Found this company through google search. They already had ~5 star reviews. And I am glad I picked them for sport court concrete support project. They were easy to reach for questions, gave reasonable quotes and were easy to get the project scheduled. The staff doing the work were friendly, explained what was happening clearly and cleaned up the job site well. They offer 5 year warranty on their work. Overall a positive experience thus far. Will use them for any future needs.

Robert & Elijah showed up on time and did a phenomenal job lifting three large concrete slabs on my back patio. They were quick, clean, and professional. I would recommend TerraFirma and both Robert & Elijah.

Work well done and coordinated with HVAC company. Started and ended as promised. Courteous workers who explained what they were doing. Only glitch was that when boring through concrete foundation for sump pump drain, the comcast cable was damaged.

These very professional young gentleman did an outstanding job above and beyond what I had expected. The fact that they could fix my concrete slab save me 10 grand in tearing it out and doing it all over. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat!

We had a good experience with Terra Firma. We had 6 different estimates and went with their company because they did not try to sell us on something we didn’t need. After reviewing all the estimates, and talking to Bailey, the system design specialist, we realized that we did not need our foundation lifted to fix our sinking kitchen floor but instead, we needed stabilizing and lifting of the floor joist under our kitchen. TerraFirma also installed a new beam in our family room and lifted our settled concrete in our front walkway. They also buried a downspout which was draining into our front yard next to our walkway. Every Terra Firma employee who came to our house; Bailey, Jorge, Robert and the rest of their team, were on-time, polite and did their job efficiently. They answered our questions, kept us updated on the work they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had Terra Firma out to assess some exterior foundation cracks and our concrete entryway settling unevenly. Sam Bryant assisted us and he was incredibly professional, personable, and helpful! Sam walked us through everything he saw, and was direct about what does/does not need attention; we didn’t feel like he was trying to “hard sell” services, more that he was here to help us understand the situation and what’s necessary to resolve it. He spent some time on his own taking measurements and drew up his recommendations, then walked us through them in great detail, including the exact price of each line item. We asked him to give us a quote for basement waterproofing too, and the price was very reasonable. For a free consultation, we got way more than we expected. We feel confident Sam will take care of us and are excited to work with Terra Firma!

I met with Walt Bateman this week to discuss an issue I have that sounded like TerraFirma was a good place to look for a professional opinion. Walt shared his expertise and extensive knowledge of about 30 years of experience in the Eugene / Springfield area regarding geotechnical and residential construction issues and solutions to foundation and concrete structural issues in our wet environment. We discussed a variety of potential alternatives and he left me a relatively easy and cost effective solution for my project. I was very pleased to meet Walt and happy with his response just one day after contacting TerraFirma. Called TerraFirma to take a look at the concrete steps that have been settling for years. Bailey Mercer is very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He answered all our questions, and addressed our concerns. At the end, he presented us with 3 different solutions. There was no pressure to pick one, or pick the most expensive one, or pick one within the hour or the deal is gone. We had the weekend to think about it. Bailey did a follow up call as promised, and answered even more questions - all to our satisfaction. I will update when work begins and at its conclusion. Bailey should get a surf and turf dinner, not just a lunch!

We were in the process of selling our house when the buyer's inspector thought our entire front porch concrete area and a supporting post needed to be replaced due to some minor settling of the concrete. I asked TerraFirma if they would send someone to come and inspect the area and get their opinion. Within a few days of my request, Walt Bateman, a System Design Specialist, came and did an inspection. After spending a lot of time measuring and inspecting the front porch area, Walt spend considerable time explaining to me that the buyer's inspector's recommendation was not warranted and he offered a reasonable and easier solution. I was very impressed with Walt's knowledge and his very simple and reasonable explanation of what he found. Walt was very easy to talk to and extremely personable. My experience with Walt and TerraFirma was extremely positive and I would highly recommend them for the services that they offer.

6/25/2024 Seeing I did a review 2 months ago.. I am unable to make a new one- here is the update for the work we did! 6/21-6/24/2024 Work started and completed by TerraFirma! We do not even know what to say, THANK YOU WILL NEVER BE ENOUGH, You all went Way above and beyond expectations. I added pictures. To the Friday crew, to install a piering system, Jake, Aden, Steven (sorry if I spelled it wrong) what can we say, from start to finish this team was a well oiled machine, worked really really well together, put up with my husband Mark and I and all our questions and chit chat. The time that was taken to ensure EVERYTHING was going right, was explained and to ensure the safety of our home was just awesome. We had a lot of fun with these guys in conversation and jokes. When all the work was done, you could not even tell anyone was at the house working all day. These 3 great guys were some of the most fun and charismatic group we have had at the house in years. 🙂 Last but not least.... Jake you are a wonderful teacher to the crew, you have great leadership and a pretty awesome work ethic. Monday with Robert for the leveling of the driveway, walkway and stairs to front door. Working for TerraFirma for 2.5 years, Robert showed much skill and patience, as he worked alone and took his time to ensure that the proper amounts of polyfill was being pushed into all the tiny little holes he drilled all over the place. A tedious process and Robert defiantly has the patience for this part. I asked lots of questions and was pleased with all the knowledge. Again, a crew member that went above and beyond to ensure that what we expected was completed. Robert's ability to close the gaps, level a drive way that had repairs 2 times prior and failed and seeing the garage door with no gapping really blew our minds! We truly could not be happier with the outcome. Towards the end of the day, Jon, a field Supervisor came by to help with the concrete work to fill in the pier holes in the garage. Jon was just the nicest and in the short amount of time he was at our home helping, he was knowledgeable and we had great conversation while he helped with the perfect concreate work! I filled out a form, was contacted later the following week to schedule a FREE Estimate and had Samuel come to our home. Thinking we would just show him a couple things and Sam would be in and out in 30 mins, my husband and I were almost confused and very IMPRESSED with the 2.5 hour inspection, overview, breakdown of cost and mapping per say of the work area for our home. We found out and were educated on the scale of " oh S**t that is going on and that there was more to our project than a sinking driveway. Sam was beyond respectable and patient 😉 especially when listening to my concerns and questions on the what is next... and the cost of the what's next.
