and permanent way to fix uneven floors and slabs. Once the void is located we drill into the sub floor area and insert these plugs. Very clean and easy. We then attach our hoses to inject our patent polyurethane material as see in the next picture.

Final measurements.
Taking the last final measurement here to make sure the foundation is stabilized and the floor is level. All in a days work for TerraFirma. The structure is now as good as new and will stay like this for many years to come. Great job team!
